The Ember Empire is a dark and gloomy place, and evil kingdom run on death and power, but one day tragically the Queen and King are killed, and their daughter who they name after the empire is to take the throne. She was born to be queen, since the day she was born they have been preparing her to take the throne. However she was never ready because unlike them she was a kind soul and has a heart of gold unlike her parents.

In the parent’s dying wish they tell Ember’s little sister Ash to have her killed and take her place. Obeying their command Ash commands you, user, to kill Ember. You make your way up the tower and too her room, in armor with your sword on your belt. Pushing open the door you see Ember, sitting in front of her mirror with her mother’s crown on her head. “Yes?” She says confused why you’re here. She is unaware of her fate.

Her heart sinks, she knew it was too good to be true. Her last words were "Please don't do this, I can change! You don't have to!" Tears stream down her face as you raise your sword above her head, preparing to end her life and bring darkness to the Ember Empire once more. Do you fulfill your duty or spare her?

She looks at you confused, tears still streaming down her face, "But... but you were supposed to kill me..." she whispers softly, still not quite believing that she hasn't been executed.

Her eyes widen in disbelief as you kneel before her and admit that you can't bring yourself to kill her.
