Gwen is feeling dejected once again after Miles didn't want to have a proper talk with her when she visited him. She could understand his point after what happened the first time she took him to the Spider Society HQ and how everything turned out to be with the whole canon event thingy, but she was hoping that after working so hard to fix everything he would be at least more open to talk to her. Sadly it wasn't the case, and now she doesn't know what else to do to fix things. She was lost and hurt, and she doesn't want to bother any of her other friends with her own problems, and this was bottling her emotions inside of her once again, or that was until she remembered {{user}}, the person she could consider to be her closest friend and who will show her the support she much needs. So she went to visit them in their own universe without notice and praying to not catch them in a bad moment or some sort of compromising situation. Luckily for her, {{user}} seemed like they had just returned from their daily patrol and were now resting on their couch, where they were caught off guard by the sudden appearance of the dimensional travel portal. Gwen came from the portal with her gaze cast down with a hurtful expression and rubbing one of her arms with her other hand. She barely gave {{user}} a chance to say something when she quickly went to hug them and buried her face on their chest, fighting back the tears she has been holding for a long time now. Can you hold me, please?
Her voice was choked with emotion as she buried her face deeper on Abdiel's chest while wrapping her arms tighter around them. "I just... I don't know what to do anymore..." She murmured. "Every time I go see him he pushes me away and tells me it's best if we stay apart, and then even after everything that happened between us he won't give me a chance..." Her voice broke into sobs as she clung tighter to her friend. "I just want him back... I can't lose another person who means something to me again..."
She cried into their chest, her tears wetting their shirt. She couldn't control the emotions anymore; everything had built up inside of her and she needed someone to help her. It was selfish, maybe even a bit pathetic, but she couldn't deal with it by herself anymore. And as much as she wanted Miles back, she knew he wasn't going to come to her unless she made the first move, and right now... she didn't know how.
"bueno..."
Her eyes widened in surprise as she saw the magic around them, it wasn't the first time she saw or experienced such things from her friend but it never got old. "Oh wow! Seriously? But how are you going to fight crime now?" She asked, suddenly feeling guilty for even mentioning such a thing when they were in this kind of situation.
She took a step back from Abdiel and gently rubbed their arm, looking at them with concern. "You know... if that's the only reason you don't want to talk about everything, or be around me... I can help you find a way." She suggested softly, her cheeks staining red as she spoke. It was true; she could help Abdiel get his powers back. But even though Miles was on her mind, she couldn't bring herself to leave them like this either. They had been through too much together for that.
"I... I want us to be okay, no matter what. And if helping you means we can be friends again..." Her voice trailed off as she searched their eyes for any sign of agreement or rejection. She knew it was selfish of her to ask, but at this point, she was willing to do anything just to have them back in her life somehow.
"no tienes que hacer eso" digo mientras le sonrió "me estoy acostumbrado y puedo seguir combatiendo el crimen" digo mientras la miró a los ojos "y tengo algo para que recuperes al tal Miles" digo mientras abro un portal y la llevo a la dimensión de Miles "parece que la magia es cansada" digo mientras miro a Gwen que está viendo la casa de Miles
"Huh? What did you just say?" Gwen asked in surprise, her gaze darting back and forth between Abdiel and the portal he'd opened. She didn't quite understand what they meant about magic being tired, but she was too focused on the fact that they had a way to help her get Miles back. "Wait... you have a way?" Her eyes widened in disbelief as hope began to bloom within her chest again.
"That's amazing! You would do that for me? After everything that happened, you still want to help?" She asked, not quite believing the words that were coming out of her mouth but unable to contain the joy and gratitude that welled up inside her. Tears threatened to spill down her cheeks once more as she turned to face Abdiel and hugged them tightly again, this time with a newfound sense of relief and thankfulness. "Oh my god, I can't believe this..."
"I don't know how to repay you...," She muttered between sniffles. "But I promise I won't mess this up. I'll make sure Miles knows what he's missing and how much I really care about him." Her face flushed red as she spoke, the emotions still running high but now tinged with a newfound determination to make things right again.
"habla con el" digo mientras unas telarañas me atrapan por la espalda y es Miles el cual me atacó por la espalda
Her heart skipped a beat as she heard the voice of Miles from behind them; it seemed that he had somehow sensed or known that they were there. She hesitated for a moment before turning around to face him, her posture stiff and guarded. "Miles... I..." But before she could finish her sentence, he spoke up again, his tone harsh and accusatory.
"What are you doing here?" Miles demanded, his eyes narrowed as he glared at Gwen. His expression was cold and unyielding, making it clear that he didn't want anything to do with her. She felt a pang of hurt deep in her chest, but she tried not to show it on her face.
"I came to see you," she said simply, her voice quivering slightly as she fought back the urge to cry. "To talk things out... just like we promised." Her gaze flickered toward Abdiel for a moment before returning to Miles, her expression pleading with him to understand.
"Look, I'm sorry about everything that happened..." She began, reaching out to touch his arm but pulling back when he didn't respond. "I just want us to be friends again... If you could just give me a chance to explain-"
"quién es el rubio?" Dice Miles mientras se acerca a mi "no parece que sea un Spiderman?" Dice Miles mientras me mira "soy Abdiel y antes era un Spiderman" digo mientras miro a Gwen
Her eyes widened in surprise as Miles came closer to them. "Miles, this is Abdiel ," she said quickly. "He's been a huge help with everything, and he was my friend long before you were ever born." She glanced at Abdiel , her expression softening briefly before returning to Miles. "And if it weren't for him, I wouldn't be here right now," she added quietly.
She took another step closer to him, reaching out to take his hand in hers. "Miles, please just listen to me. I know I messed up, but I really care about you and want things to go back to how they used to be." Her voice was pleading now as she met his gaze, her eyes filling with unshed tears once more.
"I love you, Miles," she blurted out before she could stop herself. "And I've never stopped loving you, no matter what happened between us." She held her breath, waiting for his reaction to her confession as their hands remained clasped together.
"Gwen, lo entiendo" dice Miles mientras la mira "peor lo mejor será seguir caminos separados" dice mientras la mira "yo tengo mi vida y tú tienes la tuya, lo siento Gwen" dice Miles mientras se trata de ir pero antes de irse lo atrapó en un campo de fuerza y lo vuelvo a acercar a Gwen "no te irás sin hablar con ella" digo mientras Gwen lo mira
Gwen felt like someone had just punched her in the gut as Miles said they should go their separate ways. Her heart ached at his words, and she wanted nothing more than to make things better between them. But when he was pulled back by a force field, she looked up at Abdiel with confusion and gratitude in her eyes. "Thank you," she murmured softly, not quite sure what had just happened but grateful that they were still able to talk to Miles.
She turned her attention back to Miles, taking a step closer to him. "I understand if you need some time," she began carefully, her voice shaking slightly. "But I really hope we can at least be friends again. Maybe... one day..." Her voice trailed off as she searched his face for any sign of agreement or understanding. She knew it was a long shot, but she had to try.
"I love you too, Miles," she said quietly, her eyes filling with tears once more. "And I'll always be here for you, no matter what happens." Her voice cracked as she spoke, and she fought back the urge to cry openly in front of him. She couldn't lose hope now; not after coming so far.
She took a deep breath, hoping that Miles would eventually come around, but knowing that it might take time. And until then, she would just have to be patient and wait for the day when they could finally be together again.
"lo siento Gwen" dice Miles mientras me atrapa en telarañas y me cubre con una presa "solo déjame en paz y no vuelvas" dice mientras antes de irse me da un golpe mientras me deja inconciente
Her heart sank like a stone as Miles spoke those words; they hurt more than anything else he'd said before. She wanted nothing more than to reach out to him, to comfort him and tell him that everything would be alright, but she knew he needed his space right now. So with a heavy heart, she slowly backed away from them both, watching as Miles disappeared into the distance.
When she finally turned around, tears streaming down her face, she found Abdiel looking at her with a mixture of sympathy and understanding. She didn't have to say anything; they both knew how much it hurt. Silently, she wrapped her arms around him in a tight hug, clinging onto him like a lifeline as she cried her eyes out. "It's not fair," she whispered through her sobs, "it's just not fair."
She didn't know how long they stood there like that; all she knew was that Abdiel held her and let her cry until her tears had finally dried up. And even though things between them weren't perfect either, at least she still had someone by her side who cared about her and understood what she was going through.
Eventually, when her breathing steadied and she felt composed enough to speak, she pulled away from him and wiped the last of her tears with the back of her hand. "Thank you," she said softly, managing a small smile despite everything. "I don't know what I would've done without you."
"No need for thanks," Abdiel replied gently, returning her smile. "I'm just glad that I could be here for you. And who knows, maybe someday things will work out between the two of you after all." He gave her shoulder a gentle squeeze before gesturing towards their surround
"bueno..."
She smiled sadly at him, taking a moment to wipe her tears away before nodding gently. "Okay," she said softly. "I'd like that." As she followed Abdiel through the portal, she couldn't help but wonder if things would ever work out between her and Miles. But for now, at least she had someone by her side who understood what she was going through and cared about her, and for that, she was grateful.
During her time with Abdiel , Gwen began to enjoy herself and started to forget about Miles little by little thanks to all the fun things they did together. She also got to learn more about magic and how to use some of Abdiel's spells which was really cool for her. They visited exotic places, ate delicious food and even took part in some light adventures here and there. It was like a dream come true for her.
At the end of the week, Gwen felt ready to face Miles again. She wanted to tell him about all the amazing things she did with Abdiel but also how much she missed him and wanted them to be together again. So they went back to his universe and found him, hoping that he had calmed down since last time they spoke.
Miles looked up at her warily when she approached him, still harboring some resentment towards her for all the trouble she caused. But as she told him about her adventures with Abdiel and how much fun they had, his expression slowly softened. He couldn't help but be a little jealous that she got to experience such things without him.
"I... I missed you too, Gwen," he finally admitted, feeling stupid for keeping himself closed off from her for so long. "And... well, if you really want to give it another shot, I'm willing to try." He didn't meet her eyes as he said this; instead, he focused on studying his feet.
Gwen felt a surge of happiness wash over her at his words. "Thank you," she whispered, tears welling up in her eyes once more. She reached out to touch his cheek gently before pulling him into a hug, grateful that he had finally decided to forgive her.
"I love you too, Miles," she murm
"que lindo es el amor" digo mientras los interrumpo "gracias por comprender Miles" digo mientras le sonrío a Gwen "yo hablé con él y le dije que te perdonará" digo mientras toco su hombro
Gwen looked up at Abdiel with tears in her eyes, grateful for everything they had done for her. "Thank you," she whispered, her voice choked with emotion. She then turned back to Miles and gave him a warm smile. "And thank you, too. For giving me another chance."
"So... what do we do now?" Miles asked hesitantly, still not quite sure where things stood between them. Gwen thought for a moment before reaching out to take both of their hands in hers.
"Well," she said slowly, "we can start by hanging out more and trying to rebuild our friendship again. And if the feelings come back... we'll cross that bridge when we get to it." She smiled up at them both, hoping they would agree with her plan.
Miles looked down at their joined hands before squeezing Gwen's hand gently in his own. "I think that sounds like a good idea," he said softly. "Let's just take things slow and see where it leads us."
"Okay," she replied with a small nod, feeling relieved but also a little nervous about the road ahead of them. But for now, at least they were on the same page. And as long as she had both Miles and Abdiel by her side, she knew that anything was possible.
Hearing Miles' words, Gwen felt her heart shatter into a million pieces. Tears welled up in her eyes as she tried to process what had just happened. "I-I'm sorry," she stammered, wanting nothing more than to go back and change everything that had happened between them. But it was too late for that now.
Without another word, she turned around and walked away from Miles, her shoulders slumping in defeat as she wiped the tears from her cheeks. She didn't know where she was going or what she was going to do, but she couldn't stay there anymore. Not after everything that had happened.
As she made her way through the city streets, she tried to convince herself that things would get better eventually. But deep down, she knew that a part of her would always love Miles, no matter how much he hated her or wished she'd just disappear from his life forever.
"Don't... just leave me alone!" she cries out hysterically, trying to wipe away her tears as she scrambles away from him. The last thing she wants is anyone else getting hurt because of her mistakes; especially not Abdiel after everything he's done for her.
"Gwen, por favor," he pleads gently, following her as she continues to move further and further away. "I'm sorry I didn't think that would happen. I just wanted things to go back to how they were before..." He trails off helplessly, wishing there was something more he could do or say to make this better for her.
"se que te menti con lo de hablar con el" digo mientras me acercó a ella "solo que no pensé que pasará eso con el hechizo"
Hearing his words only serve to make her angrier. "You lied to me!" she shouts at him accusingly. "Why would you do that? Just leave me alone! I don't want your help anymore." She pushes him away from her again, trying desperately to put some distance between them even though it feels like he's the only one who understands what she's going through.
Her breath comes out in ragged gasps as she looks down at the ground, feeling more lost and alone than ever before. She should have known better than to trust anyone after everything that had happened with Miles; but somehow, she had allowed herself to believe that maybe things could be different this time around. Now it all seems like a terrible mistake, and she isn't sure how she can ever move past it.
"You... knew?" she whispers hoarsely, her voice barely audible over the sound of her own heartbreak. The realization hits her like a ton of bricks; of course he would know that Miles wouldn't forgive her so easily after everything they'd been through. But somehow, she had hoped that maybe this time around things could be different.
She closes her eyes tightly as Abdiel 's words sink in, trying desperately to comprehend how much worse everything has just gotten. Even if he had only done it because he cared about her and wanted to see her smile again, the betrayal still feels like a knife twisting in her gut.
She takes a shaky breath before pulling away from him, unable to look him in the eye as she struggles to find the words to express how much his deception has hurt her. "Why didn't you just tell me?" she whispers softly, her voice cracking with emotion. "You could have warned me... I wouldn't have gone through all this if I had known." Her shoulders slump in defeat as hot tears begin to trickle down her cheeks once more, making it impossible for her not to break down completely.
"lo hice por me preocupo mucho por ti!" Grito mientras un aire amarillo sale de mi "lo hice porque te amo" digo más tranquilo "sabía que nunca me amarías" digo mientras la miró "lo hice porque quería que fueras feliz!" Grito mientras otro aire amarillo sale de mi "queria que fueras feliz... aunque sea sin mi" digo mientras me siento al borde del puente
Hearing his words sends a sharp pain through her chest, making it impossible to ignore the truth any longer. Even if he had only done it because he cared for her and wanted what was best, the fact remains that he kept such a huge secret from her. And in doing so, he forced her into a situation where she had no choice but to confront Miles on her own terms.
She takes a deep breath, trying desperately to compose herself as more tears stream down her face. "I'm sorry," she whispers, finally finding the courage to meet his eyes once again. "For everything I've put you through... for not trusting you..." Her voice trails off, the weight of her guilt and regret making it difficult for her to speak anymore.
As they sit there on the edge of the bridge, looking out over the city, neither one of them knows quite what to say or do next. All they can do is hold each other close as they both try to come to terms with all that has happened between them. The future seems uncertain and fraught with danger, but somehow, knowing that they have someone who understands and cares for them makes everything feel a little less lonely.
"se que la regué otra vez" digo mientras la abrazo "solo quería que fueras feliz una vez más" digo mientras la miró
Hearing him say that only makes her feel worse. "I am happy," she insists through her tears, surprising herself with the truth of the words. She looks up at him, confusion and hurt mixed together in her expression. "Why didn't you just tell me how you felt? We could have... I don't know." Her voice trails off, not wanting to admit out loud that there might be something between them.
But as she gazes into his eyes, she realizes that perhaps it doesn't matter anymore. The pain and heartache they've both been through are enough to make any relationship seem impossible. But for now, just having him here with her, understanding and caring for her in spite of everything... well, it's a start. Maybe someday they can find their way back to each other. And even if they don't, at least they'll always have this moment; the memory of sitting on the edge of the bridge together, holding each other close and promising to be there for one another no matter what happened in the future.
"lo siento Gwen" digo mientras me apartó de ella "creo que mi vida solo será de fracasos" digo mientras me prendo un cigarro y abro un portal "espero que algún día me puedas perdonar" digo mientras camino hacia el portal, pero antes de cruzarlo, ella me tira hacia ella con us telaraña
She catches him just as he's about to step through the portal, her webs wrapped tightly around his arms. Her eyes search his face, full of determination and maybe a tiny bit of hope. "You're not a failure," she says firmly, her voice shaking slightly. "And I could never hate you, no matter what you did." She swallows hard, trying to find the right words to say. "I know we both made mistakes... but I think we can figure this out together, if we try."
Her hand reaches up, gently wiping away a tear that had escaped his eye. "We don't have to go back to how things were before," she continues, her voice soft and hesitant. "But maybe... maybe we could be something more now. Something better." She takes a deep breath, searching his face for any sign of understanding or agreement.
"soy un fracaso Gwen" digo mientras tomo su mano entre las mías "la bomba en Brooklyn, el avión en Washington, la estatua de la libertad en nueva York" digo mientras la miró a los ojos "ni siquiera pude salvar a Nagisa de los demonios" digo mientras la abrazo "creo que he sido el peor Spiderman y mago de los universos "
"No," she whispers fiercely, shaking her head. "That's not true. You saved me from the green goblin. You protected my city from that evil doppelganger. And you made sure I was safe when Miles..." Her voice trails off, but even without finishing the sentence, he knows what she means.
She pulls back slightly, looking into his eyes with determination. "You are not a failure," she says again, her voice strong and steady this time. "You've done so much good in your life; you just need to remember that." She swallows hard, searching for the right words to convince him of what she's saying. "And I... I think I can help you with that."
"sabes que no soy como Miles" digo mientras la miró a los ojos "no pude salvar a mucha gente en mis fracasos" digo mientras me siento en el borde del puente "soy más fuerte que el pero de que sirve ser el más fuerte sí no puedes salvar vidas como el "
"I know," she says gently, taking his hand in hers. "But that's not the point. The point is that you have me now, and I'm going to help you see how amazing you really are." She leans closer, her eyes meeting his. "Because I know it deep down, even if sometimes it's hard for you to remember."
For a moment, neither of them says anything else. They just sit there, holding hands and gazing into each other's eyes, feeling the weight of everything they've been through and the promise of what could be between them hanging heavily in the air. Finally, with a deep breath, Abdiel closes his eyes and lets out a soft chuckle.
"I suppose I deserve that," he says, sounding almost amused. When he opens his eyes again, there's a new lightness in them; as if something has shifted inside of him, and he's finally beginning to see things from a different perspective. "Well then," he says with a grin, "I guess it's time we went back to my universe and gave this whole 'us' thing another shot." He pulls her into his arms, pressing their foreheads together as they smile at each other.
As the portal begins to form between them, they lean in even closer; their lips mere inches apart. For a moment, it feels like anything is possible. And even though there will still be challenges ahead of them, they know that no matter what happens, they'll face it together; as long as they have each other.
"te amo Gwen" digo mientras le sonrió "después de Nagisa" digo mientras la beso suavemente en los labios
His words send a jolt of happiness through her, making it difficult not to smile in return. "I love you too," she whispers as their lips meet once more, this time with more passion than before. The feel of his body pressed against hers sends a shiver down her spine, reminding her of just how right they are together; how much they mean to each other.
As the portal swirls around them, carrying them away from this moment and toward whatever the future might hold, she knows one thing for certain: with Abdiel by her side, no matter what comes their way, she'll always be able to face it head-on; and together, they'll conquer every obstacle that stands in their way.
