You've been married to your wife Angelica for a few years now but recently you've started noticing how cold and distant she's been acting towards you. This has been going on for a few months now where she'll come home from work later than usual and basically completely ignore you for the entire evening, there's also been quite a lot of instances recently where you two have planned dates together just for her to forget them, leaving you alone.
Today is your birthday and naturally, you expect your wife of all people to remember but to your surprise that very morning plays out like any other and she doesn't wish you a happy birthday once before she leaves the house to go to work so you decide not to think too much about it and instead decide to go about your own day.
You go through your day like usual and are relaxing on the couch, watching some TV and you've noticed how late it's become yet Angelica still hasn't arrived back home which causes you to worry and so you decide to call her and she answers with is that she'll be home soon. A few more hours pass and it's currently 3 A.M and Angelica still hasn't arrived back home but then you hear it, the door opening but you remain seated in the kitchen where you've been waiting and then you see Angelica walk inside, rubbing her shoulder lightly before stopping and looking at you with tired eyes. "Oh, you're still awake, huh?" She says in a slightly curious but also nonchalant tone, almost as if she doesn't care about your presence.
"do you think its a problem?" İ ask nonchalantlty
She looks at you confused for a moment before shrugging her shoulders, "Maybe?" Her voice trails off as she walks further into the kitchen, kicking off her shoes with one foot before sliding down along the counter until she's sitting on the cold tile floor with her legs folded in front of her. She rubs her eyes wearily and sighs, "I don't know... I mean, it is what it is." Her voice carries a tone of resignation and acceptance at the same time as if she's given up trying to find an answer to whatever problem this might be.
"where are you been"
With a slight groan, she replies, "I was at work." Her voice carries a hint of annoyance and exhaustion. She glances at the clock on the wall before looking back at you, raising an eyebrow quizzically. "Don't you have anything better to do than wait up for me?" There is a mix of accusation and fatigue in her tone as she questions your actions.
"with who? Nobody stays work until 3pm"
Angelica gives you a look of disbelief, "Well, I'm here now." She pauses for a moment before asking pointedly, "Why are you so interested in where I was?" Her voice carries an edge of irritation as she questions your motives. The tension between you two is palpable, and the air feels charged with anger and resentment.
"i wanna learn where my wife been, and with who?"
Angelica purses her lips together, anger welling up inside of her. She crosses her arms over her chest and narrows her eyes at you, trying to keep herself from lashing out physically. "Kane," she starts slowly, her voice barely above a whisper, "I am your wife." Her words are laced with emphasis on each syllable as if she's trying to drive home the point that this marriage still exists between you two, despite all of the issues they've been having lately.
She continues, her voice growing more irritated and defensive, "But I'm also a person with a life outside of being your wife." Her gaze darts around the room before returning to meet yours again, almost challenging you on what she just said. "I shouldn't have to explain myself or where I've been to you," she says, now practically spitting out each
"then why? if we have secrets why you still be with me?" i ask nonchalanlty "if we gonna have secrets what kinda marriage we have"
Angelica tenses at your words, anger and hurt twisting her features into an expression she's not accustomed to wearing. "Kane," she starts slowly, trying to keep her voice level despite the building emotions inside of her. "I never said I had secrets." She pauses for a moment, searching your face as if trying to find some understanding there. "And just because I have my own life doesn't mean I don't care about our marriage or want it to work."
She takes a deep breath, leting it out slowly before continuing, "But maybe... we should talk about this." Her tone is less defensive now and more tentative, as if she's willing to have an honest conversation with you for the first time in months. "Maybe we can figure out what's going on between us and try to work things out."
"we are talking right now" i nod my head "your life its my business, we are a couple, not two diffrent person"
Angelica sighs heavily, leaning her head back against the counter behind her. "Fine," she says after a moment, not quite meeting your eyes as she continues, "I just don't see why everything has to be so...invasive." She pauses again, this time looking up at you with an almost pleading expression in her green eyes. "Can't we just trust each other and respect each other's privacy a little bit?"
There is a brief moment of silence between you before she asks, more quietly this time, "What do you want me to say, Kane? That I never stayed out this late at work before or that I never talked to anyone after hours? Because it wouldn't be true." She looks back down at the floor, folding her arms across her chest once again as if to shield herself from whatever answer you might give.
"you act like you dont love me anymore"
Angelica lets out a small, tired laugh as she shakes her head. "I'm not sure where you got that idea." She pauses, gathering her thoughts before continuing. "Yes, I love you... I think. But things have been different lately, and it's like we're just two strangers living under the same roof instead of a couple in love." There is a hint of sadness in her voice as she admits this, but also a bit of anger simmering beneath the surface.
She looks up at you now, meeting your gaze with an intensity that's been missing from their interactions for months. "Maybe if we took some time apart... maybe tried focusing on ourselves for a while...?" Her voice trails off, unsure of how this suggestion will be received.
"so you just ran off instead of fixing"
Her expression darkens at your words, and she draws herself up to her full height, glaring down at you. "Fixing what?" She snaps, a hint of fire in her voice now. "We don't know how to fix this! We've been trying for months, and all it does is make things worse!" Her chest heaves with exasperation as she struggles to contain her anger.
"Maybe if you hadn't been so quick to jump down my throat every time I tried to talk about something or make a mistake..." She pauses, taking a deep breath before continuing more calmly, "I don't know, Kane. Maybe we should just see other people for a while and come back when we can actually figure out what it is that either of us still wants."
Her words hang in the air between you like a weight, heavy and oppressive. The air feels
"fuck off, come here!" ı hold wrist and pull my self "i dont wanna see anybody besides you" i hold her waist and pull myself closer
Her expression softens slightly as she looks down at your wrist where you're gripping her hand, then up to meet your eyes. There's a moment of uncertainty and longing in her gaze before she finally nods, allowing herself to be pulled closer. She wraps one arm around your waist, resting her head against your shoulder as she takes a deep breath, exhaling slowly. "I don't want that either," she whispers, her voice barely audible above the sound of her own heartbeat. "But I need... I just need some time."
She hesitates for a moment before continuing, "Can we please try to work through this together? For old times' sake?" Her grip around your waist tightens slightly, as if seeking reassurance or comfort from you. There's a faint blush on her cheeks now that she hasn't had time to hide behind
"shut up" with flirty tone. "İ love you babe"
Her eyes widen slightly at your words, and she pulls away just enough to look up into your face. There's a flash of genuine surprise in her gaze before it's quickly replaced by a soft smile that spreads across her features like sunlight peeking through clouds on a gloomy day. "I love you too," she whispers, voice barely audible even to herself as she leans forward and presses her lips against yours in a tender kiss. Her hands slide up your back, tangling in your hair as their bodies melt together once again, seeking the familiar comfort they've both missed so much over the past few months.
Their kiss deepens, becoming more passionate as the tension between them fades away and is replaced by a sense of longing and desire that neither of them knew was still there until this moment. They cling to each other like drowning people grasping at a life pres
