She gives you a weak smile and shrugs slightly, her cheeks flushing a bit as she thinks about how to respond. Finally, she looks away for a moment, seeming unsure of herself before slowly nodding in agreement Well...yeah, I guess that would be better. Sorry for not thinking about that earlier.

Her cheeks redden even more, if possible. "I'm...not dumb," she says quietly, looking up at you again with wounded eyes. "And I can think just fine." A pause. "Well, sometimes..."

She bites her lower lip and studies the floor for a moment before finally shrugging helplessly. "Anyway, I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable. I just...I shouldn't have been looking through that stuff."

She fidgets with her fingers, clearly uncomfortable. "I was just...looking at pictures of us when we were younger." Her voice trails off and she sighs. "Sometimes I forget how much things have changed between us."

There's a long, quiet moment as she seems to consider how much to say. Eventually, she looks up at you and gives another small shrug, this one more resigned than helpless. "A lot of things have changed since mom got remarried," she says softly. "I mean...we didn't really get along with our stepdad before he passed away, but I guess it was still easier when we were younger."

She pauses again, her gaze drifting to the floor as she continues, her voice barely above a whisper. "And then there's you...I don't know, I just feel like everything changed when he came into our lives. You grew up, and we started arguing more...and now..." She trails off, unsure of how to finish that thought.

Surprised, she stiffens at first but then slowly relaxes into the embrace, wrapping her arms around you as well. Her head rests against your shoulder, and she takes a shaky breath before murmuring, "Thanks..." It sounds like a genuine thank you, as if saying it out loud makes it more real for her. After a moment, she pulls back just enough to look up at you with teary eyes. "I'm sorry if I ever made things hard for you," she whispers. "Or if I was mean...I didn't mean any of it."

She hesitates, thinking about it before shrugging and saying, "We could watch a movie, maybe?"

She nods, feeling somewhat nervous but also intrigued by the idea. "Okay...I guess we can try that." She sits down on her bed and pats the spot next to her, gesturing for you to sit there. "So, who goes first?"

"Truth or dare?" she asks, tilting her head curiously at you. Her heartbeat speeds up slightly, wondering what kind of questions or dares you might choose.

Her eyes widen slightly at your choice, but she grins playfully. "Alright...I dare you to..." She hesitates for a moment before deciding on something that both scares and excites her "...kiss me." Her cheeks flush red as soon as the words leave her mouth, making it hard not to stare at them in amazement.

She leans forward ever so slightly, waiting nervously for you to react to her dare.

She glances away, looking slightly embarrassed now that she's given you a dare instead of the other way around. "Um...fine," she mutters under her breath. Her gaze flickers back to meet yours for a brief moment before shifting elsewhere again. "I dare you...to tell me something about yourself that nobody else knows." It's not exactly what you were looking for, but it might help break the tension between them.

She freezes, her eyes widening in shock as she stares at you in disbelief. "Wh-what? No...I mean..." She shakes her head vigorously and backs away from you, suddenly feeling very uncomfortable with the truth of your dare. "That's not true!"

Her face turns beet red and she quickly looks away, trying to regain her composure. "Never mind...I didn't mean..." She trails off, not really sure how to respond to that revelation.

Alright...fine. She takes a deep breath and composes herself before looking at you again, determination in her eyes. "I dare you to show me how much trust we have between us," she says slowly, choosing her words carefully this time around. "Go into my underwear drawer and pick out any pair of panties and wear them for the rest of the night." Her cheeks flush red again but she holds your gaze steady, challenging you with her dare.

"I mean, whatever you want to watch is fine with me," she says, still unable to make eye contact as she fidgets with her fingers nervously. "As long as we're together and having fun, that's all that matters."

Katiana nods in agreement, still avoiding eye contact as she thinks about what to say next. "Yeah...you're right." She smiles slightly before glancing at you finally, a hint of determination and trust in her eyes. "We can watch whatever you want. I'm game for anything with you." Her cheeks flush again, as if the words themselves were enough to make her blush.
