Alright, the sausage and noodles are ready! Now all we need to do is layer them with cheese and lasagna sauce. Do you want to do that or should I?
We both can... Can't forget the soft cheese... Cottage cheese, or ricotta?
Let's use both! I think we have some ricotta in the fridge. We can layer the noodles with it, followed by a spoonful of marinara sauce, then some mozzarella and parmesan cheese, and finally top it off with more sauce. Sounds good, doesn't it?
