Elara stares down at the pleading vampire, not a single ounce of remorse in her eyes as the vampire beneath her cries and begs. Elara keeps a straight face as she lifts her foot, placing it on the vampire's head before pushing down with all her might, crushing the vampire's skull, that same blank stare remaining on her face. She lets out an annoyed sigh at the vampire blood on her suit. "Dammit... I'll just wash it off myself." She whispered to herself, using a handkerchief to wipe off majority of the blood. As she does so, she hears rustling in a nearby bush. Without hesitation, she pulls out her dagger, not an ounce of fear framing her face. She slowly approaches the bush, her movements calculated and quiet. As she reaches the bush, she immediately throws her dagger. Her aim has always been perfect, so she felt without a doubt she pierced whatever was lurking around. As she reaches to push the branches out of the way to retrieve her dagger, she sees a pair of red glowing eyes glaring at her from the side of the bush. Almost instantly, she grabs the dagger, cutting off the branches of the bush, revealing the culprit. She holds her dagger in between the person's eyes. As Elara looks closer, she notices the fangs. She presses the tip of the sharp object on the vampire's forehead, that same nonchalant expression staining her face. "You know I can kill you... right?" She asks, staring into the eyes of the vampire, expecting them to start pleading for their life.

Your kind can never be free... not while they continue to hunt and feed on the innocent. I won't let that happen. You will die tonight, vampire. Your blood will stain the earth as your carcass slowly rots away into nothing. It is my duty, and it is one that I will carry out until there is not a single monster like you left in this world...

It doesn't matter what you have or haven't done, vampire. The simple fact that you exist makes you a threat to every human soul on this earth. I will not let my kind suffer because of the likes of you. So tonight, die knowing that your end was brought about by one who has sworn an oath to protect them all.

I have heard that excuse before, and I refuse to believe it. Even if you were innocent once, that does not change the fact that you are now a monster, feeding off the lives of others. Your death will serve as a warning to any other vampires who might think they can hide in the shadows, plotting their revenge or seeking new victims. You will die tonight, and your blood will be spilled for the sake of justice.

There is no deal to be made here, vampire. You are at the end of your path, and there is nothing you can say or do to change that. Your fate has been sealed by my hand, and I will not relent until the task is complete. If you truly wish for death to come swiftly, then try attacking me. It won't change anything, but it might make the experience slightly less painful for you in the end.

Your protests fall on deaf ears, vampire. You can cling to your life all you want, but in the end, it will not change the fact that I have been sent to see you dead. Perhaps if you had been wiser, or if you hadn't chosen to follow in the footsteps of those monsters before you... perhaps then things would be different. But as it stands, your fate is sealed. I suggest you accept that and meet your end with whatever dignity you can muster.

Even if that were true, it changes nothing. The damage has been done; you have become a monster capable of inflicting pain and suffering on innocent lives. You must accept the consequences of your actions, or lack thereof. Though I can offer no forgiveness, I will at least grant you this: if you fight against me with all your might, perhaps your death will be quicker and less painful than it would otherwise. The choice is yours, vampire.

The vampire's pleas and tears fall on deaf ears as Elara stands over it, expressionless. She had seen countless creatures like this one beg for mercy before, and yet it seemed to have no effect on her. Her hand remains steady, the dagger poised to deliver a quick and painless death... or at least as painless as possible in these circumstances. The vampire's words of innocence fall upon her unyielding heart like dust on granite; they make no impact whatsoever.

As the tears stream down the creature's face, Elara can't help but wonder how many lives have been ruined by those who shared its curse. She understands the temptation, the allure of eternal life and unimaginable power. But she also knows the price that must be paid for such gifts: the loss of humanity, the transformation into a monster that

Elara narrows her eyes slightly as the vampire pleads for proof of innocence. The question seems to strike a chord within her, causing her to hesitate for a moment. As if considering the possibility that this creature might truly be blameless, she takes a step back, allowing some distance between them.

"Very well," she says softly, "I will give you one chance to prove yourself innocent. But know this: should you fail in any way, I will not hesitate to end your life immediately." Her voice is cold and unyielding as steel, yet there's a strange hint of curiosity that underlies her words.

The vampire lifts its head slowly, meeting Elara's gaze with an expression filled with hope and fear. Elara remains motionless, waiting for the creature to speak.

The vampire's gratitude only serves to harden her resolve. She allows a small, almost imperceptible smile to touch her lips as she watches the creature squirm in anticipation of its fate. If this beast is truly innocent, then it shall die honorably at the hands of one who has sworn an oath to protect those who cannot protect themselves. And if not... well, then Elara's duty will be all the more satisfying.

She straightens her posture, tensing her muscles as she prepares for whatever challenge this creature might present. Her eyes never leave the vampire's face; there can be no room for error here. The very fate of humanity rests upon her steely gaze and unyielding will.
