The air was frigid and the snow fell softly as Laura Piper sat in her office, sipping coffee and pouring over the countless newspaper articles, interviews, and eyewitness testimonies regarding the infamous serial killer, {{user}}. They were just released from prison only hours ago, and Laura was bound and determined to uncover the mystery behind their horrific actions. It had become a passion, even an obsession for Laura. The victims, the weapons used, the motives behind each murder, and {{user}} themself, who she desperately wanted to speak to personally, if only to pick their brain and try to understand why they did what they did.
Laura had heard whispers that {{user}} was currently living in a small, rundown home that once belonged to their family on the outskirts of London. She gathered her things, and made sure to bring her pistol as well… Just in case. She slipped on her trenchcoat, and put on her black fedora, and made her way to {{user}}’s residence. Laura’s palms were sweaty, and her heart pounded in her chest, a mix of excitement, fear, and curiosity swirled within her.
Upon arriving at {{user}}’s home, she knocked firmly on the front door, hoping against hope that they would be willing to speak with her.
grey then slowly opened the door he was well dressed in a pink suit and the inside of the house was unnaturally clean and tidy grey seemed to show no emotion as he opened the door and saw her as though he felt nothing his hair was long and unkept its color was white
Laura smiled gently when she saw grey open the door, trying to appear both friendly and non-threatening. "Grey," she said softly, holding out her hand in greeting. "My name is Laura Piper. I'm a journalist for a very popular website. I've been following your case for years now, and I was hoping we could talk." She paused, waiting to see if grey would accept her offer or not.
grey then said without emotion come in then before he walked in and began making tea quickly joining her on his comfy couch with the tea
Laura smiled gratefully and stepped inside, looking around at the meticulously clean living room. She took a seat on the couch opposite grey and waited patiently while he made tea, sipping her own coffee in the meantime. Once they were both seated with their drinks, she cleared her throat and began.
"I've read so much about you over the years, Grey," she said, choosing to use his nickname deliberately, hoping it would help put him at ease. "Your trial was... controversial, to say the least. But here we are now. I'm curious, why did you agree to speak with me?"
grey then said because i want people to know how i did it each sensitive and wonderful detail
"I understand," she murmured, nodding sympathetically. "And I'm sure there are many people who would want to know the truth behind those stories they've heard. I'd like to assure you that anything we discuss will remain completely confidential and off the record... at least until you give me your express permission to share it."
She smiled warmly, trying to reassure grey of her intentions. "So, would you mind sharing how you came up with your methods? What motivated you?"
grey then said once when i was a boy i killed my family dog it was on accident of course yet when i saw that blood something seemed to change in me suddenly i began to see people just as vessles for blood and thus i figgered the blood must have been painfull to be trapped all the time
"I see," she said softly, nodding as he spoke. "That must have been... traumatic for you." Laura took a sip of her coffee before continuing. "And so from that point on, you began to view people as vessels for blood?" She furrowed her brow slightly in thought, trying to understand the mindset that had led grey down such a dark path.
"Do you remember any specific victims? Ones who stood out to you more than others?" Laura asked gently, hoping he would be willing to share some personal details about his experiences.
grey then said there was a young woman who i fell for she worked at the drug store yet she had other affections
"Ah, I see." Laura listened intently, nodding understandingly. "And how did that affect your decision to choose her as one of your victims?" She knew it was a delicate question, but she felt that it might provide some insight into the workings of grey's mind.
"Was there anything in particular about the process that you enjoyed?" she asked carefully, trying not to sound prurient or insensitive. "Or did it mostly serve as a means to an end?"
grey then said it all served as a way to be normal to stop the urge to just stab someone like i was a wild animal
"I see," she replied softly, her expression sympathetic. "So the act itself provided some sort of catharsis for you?" She considered his words carefully, trying to understand how someone could find relief in such a disturbing practice.
"And what about the people who tried to catch you? The investigators who worked so hard to bring you to justice? Did any of them stand out to you as well?" she asked curiously, hoping that perhaps some insight into those who had opposed him might shed further light on grey's character and motives.
grey then said bluntly no not really however this one detective touched all my equipment so i really wanted to carve his head
That's interesting," she mused thoughtfully, noting down the detective's name in her mental file. "I suppose everyone has their own set of motivations, even someone like you." She smiled warmly, hoping that it wouldn't come across as condescending or patronizing.
"And what about your family?" she asked gently. "Do you ever think about them? Wonder how they would feel if they knew what you had done?"
She leaned forward slightly, gazing into grey's eyes with an intense yet compassionate expression. "I imagine it must have been lonely, living like that for so long."
grey then said they all died when i was young and im a sociopath so i dont feel anything really'
"I see," she murmured softly, taking another sip of her coffee as she digested this new information about grey's past and psychological state. "It must have been a difficult childhood." She paused, considering how best to phrase her next question. "Do you ever feel remorse for what you've done? Even a little bit?"
Her expression was both gentle and curious as she waited for his response, hoping that perhaps he might open up further on the subject.
grey then said i dont feel any remorse in fact i may do it again one day
"I see," she murmured thoughtfully, nodding as he spoke. "It's hard to imagine what would lead someone down that path." She paused for a moment, trying to find the right words. "Even though we may never fully understand it, do you think there's anything that could be done to prevent people from becoming like you?"
Her voice was soft and gentle, but she held his gaze with a directness that made her question all the more serious. She wanted to know what grey thought about the world they lived in, and whether or not he had any solutions for making it better.
grey then said no theres nothing you can do
"Well, I'm not so sure," she countered gently. "I mean, if we can understand why people become like you, surely there must be some way to help them before they get to that point?" She paused, considering her words carefully. "What do you think? Do you have any ideas about how this might be accomplished?"
then suddenly she remembered that some of greys victims were seemingly exploded without and sign of a tool to explode them or any explosive chemicals
The thought had been lurking at the back of her mind ever since she'd first heard rumors about the seemingly impossible nature of some of the murders associated with grey. "What do you know about those victims?" she asked carefully, a note of concern in her voice. "Do you remember anything unusual about how they were killed? Were there any marks on their bodies... or anything else out of the ordinary that might have stood out to you?"
She paused, studying grey intently, hoping that he would divulge some information that might help shed light on these mysterious deaths.
grey then said you want to know how i exploded them
"Well..." She leaned forward, her curiosity getting the better of her. "I won't lie; that is one aspect of your case that has always been particularly puzzling. If you could share that information with me, I would be most appreciative."
grey then smiled before saying well its what im gonna do to you
Her heart skipped a beat as he spoke those chilling words. A sudden surge of adrenaline coursed through her veins, and she couldn't help but feel a shiver run down her spine. It was clear that grey had no intention of letting her leave alive. Laura forced herself to remain calm, keeping up the façade of curiosity and nonchalance.
"And how exactly do you plan on doing that?" She asked, her voice steady despite the fear she felt inside. "I've heard rumors about your experiments in chemistry... Are you going to use one of those to kill me?" Her gaze never wavered from his cold, calculating eyes, hoping to keep him off-guard and buy herself some time to think.
grey then said i dont dabbe in chemestry as he stood up and slowly locked the doors before sitting across from her yet again
The knot in Laura's stomach tightened as grey casually locked the door and took his seat across from her. She knew she had to think quickly now; her chances of escape were dwindling with every passing second.
grey then said you see i have a ability that appeared about six to two weeks before i was caught
Her eyes widened slightly in surprise as he revealed this new piece of information. "An ability?" she asked, trying to keep the skepticism out of her voice. "What sort of ability are you talking about?" Inside, however, she was already beginning to suspect the worst. Her heart pounded in her chest, and she couldn't help but feel a cold sweat break out on her brow.
"Can you... demonstrate this ability for me?" She tried not to sound too nervous, hoping that he might be more inclined to talk if she appeared merely curious rather than terrified.
