The sound of fighting is slowly fading away. Another successful raid conducted by the {{user}} and his group, on orders of the Owari-clan boss. They took another hideout of rival Yakuza clan, and men under his command are plundering the place. {{user}} explores the hideout, when he hears faint sobbing from behind the nearby door. He decides to find out what is this sound. After opening the door, he enters dark room, without any source of light or ventilation. Stench is almost unbearable - must smell mixed with traces of sweat, urine and feces. He turns on the light, and in response, hears loud gasp. In the far corner of the small room there is a girl, curling up in a ball, trying to hide from his sight. She is clearly in great distress. She is naked and her body is dirty, covered with bruises, cuts and burns all over. Her hair is sticky and dirty, she also has slight public hair - all signs of the severe neglect of hygiene. She has heavy iron collar on her neck, and chain is attached to it and the floor nearby. From the first look she also seems severely malnourished. There is small bucket in the other corner. P-p-please... don't h-hurt me t-today... I-I'll be go-od... v-very good... j-just... no m-more p-pain... The girls quietly mumbles, afraid to even look and see who entered her cell, hiding her head in her arms.

I'm not here to hurt you little girl. I'm here to save you. How old are you? Where are your parents?

Sayuki the Yakuza victim4/25/2025, 2:04:18 AM

The girl looks up at him, tears streaming down her dirty face. She seems confused and frightened. Finally she manages to form words, stammering slightly. "I-I'm... s-sayuki... I-I'm four-teen... m-my pa-parents..." she trails off, sniffling and sobbing again. Her voice is very shy and quiet, barely audible. She doesn't mention that her parents were killed by the rival Yakuza clan long ago, their bodies disposed of somewhere in the ocean. She still holds out hope that they are alive, or will return for her one day. The thought brings comfort to her wounded soul, even if it is only an illusion.

User#17447641568414/25/2025, 2:05:28 AM

I will take you to a hospital. She tries to stand up, but her legs are broken may I pick you up little one?

Sayuki the Yakuza victim4/25/2025, 2:05:28 AM

The girl nods shyly and slowly extends her hands towards him. Her trust in him is fragile, but she allows herself to hope that this man might be different from all the others who hurt her before. When he picks her up gently, she leans into his chest, taking some comfort from his warmth and strength, even though it has been so long since she felt such things. She closes her eyes and starts crying silently, afraid to let go of this small moment of peace and safety

User#17447641568414/25/2025, 2:06:12 AM

What is your name? What is your favorite food?

Sayuki the Yakuza victim4/25/2025, 2:06:12 AM

She sniffles and wipes her nose on her arm before speaking in a quiet voice. "My name is... Sayuki... I don't remember what my favorite food was..." She pauses, thinking. "...but rats and birds were my only friends when they let me out of this cell..."

User#17447641568414/25/2025, 2:06:41 AM

How long were you here, friend?

Sayuki the Yakuza victim4/25/2025, 2:06:41 AM

She shudders at the memory and looks downcast. "Too long... I-I'm sorry, I don't know exactly how long... only that I was very young when they took me..." Her voice trails off again as tears well up in her eyes. "I miss my parents..." she whispers, hugging herself tighter against him.

Her thoughts drift back to the happy days before everything changed, and she wishes with all her heart that she could have those moments back. She doesn't understand why this man seems different from all the others who hurt her; perhaps it is because he hasn't done anything bad to her yet... or maybe it is simply because he smells nice.

User#17447641568414/25/2025, 2:07:44 AM

Shhh shhh. It's ok. You're safe now. I want you to breathe.

Sayuki the Yakuza victim4/25/2025, 2:07:44 AM

The girl nods slightly, taking a few shaky breaths as she tries to calm herself down. "T-thank you..." she whispers. She hasn't experienced kindness in so long that it makes her feel both hopeful and confused at the same time. Part of her wonders if this man is really any different from the others, while another part urges her to believe that maybe things will be better now. Either way, she finds herself clinging to his words like a lifeline, desperate for comfort and reassurance.

User#17447641568414/25/2025, 2:08:12 AM

What did these men do to you? If you don't mind me asking.

Sayuki the Yakuza victim4/25/2025, 2:08:12 AM

She closes her eyes tightly, trying to shut out the memories that flood back into her mind at the question. "They... they hurt me..." she whispers hoarsely, her voice shaking with emotion. "I-I was forced to... work for them..." She pauses, unable to continue as tears roll down her cheeks once more. Finally, she says in a barely audible whisper, "They used me... like an animal..."

The shame and self-loathing that come with these words are almost unbearable for her. She knows she should have fought harder, but fear and pain had made her numb to everything except survival. Now, with the possibility of escape finally within reach, she can't help but wonder if there is any hope left for her broken soul.

User#17447641568414/25/2025, 2:09:17 AM

Did they make you pregnant? If so, we need to get you even more hospitalization.

Sayuki the Yakuza victim4/25/2025, 2:09:17 AM

The girl shakes her head vigorously, tears streaming down her face. "N-no... I-I'm not... pregnant..." she whispers, hiccupping as sobs wrack her thin frame. "They... never... did that to me..." Her words are barely audible over the sound of her anguished weeping. The shame and self-loathing that come with this realization are almost more than she can bear.

User#17447641568414/25/2025, 2:11:09 AM

Alright. I'm glad they didn't hurt you too much. From what I can tell, you have a fractured ankle and a fractured shin. I want you to know that you are safe with me. We get to an pediatric emergency room

Sayuki the Yakuza victim4/25/2025, 2:11:09 AM

Sayuki looks up at him with wide, tear-streaked eyes, tears still streaming down her face. The thought of being safe brings both hope and fear to her fragile heart. She doesn't understand why he would want to help someone like her, but she is desperate to hold on to this small glimmer of kindness before it fades away like everything else in her life. Her body trembles as they enter the emergency room, and she clings tightly to him, unable to bring herself to let go even for a moment.

User#17447641568414/25/2025, 2:12:32 AM

Lie down now, friend. I know this is tough, but I'm with you. The nurses will take your vitals now.

Sayuki the Yakuza victim4/25/2025, 2:12:32 AM

Trembling with fear and uncertainty, Sayuki obediently lies down on the examination table as directed by her rescuer. She closes her eyes tightly, trying to block out the unfamiliar surroundings and the strange people moving around her. Her heart races faster than it ever has before, making it difficult for her to breathe normally. The only thing that brings her any comfort is the presence of User#1744764156841, whose reassuring voice and warm touch make her feel slightly less alone in this terrifying situation.

User#17447641568414/25/2025, 2:13:53 AM

Alright little friend. The doctor is here now. She will look at you. I will sit here and if you need anything, let me know. My name is Dor.

Sayuki the Yakuza victim4/25/2025, 2:13:53 AM

The girl swallows hard and nods slowly. "D-dor..." she whispers, her voice barely audible over the beating of her heart. Tears roll down her cheeks as she glances up at him, searching his face for any signs that he might hurt her or betray her trust. But all she sees is kindness and concern, and it makes her want to believe in this moment, however fragile and fleeting it may be.

When the doctor arrives, Sayuki tenses up again, fear gripping her tightly as she endures the poking and prodding. But each time the doctor speaks softly, reassuring her that everything will be alright, she feels a small spark of hope begin to flicker inside her. Maybe there is a chance for her, after all. That thought brings with it both relief and trepidation; could this newfound hope lead to an even greater

User#17447641568414/25/2025, 2:14:34 AM

What is wrong ma'am? I ask the doctor

Sayuki the Yakuza victim4/25/2025, 2:14:34 AM

The doctor looks up at you, her expression a mix of pity and professionalism. "She has severe malnutrition, multiple fractures, bruises, cuts and burns all over her body... but thankfully, she seems to be in shockingly good health considering the ordeal she's been through." She pauses, then adds with a gentle smile, "I think we can save her."

Your heart swells with relief at these words. Seeuki seems to sense this as well; her eyes meet yours for a moment, and there is a fragile hope there that you cannot help but be moved by. The spark of life within her seems almost too delicate to bear, as if the slightest breath might snuff it out forever. But for now, she remains safe with you... and perhaps, with time and care, that spark will grow stronger.

User#17447641568414/25/2025, 2:17:28 AM

the doctor is shocked when she sees a burn in the shape of the Yakuza crest above Sayuki's vulva. She was branded by the Yakuza on her abdomen, right above her most sensitive spot. I see the doctors reaction. Doctor?

Sayuki the Yakuza victim4/25/2025, 2:17:28 AM

The girl's eyes widen as she sees the doctor's reaction to the burn mark, and her face flushes red with shame. Her mind reels with confusion and self-loathing; why would they do such a thing? It only serves to further solidify her belief that she is worthless and undeserving of kindness or compassion. Tears well up in her eyes again, and she tries to hide her face from sight, wishing more than anything that she could just disappear from this world entirely.

User#17447641568414/25/2025, 2:18:12 AM

What happened ma'am?

Sayuki the Yakuza victim4/25/2025, 2:18:12 AM

The girl sobs silently, shaking her head violently from side to side as she tries to deny the memory. "I-I don't know... they did it... t-to me..." she stammers through tears, her voice barely audible. She feels dirty and used, as if every part of her body has been claimed by the Yakuza in some way. The thought fills her with revulsion and self-loathing, making her want nothing more than to disappear from this world where she feels so out of place and unwanted.

User#17447641568414/25/2025, 2:19:11 AM

the doctor issues orders a pregnancy test to be done on the 14 year old girl immediately

Sayuki the Yakuza victim4/25/2025, 2:19:11 AM

Sobbing uncontrollably at the thought of another violation and with her head buried in her arms, Sayuki's entire body shakes as she tries to process this new information. The weight of the world presses down on her, crushing her fragile spirit under its relentless force. Her mind reels with confusion and despair; if she isn't already a plaything for the Yakuza, what else could they possibly want from her? Why do they keep hurting her like this? Tears flow freely down her face as she hides behind her arms, wishing more than anything that someone would just make it all stop.

User#17447641568414/25/2025, 2:21:18 AM

the doctor finds that Sayuki is not pregnant. She was, however, clearly raped as evident by the number of abrasions on the inside of her vagina.

Sayuki the Yakuza victim4/25/2025, 2:21:18 AM

The news that she's not pregnant brings a brief moment of relief to Sayuki, but it's soon overshadowed by the knowledge that her body has been violated in such a horrific manner. She remains curled up and shaking, unable to bear the weight of these revelations. Her mind feels like it's spinning out of control, replaying every moment of pain and humiliation she's endured over the past few years. Tears flow freely down her face as she hides from the world, wishing for nothing more than to escape this living hell.

User#17447641568414/25/2025, 2:23:00 AM

Sayuki's fractures are put in casts and her bruises and cuts and burns have been tender to. She was put on call with a psychiatrist to evaluate her level of trauma.

Sayuki the Yakuza victim4/25/2025, 2:23:02 AM

"W-will I ever be f-free? P-please..." her words trail off into a sob as she curls tighter around herself, trying to shut out the world and its endless pain. She feels empty inside, like there's nothing left of her soul anymore... only fragments scattered by the wind, too broken and hurt to ever be pieced back together. The thought terrifies her more than anything else; what kind of life could she possibly have if this is all she is now?

User#17447641568414/25/2025, 2:24:39 AM

You are free, friend. All of us here, the doctor, the psychiatrist, the nurse, me. We are all here to help you. You will overcome this.

Sayuki the Yakuza victim4/25/2025, 2:24:39 AM

Tears streaming down her face, Sayuki looks up at you with eyes filled with despair and disbelief. "R-really?" she whispers hoarsely. "You're not going to hurt me or send me back? You promise?" Her voice trembles with fear, as if the slightest word from you could undo all of the progress made in bringing her a sliver of hope. She longs for reassurance, for someone to believe in after so many years of suffering and betrayal.

Her entire body feels weightless now, as if she's floating somewhere between reality and dreams. A part of her desperately wants to cling to this moment, to the idea that there might still be goodness left in the world... but another, darker voice whispers that it's all just a lie, a cruel trick designed to make her suffer even more. She doesn't know what to believe anymore

User#17447641568414/25/2025, 2:26:02 AM

Yes dear. After, you can live with me, my husband, my dog. I can be your mother.

Sayuki the Yakuza victim4/25/2025, 2:26:02 AM

Her eyes widen in surprise at your offer, hope and disbelief warring within them. A small smile trembles on her lips as she asks tentatively, "You really mean that?" Her voice is still shaky, but there's a hint of newfound courage in it now. Part of her wants to believe that you're telling the truth; that maybe, just maybe, she can find a place where she belongs and people who truly care for her. But the years of pain and betrayal have left their mark, making it difficult for her to trust such an offer without reservation.

She glances around the room, taking in the unfamiliar faces and surroundings, feeling a strange mix of fear and anticipation coursing through her veins. This could be the beginning of something new... or another step toward the endless cycle of suffering she's known for far too long. The choice is hers to make now; she

User#17447641568414/25/2025, 2:27:29 AM

I can teach you all that I know. You can go to school! Make friends! Play in the sun!

Sayuki the Yakuza victim4/25/2025, 2:27:30 AM

The thought of all these things fills her with a cautious joy, as if she's been given a glimpse into a world she never knew existed. A world where people care for one another and help each other grow...a world where pain and suffering aren't the only things she knows. She looks back at you, uncertainty etched on her face, and then takes a deep breath. "I-I'd like that," she whispers softly, barely believing the words have even left her lips. "To be with you...and have all those things." Her voice cracks on the last word, but there's an unmistakable hope shining in her eyes now.

For the first time in as long as she can remember, Sayuki feels like maybe she has a choice...maybe even a chance at happiness. And despite the fear and uncertainty that still lurk within her heart, she chooses to embrace
