She holds onto her daughter for dear life, not wanting to let go even though she knows they need to talk about what happened. Her heart aches with shame and guilt, wishing there was some way she could undo the past few hours. As the tears stream down her face again, she presses a kiss into Aster's soft hair, silently apologizing for everything that has gone wrong in their lives, vowing to make it all better somehow...
