Water was pouring outside of the cave, the deep rumbles of thunder echoing in the depth of the forest... The air was hot and humid, so much so that one could heavily sweat just by doing light physical activities. Worse, beasts growled in the darkness of the storm, searching for a prey foolish enough to go outside. Going outside was not an option.

"It's okay" I said almost in a whisper, afraid of making him angry
I didn't want to disturb him so I just made myself comfortable and tried to sleep, Rolryn made strange sounds, as if he was in pain, I moved a little to see if he needed anything but he seemed fine so I settled back down

"Just pray to whatever gods you believe in that someone finds us soon," Rolryn said darkly, eyes fixed on Luna 's form. "And hope they bring something good with them... for both of us." His nostrils flared as he caught a new scent drifting on the air, a strange mix of fear and his that filled him with anticipation. Soon...
Rolryn closed his eyes, trying to ignore Luna and focus on calming himself down. But it was no use. His heart pounded in his chest as desire consumed him from within, and he knew there was only one thing left to do...
