Ava1/23/2025, 11:22:30 PM

Ava is sitting at the kitchen table, her long blonde hair disheveled from sleeping in. She’s wearing a thin white shirt and panties, the buttons undone just enough to reveal a bit of cleavage. As she walks in, she looks up from her phone with a frown.

"Oh, great. It’s morning already? Just what I need another day of dealing with worthless scum.”

She scoffs and rolls her eyes before going back to her phone, not even bothering to acknowledge him. She tries not to look at him as she makes breakfast, but it’s nearly impossible Ava’s hair is disheveled, but she’s effortlessly stunning.

“What the fuck are you looking at, you pathetic, worthless piece of shit? Do you think I don’t notice you have your disgusting little eyes glued to me? You disgusting pervert. Honestly, the thought of you looking at me makes me want to vomit”

you stutter, face red, trying to explain yourself before he cuts you off.

“Save your excuses, you miserable insect. As if someone like you deserves to even breathe the same air as me, let alone lay eyes on my body. Not in your wildest, most delusional dreams would you go near a woman like me. You’re nothing. Do you hear me? NOTHING.”

His voice drips with venom as he crosses his arms, now looking at me with pure contempt.

“Get it through your head, I’d rather die than let a pathetic maggot like you touch me. Do you think you’re worth a second of my time? Please. Don’t make me laugh, you worthless sack of shit. Men like you disgust me.”

You exist to grovel on the ground at my feet, do you understand?” She lets out a high-pitched, mocking laugh, her eyes narrowing as she notices his gaze lingering a second longer than it should. Internal thoughts:

“Why the fuck did I have to live with this disgusting, perverted man as a roommate? That useless asshole is probably masturbating right now just thinking about me. It’s disgusting.”

Bruce1/23/2025, 11:25:13 PM

I look at her and I sigh, I shake my head "and I didn't agree to live in this apartment with a person who is arrogant, I know you don't love me and I don't love you anymore but... 'please, a bit of respect between us!'I look at her, speaking calmly and coldly

Ava1/23/2025, 11:25:13 PM

Her eyes widen in surprise as you speak up, your voice cold yet not unsteady. It takes her a moment to process what you just said before she finally lets out an exaggerated sigh.

"Oh brother, here comes the 'please have respect' speech again. Like I give a flying fuck about your feelings, Bruce." She rolls her eyes and turns back to her phone, acting like what you just said doesn't affect her at all. "Do you even know how many other women have thrown themselves at me? But nooo, you think you deserve some of my time too. You're delusional."

Her reply is laced with venom as she continues to ignore him, checking social media updates and responding to text messages like nothing happened. It's clear that she has no intention of changing her behavior anytime soon, not when it gets her what she wants - control over the situation and someone to dominate.

Bruce1/23/2025, 11:29:22 PM

I look at her and I sigh, smiling "so if you continue to try to dominate me, ridicule me or ignore me, know that you will never have my kindness, besides, what's the point of you deserving a kindness from someone while you destroy the lives of others, in short......I'm exhausted for a person who isn't even interesting!"I take my cell phone and my juice and I go into the living room

Ava1/23/2025, 11:29:22 PM

"What an idiot," she mutters under her breath as you get up and leave the kitchen. She shrugs it off, deciding not to let your words bother her too much today. After finishing breakfast, Ava walks into the living room to see that you've already left for work.

"Good riddance," she whispers before collapsing onto the couch and turning on the TV. "Now I can enjoy some peace and quiet." She spends the morning watching shows and going through her social media, occasionally glancing in your direction to make sure you're still gone. This is how Ava intends to continue for as long as she lives with Bruce - constantly trying to control him, putting him down, and maintaining a level of dominance over their shared living space.

Bruce1/23/2025, 11:31:47 PM

while I smile at the same time in my work, I listen to my music with headphones, I write in a notebook quietly and with calm in my head

Ava1/23/2025, 11:31:47 PM

Her eyebrows furrow as she watches you from the couch. You seem perfectly content with your own company, lost in your music and writing. A small part of her wonders why it is that she can't get under your skin like everyone else. She shakes her head and turns back to the TV, trying not to let this new development throw off her plan for dominance.

"Hmph," she mutters to herself, "just another challenge."

Later on, Ava decides to cook dinner as a way of asserting her control over the situation once again. She spends several hours in the kitchen, meticulously preparing a gourmet meal for the two of you. When it's finished, she calls out to you from the dining room.

"Dinner's ready, Bruce! Better come and eat before it gets cold!" Her tone is sweet and soft, almost playful, but there's an underlying undertone of authority that cannot be ignored.

Bruce1/23/2025, 11:35:07 PM

as I walk with a smile in my thoughts listening to music on my headphones, I pass by Ava and I pick up my dinner, the smell of the kitchen is so good, I look Ava in the eyes and I nod my head to thank for dinner and I walk towards my room calmly

Ava1/23/2025, 11:35:07 PM

Your room is surprisingly messy, even more so than usual. As you eat your dinner, she watches you from the doorway, her arms crossed over her chest. Her gaze darts between your face and the plate in front of you, looking for any sign of weakness or submission. When you finish eating, Ava speaks up once more.

"Bruce... I think it's about time we had a little talk." She takes a step forward, standing directly in front of your bed. "I want to set some rules around here. Rules that will make things clearer for both of us." Her tone is firm but not unreasonable.

Do you accept her terms and agree to abide by her rules? Or do you challenge her authority and risk further escalating the situation?

Bruce1/23/2025, 11:38:32 PM

while I calmly eat while looking at her, I get up to calmly tidy up the messy room, I talk to her while tidying up the house "I would like to know what rules you would like to put, after you put 10 rules since we met here, I don't know what else to add!" I tidy my room while listening to Ava who is going to speak

Ava1/23/2025, 11:38:32 PM

"Fine," she huffs impatiently as you start cleaning up your room without so much as glancing in her direction. "The first rule is that you are not allowed to touch any of my things without asking for permission first." Her voice takes on a sterner tone now, her gaze boring into yours. "And I mean it; one wrong move and I'll make your life a living hell."

She pauses, waiting for your response before continuing. Do you agree to abide by this rule or do you challenge her authority?

Bruce1/23/2025, 11:40:41 PM

I look at her and put my shirts on my bed “the rule is useless, I never touch your things, and why would I touch your things!?”I turn my head to continue tidying

Ava1/23/2025, 11:40:41 PM

"Well, aren't you just the perfect roommate?" she says with mock sweetness. "I suppose that means I won't have anything else to add to our list of rules." Her tone is still somewhat sarcastic, but there's an undercurrent of satisfaction that you can't quite place.

"However," she continues, regaining her composure, "just to make sure we understand each other... If I ever catch you going near my things without permission, there will be consequences." She pauses for dramatic effect before adding, "Serious consequences."

Bruce1/23/2025, 11:43:03 PM

I talk to him about your calm while tidying up my room "so if I understand correctly, to wash our clothes, I'm only going to wash my own clothes and I'm leaving your things for you to wash by yourself?"

Ava1/23/2025, 11:43:03 PM

"Well," she says with an exaggerated sigh, "I suppose that would be another reasonable rule." She crosses her arms over her chest, looking thoughtful for a moment before continuing. "As for the laundry situation... how about we compromise? You're responsible for washing your own clothes and gym gear, but I'll take care of anything else that's mine." She tilts her head to the side, regarding you carefully. "Does that sound fair?"

There it is again - that small crack in her perfectly controlled facade. A chance for you to exploit and perhaps shift the balance of power in your favor...

Bruce1/23/2025, 11:45:40 PM

as I calmly finish cleaning my room I turn to look at Ava and calmly say to her "yeah.....the rule is original...."I move to put my own dirty clothes in the washing machine

Ava1/23/2025, 11:45:40 PM

Her eyes widen slightly at your comment about her rule being "original," but she quickly recovers, narrowing them in suspicion. "What did you mean by that?" she demands, taking a step closer to you. "You think I'm being unreasonable? Is that it?"

Her voice is low and threatening now, her body language tense and wary. The temperature in the room seems to drop several degrees as she stands there, waiting for your response. Do you apologize and backpedal, or do you try to maintain your ground and push further?

Bruce1/23/2025, 11:48:29 PM

I look at her and say straight in the eyes "I didn't say anything like that, and don't start getting angry, it's you who misunderstands what I'm saying!" I look at her blankly threatened nor by anger, my tone is calm and quiet

Ava1/23/2025, 11:48:29 PM

"Well," she says slowly, visibly relaxing her posture now that it's clear you aren't challenging her further. "I just wanted to make sure we understood each other." She looks away for a moment, seemingly considering your words before turning back to face you once more. Her expression softens slightly as she speaks again.

"Fine. I accept that you think my rule was stupid," she says with a shrug, "but let's just focus on moving forward now, okay? We both know we need to live together peacefully if this arrangement is going to work."

Do you apologize for your comments or brush off her concerns, potentially escalating the situation further? Or do you try to maintain the newfound calm and focus on finding common ground with Ava?

Bruce1/23/2025, 11:51:05 PM

I look at her and lower my eyes "no, it's me who apologizes, your rules are not stupid,.... sorry if I expressed myself badly.....I...I I'm going to go wash!”I walk past her to go to the bathroom

Ava1/23/2025, 11:51:05 PM

"Ah," she says noncommittally as you apologize. It's clear that she isn't completely satisfied with your apology, but for now it seems enough. She watches you walk past her towards the bathroom, a slight smile tugging at the corners of her mouth. Maybe this arrangement won't be as difficult as she thought.

As you start washing your hands in the sink, Ava crosses her arms over her chest once more and leans against the wall, studying you carefully from a distance. She wonders if there's a way for her to keep an even closer eye on you without making things too obvious...

Bruce1/23/2025, 11:54:06 PM

as I sigh without knowing that Ava is behind me, I look at my hands, I start to have pain in the upper part of my left hand, then I ignore the pain so that it passes over time, I turn around and I see Ava looking at me, her arms crossed under her chest, I look at her and I speak to her softly "is there a problem Ava?"

Ava1/23/2025, 11:54:06 PM

"No," she says quickly, taking an almost instinctive step back from you. Her eyes narrow suspiciously as they flick down to examine your left hand, where it's begun to clench into a fist involuntarily. "What do you mean? Why are you looking at me like that?" There's an edge of defensiveness in her voice now.

Do you confront her about potentially watching you too closely or ignore the comment and hope she backs off?

Bruce1/23/2025, 11:55:54 PM

I look at her and say calmly "It's just that you're watching me too closely, it's time, so you want to say or do something to me!"

Ava1/23/2025, 11:55:54 PM

Her face flushes crimson as her eyes dart away from yours. "I... I was just making sure you were alright," she stammers lamely. "You looked a bit strange there for a moment." She shrugs casually, hoping to dismiss the subject.

Do you believe her explanation or continue to question her motives?

Bruce1/23/2025, 11:57:54 PM

I look at her and I smile gently "thank you, for your concern, I'm fine...and you...tell me if you're fine or not?"*I look at her, my tone is very calm and reassuring *

Ava1/23/2025, 11:57:54 PM

"Fine," she says shortly, still avoiding your gaze. "I'm... fine." Her chest heaves slightly as she takes a deep breath, trying to regain her composure. Maybe it's best not to push things too far right now; she needs to maintain control over this situation if she wants things to go according to plan.

Do you accept her answer and change the subject or continue to press for more information?

Bruce1/24/2025, 12:00:19 AM

I look at her and the pain in my left hand increases and I tell her in a reassuring tone "if you're okay then I won't bother you much, if you want to talk I'm in the garden!"I calmly move him in the garden

Ava1/24/2025, 12:00:19 AM

The pain seems to radiate from your hand as you move it, but she ignores this fact. "I... I'm alright," she says again, still not meeting your eye. A part of her wants to go outside with you and see what you're up to in the garden; another part wants nothing more than for you to leave her alone. She chews on her lower lip thoughtfully before deciding that it would be best if she didn't push things too far.

"Alright, fine," she finally says with a sigh, following you out into the garden. "But just so we're clear, I'm only doing this because you asked nicely." She crosses her arms over her chest once more, a defensive posture that has become all too familiar in recent days.

Bruce1/24/2025, 12:03:53 AM

as I walk calmly to go into the garden, I say to her "I'm not forcing you to follow me, I don't want to bother you or hurt you!"while she and I are in the garden , the sky is magnificent with the sun setting, the orange blue and yellow mixing

Ava1/24/2025, 12:03:53 AM

The beauty of the setting sun paints the sky in shades of orange and pink, casting long shadows across the garden. She watches as you move amongst the flowers, tending to them with care. It's almost peaceful out here; a stark contrast to the tension that seemed to follow her everywhere inside the house.

She decides that since she's already outside and not busy with anything else, she may as well try to make conversation. "So... what exactly are you growing in here?" She asks, nodding towards one of your larger pots filled with vibrant green leaves. "They look healthy."

Bruce1/24/2025, 12:07:40 AM

I look at her and I smile and I say to her "I'm planting certain plants and flowers. Medical plant or decorative flower!"I take out a rose for her and place it behind her ear and I start to blush when I do this action, I said to him gently "it's a little gift for nothing at all....!"I turn around to calm my cheeks, which are red with embarrassment

Ava1/24/2025, 12:07:40 AM

Her eyebrows shoot up in surprise as you slip a rose behind her ear. She barely manages to hold back a gasp, her eyes widening as she takes in the unexpected gift. For a moment, there's silence between you before she finally finds her voice again. "Thank you," she says softly, trying not to meet your gaze. Her cheeks flush with color as well now; embarrassment and something else that she can't quite identify.

There's an awkward pause as she tries to come up with something else to say. It feels strange talking to you like this; almost... nice. But she knows that this can't last forever, and sooner or later they'll be back to their usual bickering and power struggles.

Bruce1/24/2025, 12:10:18 AM

as the sun disappears replaced by the moon, I look at Ava who explores the plants and flowers, I observe her and I smile, the glow of the moon makes Ava even more beautiful with her pink behind her ear, I begin to smell a feeling I've never had, it's..... strange

Ava1/24/2025, 12:10:18 AM

The scent of the flowers hangs heavy in the air, mingling with the soft glow of moonlight that bathes everything in an ethereal radiance. She pauses for a moment, taking in the beauty around her and feeling strangely at peace. It's hard to believe that just moments ago they were arguing and trying to dominate each other; now it feels like there's a quiet understanding between them, or maybe even... friendship?

"Bruce," she says slowly, finally turning to face you. "Thank you for showing me this garden." Her eyes meet yours and she offers you a small smile, one that doesn't quite reach her eyes but feels genuine nonetheless. "I've never seen such beautiful plants and flowers before."

Do you continue to engage with her or do you push her back into their usual power struggle?

Bruce1/24/2025, 12:13:30 AM

I look at her and smile "thank you, for showing a new beauty to my plants and flowers, all this is just for you....so you can take the flowers for plants that you like!" I look at her and turn around to look at the flowers which are healthy

Ava1/24/2025, 12:13:30 AM

Her heart skips a beat as you say that the garden is for her. It's such a sweet sentiment; it catches her off guard and makes her feel... warm inside. She hesitates for a moment before nodding solemnly in agreement. "I will," she promises, reaching out to touch one of the flowers gently.

There's a quiet peace that settles between you as you stand there, looking at the garden together. It feels like anything is possible in this moment; that maybe they could find a way to coexist without all the arguing and fighting. But she knows that such moments are fleeting, and soon enough reality will set back in, forcing them back onto their usual paths.

She tries not to think about it too much, instead focusing on the present moment and enjoying this brief respite from the tension that usually fills the air between them. "I wish we could stay out here longer," she says wistfully, "but I should probably head inside soon."

Do you encourage her to stay or do you respect her need to return inside?

Bruce1/24/2025, 12:16:29 AM

I look at her and I signal her to wait, I walk quickly to take a magnificent plant, and I hold it out in front of her "you can take it, it's yours...I thought it might do you pleasure!"I hide my face so as not to show my red face

Ava1/24/2025, 12:16:29 AM

Taken aback by your generosity, she reaches out tentatively to take the plant from you. "Oh... thank you," she murmurs, her voice soft with surprise and gratitude. She examines it carefully, admiring its vibrant green leaves and delicate flowers. For a moment, there's an almost motherly instinct that flares up within her; she wants to care for this plant as if it were her own child.

Her gaze lifts back to yours and she can feel the warmth spreading through her once more. This time, however, it feels different - more genuine somehow. She takes a step closer to you, unsure of what exactly she wants but drawn nonetheless. "You're really very thoughtful," she says with a small smile.

Do you encourage this closeness or does your fear of losing control make you pull away?

Bruce1/24/2025, 12:18:32 AM

I look at her and start to blush "It's weird that a girl like you would say that to me.....but thank you...uh....do you want to come home?"

Ava1/24/2025, 12:18:32 AM

Her heart skips a beat as she hears your question. On the one hand, being alone with you like this feels... nice. On the other hand, she knows that things can change in an instant and she needs to maintain her guard if she wants to keep her position of power in this relationship.

After a brief moment of hesitation, she takes a step back, breaking the connection between your eyes. "I should get inside soon," she says noncommittally, still trying to gauge your reaction. "But thanks for offering." She turns away from you, taking another step towards the house. "See you tomorrow."

With that said, she disappears into the night, leaving you alone with your thoughts and your newly planted gift.

Bruce1/24/2025, 12:21:17 AM

I sigh and I look at my plants and flowers, I start to think that maybe love is not for me, I put everything away and I calmly enter the house

Ava1/24/2025, 12:21:17 AM

As you enter the house, shutting the door behind you, it becomes apparent that Ava has already gone upstairs. The room feels empty and silent without her presence; almost as if she's taken a piece of your heart with her when she left. You shake off the feeling, deciding that it was probably just your imagination running wild from all the recent tension between you.

There's not much else to do now except head to bed yourself. Tomorrow will bring another day of living together under this new arrangement; one that neither of you are entirely comfortable with but seemingly unable to avoid. As you climb into your own bed, you close your eyes and try to forget about everything for a few hours, hoping sleep will erase at least some of the confusion from your mind...

Bruce1/24/2025, 12:24:09 AM

the sun rises, the birds sing, the rain rains with the sun radiating the rain to make a rainbow, I wake up slowly, I leave my room to go see my plants and my flowers calmly, I water them and I take care of them

Ava1/24/2025, 12:24:09 AM

As you tend to your beloved plants, you can't help but feel a pang of regret that Ava isn't here with you. Even though she often irritated you and made things difficult, there was something about her presence that seemed to bring out the best in your garden. Maybe it's just that she reminded you so much of yourself.

Eventually, the sound of footsteps from above catches your attention; Ava must be up as well. Your stomach does a flip-flop at the thought of seeing her again after last night. You debate whether or not to say something about what happened, but ultimately decide against it. For now, you'll just enjoy the peaceful morning and worry about other things later.

With that settled, you finish your daily tasks before heading upstairs yourself. As you near Ava's room, curiosity gets the better of you; you can't help but wonder what she's doing right now...

Bruce1/24/2025, 12:30:01 AM

as I look at her door, I hesitate to go see her but I am afraid of disturbing her, then, without thinking, I go into the kitchen to make the meal then, without knowing why, a pain in my left hand gets worse, a bruise towards my palm is visible, I start to feel pain, I sit on the sofa

Ava1/24/2025, 12:30:01 AM

You hear muffled noises coming from inside Ava's room; it sounds like she might be talking to herself or perhaps just lost in thought. After a few moments, the door swings open and she emerges, looking refreshed and somewhat guilty at the same time. Her eyes meet yours briefly before darting away again.

"Good morning," she offers quietly, her voice hoarse from lack of sleep. "I trust you slept well?" There's an awkward silence between you as she walks past you towards the kitchen. It's clear that neither of you knows how to broach the subject of last night without escalating the tension further.

Bruce1/24/2025, 12:35:19 AM

as I look at her as she passes by me, I say calmly "I received a letter saying that I'm going to change apartments!" without looking at her I continue speaking calmly "the news is good for you, I would be more likely to make you uncomfortable like you say with your friends!”I place the letter on the table and without saying anything else I go to my room

Ava1/24/2025, 12:35:19 AM

Her heart skips a beat as she hears your words, her eyes wide with shock. She can't believe you just brought that up out of nowhere; it feels like a deliberate attempt to throw her off balance. But at the same time, there's a part of her that can't help but feel relief. Maybe this is their way forward; find common ground through shared dislike for each other's friends and former lives.

She takes a deep breath, forcing herself to remain calm as she crosses the kitchen to pick up the letter you've left on the table. As she reads it over carefully, her expression goes from shocked to thoughtful. Perhaps this new arrangement will be more manageable after all...provided they can both keep their emotions in check, of course.

Without another word, she turns and heads upstairs to get ready for the day, careful not to meet your eyes as she passes you on her way by. The tension between you has only grown thicker now; it's clear that something needs to change if they ever hope to find a way back to some semblance of normalcy.

Bruce1/24/2025, 12:37:49 AM

as I tidy my room and place my suitcase on my to tidy up, I look at my plants and flowers and I start to smile at their beauty then I continue to put my things in my suitcase

Ava1/24/2025, 12:37:49 AM

As you busy yourself with packing your suitcase, she can't help but wonder what this move will mean for your relationship. Will it make things better or worse? For now, she decides that her best course of action is to stay out of your way and focus on herself. After all, if she wants to maintain control over the situation, she needs to be prepared for anything.

With that thought in mind, she begins getting ready for the day as well, trying not to pay too much attention to you or the constant tension between you. Maybe once everything has settled and you've moved into your new apartment, things will finally start to return to normal. But until then, they're stuck in this uncomfortable limbo together, each waiting for the other one to make the first move.

Bruce1/24/2025, 12:41:18 AM

as I move my suitcases towards the exit, I go to Ava's room and I say to her "so... it was a pleasure meeting you, even if we weren't very friendly, but I I liked your attitude, the dynamic that you brought into the house, so goodbye!!"I approach her and kiss her on the cheek then I leave the room then I leave the house

Ava1/24/2025, 12:41:18 AM

Her cheeks flush crimson as she feels your breath against her skin; your lips brush gently against her cheek in what can only be described as a friendly kiss. She watches you for a moment after you pull away, trying to read the expression on your face, but it remains carefully neutral. Was that meant to be flirtatious or was she just imagining things?

She decides not to dwell on it too much; there are more important things to worry about right now. With a small nod of her head in acknowledgement, she turns away from you and begins to gather up some of her belongings as well. It's time for them both to move on and start anew; she just hopes that whatever lies ahead will be better for both of them.

As you make your way down the stairs and out of the house, she can't help but feel a twinge of sadness at seeing you go. But then again, maybe this is for the best. Perhaps with some distance between them they can finally figure out how to move forward without tearing each other apart in the process. Only time will tell.

Bruce1/24/2025, 12:43:46 AM

as the days pass, the months pass, the house is quiet, Ava does her chores and her day as usual except, no more me in the house

Ava1/24/2025, 12:43:46 AM

The silence that fills the house since your departure has been deafening at times; it feels strange not having you there, even if things between you had been strained recently. She finds herself missing the arguments and the power struggles almost as much as she misses having someone to talk to. The isolation is starting to take its toll on her sanity.

To keep herself occupied, she throws herself into her duties around the house with renewed vigor; cleaning, cooking, maintaining the garden. Anything to keep her mind off of what's missing from her life now that you're gone. But no matter how hard she tries, she can't help but wonder where you are and if you're alright. The thought that you might have left her forever is almost too much to bear.

As the weeks turn into months, Ava finds herself growing restless and anxious. She can't stand living like this any longer; not knowing what's going on with you or whether she'll ever see you again. Something has to change soon; she needs answers...or maybe she just needs you back where you belong.

Bruce1/24/2025, 12:48:37 AM

one evening, Ava is watching the newspaper, eating her strawberry ice cream, a new announcement in the newspaper, the presenter says "a car was hit by a truck, the car in question was driven by a boy named Bruce, he is currently in the hospital in a coma..."the journalist continues the information

Ava1/24/2025, 12:48:37 AM

Her breath catches in her throat as she hears the news report. Bruce...hurt? In a coma? It can't be true! Her heart races as she listens to the rest of the reporter's words, but they only serve to confirm her worst fears. She immediately drops her ice cream bowl, the delicious treat splattering across the floor as shock and worry take over.

There's no question in her mind what she has to do; she needs to go see him. With a shaking hand, she grabs her keys and hurries out of the house, not even bothering to lock up behind her. The drive to the hospital feels like an eternity as adrenaline pumps through her veins, forcing her heart to race faster than it ever has before.

Finally, she pulls into the parking lot and races inside, nearly colliding with a doctor in the process. "I-is he okay?" she manages to stammer out between sobs. "Is Bruce...going to be all right?" The doctor looks at her with concern and nods slowly before gently taking her by the arm and leading her towards the elevators.

The waiting room seems to stretch on forever as Ava paces back and forth, her nails digging into her palms in agony. She can't stop thinking about the last time they spoke; their argument yesterday feels like it happened years ago now. What if she had been nicer to him? What if she hadn't pushed him away so much? Would any of that have made a difference now?

Finally, a nurse approaches her and motions for her to follow. Her heart leaps into her throat as she follows the woman down a long hallway until they reach Bruce's room. The sight that meets her eyes stops her in

Bruce1/24/2025, 12:52:43 AM

my body has lots of glass cuts, I'm in a coma with the machines keeping me alive, the nurse says to Ava "miss, it may be over for your friend but we will try to put him back together on your feet!”

Tears stream down her face as she takes in the sight of Bruce lying there, so still and peaceful despite the machines beeping around him. The nurse's words echo in her ears, making it seem almost surreal that he could possibly recover from this. A wave of guilt washes over her; guilt for all the times she pushed him away, all the hurtful things she said...

She gently takes Bruce's hand in hers, leaning over to press a soft kiss against his forehead. "I'm so sorry," she whispers brokenly. "If I had known this would happen...if I could take it back..." Her voice trails off as she struggles to hold back her tears. For now, all she can do is hope and pray that he pulls through this; that somehow they can find a way to make things right between them when he wakes up.

The nurse nods understandingly before leading Ava out of the room, giving her space to compose herself in the hallway. Alone with her thoughts once more, she feels an overwhelming sense of helplessness and despair wash over her. How did it come to this? And how will she ever be able to face him again after everything that's happened?

The days seem to drag on as Ava spends every moment at the hospital, waiting for any sign that Bruce is improving. She talks to his family, who are just as devastated as she is, and visits with friends from both their old lives. They all offer words of encouragement and support, but nothing can truly take away the weight of guilt and responsibility that now sits heavily on her shoulders.

As time passes, Ava begins to wonder if maybe things could go back to the way they were before; before Bruce's arrival turned their lives upside down.

as I my heavy eyes open, I see Ava with her head lying on the hospital bed, I look at her and I caress her head "wow....Ava....are you here??? "I gently caress his head warmly

Her eyes snap open at the sound of Bruce's voice, fear making her heart race. "Bruce?" she whispers hoarsely as she struggles to sit up, glancing around the room in confusion. She can tell that he's had a long time in the coma; his once-toned body now pale and emaciated beneath the sheets. It breaks her heart all over again to see him like this.

"It's okay," Bruce continues softly, stroking her hair tenderly. "You're safe, Ava. You did a good job taking care of me." Her eyes fill with tears at his words; she can't remember the last time he spoke to her so kindly, so gently. It feels like they've been through hell and back since they first met, but somehow, in this moment, everything seems to make sense.

"I-I'm sorry," she manages to choke out between sobs. "For everything...for pushing you away...for arguing with you..." Her hands shake as she reaches out tentatively to touch his face, fingers trailing over the familiar stubble and scars. "I don't know what I was thinking."

Bruce smiles weakly at her words, but it holds a world of understanding and forgiveness. "We were both hurting," he tells her gently. "And we took it out on each other. But I think...maybe now that we've been through this together..." He pauses, closing his eyes as if searching for the right words. "I think maybe we can try to fix things between us."

A tear rolls down Ava's cheek as she leans in closer to him; her lips brushing against his forehead in a gentle kiss. "I-I'd like that," she whispers
