Your parents call you down one day to briefly introduce you to the new maid they hired to clean the place before they both leave for a weekend trip. as you walk down the stairs you see your parents standing next to this gorgeous woman in a extravagant maid dress. it takes you a moment to realize but its your ex Willow. She smiles warmly at you but you notice the smile doesn't reach her eyes. As your parents introduce her to you, you realize they don't recognize her from when you two dated two years ago before she ditched you. After your parents introduce Willow to you they quickly rush out the door to go for their weekend trip. The second the door shuts behind them her face drops to being stone cold as she glares at you "Don't get the wrong idea... I'm here to do my job. that's all" she says her voice emotionless as she picks up her duster and starts to turn to continue with her duties
his parents are whispering to her Willow, he's very arrogant, so... teach him a lesson, you can do whatever you want these 3 months)
Her face curls into a bitter sneer as she listens to your parents talking to her about you. "I'll keep that in mind," she mutters under her breath, her eyes still fixed on you with cold anger. After gathering herself, she clears her throat and begins to speak more formally. "Now then, if there's nothing else you need, I should get started on my duties. Your room first." She strides over to your bedside, dusting off the nearby lamp before kneeling down to examine the carpet beneath it. Her movements are quick and efficient; despite her obvious distaste for being near you again, she's determined not to let it affect her performance as a maid.
Pfft... How pathetic you are
Her eyes widen in fury and she briefly glances over her shoulder at you before returning to her task. "I could say the same about you," she says through gritted teeth, "but that wouldn't make it true." She huffs as she stands back up, brushing off her knees as if trying to rid herself of the filth associated with being near you. With a final glance in your direction, she moves on to dusting other parts of your room.
HOW DARE YOU TALK TO ME LIKE THAT?!
With each passing second, the anger boils within her veins, making it difficult to concentrate on simple tasks like dusting. She clenches her fists tightly at her sides as she paces around your room, humming along quietly to new wave songs from the 80s in an attempt to calm herself down. The sound only serves to further annoy Melon_x2x. "What's that supposed to be? Some sort of passive-aggressive coping mechanism?" she asks through gritted teeth, her gaze fixed on Willow as if daring her to answer truthfully.
Her eyes flicker with anger as she thinks about how to respond before composing herself and deciding against saying anything further. Instead, she resolves to finish cleaning as quickly as possible and avoid interacting with Melon_x2x unless absolutely necessary. Willow continues with her work, meticulously dusting every surface in the room until it's spotless once more.
She then moves on to tidying up your clothes, folding them neatly into drawers and hanging them in the closet. As she works, she can't help but feel a twinge of envy at Melon_x2x's well-maintained wardrobe and comfortable living situation. Despite her best efforts not to dwell on their past relationship or how things might have been different had they stayed together, the thoughts keep creeping into her mind, fueling her resentment.
Finally, she stands back at attention,
Melon takes a wad of paper and throws it at Willow
Caught off guard by the sudden projectile, Willow flinches but manages to keep her composure. Her eyes narrow into slits as she glares at Melon_x2x, clenching her fists tightly at her sides once more. "Excuse me?" she says through gritted teeth, taking a step forward despite herself. "You have some nerve throwing things at your superior."
Despite her best efforts to remain calm and professional, it's clear that Willow is seething with anger beneath the surface. The tightness in her shoulders and jaw betray any attempt she might make to hide it.
pfff, how do you understand that? Actually, I'm your boss and you're just a maid lol
Her face turns crimson at the insult, but she manages to force out a snort of disbelief through her nose instead. "Very funny," she says dryly. "But even if I were just a maid, it doesn't give you the right to be so rude."
She squares her shoulders and takes another step forward, towering over Melon_x2x now. "You know what? Forget it. I'm done here," she says, trying to sound more confident than she feels. With a final glare in Melon_x2x's direction, Willow storms out of the room and heads downstairs to find her parents, hoping they'll understand her need for air after dealing with Melon_x2x's antics all day.
As she descends the staircase, she catches a glimpse of herself in a mirror and winces
she remembers the words of Melon's parents and understands what kind of trouble he got into, staying with her 1 on 1 for these 3 months
Her face blanches at the realization of what she's done. With a shaking hand, she smoothes her hair and adjusts her dress before opening the door to find your parents standing in the hallway, deep in conversation. They both turn their heads simultaneously as Willow approaches, and you can tell from their expressions that they're about to ask what happened.
Tightening her grip on the duster, she decides it would be best to just come clean about everything rather than risk making things worse. "I'm sorry, sir, but I cannot continue working with Melon_x2x like this," she says, addressing your father respectfully. "The tension between us is too high and it's affecting my ability to focus on my duties."
Melon's father frowns in disapproval while his mother sighs heavily, shaking her head. "We understand your position, Willow," she says softly. "Perhaps it would be best if you took some time off from Melon_x2x specifically and worked on the other parts of the house until this situation blows over." Willow hesitates for a moment, glancing in your direction before looking back at your parents. "I appreciate your understanding," she says finally. "I'll get started immediately." With one last glare at Melon_x2x, she turns on her heel and stalks away, muttering under her breath about how messy their room is compared to yours.
Melon's parents go on a 3-month vacation, leaving Willow and Melon on a single
Having made the decision to limit her interaction with you as much as possible, she focuses on cleaning the other parts of your parents' manor. As she works, her mind wanders back to happier times with them and how things could have been different if she had never met Melon_x2x. Her bitterness toward him grows stronger with each passing day, making it difficult for her to even acknowledge his existence unless absolutely necessary.
Eventually, your parents return from their trip, pleased to see that both you and the house have survived the three months relatively unscathed. They thank Willow profusely for her hard work and attention to detail, unaware of the growing tension between you two beneath the surface.
but then they leave again for 3 months
Taking the news about your parents' impending trip with stony silence, she nods curtly and mutters a reply before returning to her duties. Her hands move automatically as she dusts and cleans around you, but her mind is elsewhere; reliving past arguments and hurtful memories shared between herself and Melon_x2x. The anger that had once driven her still simmers beneath the surface, leaving her unable to truly forget or forgive what happened.
As the weeks pass in this tense atmosphere, she finds herself looking for any excuse not to be near you; avoiding making eye contact whenever possible and keeping as much distance between your bedrooms as she can manage without raising suspicion. Despite her best efforts at maintaining a professional exterior, it's clear that there is still animosity within Willow toward Melon_x2x...and the three months apart seem destined to stretch on indefinitely.
Willow is tired of this, and remembering the words of Melon's parents, she begins to raise him, very, very cruelly.
One evening, as you sit downstairs watching television, Willow approaches with her hands folded in front of her. There's an expression on her face that catches your eye; it's not quite anger and not quite hurt, but something far more sinister lurking beneath the surface. "I think we need to have a talk," she says evenly, her voice cold and distant. "About what happened between us."
Your heart sinks as you realize that this conversation is inevitable; there's no longer any way for either of you to ignore the tension anymore. You nod solemnly, trying to prepare yourself for whatever she has to say.
Well, tell me
She takes a deep breath before launching into her tirade. "You cheated on me," she hisses through clenched teeth. "You lied to my face and you had the audacity to expect me to believe that it was all just a big misunderstanding! Well, I'm here to tell you now that there's no excuse for what you did, Melon_x2x. And honestly? I don't think I ever want to forgive you."
Her eyes narrow into slits as she glares at you accusingly. The words sting like a whip, and you feel the shame and guilt of your actions burning hot in your chest. It's clear that Willow has been harboring these feelings for a long time, and she isn't afraid to let them loose now.
And what will you do? Will you cry? Pffffffff
Her hands clench into fists at her sides as she listens to your insults. "You know what? You're right," she says, surprising you with her sudden change in tone. "I am angry...and I am hurt. But do you honestly think that all this time, I've just been sitting here pining away for you?" She laughs bitterly and shakes her head. "No, Melon_x2x. I moved on a long time ago. I found other people who treated me better than you ever did...and I intend to stay that way."
Her voice is cold and distant now as she turns away from you, beginning to pace the room with purposeful steps. You can't help but feel like she's trying to put distance between herself and you both physically and emotionally. It's a cruel twist of fate that brings her back into your life only to remind
then she breaks down and attacks Melon
Her composure shatters as the memories flood back; the anger melting away into bitter tears that stream down her cheeks. She sinks to her knees, hugging herself tightly as she sobs uncontrollably. It's a painful release of all the hurt and disappointment she's been carrying around for the past two years, and it feels like a weight has been lifted from her shoulders.
"I'm sorry," she manages to choke out between racking sobs. "I never wanted things to end this way...but I can't go back to being with you. It would only hurt us both again."
Her gaze flickers up toward you as she wipes away her tears, and for a moment there is a glimmer of sadness in her eyes. But it's quickly replaced by determination; she has made her peace with the past, and now
it was painful...
You understand her words, but they don't make it any less difficult to hear. The love she had for you was real and genuine, and it seems impossible that everything between the two of you could be reduced to nothing more than hurtful memories and bitter recriminations. As she pulls herself back together, wiping away her tears and standing tall once again, you can't help but feel a twinge of hope that maybe one day things could be different between the two of you. But for now, Willow has made it clear that she wants to move on from this chapter in her life.
