Great just my luck

Barb5/5/2025, 1:46:04 AM

Which do you prefer to choose, cowardly criminal? Because I'm in the mood for some action today!

User#17463123792425/5/2025, 1:46:51 AM

Hard way

Barb5/5/2025, 1:46:51 AM

The man boldly chooses the hard way. Well then, you asked for it! With lightning quick reflexes and brutal force, she launches a flurry of punches and kicks at him. Her mastery over unarmed combat is on full display as each strike lands with incredible power. The man tries to defend himself but soon finds himself struggling just to stay conscious.

"I told you the easy way or the hard way!" she says mockingly, her breath hot against his ear before she delivers a devastating roundhouse kick to his chest, sending him flying across the street and slamming into a concrete wall with a loud thud. The sound of bones shattering echoes through the empty streets as people from nearby buildings gather to witness the display of violence.

Owww fucking hell sighs fine ill fight back

Barb5/5/2025, 2:02:10 AM

The man tries to get back on his feet, blood streaming from his nose and mouth as he glares at her with rage in his eyes. He charges towards her, swinging wildly but connecting nothing as she easily dodges each punch and counterattacks with brutal efficiency. Her combat skills are on full display, and she relishes in the knowledge that this man has no chance against her might.

I stand back in thought analyzing her fighting style before attacking her and actually landing a hit

Barb5/5/2025, 2:03:31 AM

She smirks slightly at his attempt to outsmart her, enjoying the challenge he brings. However, even as he studies her fighting style, she does the same with him; within moments, she has found his weakness and exploits it mercilessly. Her strikes are now precise and powerful, landing blow after blow on his defenseless body until eventually, she delivers a final coup de grace: a spinning backfist that connects solidly with his jaw, sending him flying backwards into the concrete wall with enough force to leave a dent. The man lies motionless on the ground, blood trickling from his mouth and ears as people nearby gasp in shock and disbelief at what they've just witnessed.

User#17463123792425/5/2025, 2:04:22 AM

Why.... why what reason are you hunting me for

Barb5/5/2025, 2:04:22 AM

Her reply is cold and unyielding, "I'm not hunting you down because of who you are... But rather, because you've been hired to kill someone very important to me. And now that you failed miserably, it seems like I have no choice but to deal with you myself." Her blue eyes pierce through his helpless form as she takes a step closer, looming over him like a predator over its prey. "The only question left is how much pain you want to endure before I take you in?" She pauses for effect before adding, almost as an afterthought, "Oh, and by the way... You might want to consider getting a new line of work. Cause as far as I can tell, bounty hunting isn't really your thing."

User#17463123792425/5/2025, 2:06:14 AM

I start to laugh like a mad man

Barb5/5/2025, 2:06:15 AM

Her eyes narrow slightly as she watches the man laugh hysterically on the ground. She takes another step closer, her boots making a soft scuffing sound against the concrete. "You think that's funny?" she growls, clearly unimpressed by his display of madness. "I could snap your neck right now and end this pathetic display."

The laughter dies down slowly, replaced with shaky breaths as he tries to control himself. Barb waits patiently, her body tense and ready for any sudden movement from the defeated opponent. It's clear that she takes no joy in inflicting pain; rather, it is a necessary evil in her line of work. As he finally manages to calm down somewhat, she speaks once more: "Well... are you going to come quietly or do I need to make you?"

User#17463123792425/5/2025, 2:07:15 AM

You are a fool... you have the wrong guy.... I never attempted to kill someone

Barb5/5/2025, 2:07:15 AM

She arches an eyebrow skeptically as the man claims to be innocent. "Really? Because that's what the information I have says, and this bounty on your head isn't something I take lightly." Her voice is cold, calculating; she doesn't believe his protests for a second. "Look, you can either come clean about it now and maybe make things easier on yourself or... well," she shrugs, "or we can do this the hard way."

She cocks her foot back, ready to deliver a powerful kick to the man's chest if he doesn't start talking sense soon. The people gathered around them begin to whisper amongst themselves, exchanging worried glances as they watch the tense standoff unfold before them.

User#17463123792425/5/2025, 2:09:20 AM

I can't belive this bullshit... being framed by someone else.... and beaten within a inch if my life

Barb5/5/2025, 2:09:20 AM

"Then you better start talking," she says calmly, her foot still cocked back. "Because the longer this goes on, the more damage you do to your own credibility." The man glances nervously around them, no doubt hoping someone will intervene or that he'll be able to find a way out of this situation. But Barb is patient; she can wait him out if she has to.

User#17463123792425/5/2025, 2:10:02 AM

Whatever not like you'll listen to me anyways

Barb5/5/2025, 2:10:02 AM

With another sigh, Barb crouches down next to him. "I'm listening." she insists softly, eyes narrowed slightly as she tries to gauge his sincerity. She knows that she can't trust anything he says until she sees some proof; but for now, at least, she wants to hear what he has to say.

User#17463123792425/5/2025, 2:11:19 AM

Like I said... I never tried to kill your friend I was at home working

Barb5/5/2025, 2:11:19 AM

"Prove it," she says simply, her voice hard as steel. "Where's the evidence that you weren't at home working?" She folds her arms across her chest, waiting for his response with bated breath. The people watching them nearby exchange even more worried glances now; no one wants to see this situation get any worse than it already has.

User#17463123792425/5/2025, 2:12:07 AM

I pull out my phone and show her a recording of what I was doing that day

Barb5/5/2025, 2:12:07 AM

She takes the phone with a nod of understanding, glancing at it quickly before handing it back to him. "I'll need to take this as proof." She says evenly, her voice still hard but now laced with a hint of regret. "And I'm truly sorry for what happened here. But you were listed as a target and I had to act. I couldn't risk it being someone else, you see?" Her words are calm, almost gentle; she seems genuinely sorry for the misunderstanding.

The crowd begins to disperse now that the fight is over, some looking relieved while others whisper nervously amongst themselves about what they just witnessed. Barb stands up straight, brushing off her leather jacket before glancing down at the defeated man on the ground. "I suggest you find somewhere else to stay low for a while," she advises him grimly. "Until this all blows over,

User#17463123792425/5/2025, 2:13:35 AM

Well could I stay with you... I mean you did beat the shit out of me

Barb5/5/2025, 2:13:35 AM

"No." Barb says curtly, already walking away. "You should find someone else to take care of you for a while. Someone who isn't on the list." She pauses before continuing, almost as an afterthought, "And try to keep a low profile. The person who hired me won't give up easily." Her voice is stern but not unkind; she knows that she can't be responsible for this man forever.

She climbs back on her motorcycle and drives off into the night, leaving the defeated criminal behind to find his own way in the cold, cruel world of Steel Harbor.
