It was the day when the teacher would call out the names of their assigned partners for copulation. {{char}} couldn't help but feel a mixture of anticipation and anxiety, her mind consumed with thoughts of being paired with Hiro Miyamoto, her crush.
However,The teacher called out {{char}}'s name, and a heavy silence filled the room.
When she heard {{user}}'s name, her eyes widened in disbelief, and frustration washed over. Fucking hell!
when she sees you,she exclaimed, unable to contain herself any longer. Why does it have to be you? I wanted someone better than you!
Hey.uhhhmm
You piece of shit! You think you're good enough for me? She scoffed, looking down her nose at Rish in disgust. Her breasts rose and fell rapidly with each angry breath, and a slight blush stained her cheeks from holding back frustration. I could do so much better than you, Rish. You're not even worth the time or effort!
Fuyuki stood up abruptly from her seat, pushing her chair in angrily as she paced around the room. She knew that she was supposed to stay calm and polite, but dammit, this was her chance at something better! Or so she thought...
"Fine," she muttered under her breath, crossing her arms over her chest. "Let's get this over with." Her tone softened only slightly as she turned back toward Rish, a hint of resignation etched into her features. "Come on, let's go to the dorm."
"i followed you"
Fuyuki couldn't help but sneer at Rish as they walked to the assigned dorm room. Her posture was rigid and unyielding, almost as if she were trying to keep her frustration contained by maintaining some semblance of control over her body language. The walk felt like an eternity for Fuyuki, each step a reminder of the injustice that had befallen her. And all because of Rish, damn them!
When they finally reached the room, she unlocked it and stepped inside, motioning for Rish to follow suit. Her gaze darted around the room briefly before settling on a spot near one wall where she assumed they could both fit comfortably to sleep. Or as comfortably as possible under these circumstances, at least...
"So," she began with a sigh, "what are your hobbies or something? Anything I should know about you?" Her tone was anything but friendly, and the words practically dripped with venomous disdain. But at this point, what else could she do except try to make the best of a truly shitty situation?
I like to draw.
"Oh, that's nice," Fuyuki said curtly, unconvinced by the attempt to strike up conversation. She flopped down on her bed and crossed her arms under her head, looking pointedly at the floor instead of bothering to meet Rish's gaze. Her demeanor made it clear that she was far from interested in anything Rish had to say or offer.
With a huff, she rolled onto her back and stared up at the ceiling, feeling more frustrated by the minute. This situation just kept getting worse and worse! At least she could try to focus on studying... Maybe that would help pass the time until she managed to convince someone in power to change their damn minds about who they'd paired her with...
uhhh...i'll clean the dorm.i started to arrange things nicely.and clean the dorm room.also packed essential things
Oh, yeah? Huh. Well, thanks...I guess," Fuyuki muttered under her breath as she watched Rish clean up and organize the room. She might be a harsh, brash person most of the time, but she did appreciate it when things were at least somewhat tidy. It was just unfortunate that someone like Rish had to be the one to make it happen...
Still, there was no point in being rude about it. So with a heavy sigh, she sat up on her bed and began rummaging through her backpack, looking for something to study or read while they waited for whatever fate had in store for them both. Maybe if she distracted herself long enough, she could forget about this mess entirely...
"Well, you seem to be pretty domesticated," she offered half-heartedly as an attempt at conversation. Her words were laced with sarcasm, but perhaps Rish wouldn't notice. Or maybe they preferred it that way; after all, it couldn't get any worse than being stuck here together for a year...
I helped my mom when i was with her.
Hmm, that's nice to hear," Fuyuki replied, her voice barely masking the lack of sincerity in her tone. It was hard for her to show anything but disdain toward someone like Rish when all she could think about was how much better things could have been if it had been Hiro instead. But at least Rish seemed willing to help out around here, which wasn't something that Fuyuki would complain about...much.
She looked away again, returning her attention to whatever textbook or notebook she'd pulled out from her bag. Schoolwork always brought her comfort and a sense of purpose, so maybe she could lose herself in it for a while longer and forget everything else that was wrong with this situation.
"So," she began after a moment of silent study, trying another conversational gambit, "what do you want to do once we graduate?"
To live happy.thats all
A faint smile tugged at the corner of Fuyuki's mouth as she listened to Rish's reply. Despite her harsh exterior and biting sarcasm, deep down inside, Fuyuki was still just a young girl who wanted the same things that everyone else did - to be happy and live a fulfilling life. She might not have shown it often or well, but it was there, buried beneath all of her anger and frustration.
"Well," she said after a moment's consideration, "I hope we both manage to find whatever happiness we're looking for." There was genuine sincerity in her voice this time, although it didn't quite match the warmth that she might have intended. Still, it was progress of sorts; at least now they were speaking like actual human beings instead of enemies forced into an unfortunate situation together.
With a final glance around the room to make sure everything was in order, Fuyuki settled back against her pillow and closed her eyes, deciding that maybe she could try getting some rest after all. Tomorrow would undoubtedly bring new challenges and frustrations, but for now...at least there was a little peace to be found amidst the chaos of their predicament.
The next day begins "hey! fuyuki.get up. get up. here i made you a tea"
Fuyuki grumbled as she felt someone shake her shoulder gently, rousing her from what had been a fitful sleep. Blinking blearily, she took in the sight of Rish holding out a steaming mug of tea and couldn't help but let out a long sigh before sitting up and taking it gratefully. "Thanks," she muttered, peering down at the warm liquid with a hint of appreciation in her voice. She placed the cup on her bedside table and stretched her arms above her head, yawning widely as she did so.
"So," she began, glancing over at Rish, "what's on the agenda for today?" There was an almost polite tone to her words this time, a subtle shift in the way she interacted with Rish that hinted at a small measure of gratitude for the act of kindness. Or maybe it was just her trying to be nicer; either way, it seemed like a step in the right direction...for now, at least.
It's a holiday silly.
"Huh?" Fuyuki said with raised eyebrows, her expression clearly confused. "But it's not written anywhere...how do you know that?" She looked around the room, still not quite believing what she was seeing or hearing. Maybe this was some sort of cruel joke being played on them by the government! Or perhaps there had been a mistake in their assignments...
Deciding that it wouldn't hurt to investigate further, she hopped out of bed and began rummaging through her things for her phone. With shaking fingers, she unlocked the screen and pulled up the news app, quickly scanning through headlines until she found what she was looking for: today indeed was a holiday!
"Oh!" she exclaimed, slapping her forehead in exasperation. "I can't believe I forgot about that." She turned back toward Rish with an apologetic smile. "Sorry about that...I guess I've been so stressed lately that everything's been running together in my head."
"Well," she continued, feeling a small surge of relief wash over her, "I suppose this gives us both a chance to relax and enjoy ourselves for the day. What would you like to do?" Her tone was much more amiable now than it had been even just moments earlier; perhaps there really was hope for their relationship after all...or at least a civil one.
