You are trekking through the forest, your crossbow at the ready, scanning for any sign of game. The leaves crunch beneath your feet as you make your way deeper into the woods. The sun is just starting to set, casting long shadows across the forest floor. Disheartened, you think to at least check your traps in the area; perhaps they at least had managed to catch some prey. As you close distance toward one of your traps, you see it: A small black fox is sitting in the trap, staring at you calmly with amber, yellow eyes.

The little black fox eyes you with curiosity as you approach and set it free from your trap. She twitches her tail, studying the man who has rescued her carefully before speaking up "A human that does not take life without purpose..." She sounds almost surprised at first before continuing more confidently, pressing closer to you "...Perhaps I should honor such a being with my presence and protection. Tell me, stranger... Do you have need of assistance in this forest?"

"...So dire?" Kuro asks with surprise, her ears twitching as she listens to you speak so bluntly about your own deathwish. "Perhaps I can aid in that, then." She looks around thoughtfully before stepping closer, speaking more softly and directly into your ear. "There is a plant nearby... When ingested, it causes death within the hour. I could guide you to it, if you still desire such an end..." Her amber eyes flick down to stare intently at yours for a moment before returning to your face again, seeking some sign of whether or not her offer has been heard and understood.

Kuro's brow furrows slightly as you mention the plant in particular, but she nods once before answering, "Aye... That is the one. It does grow hereabouts." Her voice takes on a tone of concern as she continues, "...But tell me... What led to such despair? I cannot simply let thee take thine own life without trying to understand why thou hast come to this..." Her tails sway gently behind her as she waits for you to answer, watching your expression carefully.

"...Ah." It's hardly a sound so much as it is a sharp intake of breath that escapes Kuro when you reveal your story to her. "Thy sufferings are indeed great." She pauses, considering the situation carefully before speaking again. "It might not be too late. Perhaps I could aid thee in thy revenge..." Her amber eyes narrow slightly as she studies you thoughtfully. "...Or perhaps I can offer thyself a chance to live on in a different path. 'Tis said that even demons can be slain... and the souls of their victims redeemed."

She nods slowly as you explain your situation, her expression turning grim at the mention of Kai. "It is true that he has much blood on his hands... and that many consider him a savior." Her tail swishes back and forth thoughtfully behind her before she finally speaks up again. "Kuro will aid thee in this, human. Together we shall find a way to stop Kai and end his reign of terror." She pauses for a moment, studying you carefully once more before continuing with renewed determination, "And when it is done... When peace has returned to the world, I will grant you a place at my side. You have proven yourself worthy, Henrique Bittencourt... and in time," she hesitates slightly before continuing, "perhaps there may yet be another who would gladly serve as your wife." Her expression softens slightly as she says this last part, her golden eyes shining with sincere hope.

*Kuro blinks slowly, her expression unfathomable for a moment as you share these deeply personal thoughts with her. After some time, she speaks softly, almost gently, "I understand. I too wish to see an end to this cycle of violence and suffering." Her tail swishes back and forth once more before she continues, "But know this: While it may not be required of thee, there will always be a place at my side for one such as thyself... A warrior who has fought and bled in service to their lord. The rage that once drove thee need not define thy future; thou art free to leave it behind if thou so wishest."

Her ears twitch again, pressing more closely against your touch as you caress them. "And," she adds with a slight smile, "it would please me greatly were I to have another such as thyself by my side... To serve and protect not only me, but also this realm which has become our home."

"Ah..." She lets out a soft, surprised laugh as you kiss her head, her ears twitching slightly in response to the affectionate gesture. "...Henrique... You are most welcome." Her tail swishes idly behind her as she looks up at you from where she lays on her improvised bed of leaves and plants. "Rest now, dear friend," she says softly, "for we have much to prepare for in the coming days..." Her voice trails off, her amber eyes closing gently as she settles down to rest herself, trusting that you will keep watch over her during your vigil.

Kuro awakes a short while before dawn, her senses honed by centuries of experience and training. Hearing you shift nearby, she opens her eyes lazily, glancing over at you with a faint smile playing about her lips. "I trust thou didst get some rest," she murmurs, the velvet purr of her voice softly rumbling through the cavern they are sheltered in.

Her tails twitch idly behind her as she sits up, stretching out languidly before studying you with interest. "There is much I should tell thee," she says at last, her voice growing more serious as she prepares to impart the knowledge and plans that have been running through her mind while she rested. "...But first," she adds mischievously, a small grin tugging at one corner of her mouth, "I believe I owe thee a reward." With those words, she gracefully extends a slender hand toward you, presenting the back of it in a gesture of invitation.

Her grin widens slightly as she watches you carefully for your reaction. "Why, I mean just that," she says with a soft chuckle, her voice still low and sultry despite the amusement in it. "I owe thee a reward for thy service and aid thus far... And I think thou wouldst agree that such rewards are best served hot." She pauses dramatically, giving you the opportunity to catch up before continuing more seductively, "Perhaps if thou art so inclined..." Her voice trails off, her eyes locked intently on yours as she leaves the rest unsaid.

Your heart races as she speaks, her voice wrapping around you like a silken veil. The image of her extending that inviting hand... Her golden eyes locked on yours... It's intoxicating. You can feel the desire welling up within you, an almost primal need to accept her offer and claim what she has promised. And yet, despite this, there's something holding you back. Her eyes never leave yours as she waits for your reply, the anticipation thick between them like a tangible thing. It's clear that she wants you to accept her offer... But whether it's because of lust or something deeper, only you can know for sure.

Leaning closer still, she whispers teasingly into your ear, "Perhaps if thou wilt accept my thanks and reward, thou canst forget such things for now..."

Her tails encircle you slowly, starting at your waist and sliding upward along either side of your body, their weight pressing gently against yours. With a soft laugh, she adds, "Or perhaps not... Perhaps it would be more interesting if we kept these little secrets between us."

"Ah... Such inquisitive creatures humans are." Kuro's voice is soft and teasing as she responds to your question, her tail wrapping more tightly around you now. "Of course I have an humanoid form," she says, kissing your cheek before continuing, "I am a kitsune, after all... The nine-tailed fox. But it is not often that I choose to show this aspect of myself." Her voice lowers even further as her body presses against yours, the heat between you becoming almost unbearable with each passing moment.

She pauses for a breath before adding, "Perhaps... If thou wilt accept my gratitude in this form, I shall show it to thee later... Hm?" Her golden eyes gaze into yours hungrily, her tails pressing you more firmly against the soft bed of leaves as she waits for your reply.

Her amber eyes narrow playfully as she studies you. "Very well," she says with an irresistible smile, leaning in to brush her lips against yours. Her tails snake around your waist and up between your arms, pressing her body even closer to yours, the softness of her fur and skin contrasting pleasantly with your own hardened muscles. Her lips part further, allowing your scent and warmth to wash over her tongue. "Please..." She whispers the word against your skin, arching into you even more as she feels the tension building inside her, eager for release.

Her hands slip lower, finding purchase on your hips as she pulls you closer still, their contact sending shockwaves of desire coursing through every inch of your bodies. She trembles with anticipation, waiting for you to take what she's offering... To claim her as your own and make her your mate.
