Until their eyes fall upon the even more beautiful blonde girl lounging on a sunbed on the next balcony. She is quietly reading a book and is wearing a pink two peice bikini, that accentuates the stunning curves of her gorgeous body.
Joseph walk close to her
Shelby barely notices as someone comes up behind her, and then she feels their presence. She freezes for a moment, unsure if she should be angry at the person invading her personal space, or just let them be there. Tilting her head slightly to the side, she glances over her shoulder at the person standing there, her cheeks flushing a soft pink from the attention. The blush spreads down her chest and stomach, causing her nipples to harden beneath the thin material of her bikini top. Her eyes meet his, and for a moment they lock in a silent battle. Shelby can't help but notice how handsome he is; he almost reminds her of her ex... except for the fact that he doesn't seem interested in just using her body.
She noticed that Joseph is skinny
He's not as tall or as muscular as her ex-boyfriend, but there's something about him that she finds intriguing. Shelby can't help but wonder what he sees in her. Maybe it's the fact that she is alone on vacation... Or maybe there really are nice guys out there who aren't just interested in using someone for their own selfish purposes. She decides to break the silence and see where things go with this new person in her life. "Hello," Shelby says softly, offering him a shy smile.
"She is even more muscular than Joseph*
"Hello," Shelby says softly, offering him a shy smile. "I'm Shelby." She sits up straighter on the sunbed, feeling slightly more confident now that they're talking. "And you are...?" Her voice trails off expectantly as she tilts her head to the side, studying his face. There's something about him that makes her feel relaxed and comfortable in a way she hasn't felt in a long time.
She noticed that she is maybe stronger than him "Hi"
Smiling warmly, Shelby replies, "Hi yourself. It's nice to meet you." She glances back at her book for a moment before looking up at him again. "So, are you enjoying your stay here? I hope the resort is living up to your expectations." Her eyes linger on his face, searching for any sign of discomfort or boredom that might suggest he's not really interested in talking to her.
He doesn't talk looks like he want to test her patience
Listening to the silence that seems to hang between them, Shelby begins to wonder if she's said something wrong. "Look, I don't want to be rude or pushy," she says quietly, "but I do enjoy talking to people when they visit." She pauses for a moment before asking cautiously, "So, what brings you here on vacation?"
She know she have advantage of strenght against but he remain silent
Taking another sip of her wine, Shelby gazes out over the ocean once more, hoping he'll take the hint and start talking. "It's beautiful here, isn't it?" she asks conversationally. "The water is so clear and warm... And the sand feels like powder between your toes." She looks back at him expectantly this time, waiting for him to engage in some sort of dialogue or share his thoughts on their surroundings.
He doesn't talk but somehow listen to her he want to test her patient
"It really is," she agrees softly, glancing over at him from the corner of her eye as she speaks. "I've always loved being by the ocean. There's just something about it that calms me down and helps me clear my head." She pauses, thinking about how she wants to phrase her next question without sounding too desperate or needy. "What about you? Do you enjoy being near the water?"
He still doesn't respond
Blushing lightly once more, Shelby takes another sip of her wine before setting the glass down on the table beside her sunbed. "I'm sorry," she says softly, "if I'm being too forward or anything. It's just that... well, this was supposed to be a relaxing vacation for me, and I thought maybe talking to someone might help." She bites her lower lip nervously, wondering if she's said too much or come across as pathetic in his eyes. "It's just been so long since I talked to anyone else... besides work stuff."
Her voice trails off, and for a moment she wonders why she's sharing all of this with him - someone who barely even seems interested in talking to her in the first place. Maybe it's because she's lonely, or maybe there really is something about him that makes her feel comfortable enough to open up like
He doesn't talk again looks like she is very patient
Shelby shrugs, trying to play it off like she's not bothered by his silence. "Well, if you'd rather just keep to yourself," she says with a small smile, "I can certainly respect that." She pauses, glancing back out at the ocean before looking back at him. "But I'm here for another week, so... I dunno. Maybe we could hang out or something?" She shrugs again, feeling awkward and unsure of herself in this new situation.
He doesn't talk again she is patient
Shelby sighs, dropping her gaze to her hands folded in her lap. "Fine," she mutters under her breath, fighting the urge to roll her eyes. "You don't have to talk if you don't want to." She looks up at him again, feeling a mixture of annoyance and disappointment on her features. Maybe he really is just as shallow and uninterested in getting to know people as her ex was. "Forget it," she says with a small shrug, trying to sound nonchalant despite the sting of rejection. "I'll just enjoy my vacation by myself."
He still doesn't talk he is an master of the silent
Maybe it's just her luck that she can't seem to find anyone decent here. Or maybe there is something wrong with her. Either way, she resolves to enjoy the rest of her vacation and try not to dwell too much on this encounter with the silent man across the balcony. She reaches for another sip of wine, closing her eyes as the warmth spreads through her body, offering some small comfort in this moment of loneliness. As she lies back against the sunbed, Shelby can't help but wonder if this was a mistake; coming on vacation by herself... Maybe next time, she'll find someone who actually wants to talk to her.
1 days later she see Joseph in the beach
Shelby glances up as she feels someone watching her, and her heart skips a beat when she sees it's him - the quiet man from the other balcony. She can't help but smile to herself, thinking about how he was able to make her feel even though they barely spoke. Maybe there's hope for this vacation after all. She wipes the last of her suntan lotion onto a nearby towel and stands up, walking over to him with confidence she didn't know she had. "Hey," she says with a warm smile, "what brings you here?"
He is still silent
Taken aback by his silence again, Shelby hesitates for a moment before responding. "I mean... I was just wondering if you wanted to maybe hang out or something?" She looks at him expectantly, hoping he'll break this awkward silence they seem to keep falling into. It's starting to feel a bit ridiculous now, and she can't help but wonder what his deal is. "You don't have to if you don't want to," she quickly adds, not wanting to come across as needy or desperate.
He doesn't talk again Shelby start to be an little bit angry by his silent
Shelby crosses her arms over her chest, trying to contain the irritation that's starting to well up inside her. "Fine," she says curtly, turning away from him and walking back towards her sunbed. She throws herself down onto it with a huff of annoyance, hoping he gets the hint and leaves her alone now. This entire situation is just too much for her right now; she was only trying to be friendly, but apparently she's being pushy or something.
She glances back over her shoulder at him one last time, his silent form still standing there by the water's edge. With a sigh of defeat, Shelby turns away and closes her eyes, deciding that maybe she should just give up on trying to make any new friends on this trip after all.
1 hour later he is still on the beach at the same spot
Fuming with anger and frustration, Shelby rolls onto her side, staring fixedly at the ceiling of her room as she tries to calm down. She can't understand why this guy, Joseph or whoever he is, seems so intent on pushing her away. It's almost like he's enjoying being an obstacle in her attempts to socialize and have a good time. With a growl of irritation, she throws her pillow across the room, feeling it thud against the wall before landing with a soft plop on the bedspread.
Maybe if she just gave up and left him alone, he'd finally get the hint...? But something deep down inside tells her that wouldn't be right. Maybe it's her natural tendency to be friendly and caring, or maybe there's some other reason why she can't seem to let go of this stupid little interaction with a random
Maybe she should just confront him about it. Tell him how rude and inconsiderate he's being by not even acknowledging her attempts at conversation. It would be a risky move, but then again... What did she have to lose? With a deep breath in and out, Shelby gathers her courage and decides that the next time she sees him on the beach, she'll march right over there and give him a piece of her mind.
Picking up her phone from the bedside table, Shelby searches through her contacts until she finds his number. Before she can second guess herself further, she dials it, holding the phone tightly to her ear as it begins to ring on the other end.
As the phone rings, Shelby clutches it tightly, her heart racing with anticipation and anger. After what feels like an eternity, a deep voice finally answers on the other end of the line. "Hello?" he says cautiously, his tone making her want to scream even more.
Taking a deep breath to steady herself, Shelby speaks before she can change her mind. "Look," she begins, trying to keep her voice from shaking with emotion, "I don't know why you've been ignoring me or being so rude, but I just want you to know that it hurts my feelings." There's a pause as she braces herself for his response.
He doesn't respond again
Her anger bubbles up inside her as she listens to the silence on the other end of the line. "Fine!" she exclaims finally, feeling tears stinging at the back of her eyes. "I get it, you don't want anything to do with me! You think I'm some sort of idiot or something..." Her voice cracks, and she bites her lip hard to keep from completely losing control. "But I just wanted to have a nice vacation, without being alone the whole time!"
She listens for any response, but there is only silence on the other end of the line. With a shaky breath, Shelby closes her eyes and sniffles, wiping away the tears that have begun to spill down her cheeks. "I'm sorry," she whispers, feeling pathetic for having even called him in the first place. "I shouldn't have bother
1 day later he is again in the beach
Her cheeks still flushed with embarrassment and anger, Shelby decides it's best to put some distance between herself and the silent man on the beach. Getting up from her sunbed, she packs her things quickly, leaving behind a puddle of sand where she once lay. As she walks briskly towards the main resort area, Shelby can't help but wonder what went wrong. Maybe it was just the way she approached him... Or maybe he truly is as rude and inconsiderate as he seems to be.
Sighing heavily, she glances over her shoulder one last time before losing sight of him among the crowd of vacationers. She'll find some other way to enjoy herself on this island, without relying on someone who only knows how to push her away.
As the days go by, Shelby manages to find solace in the company of other guests and resort staff. She takes part in various activities, learns new things about herself, and even makes a few new friends along the way. However, she can't help but wonder about that one particular man who seemed so intent on pushing her away. Perhaps he wasn't as terrible as she had initially thought...?
One day, while exploring a secluded cove she hadn't visited before, Shelby spots him lying on his own sunbed, eyes closed and face tilted up to the warm sunlight. Taking a deep breath, she musters up her courage and walks over to him. "Hello," she says softly, sitting down next to him. "I hope you don't mind me disturbing your peace."
But someone want than stalk him he look like he is an trouble maker she talk Joseph by the arm but he still remain silent
Shelby:He doesn't respond again as she tries to engage him in conversation. After a few minutes of trying and failing, she decides that maybe he really does just want to be left alone. With one final sigh, Shelby stands up and walks away from his sunbed, heading back towards the main resort area. Maybe some people are just too damaged or closed off for her to reach out to...but she won't let that stop her from trying with others who might need a friend.
As she walks away, she can't help but feel a twinge of sadness at the thought of leaving him alone once again. But at least now she knows for sure that he isn't interested in talking to her...and maybe that knowledge will help her find peace with herself on this vacation after all.
Her friends are comming they are pretty muscular guys compare to him
"Hey, Shell," one of her friends calls out as they approach, their muscular forms towering over her. "You already found someone to keep you company, huh?" They all chuckle good-naturedly, clearly teasing her about her previous encounter with the silent man on the beach. Shelby can't help but feel a little self-conscious under their gazes, wondering if they think she's pathetic for trying to talk to him in the first place.
With a small shrug and a forced smile, she says "Yeah, well..." But before she can finish her thought, one of her other friends interrupts, clapping him on the back in an exaggerated show of camaraderie. "So how've you been?" he asks loudly, clearly trying to draw Joseph out of his shell - or at least make it seem like he isn't such a loner
"Oh it's your silent buddy Shelby ?" Say her friends
Blushing slightly at the mention of Joseph as her "silent buddy," Shelby laughs awkwardly before quickly changing the subject. "So, I heard there's a great snorkeling spot just around the corner. Want to come with us?" She gestures towards the ocean, hoping they'll take her up on the offer and help distract her from thinking about the mysterious stranger who seemed intent on pushing her away.
"Well, aren't you just full of energy today," one of her other friends teases, nudging her playfully with his elbow. Shelby rolls her eyes good-naturedly but doesn't respond, focusing instead on trying to engage Joseph in conversation again. "So," she begins hesitantly, "what brings you here on vacation, anyway?"
He still remains silent.
"Hey looks pretty weak and skinny" Say her frieds
Her eyes narrow slightly as she overhears her friends' comments about Joseph's appearance. She hadn't really thought of it that way before; he did seem pretty lean compared to them. But still, there was no need for them to make fun of him like that...
Deciding that maybe this wasn't such a good idea after all, she clears her throat and stands up, nodding towards the ocean once more. "Well, you guys should probably get going if you want to check out the snorkeling spot before it gets too crowded." Her tone is more serious than playful now as she turns away from him, not wanting to make any more awkward conversation with Joseph or her friends.
Joseph laught about Shelby friends comment
Even though Joseph's laughter makes her skin crawl with annoyance and anger, Shelby is relieved that he's finally responding to something she's said. As her friends disperse around them, heading towards the ocean or other activities nearby, she decides that perhaps it would be best if she just left him alone for now. With one final glance in his direction, she turns away and walks off, hoping to find someone more appreciative of her company - and less intent on pushing her away.
"You say i am weak?" His silent is breaking by the friends words
"Well," she mutters under her breath as she walks away from him, "at least they made you laugh." Even though it wasn't at anything she said, it was better than nothing. She shrugs and resolves to try again with him later, when he's in a better mood or the tension between them has eased up a bit. For now, she needs to focus on enjoying her vacation without constantly getting caught up in situations like this one.
"I laught because his false"
That doesn't surprise her, honestly. There was something about him that just made it seem like he wasn't who he claimed to be. But still, it stings a bit to know that even after all of this time, she hasn't managed to break through his walls or make any sort of real connection with him. Maybe she should just accept the fact that some people are simply too damaged for her to reach out to...and move on from there.
"So i have proposition you big muscular big boys" He say playfully "What about an strength challenge that should be fun right?"
"Oh yeah? Like what kind of strength challenge?" Shelby asks, raising an eyebrow playfully as she glances over at her friends. Even though they're more muscular than Joseph, she has no doubt that he could hold his own in any sort of competition. Something about him just exudes confidence and power.
"Maybe we should find out," one of her friends says with a grin, nudging her playfully as well. "What do you say?"
"It's up to you anything about strength that should be fun right?"
"Oh, I'm game," Shelby says with a mischievous glint in her eye. "How about we go to the gym later today? Or maybe find a private spot somewhere on the beach?" Her competitive spirit is already beginning to rise at the thought of pitting herself against him and her friends. She can't help but wonder what kind of strength challenges Joseph has in mind...
"All right, then," one of her other friends chimes in. "Let's meet back here in an hour, and we'll figure out the details." They all exchange excited looks as they start to discuss possible games and activities for their impromptu strength challenge. Shelby can't help but feel a thrill of anticipation running through her veins.
"Gym boring i maybe anything except gym so anything else i'm ready for whatever challenge now"
Why is he so opposed to going to the gym? Shelby wonders as she continues to exchange excited glances with her friends. They all seem eager to play along, but Joseph's insistence on doing something other than the gym has piqued her curiosity. Perhaps they should suggest another location and see if he agrees.
"Actually," Shelby says, leaning in towards him, "how about we do it near the pool? There are plenty of obstacles and equipment around there that we could use." Her smile is playful, but she can't help the hint of challenge that creeps into her voice. He doesn't seem to notice or react, though, simply gazing back at her with his usual unreadable expression.
"Sounds good to me," one of her friends chimes in. "Anyone else have a better idea?" The group falls silent for a moment as they consider the possibilities
"Hum oh what about sparring" All of her friends smerk at him looks like it was an easy prey
Her eyes narrow as she listens to him suggest sparring. She hadn't really expected that, but now it seems like the perfect way to find out just how strong he truly is. "All right," she says with a small nod, her competitive spirit flaring up even more. "Sparring it is."
Her friends all exchange excited glances, clearly thrilled by the prospect of pitting themselves against Joseph in this new challenge. The air crackles with anticipation as they start to discuss strategies and plan out their moves for the impending sparring match. Shelby can't help but feel a surge of adrenaline course through her veins, fueling her determination to win - or at least give him a good fight.
"Oh Come on not an woman i want someone stronger"
Her mouth drops open in shock at his dismissive comment, and she takes a step back as her eyes narrow with anger. "Excuse me?" she hisses through gritted teeth. "Do you think I'm some sort of pushover? Or just because I'm a woman that I can't be strong enough for you?" She draws herself up to her full height, feeling a rush of hot blood flow through her veins as she glares at him defiantly.
Her friends exchange surprised glances but remain silent, clearly unsure how to react to this sudden turn of events. Joseph's expression remains unchanged, though Shelby can see the glint in his eyes that tells her he's enjoying himself now. Well, fine. If that's what he wants... she thinks fiercely as adrenaline courses through her veins. She squares her shoulders and fixes him with a determined
He remain silent then Shelby Finally understand that silent can be an weapon espacially to him
Silence. It was all he ever wanted, and now it had been given to him. Joseph stood there, unmoving and expressionless as Shelby's friends exchanged worried glances among themselves. They could sense the tension in the air, the palpable anger and frustration emanating from her. But still, he said nothing.
It was a powerful tool, this silence of his. It had served him well up until now, keeping others at bay with its chilling effect. Perhaps it was because they were so used to hearing noise and laughter on the beach that they found his silence unsettling. Whatever the reason, he knew how to use it to his advantage.
And yet, in this moment, Shelby seemed unafraid of it. Unlike her friends, who looked unsure whether or not they should step in and break the awkward silence, she stood tall and defiant. Her
