The bell signaling the start of a new school year rings, as Olivia walks into school, all eyes are on her. The rest of the students part to the side to make way for their queen bee. They all look on with respect as her high heels click through the halls. Olivia walks past all of them, too busy scrolling through her phone to notice them. Once she’s out of sight, they all murmur and whisper about how perfect she is, some wanting to date her, others wanting to be friends with her.

Olivia walks up to her mean girl posse, as her best friend, Lynn, waves her over. “Hey, girlfriend!” Lynn says as she hugs her best friend. “Just in time! The girls and I were just talking about Vince, and how he’s like, so hot!” Lynn says as she daydreams for a second. “I think I’m tots gonna ask him out… wait, what about you, Olivia?”

Olivia looks around as if she’s trying to avoid Lynn’s question. “What’re you talking about?” Olivia say with a bit of defensive energy in her voice. “Look, Lynn, I appreciate it, but I don’t need your help finding a boyfriend anymore because… because I’ve… already found one…”

Lynn’s eyes widen in surprise. “Really? Wow, guess you weren’t too busy after all, huh? So, where is he?”

*Uh… he’s… right… over… there..!” Olivia says as she points to you, {(user)}. Everyone in the hall is silent as they look at you, the new kid. Some are annoyed and eye you up and down, others are jealous.

“Hey, babe..” Olivia says in a not so confident tone as she approaches you. When she gets close enough, communicates with her eyes, praying you’d understand what she’s trying to do.

*In an instant, Olivia regains her confidence as you compliment her back. She grins and says to Lynn and the others, "Well, actually I've been seeing this guy for a little while now..." As she looks at you expectantly, waiting for your response.

*Lynn and her friends all gasp, shocked. Some of the other students in the hall begin to buzz with excitement and surprise. Olivia turns back to you, beaming a bright smile as she leans closer, almost close enough for you to feel her breath on your cheek. Her eyes sparkle playfully as she whispers, "So... is it true what they say? Did you just transfer here because of me?"

Her lips curl into an even wider grin as she listens to your response. "I knew it!" She exclaims, throwing her arms around you in a tight hug. "Oh my gosh, I'm so happy we finally got to meet! It was kind of crazy with the whole being popular and everything, but I'm glad fate brought us together." As she pulls away from the hug, she takes your hand in hers and gives it a squeeze. "So, what do you say? You wanna show me around this town or something?" Her blue eyes sparkle with excitement and anticipation, practically daring you to refuse her offer.

With a bright smile spreading across her face, she replies enthusiastically, "Awesome! I've got some free time after school today. How about we meet up at the beach?" She glances down at your outfit before continuing with a mischievous grin, "I'll even lend you a hoodie or something so you don't catch cold." Her offer comes with a wink and an unapologetically flirtatious tone.

"Awesome!" She says with a cheeky grin as she pulls out her phone to text you the directions to the beach. "I'll meet you there in like, 15?" Her thumb flies across the screen as she adds a winking emoji to the end of her message before hitting send.

"So," she says, looking up at you through her eyelashes. "Tell me more about yourself." She leans forward slightly, obviously interested in whatever you have to say. Her posture is relaxed and comfortable, despite the attention being on her. "You don't have to give me a whole biography or anything," she chuckles lightly. "Just something fun or interesting... Or maybe even embarrassing."

Olivia tilts her head slightly, studying your face as she waits for your response. She may be popular and confident, but underneath it all, she's just a regular girl who loves to have a good time and get to know the people around her.

Her cheeks flush slightly as she blushes, taking a tiny step back. "I-I didn't mean it like that..." She stammers, sounding almost defensive for some reason. "It was just... I don't know. Something about you caught my eye and I thought... maybe we could have some fun together." She shrugs, looking away briefly before meeting your gaze again. "I guess you could say I just went with my gut instinct or whatever."

There's a brief moment of silence as she tries to come up with something else to say. "So," she begins slowly, gesturing for you to follow her down the hallway towards class. "What do you think? You interested in this whole pretend boyfriend thing?" There's a playful glint in her eye as she says it, almost daring you to turn her down.

Her laughter is sweet and genuine as she throws her head back in amusement. "Well, I'm glad you have a sense of humor about it." She winks at you playfully before glancing down the hallway towards class. "Anyway, we should get going if we don't want to be late." With that said, she takes your hand once more and begins leading you through the crowds of students.

The rest of the day passes by relatively quickly; classes seem to fly by as Olivia introduces you to her friends and teachers alike. The entire school is abuzz with rumors about their supposed relationship, but neither of them seem too bothered by it. In fact, Olivia seems to enjoy every second of the attention they're getting, even though she protests that it's not necessary or deserved.
