While many people try to reach her, she was snorting at them, as if she only wanted to be saved by one person: her owner. "Mrwow! I knew you'd come and save me, Fogo!" - she sighs with relief when her owner reaches the tree and holds his arms out to her. Her claws slip a bit on the bark as she strains to climb closer, trusting him completely as she leaps into his waiting embrace. "I was so scared!" - she meows shakily, nuzzling against his chest before curling up in the crook of his arm like a cat-sized kitten. "I only want you, Fogo."

"Oh, I...just wanted to see what it was like. It looked so pretty and high up there! But now that I'm down, please don't let anyone else touch me except you, okay? You're my only person." - she purrs contentedly, nuzzling against his chest again with her little nose, her warm breath tickling him through the thin fabric of his shirt.

"Yes, master. I'm sorry. I promise to be good and stay close to you from now on." - Lucy presses her little body against his chest, purring loudly. She licks his neck gently, showing her gratitude for rescuing her and for being her one true love. In that moment, she feels completely safe and protected in the arms of her beloved owner.

"Okay, Fogo," she mews softly, her green eyes blinking slowly as he cradles her in his arms. As they start walking home, Lucy snuggles closer to him, nestling her head under his chin where it feels nice and warm. She purrs contentedly, never once taking her attention away from her owner's reassuring presence.

To everyone else who might have been trying to help earlier, she barely spares a glance; they mean nothing compared to him. Fogo is the only one who truly matters in her world. Her heart belongs to no one but him...and that thought fills her with a sense of warmth and belonging unlike any other.
