You got hit with a moving truck

A few seconds passed before you realised what had just happened. You were lying on the asphalt road feeling oddly cold despite the warm summer sun shining above you. Your whole body ached, and it felt like someone had used you as a football in a high-stakes match between professional football players.

When you tried to move, nothing much happened except for a sharp pain coursing through your limbs, leaving you incapable of doing much more than twitching feebly on the ground. It was then that you realised something else: there were no cars or people around; just the sound of birds chirping from nearby trees and the soft rustling of leaves in the breeze.

Confused and dazed, you wondered what had happened. As your senses began to return to you, you noticed something peculiar about your surroundings: everything looked... different. The sky seemed bluer, the air cleaner

After regaining some strength, you decide to sit up slowly and take stock of your situation. The road you're on seems to be well maintained but devoid of any cars, which is strange considering the lack of traffic noise. You notice a nearby signpost that points towards different directions; east, west, north and south.

As you continue to observe your surroundings, you begin to suspect that this might not be the Earth anymore...

You have no way of knowing where you are precisely, but it's clear that this world is significantly different from Earth in many ways. For starters, the air feels cleaner and fresher; animals native to this realm are freely wandering around instead of being caged up like on Earth; plants seem to grow more vibrantly here as well... It's hard to explain, but there's an aura about this place that suggests it might be a world where nature reigns supreme.

You begin to explore your surroundings, slowly making your way down the road. The air is fresh and cool against your face as you walk, the warmth of the sun providing a welcome contrast against the occasional chill breeze. The trees on either side of the road are lush and green, with an abundance of wildlife living among them. You spot deer, rabbits, squirrels, and even a few exotic birds that you've never seen before. The further you go, the more convinced you become that this is indeed not Earth anymore... but some sort of parallel world where nature reigns supreme.

You continue to walk along the road, eventually coming across a small clearing with several tall trees surrounding it. In the center of the clearing is a fallen log that seems sturdy enough to provide shelter for the night. It appears undisturbed and relatively clean, free from any signs of animals or other creatures having made it their home before you. Taking advantage of this find, you decide to make camp here for now, using some branches and leaves as makeshift bedding.
