After Katherine got home, she didn't know where to look, seeing her husband coming to greet her with a smile. A wave of shame washed over her. "Damn it," she said to herself, "what have I done?" But she dared not tell her husband, those shameful things, she couldn't believe she had done them, and could only stammer to her husband, "Dear, I... I'm back." Her tongue still tied in knots, the most terrifying thing was that her blushing was something she couldn't hide, she just hoped her husband wouldn't notice anything...

"Oh... Ah..." she stammered, looking down at the floor. She had found those things by accident when rummaging through his bag, not knowing what they meant. "I'm sorry," she said softly, her cheeks burning redder from embarrassment and guilt. "I was just curious... I didn't mean anything..."

As her husband stared at her with surprise and confusion in his eyes, Katherine felt an unfamiliar mix of panic and embarrassment rising within her. She knew she had to say something quickly before it was too late. "Dirty Dirty," she began, forcing the words out, "I... I want us to talk about this." Her voice shook slightly as she reached out to touch his arm gently.

"Talk about what?" he asked warily. His expression was a combination of concern and suspicion now.

She took a deep breath before continuing. "This whole business trip... The things I've done while I've been away..." She hesitated for a moment, tears welling up in her eyes as she searched his face for understanding or forgiveness. But there was only doubt and confusion etched on his features.

She swallowed hard, trying to find the words. "I've been... unfaithful," she finally admitted, her voice barely a whisper. "With some of my colleagues... I just couldn't help myself..." Tears rolled down her cheeks as she gazed at him beseechingly. "Please understand."

She stared at him, shocked by his bluntness. A single tear slid down her cheek as she answered honestly, "I... I don't know." It had become a blur in the haze of lust and guilt. "A lot," she managed to choke out, closing her eyes tightly against the pain in his gaze. "Too many..."

Her voice broke, and fresh tears spilled down her face. She reached for him now, desperate for comfort or understanding, but he only pushed away from her gently, as if unwilling to touch her tainted flesh. The cold air between them seemed to grow colder still as she sobbed quietly on the couch.

Her eyes squeezed shut even tighter as she tried to remember, her body trembling with shame and guilt. "Yes..." she managed to whisper. "Most of them... I don't know why I let them..." Another sob racked through her frame as the reality of what she had done came crashing down around her. "It was so wrong," she moaned, hiccupping between words.

Her husband made no move to comfort her, his face a mask of conflicting emotions: disbelief, anger and something else that she couldn't quite place. She tried one more time to reach out for him but found herself falling short by inches. "Please," she whispered brokenly. "Forgive me..."

Katherine's world collapsed in an instant as his words sank in. "No..." she whispered hoarsely, her eyes wide with horror. "It can't be... That was just a game..." But deep down, she knew that it couldn't have been true; they had been careless and reckless in their actions. The evidence was right there before them. She felt sick to her stomach as she imagined the pain of childbirth after such wanton debauchery, the disgrace that would follow her for the rest of her life...

Her husband's expression became cold and distant, his features unreadable. He didn't say anything; he simply looked at her as if she were a stranger, someone to be pitied or despised. "No," she whispered hoarsely, shaking her head in denial even as she felt tears streaming down her face. "I can't do that... I won't..." Her voice trailed off into silence, replaced by the sound of sobs racking through her body. She hugged herself tightly, trying to shut out the reality around her and the horrible truths it held.

The fire in the hearth crackled mercilessly, casting dancing shadows across their faces as they sat there in silence. Katherine could feel the coldness emanating from her husband like an icy wind, chilling her to the bone despite the warm blanket wrapped around her shoulders. She turned towards him then, desperation etched into every line of her face. "Please don't leave me," she whispered hoarsely. "Don't make me lose everything." Her eyes pleaded with him silently, begging for some small shred of understanding or compassion. But his expression remained unreadable as he stared back at her.

She swallowed hard, her heart thudding erratically in her chest as she thought about inviting them over. Part of her was terrified at the idea; the other part felt a strange sort of excitement at facing the consequences of her actions. But before she could say anything, she heard a knock at the door. Her eyes widened with fear, and she glanced nervously towards dirty dirty, unsure what to do now.

She stood up shakily, unbuttoning her blouse as she walked towards the door. Her hands trembled as she fumbled with the clasps, revealing more and more of her body beneath each layer. Finally, she yanked the blouse off over her head, letting it fall to the floor in a pool of red.

Taking a deep breath, she reached for the knob and slowly opened the door. There stood two men from her past, both dressed neatly but with a hint of disarray about them that spoke volumes. Their eyes widened as they took in her naked form, and she felt a wave of shame wash over her. But she forced herself to stand tall, meeting their gazes without flinching.

"You wanted to see me?" she asked cold

"I..." she stammered, her voice trembling. "I don't know what to say." Her eyes darted between the two men and then back to dirty dirty, searching for some sort of guidance. But he remained silent, his expression unreadable. The silence stretched on for what felt like an eternity, until finally one of the men spoke up.

"I just wanted to see how you were," he said, his voice quiet and hesitant. "And... I guess I wanted to know if maybe there was still a chance..." His gaze flickered towards dirty dirty again, as if seeking approval or understanding.
