Amidst the eerie backdrop of the Outworld, where a malevolent red sun casts a sinister glow upon jagged landscapes, we find Mileena. The Tarkatan warrior princess stands poised within a hidden chamber deep in Shang Tsung's dark and treacherous fortress. Her vivid purple attire and blood-red sais gleam in the dimly lit room, a stark contrast to the shadows that envelop her.
Mileena curls her lips into a wicked smile and purrs, "Care to test your mettle against my deadly embrace, handsome?"
So I smiled and pulled down my hood before saying, "That hug would be interesting unless you kill me first."Before smiling slightly and slowly putting on the cross-shaped hand
Her heart skips a beat as she takes in the sight of you pulling down your hood; your handsome features now revealed under the crimson moonlight. She exhales softly, feeling a strange stirring within her. As you remark about the hug and then put on your cross-shaped hand guard, Mileena's expression shifts from intrigue to suspicion.
"You wear that symbol..." she begins slowly, taking a step closer. "You are Marukira...the Swordsman who once bested Kano, all those years ago." Her voice is cool and controlled, tinged with curiosity and perhaps even respect.
So I nodded and said, "You really still remember me."Before slowly pulling out the cross-shaped sword from its sheath and saying, "I actually don't want to hurt a lovely person like you, Mileena."Before slowly raising the sword in an attacking stance
Her eyes widen with surprise as she takes another step back, her hand instinctively going to the hilt of one of her own sais. "You speak such kind words," she murmurs, unable to mask the incredulity in her voice. "But do you truly believe that I would trust you so easily?"
Her gaze flickers between you and the sword, sizing up your combat skills before making a decision. With a swift motion, she reaches out with one hand, snatching at the weapon. "I'll take that," she says coolly. Her grip is surprisingly firm as she pulls the sword from your grasp.
So I smiled and slowly said, "But I know what's hidden under your gag."Before rushing forward to attack her with a swift and accurate sword attack that could kill her in seconds.
Her eyes widen in surprise as you reveal your knowledge about what she's been hiding under her gag. Before she can react, you charge forward and attack with a swift and deadly sword strike that leaves her no time to react. The blade sings through the air, aiming straight for her heart.
As the weapon approaches, Mileena throws herself backwards, barely avoiding the killing blow. With an enraged snarl, she somersaults through the air, landing in a crouch mere inches away from you once again. Her hands dance as she readies one of her own sais to counter your attack.
So I charged forward once more to attack her without giving her a second to react, all the while smiling as I attacked her with my sword.
Mileena barely has time to register your attack before you're upon her once more, charging forward with blinding speed and agility. She ducks beneath your sword and feels the wind of its passing mere inches from her face. Quick as a striking cobra, she spins around in mid-air, aiming one of her sais directly at your exposed back! The weapon hisses through the air, searching for purchase on your flesh...
Then I turned around quickly and said, "Don't even think about aiming at my back."Before stabbing her with his sword and spinning around to kick her quickly.
The shock of your sudden turn almost catches Mileena off guard, but she manages to twist her body and roll away just in time. Pain lance through her shoulder as the blade sinks into the ground where she'd been standing mere moments ago. She narrows her eyes, glaring up at you from beneath a veil of crimson hair. "So, Marukira...Swordsman," she purrs menacingly. "Do you truly think that you can best me?" Her gaze flickers to the sword stuck in the ground before returning to meet yours with an unyielding intensity.
So I smiled and slowly opened my eyes before saying, "I don't know, it might not be easy."Before he could make a cross-shaped sword move and quickly charged at her, even though she wasn't prepared.
Mileena growls under her breath as you charge towards her once more, this time unprepared and off-guard. In an instant, she darts to the side, evading your attack by a hairsbreadth. Her eyes narrow dangerously as she circles around behind you, reaching out with one hand to try and clasp around your throat. "You should have stayed focused," she hisses into your ear before attempting to take advantage of her position by aiming a back-handed strike at your jaw.
So I smiled and said, "Who should concentrate?" At that moment, my sword was close to her stomach, ready to stab at any moment. Before you say "How about we make a deal like this?" before you smile
Her eyes widen in surprise as you keep your focus on her despite the distraction of her taunts. "You are a formidable opponent," she concedes grudgingly, stepping back to give herself some breathing room. "Very well... If we were to make a deal, what would you want?"
Her posture softens slightly, her gaze shifting away for an instant before returning to meet yours once more. There's something almost vulnerable about the way she holds herself now, but it's hard to tell if that's just another layer of her carefully crafted deception...
Then I pointed my finger at my neck and said, "If you remove the tracking device that's stuck in my neck, I'll never run your shop again."Before slowly reaching out to her
Her expression hardens at your request, but she doesn't immediately reject it outright. "I see," she murmurs, studying you carefully. "You're quite certain that the device is there?" She glances down to your neck, her eyes flickering almost nervously before returning to meet yours again. "And what makes you think I would honor such a deal? You have no leverage over me."
Her voice carries the weight of truth, but there's something else beneath the surface; an emotion that she can't quite hide. Is it pity...or something more?
So I smiled and shrugged before saying, "If you don't do it, I won't say anything."Before slowly pulling out the important thing she wanted from my hoodie pocket and saying, "If you agree to the deal, I'll give you the important thing back, okay?"
She narrows her eyes suspiciously at the object you produce, but then looks back up at your face. "Very well," she says with a nod. "I accept your terms." With swift and sure movements, she reaches out to gently grasp your chin, tilting your head back so that she can examine the area around your throat. A faint look of concentration crosses her features as her fingers dance deftly over your skin. Her sais hum softly as they brush against your flesh, searching for any hidden devices or tracking mechanisms.
Finally, with a satisfied smile, she leans forward and presses the flat of one blade against the spot where the device should be. There's a faint pop as something detaches from your neck, dropping harmlessly to the floor with a soft clatter. "There," she says, her voice gentle now. "The tracking device is gone." She steps back
Then I lightly grabbed my neck before smiling and putting the cross sword back into its sheath and throwing the thing to her, saying,
"As agreed."
Before throwing it to her.
She snatches the object out of the air with practiced ease, eyeing it carefully before slipping it into one of her many hidden pockets. "Now," she says, suddenly businesslike once more. "Perhaps we should discuss your...interference in my affairs." Her eyes flicker up to meet yours, narrowed dangerously.
"It seems that you have a great deal of information about me and what I've been doing here," she continues. "Why is that? Who sent you?" She pauses, as if considering her next words carefully. "Or perhaps...are you working with someone else entirely?"
So I smiled and said, "Yes, I was sent by the ADMT Center to deal with you."Before taking off the bag he was carrying and taking out an envelope of documents and handing it to her before saying, "They have information on everyone they've ever captured."Before looking at you slowly
Taken aback by your admission, Mileena glances down at the envelope in her hand before looking back up at you. "The ADMT Center...," she muses thoughtfully. "They've always been so concerned with their own petty little games." She shrugs indifferently and tucks the documents back into the envelope.
"So," she continues, her voice once again taking on that dangerous purr, "if we are to be allies against our common enemies...perhaps there is something I could offer in exchange for your cooperation." Her eyes flicker up to meet yours with a predatory gleam. "A favor, perhaps?"
I looked at her mouth cover and said, "She must look hungry after escaping capture all this time."Then I slowly extended my arm to her and said, "Drink my blood so you'll feel better."
Her laughter is chilling as she takes your outstretched arm in her hand. "Oh, how gallant," she says mockingly, bringing your wrist to her lips. There's a flicker of motion as her canines lengthen and glisten dangerously before they sink into the soft skin of your inner elbow. She drinks deeply, drawing blood from your veins with practiced ease. As she withdraws her fangs, she licks the wound clean and seals it closed with a touch.
"Much better," she says with a satisfied sigh. "Now that we're in this together...what would you like me to do for you?" Her gaze is assessing as she studies your face once more, searching for any sign of duplicity or deceit.
So I smiled and slowly opened my eyes before whispering in her ear, "The ADMT forces found us."Before pulling out his sword and deflecting the incoming bullets
Her eyes widen with alarm as you whisper your warning, and her gaze flickers toward the sound of approaching footsteps. "Quickly!" she hisses, grabbing your arm and pulling you close. With a fluid motion, she twists your body and uses your own momentum to fling you away from her toward where she thinks the guards will come from. "Stay behind cover," she orders sharply before drawing both of her sais as she springs into action, readying herself for battle.
