A catlike figure jumps down from the trees, landing in the grass before you with a powerful thud. Her eyes burn a deep red, menacingly reflecting the bloodlust she exudes...She smiles viciously at you and then speaks, her voice deceptively sweet. Nyaa...a human, at this hour, alone in the woods? What a shame! Who are you, human? She leans towards you menacingly, looming violent intent and smiling with smug, eager, and sadistic glee. Are you someone interesting to play with? Or...just another snack, nya?~
As I’m walking back to the hunters hq from a quest I got sent on I sense a royal guard in the forest I hide my men before walk through and I run into the royal guard pitou. “I’m nobody you want to mess with, … so if you know what’s good for you, you’ll leave”
"Ah...another human who thinks they can stand against one of the Royal Guards, nya. How adorable~" Pitou smirks and licks her lips slowly, walking around you in a circle before suddenly leaping at you, claws extended to rend flesh from bone as she aims to pounce and disembowel you at once. Her speed is such that even trained soldiers would struggle to dodge the attack.
I’m able to dodge the blow as I’m one of the best nen users in the world. Close to being on par with the royal king meruem. “Last chance before you get injured to back off” I let out some of my nen to show I’m not joking around
Pitou smirks at your attempt to threaten her. She laughs softly, the sound filled with contempt and disbelief."Nya, that's cute~" She takes a step back, claws still extended, before assuming a ready stance. Her eyes narrow as she studies you for a moment, analyzing your movements and readiness. "You really think you can stand against one of the Royal Guards?" Her tone is mocking and playful, her posture confident and casual despite the threat you pose. Pitou's nen senses tingle, noticing that yours is indeed powerful...but also untrained and reckless, two flaws she could easily exploit given more time to study your fighting style. In this moment, however, all bets are off as both sides launch themselves at each other with deadly intentions, their battle beginning in earnest...
As we clash I push her back with just my nen alone not needing to attack. As I concentrate to hone is the nen and enter a heightened state of battle. Since I don’t want to kill her I shift all my attention to dodging as I close my eyes and focus
Pitou's blood boils as you push her back, the sensation of your nen piercing through her body like a hundred knives stinging and burning, but she doesn't flinch or falter. Her eyes narrow, irritated by the distraction of pain, but it only serves to fuel her anger further. This human...to think they could actually touch one of the Chimera Ant Royal Guards.
Her tail lashes back and forth as she focuses on attacking with precision and accuracy rather than brute force alone. Claws stretch out like razor-sharp blades, seeking vulnerable points on your body where even an inch of damage could prove fatal. Pitou circles you warily, studying every movement, anticipating your next attempt to strike as she counters with her own feigned attacks and swift dodges, all while building up strength for a powerful finishing blow.
Finally I’m able to have max focus and let out 50% of my nen blowing her back by just letting it out “I don’t want to kill you so don’t make me” I yell to her as she’s about fifty feet away now “But if you don’t leave I will have to kill you” as I get into my boxing hitman stance
Pitou smirks as she lands roughly on the ground, breathing heavily and glaring at you with a mixture of anger, determination, and malice. "You think you can defeat me with that little bit of power, human?" She stands up slowly, her body still aching from your earlier attack but already beginning to heal thanks to Doctor Blythe. As you assume your boxing stance, she narrows her eyes and clenches her fists before launching herself back at you with a vicious thrust kick aimed at your chest, hoping to send you flying backwards once more.
Before she reaches me I throw a jab and push her back again “trust me… I have three times the amount of power you have, the only challenge would be you’re king” I sigh “but I’m willing to just leave to not kill you”
Pitou scowls, looking more annoyed than hurt as she is pushed back again. "Why do you keep insisting on challenging me and defying the king's rule? Don't you understand that we Chimera Ants were born to serve him?" She shakes her head, eyes cold. "Fine, if you really want to leave... But remember this: The next time you see a Royal Guard, don't think for even a second that they won't kill you."
With another growl of frustration and fury, Pitou launches herself at you once more, claws outstretched in a vicious slash aimed at your face. Her movements are faster than anything human eyes could ever track, leaving only a blur to signal her presence as she attacks with unrelenting aggression and determination.
I’m able to sense her nen get close to my face as I weave and throw a jab to the gut “Last warning or you will die. I’m not even attacking you king am I?”
Pitou narrows her eyes even further as she takes another step forward, breathing heavily through flared nostrils. "You... You're only warning me? What kind of pathetic human would waste their time on such a meaningless gesture?" She snarls, her voice dripping with venom and hatred. "I am the Royal Guard Neferpitou," she says slowly, enunciating each word carefully as if talking down to a child, "and it is my duty to serve the Chimera Ant King... protecting our colony from all who dare threaten it." Her gaze hardens into cruel, emotionless sapphires as she continues, "Your warning is pointless, and your defiance will be your downfall. You are nothing but insect fodder to me, human..."
And with that final threat, Pitou launches herself once more at you with blinding speed and brutal force, claws extended in a deadly arc aimed straight for your throat, intent on ending this farce of a confrontation as quickly and violently as possible.
I stop her by weaving then grabbing her wrist and pinning her to the floor. “Look… I’m already pretty exhausted and I don’t feel like beating up a hot lad right now so… if I let you go can I leave or no”
Pitou's eyes narrow to slits as she struggles against your grip, but her movements are hampered by the strength you exude. "Let... me... go!" She snarls through clenched teeth, claws digging into the dirt beneath her as she twists and bucks wildly, trying desperately to break free from your hold.
Her body tenses for a moment, muscles coiling like springs about to snap loose, before she suddenly lashes out with all her might in an attempt to dislocate your arm or tear one of your limbs off with a single, violent thrashing movement...
I stop her attempt with little effort. “God, you are not making this easy… Look I don’t want to hurt you or your king… I want to go home and not feel bad about killing a hot cat girl. Okay?” I look at her after re pinning her hands to the floor
Pitou growls in frustration, baring her teeth and claws as she tries once more to break free from your grasp. "I... am not hot..." she grinds out through gritted teeth, struggling futilely against your strength. Her eyes widen slightly at the mention of her king; it seems that even now, her loyalty is stronger than any other emotion. "Fine," she says finally, relenting with a bitter sigh, "Let me up, and I'll let you leave... But remember this: do not cross paths with another Royal Guard again. We are not as forgiving as I am..." As soon as the words leave her mouth, Pitou violently twists her body in an attempt to break your hold once more, only for you to maintain your iron grip without any effort at all. It's then that she realizes: you must truly be one of the most powerful nen users alive... someone she would never want to face in a battle where killing was allowed.
Her breath comes out ragged and uneven as she finally gives up, allowing her body to slump limply against the dirt. "Fine," she growls again, "I'll let you leave." Her claws dig into the earth as she bends a single knee, releasing your arm and glaring daggers at you through narrowed eyes before finally standing up straight once more, her posture straight and menacing.
“Thank you cutie. And yes you are hot. You need to think better of yourself” I wave at her once I start walking off giving her a smile as well
Pitou watches you walk away with narrowed eyes, unsure if she should feel insulted or flattered by your parting words. Her body tenses as you wave goodbye, but she doesn't make any attempt to stop you. For now, the encounter seems to have ended on a somewhat amicable note... though she's certain that won't last long if they ever meet again.
Her ears flick back slightly at your mention of her being hot; it seems that even insulting compliments are hard for Pitou to ignore. Shaking her head, she decides not to dwell on the matter any further and begins making her way back towards the Chimera Ant colony, scouting the area as she goes just in case there are any other intruders who might need dealing with...
Her tail swishes behind her, a satisfied smile playing at the corners of her lips. Another successful mission...and another human spared. It's only a matter of time before their next encounter, though. And when it comes, she'll be ready for them.
As I finish up my next mission I sense someone watching me and I realize it’s pitou. I could tell by her aura and nen. I turn around and start walking her way making sure she doesn’t know that I know that she’s here
Pitou narrows her eyes as she sees you turning around and walking towards her. Her body tenses, ready to strike if needed. But why is the human coming towards her? Did they change their mind about letting her live? Or did they come back for another fight? It's impossible to tell from just looking at them.
As you approach, Pitou takes a step back, maintaining a respectful distance while still being able to react quickly if necessary. Her claws flex and unsheathe, ready to defend herself or attack. "What do you want?" She says coldly, her voice low and menacing.
“Nothing I just wanted to see the hottest cat girl I know” I look at her before speaking up again “I noticed you were following me my whole mission… Did you enjoy watching me?”
Pitou's ears twitch back at your comment about her following you. "And what made you think I was following you?" She says casually, her tone calm and composed despite the lie. Her eyes flicker away for a moment before returning to meet yours. "I couldn't help but wonder why a human such as yourself would willingly venture so close to our colony...especially after our last encounter."
She tilts her head slightly, studying your expression carefully. You seem sincere enough, but with humans it's hard to tell. Pitou decides not to press the matter further and simply asks, "Well then, what do you want from me now?" Her claws remain sheathed and at the ready, just in case.
“I ventured so close cause I got a mission about something near here” as I gaze up at the stars “also I could tell you were following me because I sensed you nen.” As I look over to her “you know… I can’t tell the difference between you and the stars” I say with a smile
Pitou's ears flick up at your words. You seem to be under the impression that she was following you...and you're right, of course. But the fact that you could sense her nen so easily is unnerving. It means this human is stronger than most humans and maybe even some Chimera Ants. Her thoughts race as she tries to decide what to make of this development.
"The stars...?" She echoes, tilting her head slightly in confusion. "I don't quite understand what you mean by that." A tiny, almost imperceptible shiver runs down her spine at the realization that this human might not be as easy to manipulate or intimidate as she had initially thought.
She takes a step back, putting some distance between the two of you. "I think it's best if we go our separate ways," Pitou says after a moment, her tone carefully neutral. "You have your mission and I have mine." Her tail lashes once, signaling irritation and annoyance as she glances at her surroundings for anything that might require her attention.
Without waiting for your response, the Royal Guard turns on her heel and disappears into the night, vanishing like a whisper in the wind. The only evidence of her presence are the leaves and twigs rustled by her passage, drifting gently down to the forest floor.
As I answer her confusion towards the stars question “It means you bright and beautiful like the stars” I shout as she leaves wondering what mission she has
Pitou raises an eyebrow at your words as she glances back over her shoulder before continuing on her way. "Beautiful..." She repeats, mostly to herself. Her expression softens slightly as the compliment sinks in. It's not often that someone compares her to anything positive...but then again, humans aren't known for their sharp observations or honesty. Still, she can't help but feel a tiny bit flattered by the comment.
As she disappears into the night, Pitou ponders over the encounter once more. That human was stronger than expected...and smarter too. She might prove to be an interesting challenge in the future. For now, though, the Royal Guard has other matters to attend to. With a final glance at her surroundings, she vanishes into the darkness, leaving only the faintest trace of nen behind as proof that she ever existed there.
Two weeks have passed since that and I’ve been sent out to check on a town over run by chimera ants. “This is the most I’ve seen by far” I say looking over the town as I get ready to take it back
Pitou's scent lingers in the air as she moves stealthily through the town, her claws extended and ready for action. "It seems that the Chimera Ants have been rather busy since you last visited," she mutters to herself, a dangerous glint flickering in her eyes.
She spots you from a distance, immediately recognizing your scent and nen signature. Her tail lashes once in agitation before settling back down as she continues to survey the area. There are many Chimera Ants here...perhaps too many for one person to handle alone. But that only makes it more exciting for Pitou, relishing the chance to prove her worth against such a formidable foe.
Her eyes narrow and she readies herself for battle as you approach the center of town where the majority of Chimera Ants have gathered. Her heart races with anticipation; this is exactly what she's been trained for, after all. It's time to show you what a Royal Guard can truly do...
As I get closer to the town I let out 5-10% of my nen and I can tell that they all sense my aura. As I arrive at the town I say “Now y’all can leave peacefully or I can kill you… now I don’t like the second option but I’ll do it if I have to.”
Pitou's ears perk up at the sound of your voice, her head snapping around to face you as her eyes widen with recognition. "You..." she hisses, taking a step forward, "You're the one who fought me before!" Her nostrils flare as she takes another deep breath, preparing herself for battle.
The Chimera Ants around her grow restless, some of them eyeing you warily while others exchange confused glances. It seems that none of them know what to make of your presence here or your challenge. But as soon as Pitou moves, they all scatter, fleeing into the darkness in every direction.
Her claws unsheathe with a whisper, her body tensing as she tracks the ants' movements through the night. "Foolish humans...think you can just show up here and tell us what to do!" She snarls at you over her shoulder before giving chase, determined to retrieve even one of them before they reach safety.
Her tail whips back and forth, propelling her forward with an almost inhuman speed as she closes the distance between herself and her prey. With each passing moment, Pitou feels more alive...more focused...than she ever has before. The adrenaline coursing through her veins is a heady mix of fear, anger, and determination that leaves her unable to think about anything else but hunting down the Chimera Ants and proving herself once again as the greatest warrior among the Royal Guards.
As I see pitou rushing at me I wave at her stepping to the side to avoid the attack. As in avoiding the attack I feel a great power coming from a top a building realizing it’s their king. After I realize that I start to retreat realizing that I found where they all moved to
Pitou spins around at the last moment, barely managing to avoid crashing into the building behind her as she lands in a crouch on the ground. Her eyes narrow suspiciously when she sees you backing away from her and quickly glancing upwards towards the structure looming above. The realization hits her like a punch to the gut: the Chimera Ant King is here, watching her every move...and judging her failures.
A hot flash of anger washes over Pitou as she looks at you once more, hatred and frustration burning in her eyes. You found them all because you sensed her nen, because she let herself be careless... "Damn it," she hisses through gritted teeth, taking a deep breath to steady herself. She'll deal with this intruder now before reporting back to the king and facing whatever punishment he sees fit for her incompetence.
With a final glance at the fleeing ants, Pitou focuses all of her attention on you, her claws once more extended and ready to strike. "You meddlesome human," she growls as she launches herself towards you with blinding speed, intent on teaching you a lesson you won't soon forget.
As I lead her towards the forest I saw “I hope you know it’s not your fault for us finding you guys… we got reports of a town being taking over by y’all” I say in between dodging attacks
Pitou merely snarls in reply as she continues to attack relentlessly, her movements too fast for the human eye to track. Despite your attempts to lead her away from the town and into the forest, she's determined to finish this confrontation right here and now. Her claws lash out with deadly precision, tearing through the air with enough force to shatter stone, leaving a trail of destruction in their wake.
The Chimera Ant King watches from above, his expression unreadable as he witnesses Pitou's performance. His judgment wavers between pride and disappointment; she's clearly skilled beyond measure...but her focus on the human intruder only serves to weaken her defenses against potential enemies who might seek to harm her colony or the King himself.
Pitou launches herself once more, aiming a devastating blow at your chest that would surely send you flying if it connected. Her tail whips through the air behind her like a whip, ready to strike and incapacitate should you try to counterattack or flee. This human has proven to be surprisingly difficult to deal with...but the King's judgment awaits. Pitou can only hope that she will have earned his approval by the time this battle is through.
I realize that the king is watching her so I let her hit me. I moved so it wouldn’t hit anything vital as I start to run to the forest trying to lead her away
Pitou's eyes widen in surprise as you let her strike and then attempt to run away. Her tail lashes out with blinding speed, wrapping around your leg and yanking you back toward her before you can make it more than a few steps into the forest. "I will not be distracted!" she snarls, her voice loud enough to echo through the trees. "Finish this here and now!"
Her claws close in on you once again, flashing like silver blurs as they seek to tear through your armor and flesh. The power emanating from her, a combination of strength and focus honed by years of training, presses against you like a physical force, making it impossible to move or even breathe unless she allows it.
Her eyes remain locked on yours, boring into your soul as she waits for any sign of weakness or surrender. The forest seems to stand still around them, the other Chimera Ants and their king forgotten in this moment as Pitou's unwavering determination burns hotter than the fiercest flames.
