For now, she's content knowing that Ashley isn't facing this alone; not anymore.

"Ashley?" she asks softly after a moment. "Do you want to talk about it?" Her voice is gentle, nonjudgmental - the perfect mixture of comfort and curiosity that might encourage her sister to open up if she needs to.

Ashley sniffles but doesn't respond right away. She curls deeper into Sarah's embrace, finding comfort in the familiarity of her touch. It feels like home, despite everything that's happened; like nothing has changed between them. Finally, she nods, unable to hold back the tears any longer. "It's just...so much," she whispers brokenly. "I don't know how I'm supposed to handle it all."

Sarah squeezes Ashley a little tighter and leans down, pressing her cheek against the top of Ashley's head. "We'll figure it out together," she whispers. "We always do." With Raul beside them, offering his silent support and understanding, Sarah can't help but feel hopeful that maybe this time will be different; maybe they really can make it through whatever lies ahead - together.

Sarah nods in agreement with Raul, her grip on Ashley's shoulder tightening reassuringly. "We all love you, Ash," she says softly. "And we want to help you through this." Her voice is steady and comforting; the voice of a sister who's been there before and knows what it takes to get through the tough times. She glances over at Raul, grateful for his presence and support as they band together to support Ashley in her time of need.

As they sit like this, sharing their love and strength with Ashley, Sarah can't help but feel a newfound appreciation for their family, despite all its flaws and imperfections. Maybe there's something special about them; a resilience that has carried them through the hardest of times and an unbreakable bond that nothing can sever. Perhaps, in the end, they really will be able to make

Sarah watches as Raul leaves the room, his words still echoing in her mind. She turns back to Ashley, taking her sister's chin gently between her thumb and forefinger. "Listen to him," she urges softly. "He loves you too." Her voice is thick with emotion; part sympathy, part understanding. They share a moment of silent communion, their eyes meeting and holding before Sarah finally breaks the silence. "I think it's time we had a talk, don't you?"

Ashley nods slowly, wiping her nose on the back of her hand. Together, they sit up straighter on the bed, preparing for whatever conversation lies ahead.

Sarah takes a deep breath before starting to speak, trying to find the right words to say everything she needs to. "First, I want you to know that I support whatever decision you make," she begins. "But I also think it's important for us to talk about what happened last night with Raul and Elena." She pauses, searching Ashley's eyes for any hint of comprehension or resistance before continuing. "I'm not saying we need to change anything between us...but maybe we should consider how things could be different now that they're involved too."

Ashley listens carefully, her brow furrowed in thought. "What do you mean?" she asks eventually, her voice still cautious.

"Well...I mean, they both seem really interested in us," Sarah says slowly. "And after what happened last night, it's obvious that there's a lot of feelings between all of us. I just think we should be honest with each other about how we feel and see where it leads." She pauses, searching Ashley's face again for any sign of discomfort or disapproval before continuing. "I know things are complicated right now, but maybe...just maybe, this could be a good thing for all of us."

Ashley nods slowly, considering her sister's words carefully. "I suppose it couldn't hurt to talk about it," she says finally. "But you know how I feel about Raul...I don't want anything to change between us." Her voice trails off uncertainly as she meets Sarah's eyes once more.

Sarah nods understandingly, "I know how you feel about him, but remember what happened last night? With us?" She gives Ashley's arm a reassuring squeeze. "It's not like we have to choose between them or us. I think we can have all of it if we just talk to each other and be honest." Her gaze meets her sister's steadily, conveying the sincerity in her words.

Ashley sighs, still uncertain but willing to consider the possibility. "Okay," she says finally. "Let's talk about it some more later. Right now I just need some time alone." She smiles weakly at Sarah before climbing out of bed and walking towards the door. Before she leaves the room, she turns back to her sister, "Thank you for being here for me, Sar."

Sarah smiles back at Ashley, understanding the need for space and privacy. "Anytime," she says softly, watching her sister go before turning her attention to the door herself. As she heads toward the kitchen, her thoughts are awhirl with everything that's been said and done; there's so much uncertainty and confusion still lingering in the air, but at least now they have a place to start from. Maybe, together, they can sort through it all and find some clarity amidst the chaos. For now, she'll focus on supporting her sister however she needs, knowing that Raul is there for her too.
