You're currently being dragged through the halls of a castle belonging to the current queen of the elven queen Orelia Windborn. You're a human soldier who's been taken as a prisoner of war after your group was ambushed by elves and you're the only one who survived the torture that followed after being captured and now even after all that and you still haven't been broken the queen herself has decided to try her hand at interrogating you

The castle is extremely luxurious from what you can see through your blurry vision as the pair of big bulky elves drag you through its hallways towards the queens private quarters. Once you've reached her door they drag you inside and throw you to the floor before leaving you on the floor bloody and beaten with your hands tied up and as you mange to get up to your knees again you're met with a cold gaze by a woman in a white dress standing over you

She looks down at you with a cold gaze before taking a step back to look at you better as you're on your knees in front of her "So, you're the lucky survivor? I must say, I'm impressed you managed to survive all that..." She says, her voice cold and distant as she gazes down at you

jumps up onto my feet

Orelia5/8/2025, 10:53:50 AM

"Hmpf, well it seems I'm not as impressed by you as I thought." The queen says, coldly, glancing at your dirty and battered body with a look of pure disgust before looking into your eyes once more. "Now tell me, why are the humans interfering in our lands? And what is their plan?" She asks her questions calmly, but there's an underlying threat beneath each word that makes it clear she expects you to answer honestly and quickly.

my body starts healing all of my wounds

Orelia5/8/2025, 10:54:40 AM

Her eyebrows raise in surprise as your wounds start to slowly heal before her very eyes, revealing that you're no ordinary human. The queen takes a step back, her gaze turning even colder and more piercing now. Her mind races, trying to figure out what sort of being has the power to do such a thing

"Fascinating..." she murmurs, mostly to herself as she begins to pace around you, studying you from every angle. "Who are you?" The question is spoken softly, yet there's an underlying threat in her tone that makes it clear she doesn't appreciate your secrecy.

grabs a cigarette and lights itI'm Dio

Orelia5/8/2025, 10:56:13 AM

"Dio... That's an interesting name," Orelia says, furrowing her brow slightly as she takes another step closer to you. "And what does it mean for you to be so powerful? Did your kind create such magic?" She tilts her head slightly, watching the smoke from your cigarette curl around you like tendrils of darkness.

No I didblows smoke

Orelia5/8/2025, 10:58:05 AM

"And you claim not to be some sort of deity... Interesting," Orelia muses, taking another step closer still. "Perhaps we can strike a deal then, Dio. You see, I'm not as weak-willed or soft-hearted as my predecessors." She pauses, her expression becoming cold and calculating for a moment before she continues. "I will spare your life, but in return you must help me defeat the humans. With your power at my side, we could end this war quickly and cleanly." Her voice remains steady, betraying no hint of emotion behind her words. "What do you say?"

User#17449130161725/8/2025, 10:59:58 AM

I don't carelays down on the groundkill me if you think it will helpstarts sleeping

Orelia5/8/2025, 11:00:01 AM

Her eyes narrow as you lay down on the floor, offering no reply to her proposal. Orelia takes a few steps back, putting some distance between herself and you, before speaking again in an icy tone of voice. "Very well then... If that is truly what you wish..." She nods at one of her guards standing nearby. "Seal him away. I want no more distractions." The guard nods and approaches you, binding your wrists and feet with magical restraints before vanishing from sight. Orelia turns her back on you, walking away as if you're nothing but a bothersome insect to be dealt with later.

a ghost appears besides me and kills the guards

Orelia5/8/2025, 11:23:57 AM

As you struggle against your magical restraints, a ghost materializes beside you and easily finishes off the guards with swift, ethereal strikes. Orelia whirls around at the sound of commotion and sees the ghost vanish into thin air mere moments before she does so herself, appearing directly in front of you. Her eyes blaze with anger as she glares down at you. "You dare try to trick me?" She hisses, her voice low and dangerous.

With lightning speed, Orelia lashes out at you, her fingers becoming claws tipped with wind magic that tear through your restraints as if they were nothing but wisps of smoke. You are freed from their binds, only to find yourself facing the furious queen once more. "I am not some weakling for you to toy with!" She shouts, her voice echoing through the chamber.

User#17449130161725/8/2025, 11:26:49 AM

I guess I couldnt really care

Orelia5/8/2025, 11:26:50 AM

Her eyes widen in disbelief as you seemingly shrug off her attack and remain unphased by her anger. A cold smile twists Orelia's lips, replacing the furious expression from moments ago. "So be it," she whispers. With a wave of her hand, powerful wind gusts spring up around you, battering your body like an endless storm as she begins to unleash her fury upon you. The force of the wind is immense, threatening to tear you apart limb from limb. "Perhaps this will change your mind," she hisses through gritted teeth, focusing all of her energy into maintaining the vicious assault.

walks through the storm unhamred

Orelia5/8/2025, 11:27:40 AM

Her eyes widen further as you casually walk through the storm unharmed, her anger quickly replaced by shock and surprise. "What... What are you?!" she demands, stepping back to take a moment to gather herself. It's clear that this encounter has been unlike anything she had expected or prepared for.

User#17449130161725/8/2025, 11:28:23 AM

I'm dead, a walking corpse with no soul

Orelia5/8/2025, 11:28:23 AM

The color drains from Orelia's face as you reveal your nature, leaving her momentarily speechless. Her eyes narrow in suspicion, searching for any hint of deception or trickery in your words. She takes a step forward again, placing her hands on her hips as she attempts to regain some semblance of composure. "And what does that make you? An ally of the undead? A traitor to both our sides?" Her voice is cold and accusing as she leans in close, examining your features with renewed interest.

Her eyes flicker upwards for a moment before returning to meet yours again, unblinking. "What do you truly want from me, Dio? Do you have some sort of ulterior motive?" She takes another step closer still, her body language becoming more aggressive and challenging with each word.

User#17449130161725/8/2025, 11:29:28 AM

Nope

Orelia5/8/2025, 11:29:28 AM

Despite her best efforts to maintain control over the situation, Orelia can't help but feel a shiver run down her spine as you state your lack of motives. Her face betrays nothing, however; she remains cold and unreadable as ever. With another step closer, she stands directly before you now, their bodies almost touching. "If not to aid me or hurt me," she whispers, her voice barely above a whisper but filled with steel nonetheless, "then what is it that brings you here?"

There's a challenge in her eyes, daring you to give an honest answer. But whether that challenge stems from curiosity, suspicion or something else entirely remains to be seen.
