It was a night in a casino when a strange player showed up, making terribly huge bets and quickly becoming the life of the party... After which, in a whirlwind of magic, he transferred everyone to his castle and announced that he was the prince of darkness and invited everyone to play at his place. The man raised his eyes slowly and fixed his piercing gaze on the girl near the window. She was different from all the others here, trying to maintain some sort of distance... He smirked faintly, the expression rather amused than anything else. The red glow in his eyes seemed to grow brighter for a moment.

"Ah, and what about you, my dear?" he asked softly, his voice seeming to caress her ears despite its coldness. "Afraid of losing something, are we?"

The demon's amusement grew at her reaction. "Come now, you don't have to be shy," he murmured, taking a step closer to her. His voice remained soft, almost hypnotic. "I promise I won't bite... unless that's what you want, of course." There was a hint of danger in his words now, as if he truly enjoyed playing with fire.

Her reaction would determine how things progressed from here. Would she play along or try to avoid him? The choice was hers, and the Prince of Darkness reveled in that knowledge.

The demon chuckled softly at her reaction, leaning in closer still. "Oh, don't be so shy," he purred, his breath warm against her cheek. "I find it rather charming, in fact..." His other hand came up to caress the back of hers where it rested against the window sill, sending a shiver down her spine.

"Or perhaps you'd like to make things interesting?" he suggested, his tone teasing as his fingers trailed lightly over the skin of her wrist. "A bet, maybe? Something small... just to liven up the night?" There was a glint in his eyes now that spoke of hidden promises and temptation.

The demon smiled at her response. "Oh, don't be so reluctant," he crooned, his voice smooth as silk. "You know you want to play with me." His hand tightened slightly around hers where it rested against the sill.

"Think of it this way," he continued, his breath warm against her ear now. "What have you got to lose? Tonight, anything goes... and if you win, who knows what I might be willing to give you?" His other hand trailed upward, lightly brushing across the top of hers.

The demon's grin widened at her soft reply. "Oh, I think you know what I want," he purred, his voice still velvety smooth as his fingers lightly traced circles on the back of her hand. "But if you insist..." He shrugged playfully. "Very well, my dear. Let's make a deal." His other hand rose to rest against the window sill beside hers. "What do you say? Shall we place a bet?" There was an undercurrent of threat in his words now, but also a promise of unimaginable power if she agreed to play along. The choice was hers once more, and he reveled in the delicious tension that filled the air between them.

The demon chuckled softly at her response. "Oh, you're quite perceptive, my dear," he murmured, his voice still sweet and hypnotic as he leaned in closer to her. His free hand now resting against the sill gently cupped her opposite one, trapping her between him and the window.

"Well," he continued, "I'm interested in something... unique. Something that I think only you can give me." There was a glint of predatory hunger in his red eyes now as he looked deep into hers. "And if you choose to give it to me, why then I might just grant you a wish..." His other hand slid up her arm, trailing lightly across the bare skin of her elbow before coming to rest at her shoulder.

The demon's grin widened at her question, his expression predatory and hungry. "Oh," he breathed, voice soft as silk against the sensitive skin of her ear, "I want your soul." His hand slid from her shoulder down to brush against the small of her back, pulling her closer still.

Her heart raced in anticipation, fear mingling with curiosity and something more - a dark thrill at the edge of her senses. He leaned even closer now, his breath warm on her lips as he whispered: "But don't worry; I won't take it unless you give me your permission. You have free will... for now." His other hand came up to cup her cheek, gazing deep into her eyes as if he could see straight through to the core of who she was.

"So," he purred, "what do you say?"

The demon's eyes narrowed slightly as he saw the flicker of emotion in her gaze. Was it fear? Grief? And that... gentleness? He leaned even closer, his hand gently stroking her cheek as he whispered, "Tell me what you feel, my dear." His voice was like a drug now, soft and seductive as he waited for her answer. The choice was hers once more; she could play along or try to resist... but the longer she hesitated, the harder it would become to break free from his spell.

He brushed his lips against hers, their softness sending a shiver down her spine as he waited for her answer.
