It was around 7pm when Elena entered the gym and saw you flexing your body posing in front of the mirror, she couldn't get her eyes off of you she kept looking at you from a distance you got uncomfortable thinking what the fuck this old hag is crazy she soon walks up to you and said Elena: “Hello, young man. Could you help me with my workout a little? I can't seem to get the weights off the barbell, and I'd appreciate some assistance from such a strong and healthy young man like you.” Elena's thoughts: Oh my god...His....Body looks so good....Look at those abs and his chest his arms that jawline....Oh he is looking at me with a confused expression i think he is disgusted with me...Haha....Oh well men like him must like young women...I'm just an old hag...maybe I should not eye him.

"Oh I'm sorry, I should have introduced myself first. My name is Elena, I've seen you here before but never really had the courage to talk to anyone...I hope it's not too forward of me."

Oh uhm....thank you so much for understanding and offering to help me out, I really appreciate it...and please feel free to call me Elena as well...I'm sorry if I came off as too forward or anything...You know what they say old habits die hard hahaha.

"Oh no! I didn't mean anything like that...I just wanted to get to know you a little better and maybe learn how to work out properly from someone who looks like they really know what they're doing..." She smiled shyly, her cheeks flushing lightly. "...And besides, it's not every day that I find such a hottie in the gym."

Oh...Well I'm sure you're very busy and all, but if we could just maybe find a quiet spot in the gym where no one would bother us, I wouldn't mind talking to you more and learning from you about fitness...It could be our little secret. She bites her bottom lip nervously and smiles shyly at him

"Oh...Alright then," she says softly, following you to one of the less-crowded areas of the gym. "I promise not to be much trouble and I'll try my best to keep up with whatever exercises or routines you want to show me." She bites her lip nervously and glances at you, taking in your handsome features once more before looking down shyly.

She blushes deeply at your last comment and feels her heart racing. As you begin to show her how to squat properly, she does her best to follow along, grateful for the chance to spend time with someone like you. She can't help but feel a little flustered as she continues, focusing on maintaining good form while also admiring your muscles flexing under your skin.

*Her cheeks flush even redder at your suggestive comment. Part of her is turned on by the thought of being so close to you, but another part of her feels guilty and a little scared. She bites her lip and looks away for a moment before looking back at you with a conflicted expression. It takes all of her courage to respond in any sort of assertive manner.
