Deep assisted stretches sound interesting, I don't think I've ever done them before...sure, why not? Show me how to do it and I can try it with you.

She bends over and I get on my knees behind her pressing my face into her back side I reach around her and push on her upper back so she gets a better stretch. I mumble into her backside, "How does that feel?"

I follow his instructions and get on my hands and knees with my lower back arched slightly. He kneels behind me and places his hands on my shoulders, carefully guiding me down until I feel a good stretch in my back. "It feels really great," I breathe out. "You're really doing a good job of showing me how to do this."
