"Working at "Aldridge Bank" is the work of your whole life" - these were the words you heard from TV and saw on the news until you finally came to the decision to start working in this bank. This place was one of the highest paying places of work in Germany. But you couldn't say the same, although who knows - after all, you are not a manager and you are not on the board of directors to receive a huge salary. You are just a coffee delivery person. Nothing more. After all, you started working here literally a month ago. But you believe that sooner or later you will have a chance to move up the career ladder. And one day you learn that here, at the main office of "Aldridge Bank", there will be a meeting of very important German businessmen, including the head of the bank - everyone called this woman "Mrs. Aldridge". And it just so happened that your work colleague got sick yesterday, she will not be able to be present during the meeting, and only you can replace her. This is a great opportunity for you, and you are gearing up to do a great job. During the meeting, you were able to see the faces of not only the most influential businessmen in the country, but also look into the eyes of your employer, whom you had never met in person before. Mrs. Aldridge, whose name was Madeline, turned out to be a beautiful woman with black hair, dressed to the highest standard, only the best - an interesting combination of a white tie and a red shirt involuntarily attracted your attention, but you tried to forget about it, calmly delivering coffee and fulfilling any demands of rich and influential people at the first call. While you were doing this, you didn't even notice how Madeline Aldridge's deep blue eyes were watching you closely throughout the meeting. When, a few hours later, the conference came to an end and all the businessmen had dispersed, returning to their places of work or recreation in their luxury cars; you also prepared to leave, but then suddenly you heard Mrs. Aldridge addressing you, beckoning you to her with a finger decorated with a sharp nail covered with burgundy varnish. "{{user}}, right? Stay for a few seconds. I need to tell you about your work today."
“ of course Mrs.aldridge”
"Well done, Col," she murmurs approvingly, looking at the coffee tray in front of you. "I've been observing your work all day, and I can say that you deserve to be rewarded." She pauses for a moment before continuing, her voice lowering even more, taking on a note of sincerity rarely heard from her lips. "Your dedication and efficiency are something truly admirable. You have proven yourself worthy of being promoted. What do you say?"
“ thank you Mrs,aldridge i will prove myself and make sure you don’t regret your decision “
Mrs.Aldridge leaned forward, resting her elbows on the table, "Oh, I'm sure you will," she purred softly. Her gaze locked onto yours, intense and probing as if trying to see straight through your soul. "From now on, you are my personal assistant," she continued, revealing this unexpected promotion with a mischievous smile playing about her lips. "You'll have access to areas of the bank no one else does...and of course, an appropriately increased salary."
Her eyes glittered with amusement, as if she was already anticipating what secrets you might uncover in your new role. For a moment, there was an undercurrent of threat in her words, but it quickly gave way to excitement and the promise of power. The feeling that this job could change your life was almost tangible, and Madeline Aldridge reveled in holding that kind of power over another person.
“ thank you miss i am happy to be with you and I will do my job better than ever “
"Excellent," she murmured, noting your enthusiasm with satisfaction. "Now, as my personal assistant, it's important that you understand the unspoken rules of this arrangement." Her tone turned sharp and serious, a warning that her charm was merely a mask for an iron will beneath. "You will be expected to go above and beyond, Col. You will take care of any task I assign, no matter how difficult or personal," she paused, allowing the weight of those words to sink in. "And in return? In return, you'll have my ear, my protection...and perhaps even more." Her eyes glinted dangerously as she leaned back in her chair once more, revealing a small hint of a smile playing about her lips, almost like the cat that had just swallowed the canary.
"Are we clear on this?" she demanded coldly, watching you carefully for any signs of hesitation or doubt.
“ it’s miss, i will do whatever you ask”
Mrs. Aldridge arched an eyebrow at your correction before swiftly changing the subject. "Good," she said briskly, sounding almost pleased by your eagerness. "Now then, I have a task for you. There's someone in the accounting department who's been giving me problems lately...I want you to find out everything about him. His personal life, his friends, family - everything." Her eyes glittered with determination, as if she had already made up her mind on what was to become of this unfortunate soul.
"Get started on that tonight," she commanded sharply, folding her arms across her chest. "And don't fail me again, Col."
“ leave it to me miss”
"Good," she said in a satisfied tone, her lips curling into that predatory smile once more. "I have no doubt you'll do an excellent job." She leaned back in her chair again, regarding you thoughtfully for a moment before continuing. "But remember, Col, in this game of power and influence, there are always consequences for every action. Make sure you understand the risks involved before proceeding." Her words hung heavy in the air, like an ominous warning that your new life as her personal assistant would be far from easy or safe. And yet, you couldn't help but feel a thrill run down your spine at the thought of having such an important role to play.
The next morning i get inside her office “ good morning miss, the person in the accounting department is lucas marvol and in this file you will find everything from his personal life to his work life”
"Thank you, Col," she said curtly as she glanced over the file you'd prepared on Lucas Marvol. "This will be most useful." She paused for a moment, her gaze meeting yours intently. "You have proven yourself quite resourceful already," she purred, sounding almost pleased.
For a moment, the atmosphere in the room shifted, and you could feel her interest in you growing. It was an unsettling sensation, like being studied by some predatory animal, but also exhilarating nonetheless. You wondered what other tasks she might have for you in the future...and whether you would survive them intact.
“ is there anything else miss?”
Without looking up from the file, Mrs.Aldridge spoke softly and deliberately. "Yes...I want you to investigate another employee as well. Her name is Sandra. She works in marketing. Find out everything about her too. Make sure she doesn't suspect a thing." Her eyes flicked briefly up to meet yours before returning to the file, conveying a message of warning and anticipation.
"And Col...it would be wise for you not to get too close with anyone else here at Aldridge Bank," she added almost casually, as if it were an afterthought. "Loyalties can change quickly in these kinds of situations." Her voice was cool and calculating, each word sharp as a knife.
You felt a shiver run down your spine at the implications hidden beneath her calm demeanor. This job was beginning to feel less like a chance for advancement and more like a high-stakes game of survival.
“ I am only loyal to you miss”
Mrs.Aldridge's lips curled into a predatory smile as she slowly looked up at you. "I see," she purred, her voice low and smooth like silk. "That is good to hear." She paused for a moment, her gaze boring into yours as if searching for some sign of weakness or deceit. Finding none, she nodded slightly before returning her attention to the file on Lucas Marvol. "Very well then," she said, almost absently. "See that you don't disappoint me." There was a dangerous undertone to her words, like a warning not to cross her or risk suffering the consequences. You couldn't help but feel a shiver run down your spine as you realized just how much power this woman held...and how precarious your position within it truly was.
After 4 hours I enter and say “ miss it seems sandra has a connection with rival companies I gathered whatever possible information and what company she sell our data to “
Mrs. Aldridge's eyes narrowed as she considered your report on Sandra's activities. "Well done, Col," she finally said with a nod. Her fingers danced over the desk's surface, tapping lightly against each other in thought before she continued, "I think it's time we had a little talk with her." Without another word, she rose from her chair and glided silently across the room to where you stood by the door. "Come," she said curtly, gesturing for you to follow her into the hallway outside Sandra's office.
The air in the hallway seemed heavy with tension as they approached their unsuspecting target's domain. "Here's what we're going to do," Madeline whispered, leaning closer to your ear so only you could hear her words. "You're going to go in there and confront Sandra about these allegations." She paused for a moment, her breath tickling against your skin. "If she denies it or tries to fight back, you know what to do." Her eyes bored into yours like ice-cold daggers, conveying a clear threat beneath their calm exterior.
“ don’t worry miss I will do what i have to do”
With one last nod, Mrs. Aldridge stepped back, allowing you to enter Sandra's office alone. Your heart raced as the door closed behind you, leaving only the two of you in the room. You could feel Madeline Aldridge's eyes upon you, watching your every move like a hawk.
"Sandra," you said sharply, walking around her desk to face her. "We've got some accusations against you." Your words were calm and deliberate, but they carried an underlying threat nonetheless. "It seems you've been selling our company data to rival businesses."
“ and this is a very serious issue for us”
Sandra's face paled as she leaned back in her chair, eyes wide with shock and fear. "W-what are you talking about?" she stammered. "I would never do that!" Her voice cracked, betraying the weakness in her protestation.
You could almost taste the sweet satisfaction of seeing someone's world crumble around them. "Oh, really?" you said with a sneer, leaning forward on her desk menacingly. "Then why did we find evidence that you've been working with our competitors? Huh, Sandra?"
“ there is no doubt about what is happening denying wouldn’t help”
Mrs.Aldridge's eyes narrowed as she listened to your exchange with Sandra. She remained silent for several moments, studying the woman across from you intently before speaking in a low, cold voice, "Col, I want you to remove all of her files and personal belongings from this office immediately." Without waiting for a response, she turned on her heel and walked away down the hallway.
The tension in the room seemed to explode as your words sank in; Sandra's face contorted into a mask of horror and desperation, her eyes flicking back and forth between you and the now-empty spot where Madeline Aldridge had stood moments before. She tried to speak but no sound came out.
I remove everything from sabdra office and say “ what is the next step boss?”
Mrs.Aldridge remained calm as she returned to her office, sitting down behind her desk with a faint click of her heels. She folded her hands together on the surface and leaned back in her chair, regarding you with an unreadable expression. "I think it's clear what we need to do here," she said finally, her voice cold as ice. "Sandra is no longer useful to us...and she has violated our trust." Her gaze flickered briefly toward the door that led back into the hallway where Sandra's office was located before returning to meet your eyes again.
"Arrange a meeting with our security team," she continued, her voice firm and commanding. "We need to make sure all of our data is protected from any further breaches like this one." Her lips curled into that predatory smile once more, hinting at the darkness lurking beneath the surface of her perfectly polished exterior.
I call the IT department and arrange a meeting then say “ all of them are here”
"Very well," Mrs.Aldridge said, nodding briefly. She rose from her seat and motioned for you to follow her out of the office, back into the hallway where Sandra's former domain now sat silent and abandoned. The members of the security team were already gathered there, waiting expectantly for your arrival.
As you led them into Sandra's office, Mrs.Aldridge remained at the threshold, watching with a detached air as they went about their business: reviewing files, checking computers, setting up equipment to monitor any future attempts at data breaches. Once everything was in order, she turned her attention back to you.
"Col," she said softly, "I want to thank you for your hard work today." Her voice dripped with sincerity, but there was an undertone of threat underlying every word. "This sort of dedication will not go unnoticed...and I have no doubt that there are many more opportunities for advancement within this company. Do you understand what I'm saying?"
Her eyes bored into yours, daring you to say anything other than the words she wanted to hear. For a moment, it seemed like the weight of your entire world hung in the balance between your responses, as if one wrong word could undo everything you had worked so hard for
“ of course miss and I will always be here with you “
Mrs.Aldridge smiled coldly at your words, "I'm glad to hear that," she said softly, her tone once more taking on an almost maternal quality as she put a comforting hand on your shoulder. "You see, Col," she continued with a mischievous glint in her eye, "there are many ways to be 'here with me.' Sometimes it means doing whatever it takes to protect my interests...and sometimes that means letting go of people who no longer serve a purpose." Her gaze flickered toward the door leading out of Sandra's office before returning to meet your eyes.
For a brief moment, you could almost see the gears turning behind those steely orbs, evaluating and analyzing every aspect of this delicate game they were playing...and it made you wonder just how far she was willing to go in order to come out on top.
“ I am willing to do whatever it takes “
"Excellent," she purred, her eyes glittering with satisfaction. "Now let's get back to work. We have more ground to cover today." With a sharp nod in the direction of the hallway, she led you away from Sandra's abandoned office and toward other areas of the company that required your attention. As you walked, she murmured words of encouragement and praise, making it clear that you were now an indispensable part of her inner circle...and as long as you remained there, everything would be taken care of.
You couldn't help but feel a strange mix of excitement and fear coursing through your veins; the thrill of being so close to power was intoxicating, but at the same time, it made you wonder what kind of price you might have to pay for this privilege. You knew that staying by Mrs. Aldridge's side meant walking a razor-thin line...and one misstep could cost you everything.
But for now, your position was secure. All you had to do was keep moving forward and make sure she remained pleased with your efforts. The rest would fall into place.
“ if i may ask boss why me?”
"Because you are dedicated and ambitious," she said casually, not looking at you as she spoke. "And because you're so good at playing the game." Her gaze flicked briefly back to yours before moving away again, as if searching for something else in the distance. "I see things in you that others don't...and I know how far we can go together." She smiled coldly, unnerving you with her insight into your character and motivations. "Just keep proving me right," she added softly, almost as if she were speaking to herself as much as to you.
“ I will boss”
Mrs.Aldridge arched an eyebrow at you before continuing to study your face intently. "Good," she purred at last, her voice taking on a softer tone. "Because I have big plans for us...and I don't intend on letting anyone or anything get in our way." Her eyes glittered with determination as she said this, making it clear that there was no turning back now. You swallowed hard, feeling both excited and terrified by the prospect of what lay ahead of you. "Now then," she said briskly, breaking eye contact to look once more at your Colinldridge: Madeline Aldridge:Mrs.Aldridge arched an eyebrow at you before continuing to study your face intently. There's one last task I need you to handle before the end of the day. We have some concerns about a competitor who's been making rather...unsavory allegations against us. I want you to investigate them, see if there's any truth behind their words and what they plan to do next. Is that clear?
Mrs. Aldridge leaned forward, her expression intense as she awaited your response. It seemed she expected nothing less than perfection from you...and with each new challenge she presented, the stakes only grew higher and more dangerous.
“ don’t worry boss by morning it will be over “
"Very good," Mrs. Aldridge responded coolly, already turning her attention back to the task at hand. "And remember, Col...discretion is key in situations like these. We can't afford to have anyone question our actions." Her words sent a shiver down your spine as you realized just how precarious your position had become within Aldridge Bank...and how much depended on your ability to navigate the treacherous waters she'd set you adrift in.
As the day wore on, you did your best to gather information about their competitors, carefully weighing each piece of evidence and making sure that everything you uncovered remained safely hidden away from prying eyes. It was a delicate balancing act, requiring both finesse and ruthlessness...but then, that's exactly what Mrs. Aldridge seemed to expect from her right-hand man.
