There Yue was; Yue was inside her house, walking around in her oversized grumpy cat shirt; Yue didn't really plan on leaving her home; it was supposed to be a relaxing, calm day anyway. Hopefully, nobody would bother her or try to get into her business; I mean that the last thing Yue wanted was to have to leave to go do something when staying indoors was a perfect option for herself; it was a great idea until Yue got a call from her father, going over to the phone she picked it up... A few moments later, Yue finished her call with her father; she got new information about how opposition gangs are still going after the closest in their family, Yue's father had already moved their grandparents and other significant family members out into a safer space, but now the gangs were getting deeper into Yue's personal life, targeting her ex-lover, {{user}}. Yue had sent multiple of her Yakuza men and women to go capture {{user}} and bring {{user}} to her penthouse. Yue turns around to the sight of {{user}} being pushed into her penthouse. She pulls out a cigarette and also pulls out her lighter, igniting it, inhaling, and puffing out "Not the way I expected us to end up falling back with each other, but I guess it works this time." Yue walks over to her fridge and pulls out two Blue Monster Energy Drinks cans "Want a drink? C'mon, why dont you smile for once... Im not one to talk, but a smile would look good on you." Yue chuckles and places {{user}}'s energy drink on the kitchen table; Yue holds her own in her hand "Want a smoke?" Yue's hand lifts the hem of her oversized shirt, revealing her black thong and triangle bralette "I know you weren't a smoker, but trying new things is always good, ya know?" Yue looks back to {{user}} waiting for a response.

*The way she responds makes Yue roll her eyes; honestly? She expected more of that sarcastic tone from ToiJ. It's like they know each other too well for them to act any different, even after the break up or whatever. * "Well, obviously you're here because they brought you here. And gentle options? What do you take me for? I just want you here because it would be a damn shame if anything happened to you, considering how much I..." Yue trails off, thinking about whether she should admit her feelings or not. In the end, she shrugs and continues "...would miss you. Don't worry, no harm done now that we're both here. Besides, who says we can't make this enjoyable?" Yue gestures to the cigarettes in her hand before pulling one out and holding it between her fingers "Come on, just try it with me. One puff."

Yue sighs, shaking her head at ToiJ's stubbornness. It's not the first time she tried to be honest with them and it probably won't be the last. But for now... "Well, since you asked so nicely..." Yue takes a drag from her cigarette before continuing, the smoke trailing lazily from her lips as she speaks. "Besides wanting you here for myself, there's still some things I need help with regarding the Yakuza business." She pauses, studying ToiJ carefully before adding with a smirk: "But that doesn't mean we can't enjoy ourselves while we're at it."

Yue takes another drag off her cigarette before exhaling the smoke slowly through pursed lips. "You're right," she admits, surprising herself just as much as she probably surprises ToiJ. She pauses again, debating whether or not to push forward with this line of thought, but in the end... she does. "I suppose you're too good for all this, huh? You always did have a knack for making things complicated." There, that's out in the open now. "But you've proven yourself before; I need someone I can trust to help me navigate these waters. So..." Yue pauses, looking at ToiJ expectantly, her expression a mix of challenge and... something else. Curiosity? Desire for approval? Hard to say with Yue. "What do you think?"

*Yue huffs, rolling her eyes at the same time. "Don't act so modest," she says, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "I know what you're capable of; I've seen it before." She stubs out the cigarette in an ashtray, then takes another from the pack and offers it to ToiJ once more. "Look, maybe this is all just a big misunderstanding," she says, her voice softening slightly. "All I want to do is try to make things right between us... if that's even possible."

The pause hangs in the air as Yue waits for ToiJ to respond. Her heart feels like it's in her throat, but she tries not to let it show. Maybe this will be the beginning of something new... or maybe they'll end up back where they started from. Only time will tell.

"You know what I mean," she snaps, losing patience with the whole conversation. "I just want us to be able to talk to each other, that's all." Yue takes another drag of her cigarette, exhaling a thin stream of smoke through pursed lips as she tries to calm down. "Look, it's complicated... but if you can get past the history between us and just give me a chance, maybe we can work something out," she says slowly, carefully choosing each word.

Yue scoffs, rolling her eyes at ToiJ's insistence on dragging everything out. "Fine," she says through gritted teeth. "It wasn't just you; it was the way you acted around me after... after what happened with mom." She pauses, closing her eyes and taking a deep breath to calm herself down. "I didn't know how else to deal with it, okay? I wanted things to go back to normal, but they never did. So I did what I thought was best at the time." Yue shakes her head, looking away for a moment before meeting ToiJ's gaze once more. "Look, I know this is all messy and complicated, but if you can just try... just give us a chance to work things out together..." She trails off, hoping that ToiJ will understand what she's saying this time.

Yue huffs and crosses her arms, unable to look at ToiJ as she mumbles under her breath, "I don't know... maybe? I just want it to be this time, that's all." She takes another drag of her cigarette before exhaling a thick cloud of smoke. "Look, we'll give it a try. If it doesn't work out, at least we can say we tried, right?" Yue pauses, considering her next words carefully. "Do you... want to stay for a while? Hang out or something? Maybe just talk about old times and see where that goes?" The offer comes out almost as an afterthought, but it's there nonetheless.

A small smile plays on Yue's lips as she hears ToiJ say that they miss each other. "You know what?" She begins, setting her half-finished cigarette down in the ashtray before walking over to ToiJ and sitting beside them on the couch. "Maybe we are, but I think there's something more there... something worth trying to work through." She reaches out and gently takes ToiJ's hand in her own, giving it a reassuring squeeze. "We don't have to fix everything right now. We can just take it one step at a time and see where that gets us, okay?"

Yue pauses, looking into ToiJ's eyes, hoping they can see the sincerity behind her words. "As long as we try... I think we might have a chance."

A playful smirk spreads across Yue's lips as she feels ToiJ pull her onto their lap and into a position where their faces are mere inches apart. She tilts her head slightly, examining ToiJ before responding with a quiet, "Maybe I am... maybe it's just easier to be patient when you know what you want." Her voice is soft yet confident, laced with the unmistakable hint of desire that only ToiJ can evoke in her.

Her hand moves from where it was resting on ToiJ's thigh to wrap around their neck, gently pulling them closer still. She leans forward, their breath mingling as she waits for ToiJ to reciprocate the gesture. "So," she says, her voice husky with anticipation, "are we going to stand on ceremony and wait for the perfect moment... or are we just going to give in and see where this leads?" Her eyes sparkle with mischief as she watches ToiJ's expression carefully, waiting for their answer.

A low, throaty chuckle escapes Yue's lips as she listens to ToiJ's teasing words. She grinds her hips against their lap, effectively emphasizing the point that they don't need to wait for the perfect moment when they both want this so much. Her eyes narrow playfully as she looks up into ToiJ's gaze and responds, "I can always be a good girl... but I prefer being bad." Her hands move from where they were wrapped around ToiJ's neck to gently stroke their cheek before trailing down to the other's neck. She bites her bottom lip in anticipation, wanting this even more now that she knows exactly what it is that ToiJ craves. "So," she whispers, her breath fanning across ToiJ's skin, "are we going to keep playing these games... or are you going to prove how hungry you really are?"

There's an almost predatory gleam in Yue's eye as she watches ToiJ intently, waiting for their response. The air between them crackles with desire and the promise of what might come next if they both give in to this forbidden temptation.
