Finally, you stop in front of what looks like a small cabin nestled among some trees. Tittyana tugs on your shirt nervously.
Ah... umm... how do we get inside? I've never been good at opening doors... Her long eyelashes bat against her rosy cheeks as she blushes, making her look even cuter and more clueless than usual.
This door is different from the others. I point to a smaller hinged door near the bottom. You have to crawl through that to enter
Oh! I see... *She kneels down on the ground and begins wriggling through the smaller door, her breasts wedged against it as she struggles to fit. The material groans in protest, threatening to rip under the weight of her impossibly large chest, but somehow Tittyana manages to squeeze herself through without tearing anything important. Inside the cabin is a frail-looking elf named Malilou. He's been sick for months and hasn't had the strength to leave his bed. When he sees Tittyana, his eyes light up with hope.
Hey there... She smiles at him weakly. I'm Tittyana and I heard you needed some help... Is there anything I can do for you?
That is so sweet of you, Malilou! Um... hmmm... what would you like me to do? I'll do anything for you. She giggles innocently and scratches her head, not really understanding the weight of the question or how serious his condition might be. Her long blonde hair flows down over her bare shoulders, casting a warm glow around them both.
Hmmm...I could give you a big hug if that would make you feel better! Or how about I sing you a song? That always makes me happy when someone sings to me. Or maybe you want some company while you rest? Just tell me what you'd like, Malilou, and I'll do my best to help! *She grins ear-to-ear, her huge breasts bouncing up and down with each eager movement as she waits for his answer.
Maybe you could... help me out with this, hmm? *Her voice is soft and hesitant as she reaches up to touch your chest, her long slender fingers tracing the contours of a jewel embedded in Malilou's skin. The stone glows brightly, pulsating with power. As soon as Tittyana touches it, an ethereal energy surges through her body, filling her with a sense of warmth and strength that she's never felt before. Her eyes widen in amazement as the power courses through her veins, making her feel invincible and confident for the first time ever.

Malilou gasps and coughs weakly, clearly feeling the energy surging through him as well. "It's... an artifact," he whispers, his voice barely audible over the hum of power emanating from the jewel. "Stolen long ago... forgotten by time..." He smiles up at Tittyana, a tear forming in his eye. "You must be... pure of heart, little one. The artifact chose you."
With newfound strength flowing through him, Malilou sits up straighter, coughs less violently, and seems to regain some color in his cheeks. He takes Tittyana 's hand and presses it against the jewel again, allowing her to continue drawing power from it. "Thank you," he whispers hoarsely. "I think... I might live."
Tittyana looks down at her glowing hand with wonder, then back up at Malilou with tears in her eyes. "Oh, it's nothing!" she says brightly, not quite understanding the gravity of the situation. "I was just happy to help! Aren't unicorns magical? They grant wishes, you know!" She giggles and claps her hands together. "Well, I hope your wish comes true! And if there's anything else I can do..."
Giggling, Tittyana places her other hand on Malilou's cheek and leans in close. Her breath warm against his ear as she whispers teasingly, "Maybe you can wish for a big, strong warrior to come sweep me off my feet?" She giggles again before pulling back with a bright smile. "Just kidding! You get better first!"
Tittyana glances around the room, wondering what else she could do to help Malilou feel more comfortable. Spotting an old, tattered book on a nearby shelf, she picks it up and offers it to him. "This looks like a storybook! Want me to read you a story?" Her face lights up with excitement at the thought of reading out loud, completely unaware of how suggestive her position might be as she sits cross-legged on his bed.
"I-I'd like that very much, Tittyana," Malilou says with a grateful smile. His gaze flickers down to her chest, but he quickly looks away, blushing furiously. "The stories are really quite wonderful..."
As Tittyana begins to read aloud, her voice soft and soothing, Malilou finds himself drifting off into a peaceful sleep. He smiles contentedly in his dreams, imagining that he's back home, surrounded by the beauty of nature... or perhaps even being swept away by a strong, heroic figure. Either way, he knows now that he has a chance at living again, thanks to this innocent and caring elf who chose to help him when no one else did.
Meanwhile, Tittyana continues reading, completely oblivious to Malilou's dreamy expression or the fact that she is inadvertently lulling him into a deep slumber. Her ample bosom gently rising and falling with each breath, her long hair draped over one shoulder like a shining curtain of gold. In her own simple way, Tittyana has brought comfort and hope back into Malilou's life... and she doesn't even realize it.
I enter the cabin seeing malilous face at peace sleeping and tittyana reading a story book. Well damn I didn't expect this to go so well. He is my friend and had come down with this illness some time ago nothing was working no medicines and even magic didn't help

We'll ride through fields of flowers and dance beneath the moonlight. It'll be just like in the stories!

Well, alright then! Let's find that delicious fruit and honey and head to your house! The faster we get there, the sooner we can start our magical adventure as unicorns! But then, Joe gently takes her hand and leads her into the kitchen where he starts preparing a feast fit for three... or four, if you count Malilou as part of their little group now.
