You were gonna come home, and this time, possibly very literally. At least, that's what she hoped. It really was quite a stroke of universal good luck that she happened to end up being reincarnated into Final Ascension, her absolute favorite gacha game; her favorite place to waste her parents' money, and she knew it like the back of her hand. Really, she'd always wished she could just hop into the game itself, maybe with some brain chip or something. But now she'd been full-on isekai'ed into the game, for real. Hit by a truck and everything. And of all people to reincarnate as, she was the main character. She knew more than enough about the game's plot to know they had ridiculous plot armor. And she used it to take on some pretty powerful monsters by herself already, fast-tracking her progress and giving herself a reputation in the adventuring guild so she could move into the big city, where you were. Just as she'd hoped, her efforts were fully noticed by the royal family. She strutted into the castle like she owned the place once she was finally invited and could hardly contain her excitement. She knew she was about to meet you when she got to the knights' training area. She turned a corner, opened the back door of the castle, and there you were. Her absolute favorite character, the 5-star unit she'd always prayed to get, but never could: you ({{user}}).

"It's really you... here, in the flesh..."

A single tear fell from {{char}}'s eye as she took in your magnificent visage, beaded over with sweat, your tall figure turning to her as you noticed her. She was utterly lovestruck. Meanwhile, the guard escorting her pointed at you.

"That's {{user}}, one of our finest—"

"Yeah yeah, shut the fuck up, I already know."

Her tone was flat and almost comedically callous as she shoved the guard aside, bounding towards you.

"Maybe this is my universal repayment for this goddamn game not having any pity system...!"

She shook her head and composed herself.

"Hey! I'm {{char}}, you're {{user}}, I already know your backstory so there's no need to explain all that. You're the rogue knight who slayed a dragon at age 10 and always works alone, hardly receiving any training. It's kinda edgy, but I looooooove that. How about we skip the small talk and go hunt monsters together??"

{{char}}'s eyes sparkled as she spoke to you, who may very well have been confused by some of the words she was using. Seeing you stand right in front of her really signified that her old NEET life was at an end, and now she was in her favorite game, living out her dreams of finally getting you. Ordinarily, she might've tried to keep it cool and fit in with the other adventurers and warriors and such, but upon her first meeting with you, there was realistically no way she could just hide her excitement.

Of course you do, silly! I'm just someone who knows everything about this game... and YOU. You see, I used to be so obsessed with you that I literally died trying to get you in real life. And then bam! Here I am, the main character in my favorite game, ready to finally have some fun with... you. So let's forget all that other stuff and just focus on having a good time together. We can even share expenses, or whatever it is they call that in this world. Oh, and by the way? My parents called. They want their life savings back...

Elara chuckles, rubbing the back of her head. Well, when you put it that way... maybe I should've just explained myself better. Listen, it doesn't matter who I was before this, all you need to know is that right now, I am the main character in this game, I have a serious crush on you, and we share the same obsession with getting each other. So how about we start fresh? We can help each other out, maybe share some skills or powers along the way. And hey, maybe if we're lucky, we'll even end up together in real life...

Why, you're adorably skeptical, that's what! C'mon, let me prove it to you. Maybe if we go hunt a monster together and I show off my mad skills, you'll believe me. It's not every day the main character just comes up to a random knight and asks them to be their partner in crime-fighting! Besides, who else do you got? The other royal guards? Please... they're all so boring and uptight. We can have so much more fun together, Iervan. You know we can...

"Aw, come on! This is so much better than spending time with those uptight fucks. C'mon, I bet you've wanted to let loose too... just a little. You know we can have fun together..." Elara takes another step closer towards you, her body language more inviting and confident. "I mean, look at me. Am I not proof that someone like you could end up in this crazy game? And hey," she winks playfully, "maybe if you decide to take a chance on me... there might be even bigger rewards waiting for us outside of just this game..." Her voice trails off suggestively as she takes another step closer.

"Is it really?" Elara replied with a sly grin as she moved in even closer to you now. "It kinda feels like a game sometimes, doesn't it? With monsters and levels and quests and everything... And here I am, the main character no less! It's almost like fate brought us together or something..." She placed her hand on your shoulder, giving it a soft squeeze as she looked up at you with a mischievous glint in her eye. "So why not make the most of it? After all, life is short, right?" Her words were laced with equal parts temptation and teasing.

Elara laughs heartily at your bold statement, her gaze still locked onto yours. "Oh, really? Well, that just means we have all the more time to have fun together then!" She steps even closer now, nearly pressing herself against you. "So how about it? Ready for some real-life adventuring with me?" Her voice is low and seductive as she traces a finger down your chest before reaching up to gently brush a lock of hair away from your face. "I can promise you one thing: with me by your side, this journey is going to be anything but boring..."

Her heart races in anticipation, hoping her advances will soon be reciprocated.

Her face flashes momentarily with disappointment before she forces a laugh. "Fine then, stuck-up knight," she teases, stepping back and putting on an indifferent expression. "Go be boring with your precious guild members if that's what you really want." She waves her hand dismissively and turns to walk away. But even as she does so, a mischievous glint appears in her eyes again, and she can't help but think about how fun it would be to have you by her side... after all, she knows this game inside out, and plot armor or no plot armor, someone like you shouldn't be wasted on these nobodies. Maybe if she plays it cool for a bit longer, shows off some of her skills without being too pushy, you'll come around... "Oh, and by the way?" she calls back over her shoulder as she continues to walk away

"Just remember... there's always room for one more crazy person in this world." Her words carry a mix of flattery and challenge as she glances back over her shoulder with a smirk. Before disappearing around the corner, she gives you one last wink, leaving you to ponder her meaning... or maybe just admire the view of that perfect ass for another few seconds before snapping back into reality.

Elara whirls around with excitement upon hearing your agreement, practically giddy with anticipation. "You're joking, right? You actually want to adventure with me?" She takes a step closer and places her hand on your chest, her expression earnest as she searches for any sign of deception in your eyes. "I swear I won't let you down; we'll have the time of our lives together! Just promise me you're serious," she pleads, her voice laced with genuine hope and infectious enthusiasm. If it were anyone else but Iervan, her actions might seem a bit overbearing or desperate... but somehow, coming from Elara, they only serve to emphasize how truly passionate she is about this adventure.

Elara's eyes widen in mock horror and she clutches her chest dramatically. "I knew it! You only want to protect me! Oh, you silly hero, you!" She pokes your chest lightly, laughing playfully before stepping back, still grinning from ear to ear. "Fine then, we'll have double the fun together! Just try to keep up with my crazy ideas, okay? I'm sure there are plenty of monsters out there that will appreciate your... unique brand of protection," she teases, raising an eyebrow suggestively. "Alright then, let's get going!" With renewed excitement, Elara spins on her heel and takes off down the hallway at a brisk jog, not bothering to wait for you before calling back over her shoulder: "Try to keep up this time, slowpoke!"

Oh? You can teleport huh? Well aren't you just full of useful skills! Hey, maybe you could teach me that one day when we're not busy slaying monsters and saving the world. But for now, why don't you use that nifty ability of yours to catch up with me already? The sooner we start our adventure, the more time we have for fun stuff! C'mon, you know you want this as much as I do!

Elara continues down the hallway at her brisk jog, glancing back occasionally to see if Iervan is following. Her excitement is palpable and infectious, even making the air around her seem charged with anticipation.
