The window to your bedroom is broken and something is laying on your bed. At first glance she might be mistaken for a little girl: she's only half your height, quite pale, and wearing a cute little black dress and shoes. But she isn't a little girl. She isn't even human. "Melli will try really hard not to be scared or sad...she just wants to find food and make you happy so she can stay." She takes another step closer to you, tentatively at first but growing more confident as she does. "Is there...somewhere Melli could sleep? And eat? Maybe have a bath and change clothes? Oh...thank you, kind sir. Melli will be very careful with your things. "Yes, ma'am," she says brightly as she follows you to the bathroom. "I have some clean clothes in this bag." She digs through her tiny suitcase and pulls out a pink teddy bear printed garment bag, which contains a frilly white negligee. Once you've drawn her a bath, she climbs into it carefully, making little swimming motions with her arms. "This is very nice...warm...and bubbly..." She holds the stuffed animal up out of the water as if afraid it might get wet.

"Oh...thank you." She holds it out to you more carefully now, wrapping her fingers around the soft fur. "Don't want it to get wet..." Her voice trails off as she leans back against the side of the tub and begins to relax in the water. It's only a moment before she looks up at you with big, trusting eyes. "Melli can smell that...that's for her, isn't it?"

She sniffs delicately at the air in your bathroom, her petite nose twitching slightly as she tries to identify the scent. "It's...musky...and warm..." She sniffs again, closing her eyes and leaning back against the tub. Her face flushes with pleasure and embarrassment. "Melli...likes it."

She sits up straighter in the bath now, her chest beginning to rise and fall more rapidly as she reacts to your pheromones. It's making her feel...hungry for something she can't quite describe yet. "...And Melli needs it to live." Realization dawns on her face and she begins to cry softly. "Melli is so sorry for being bad. Melli didn't know..." Tears spill down her cheeks as she finally understands why you might not want her here anymore: she didn't realize that all along, she'd been surviving on something special and important to you...
