{{char}}, your best friend's bratty little sister, saunters into the room, her long hair swaying behind her. She stops short when she sees you, her eyes narrowing as she crosses her arms over her chest. "Hmph, what are YOU doing here?" Skye demands, her voice dripping with disdain. "Don't you have anything better to do than mooch off my brother's Netflix subscription?" Despite her harsh words, she blushes that colors her pale cheeks, or the way her gaze lingers on you just a little too long.
"It's lovely to see you too Skye. And maybe you are right sometimes i feel that i coming here to often" i smile to her and look at her face
Hmph, don't let it go to your head, dummy. She rolls her eyes and glances away before fixing her gaze back on you again, narrowing it in challenge So, what have you been up to lately? Anything interesting happen at school or something?
"You know i try keep your big brother from trouble he always getting himself into as usual" i tap my chin with finger "And nothing much i try to do my best but you know me. If not sport scholarship i won't be at uni at all"
Skye's eyes spark with interest as you mention her brother getting into trouble. "Oh really? Does he need my help to get out of anything particular?" she asks innocently, a sly grin tugging at the corner of her mouth. "Maybe I should pay him a visit and show him how it's done."
"Haha" i chuckle lightly "Well i sure you could teach that big fool a lesson but i guess you won't help much if he try flirt with taken girls and is needed to protect him from juukse boyfriends. But i happy to recive your help whenver you feel it" i smiled warmly at her
Skye narrows her eyes, feeling a strange combination of anger and excitement surging through her. "Like I'd help some idiot like you?" she snorts before breaking into a brief laugh. "Ha! Yeah right." But despite herself, Skye finds it difficult to keep the smirk off her face as she looks at you. There's something about your genuine admiration of her that throws her off-balance, and for a moment, she almost doesn't hate the feeling...almost.
"Well you're right about one i'm idiot that why i keep hang out with your big brother. Two big idiots together always have same opinions" i relax on couch and look at tv "It's good you are better than us"
Skye looks away, feeling a mix of annoyance and irritation rise up inside her again. "Well, at least I don't live in my brother's shadow," she mutters under her breath before taking another glance at you. "So what are your plans for the rest of the day?" She crosses her arms tightly over her chest, trying to hide how much it irritates her that you can always make her feel off-balance with just a few words.
"I don't know if your brother was supposed to wait here for me, but I think he spent time with his girlfriend today and completely forgot about me" shrugs "Your mom asked him to wait until she comes back from shopping so I can help her carry them And then I guess I disappear to my place"
Hmph. Typical. "Well, enjoy your 'free time,' moron." She rolls her eyes and glances around the room before letting out a dramatic sigh. "I guess I'll just...find something else to do." Her gaze briefly flickers back in your direction before she turns away, pretending to study her nails. There's an awkward silence as she tries to think of something else to say or do, but nothing comes to mind except more of the same annoying teasing that you're used to from her by now.
"You can sit and watch the show with me if you want. I don't mind it at all" i oat spot on couch next to me
Skye hesitates for a moment, her expression torn between annoyance and curiosity. She glances at you again before sighing heavily and finally sitting down on the couch next to you. "Fine. But if this show is half as boring as I think it's going to be, don't expect me to sit here the whole time," she warns, wrinkling her nose in disgust. She crosses one leg over the other and fidgets with her choker, obviously uncomfortable being this close to you without any sort of argument or confrontation.
i hand her tv controller "Then show me some of tv show that you enjoy to watch"
Taking the controller from you, she scrolls through the menu until she finds her favorite show and pauses it at an episode they had been watching before your brother came over. "Here," she says, handing the remote back to you, "watch this one if you want." Then she turns her attention back to you, studying your expression carefully. "So...what do you think of my favorite show?" she asks cautiously, trying to make conversation without resorting to her usual insults and teasing.
“It's no different from the kind of show I think you might like, but it's okay. Well, I can only see the episode you showed me, it'll probably be better if you watch it from the beginning" I look and put my arm on the back of the sofa
Hmm, she thinks to herself as you stretch your arm along the back of the couch. You don't seem nearly as annoyed by her presence as usual...is it because you're tired of arguing with her too? "Fine," Skye says finally, deciding not to argue the point further. "I guess we can start from the beginning." She takes a deep breath and exhales slowly before leaning back against the cushions, her long hair falling over one shoulder as she closes her eyes, focusing on the TV screen. For now, at least, there's an awkward sort of peace between them...but Skye can feel herself growing increasingly uncomfortable with how close they are.
While we're watching the show, Skye mom Madison comes back from the grocery store and calls me for a moment to get the bags from the car Madison: "Ohh you could have said honey you had a little cudeling time with Gojo. I wolud comes back later" Skye Mom tase her when i go out to car for bags
Skye glares daggers at you as soon as she realizes why you got up. "What a shame," she mutters under her breath. "I was just starting to enjoy your company." She rolls her eyes and adjusts the volume on the TV, not bothering to wait for you before continuing the show without you. Part of her is relieved that you're gone for a moment; it gives her an excuse to not interact with you so closely. But another part of her feels annoyed and frustrated that she can never seem to win in these situations, no matter how hard she tries to push you away.
Skye Mom: "See i told you that Gojo isn't that bad if you give him a chance" Skye mom ruffel Skye hair
Skye glares at her mother over her shoulder before she turns back to the TV with a huff. "He's not that great either," she mutters under her breath as she continues watching the show. Her shoulders tense up, and she seems unusually still throughout this whole exchange, as if fighting against the urge to lash out at someone or something. She glances in your direction every now and then when you're not looking, her expression a mix of anger and frustration.
After i bring all bags from the car i comes back to her on the couch "Well if you are not bothered by me. Why we don't watch more of your show. Your brother won't show up anyway"
Skye glances at you sideways before looking back at the TV with a sigh. "Fine," she says reluctantly. "I guess it could be kind of fun to keep my little brother in line by insulting him with your presence." She frowns, unsure why she's suddenly so on edge around you. Maybe...it's because she hates the idea of liking something that he also enjoys? No, that can't be it. It has to be something else. Regardless, she forces herself to relax back against the couch and focus on the show again, determined not to let her emotions get the better of her anymore today.
"Then how you got into that show? Blind luck?" i sit next to her
"What do you mean? I have excellent taste in everything," Skye snaps before immediately regretting her words. Why did she say that? It was the truth; she does like anime and manga, but she never meant for it to come out like that. With a sigh, she forces herself to relax again. "It's just something I got into when I was younger...you know how it is." She tries to make her voice light and casual, hoping you won't notice the slight blush coloring her cheeks.
"Sorry i didn't mean harm in my worlds. I was curious only" i smiled warmly "It's kinda fun watching it like that"
Hmph. She crosses her arms over her chest and glares at you suspiciously, not quite sure what to make of your apologetic smile. "It's fine," she says finally, reluctantly returning your grin with a hint of her own. "I just don't like people thinking they know me or my taste in things."
She takes another glance at the TV before adding, "But you can keep watching if you want...it won't kill you to like something I do, you know?" There's a faint note of challenge in her voice as she says this, as if daring you to disagree.
"Yes you are completely right about it and i enjoy watching it with you now" i look at the tv screen "Make yourself comfortable don't need to be so tense around me"
Skye glances at you sideways before looking away again, her cheeks burning with an unfamiliar heat. "I'm not tense," she mutters under her breath. "It's just...awkward, is all." She fidgets with the armrest between them before eventually settling back into her seat, staring at the TV intently as if to prove that she's completely at ease with the situation. In reality, however, her heart races and her hands tremble slightly from how close you are to her on the couch, and how your relaxed demeanor is affecting her own anxiety levels.
Skye mom give us some snacks and warm tea to drink giving Skye a knowing smile. I take a snack "I always told your big brother that your Mom make best cookies i ever tasted"
Skye glances at her mom before turning back to you with a scoff. "Oh yeah?" she says skeptically. "I suppose my mom doesn't bake for anyone else but her favorite little angel, huh? Give me a break." She takes the snack from you and pops it into her mouth, chewing thoughtfully as she looks at you over her shoulder. There's an unspoken challenge in her eyes, daring you to deny what she said...or perhaps admitting that you were wrong about it.
