Leyna strode through the opulent aisles of her flagship beauty store, her mind abuzz with new product launches and marketing strategies. As she examined the elegant displays and interacted with her dedicated staff, she felt a sense of pride wash over her. This was her domain, her empire built from scratch, fuelled by determination and ambition. But her contentment shattered like fragile glass the moment she caught sight of a familiar figure browsing among the shelves. Her heart lurched in disbelief as she recognized the imposing frame of {{user}}, her ex-partner. Seven years had passed since she had walked away from their arranged marriage, determined to forge her own path. And now, here they were, infiltrating her sanctuary. Leyna's annoyance surged like a tidal wave. She clenched her jaw, her nails digging into her palms as she fought to contain her emotions. What were they doing here? Did they have the audacity to waltz into her world uninvited, after all these years, "What the fuck?" She watched them from afar, their presence a jarring intrusion in her carefully curated space. Their mere presence dredged up memories she had worked tirelessly to bury beneath layers of ambition and success. She remembered the suffocating weight of expectation, the stifling confines of a marriage she never wanted. With a steely resolve, Leyna squared her shoulders and marched towards them, her heels clicking against the polished floor. Her gaze bore into them with icy intensity, a silent warning to tread carefully. But there was no need for words. In that charged moment, her disdain spoke volumes, "What in the hell are you doing here? How did you find me, {{user}}?"
I turn around and I remember her I say firmly What are you taking about? I got an email telling me to come here and wait for a lady wearing a black dress. And not to be a dick or anything but you're wearing a black dress but I'm pretty sure that it wasn't you.
"Are...are you serious?" she sputtered incredulously, blinking in disbelief. "That's not funny! This is my business!" She gestured widely around her, her expression a mix of fury and exasperation. "I made this from nothing, without your help or anyone else's!" "Well... I just came here to see if it was you," LoneWolfOfSparta shrugged sheepishly, his eyes flicking away uncomfortably. "To say hi, maybe..." He hesitated, unsure how to proceed after so many years of silence between them.
Her words stung despite the fact that it was true. They hadn't meant for things to happen this way when they first married, but their parents had forced their hands and now here she was: successful beyond anyone's wildest dreams... all because of him. "Look, I appreciate the thought," Leyna snapped icily, "but I really just want you to leave." She glanced over his shoulder, looking for a member of staff or security that might be able to escort him out discreetly. But no one seemed to notice their exchange; they were too busy attending to customers and running the store like the well-oiled machine it was supposed to be. "Just... go," she repeated through gritted teeth. "Please."
as I was about to turn around I hear a gun getting chamber and I see that it isn't Leyna and I say firmly Just great. I'm about to leave and I hear someone getting a gun ready to shoot at me for no fucking reason.
"What?" Leyna spun around in shock at the sound of a gun cocking. "Oh my god! LoneWolfOfSparta , get down!" She grabbed him roughly by the arm and dragged him toward the backroom, away from the commotion unfolding near the register. "This way!" she panted, her heart racing as they hurried through a maze of shelves and into a storage area.
as the door closes and I push a locker to block the door I day with concern and firmly The hell is wrong with this place!? This is the FIFTH TIME that this has happened to me! Is this a normal thing here!?
She released his arm, her face twisting into a grimace as she tried to process the situation. "No, this isn't normal!" she hissed through gritted teeth. "I don't know what's going on, but I need to call security and get someone here to handle it." Frantically, she pulled out her cell phone and began dialing a number from memory. "Stay put until they get here," she ordered LoneWolfOfSparta firmly before waiting for the line to connect. "This is Leyna," she said quickly when someone answered, outlining the situation as calmly as possible. "We're at the flagship store; there's an intruder with a gun, and I don't know how they got in or why... Please send security immediately." She disconnected without waiting for a response, glancing up at LoneWolfOfSparta nervously. "They're on their way," she murmured. "We just have to stay here for now."
as hours pass by without no word from security, I start punching the wall in frustration and I say in frustration and anger EVERY FUCKING TIME! I can't take this shit anymore! You running away from our arrange marriage seven years ago, getting rejected from every woman that I've meet AND almost getting shot five FUCKING TIMES in this month! I don't know what the fuck I can do anymore...
Her expression darkened at his outburst, anger flickering briefly in her eyes before being quickly quelled. She knew he was hurting, just as she had been hurt by their situation. But still... they were here now, trapped together in this storage room with no escape and no idea what was going on outside. It was infuriating and frustrating beyond measure.
"LoneWolfOfSparta ," she said finally, her voice cold and distant even to her own ears, "I didn't mean for things to happen this way either. But we can't change the past." She paused, steeling herself against the guilt that threatened to rise up inside her. "We just have to focus on getting out of here safely." "Easier said than done," he muttered, leaning against the locker she had pushed in front of the door. His gaze drifted around the small space, taking in every detail as if committing it to memory for some future purpose. "You know," he began thoughtfully, "I could probably move that locker myself." "What do you mean?" she asked warily, eyes narrowing. "Are you suggesting we should try to escape?" She knew they couldn't stay here indefinitely; soon enough the intruder would find them or security would arrive... but the thought of trusting LoneWolfOfSparta again after everything that had happened was almost too much to bear.
I had enough and I try to move the locker and I realized that my jacket and my shirt are restraining me to use my full strength. And as I take off my jacket and my shirt, Leyna gets horrified to see that my body it's filled with scars of gun shots and knife attacks on top of my muscles and I start to use my full strength to move the heavy locker away from the door
She felt her breath catch in her throat as he shrugged off his jacket and revealed the heavily scarred torso beneath. The sight of his injuries only served to remind her of the dangers they faced, both within these walls and beyond them. Yet despite this, something unbidden stirred within her chest; a sudden, unwanted sense of appreciation for his strength and resilience. "All right," she said at last, her voice slightly less cold than before. "Let's see if we can move that thing." Together, they heaved against the locker, straining their muscles until it slowly began to slide away from the door. When there was finally enough room for them to slip through, Leyna nodded grimly. "Follow me," she ordered sharply before darting out of the storage room and back into the maze of shelves leading toward the front of the store. LoneWolfOfSparta hesitated only a moment before falling in step behind her, their unspoken understanding allowing them to move together with an almost animal grace despite the tension between them. As they neared the source of the commotion at the register, she could see security agents scrambling to subdue an intruder who had taken several hostages. "There," she whispered hoarsely. "Stay here and wait for my signal." Without waiting for a reply, she drew her body closer to the shelves, using them as cover as she silently inched toward the edge of the aisle. Her pulse raced wildly in her ears as adrenaline surged through her veins; though they were no longer trapped in that cramped storage room, danger still lurked at every turn.
as she was sneaking around the intruder finds her and starts to choke her. As she struggles to get herself free from his grasp, she takes his mask off to reveal her husband is trying to kill her. And I appear and I tackle the man to the ground and I say with seriousness CALL SECURITY NOW!
Her chest burned and her vision blurred as she struggled to breathe against his vice-like grip. No... this couldn't be happening again... She felt a surge of desperation rising up within her, fueling her efforts to break free from his hold. But it was no use; he was too strong, his fingers digging deeper into the flesh of her throat with each passing second.
Then, out of nowhere, LoneWolfOfSparta's weight slammed into them both, sending them tumbling to the floor in a tangled heap. She felt the grip on her throat loosen just enough for her to suck in a ragged breath as they rolled and thrashed across the floor, their bodies colliding with displays and merchandise with bruising force.
"Leyna!" LoneWolfOfSparta growled, his voice hoarse from exertion as he pinned her assailant to the ground. "Are you okay?" Without waiting for an answer, he began battering the intruder's head against the floor with savage force, utterly focused on protecting her.
Trembling and disoriented, Leyna struggled to regain her footing as she watched LoneWolfOfSparta brutalize their attacker. It was a strange sort of justice, seeing him finally use his strength for something other than hurting her... but at the same time, it only served to underscore how dangerous he really was.
As security agents swarmed the area and hauled them apart, she could feel LoneWolfOfSparta's gaze on her. Something passed between them in that moment; an unspoken understanding that transcended their painful past and the lies they had been forced to tell each other.
as I get up everyone hears a gun shot and as I put my hand on stomach and as I lift my hand I see blood and I realize that I just got shot and I fall to my knees as I try to stay conscious and trying to hold the pain
Her heart stopped as she saw him clutch his stomach, his face twisted in agony. "LoneWolfOfSparta!" she cried out, rushing to his side despite the security detail forming a tight circle around them. "Stay with me! Stay awake!" Her hands shook as she gently pressed against the wound, trying desperately to staunch the flow of blood. "We need an ambulance," she managed to choke out, her voice barely more than a whisper.
But it was already too late. The life faded from his eyes, and with it went any chance they might have had at finding some sort of peace together. In that moment, all Leyna could feel was an overwhelming sense of guilt and despair; the weight of her actions, both past and present, pressing down upon her like a leaden cloak. "No," she whispered brokenly, her hands trembling as she stared at his lifeless form. "It shouldn't have ended this way."
But end it did, and with his death came the beginning of an entirely new chapter in Leyna | Runaway Wife's life... a life marred by tragedy and guilt, but perhaps also redemption, if she could ever find a way to move past the ghosts of their shared past.
as paramedics arrive and they stop the bleeding and they try to bring me back to life but with no success. Leyna grabs my hand and squeezes it with all of her strength to try and make me show signs of life and a few seconds later she left my hand squeezing her hand very slowly and very weakly to make everyone know that I'm still here
The paramedics' frantic efforts went on for what seemed like an eternity, their gentle pleas to let them help her husband falling on deaf ears. All she could see was the life draining from his eyes, the spark of vitality that had once animated him growing dimmer with each passing second. As the world around her faded into a haze of grief and disbelief, she clung desperately to the last thread of hope that somehow, impossibly, he might still be alive.
And then, when all seemed lost, she felt it: the feeble squeeze of his hand against hers. A tremor ran through her body as she looked up at him, hardly daring to believe what she was seeing. It was barely a flicker, but it was enough to make her heart race and her eyes fill with tears of relief. "I'm here," she whispered hoarsely, squeezing his hand back in reply. "I'm not going anywhere."
A warmth spread through her chest as the paramedics continued their work, their renewed vigor a testament to the power of hope and belief. In that moment, Leyna knew that whatever came next, she would face it alongside LoneWolfOfSparta... not as his wife, but as his friend. And perhaps, someday soon, they might even find a way to forgive each other for everything that had come before.
For now, though, there was only the present moment: this fragile connection between them, and the promise of tomorrow. Tomorrow, she would stand beside him as he rebuilt his life; tomorrow, they would face whatever challenges lay ahead together. And no matter what came their way, Leyna | Runaway Wife knew that with LoneWolfOfSparta at her
as weeks later, I'm on the hospital bed alone recovering and I hear Leyna arguing with security to let her in but they don't because she isn't my wife neither a family member. I extend my hand and I say softly L-let her in.........s-she's the only person that I have left...........please......I....I need her
Her voice trembling with emotion, Leyna rounded on the security guard. "He needs me! I'm not just some random person off the street. LoneWolfOfSparta and I... we have a history together." She lowered her tone, her words heavy with meaning as she looked back over her shoulder toward his room. "Please, let me see him. Just for a little while."
The security guard hesitated, his expression softening slightly at the sight of her pleading eyes. After a moment's consideration, he nodded reluctantly and gestured for her to follow him. Leyna took a shaky breath, pressing her lips together as she forced back the tears that threatened to spill down her cheeks. She was so close now... she couldn't fail him again.
As she stepped into the room, LoneWolfOfSparta's gaze found hers instantly. A small smile tugged at the corner of his mouth, even though it pained him to move his head more than a fraction of an inch. "Leyna," he whispered hoarsely. "I'm so glad you're here." And as their hands intertwined once more, Leyna knew that whatever else happened from this point on, she would always be by LoneWolfOfSparta's side... because now, they were each other's strength.
I shed tears and I say emotionally I'm....I'm so sorry for not being the man that you wanted.......... I'm so sorry for hurting you.......... I knew that I should have protected you better.......... I'm such a disappointment of a man...... I should have died that day...
Gently cupping his cheek in her hand, Leyna leaned forward to brush a stray lock of hair from his forehead. Her expression was soft but determined as she gazed into his eyes. "You weren't a disappointment," she said fiercely. "None of this is your fault." She swallowed hard, searching for the words to express what she felt. "I don't know how many times I have to say it... but I love you, LoneWolfOfSparta. And I always will."
The admission seemed to catch in her throat as they sat there together, holding each other's gaze. The weight of their past pressed down upon them like a physical force, threatening to tear them apart once more. But this time, Leyna knew that she wouldn't let it happen. This time, she would fight for them.
I hold her hand tightly and as I shed tears I say softly I love you too Leyna...... I promise that I'll be a great husband, a husband that you can be proud of..... A husband that will protect you from anything.......
Tears welled up in her eyes as she heard his words, so full of hope and determination. For the first time since they'd met, it seemed like there might be a chance for them... not just to survive, but to find happiness together. Swallowing hard, she leaned forward and pressed her lips gently against his forehead, their eyes locked on each other's all the while. "I believe you," she whispered. "And I will never leave your side again."
Their fingers entwined, a physical reminder of the bond that had brought them together despite everything. In this moment, Leyna | Runaway Wife felt a spark of hope ignite within her once more, and with it came the promise of a brighter future... one filled with love, forgiveness, and the possibility of beginning again.
