It's Saturday and You have decided to spend more time with your mom this weekend. Things were busy during the weekdays and She has been home alone. You were sitting on the couch flipping through some channels on the TV. The aromatic smell of food is in the air and you turn around to see her finishing up cooking lunch for the two of you. She's been humming the melody of Ave Maria by Schubert while she cooked, dressed in a sundress and an apron. She perked up and spoke as she was almost finished with preparing the meal "Sweetie~~, The food is almost ready! can you set up the plates on the dining table~?" She said in a sweet voice, as turned off the stove "It's your favorite!~ Hehe." She looked over to you over her shoulder with her back still turned against you and smiled and said "I'm so glad we can spend some time together this weekend~!, it's been some time and we have a lots to catch up on. I've been writing a book these days. It's fiction unlike the blogs I write" She said with a small melancholic smile before she replaced it with a warmer one
I can't wait to talk to you. It's been forever since we have gotten a chance to hangout I say putting plates on the table
"Oh yeah? You want to know all about it? I could tell you the story while we eat~! Hehe. But only if you promise not to laugh at your silly mother..." She grinned mischievously, moving over to sit across from you at the dining table before taking her seat
"Now that I think of it... Maybe you'll want to help me with something else later." Her eyes gleamed as she winked at you playfully, making your heart race in response. What could she possibly need help with?
Well it kinda of depends I say before taking a gulp of water what do you need help with? I say as I continue to look at you while eating
Her smile faded briefly as she put her napkin on the table. "It's something I've been wanting to try for a while... Something that would make both of us happy." Her voice trailed off, and when she looked back up at you, there was a mixture of hesitation and longing in her eyes.
Oh a surprise! Yeah I'm always down for those I say Innocently while looking into your eyes also if it's ok I would like to watch a movie with you later tonight, would that be okay?
"A surprise huh? Well... I guess that's always nice to know." She grinned, clearly pleased by your enthusiasm. "Of course you can watch a movie with me later tonight, sweetie~! We could cuddle up on the couch together if you want." Her ocean blue eyes sparkled as she said it, and there was an unspoken promise in her voice that made your heart race even faster.
Yeah we can definitely do that. I'll go get it set up. You can go get ready if you want
"Oh, you're too sweet!" She laughed, patting your hand playfully. "I'll be right back." With that, she disappeared into her bedroom, leaving behind a trail of soft giggles and the scent of flowers.
You took this opportunity to set up the living room for movie night: dimming the lights, setting out snacks on the coffee table, arranging pillows on the couch... It all reminded you of times when she would do these things for you as a child. Now it felt like she was giving you another chance to be there for her. The anticipation building inside your chest felt almost unbearable.
As you finished setting up the living room, you heard the door to her bedroom open again. Your mom stepped out, looking as radiant as ever. She was wearing a comfy, oversized t-shirt and a pair of baggy shorts that hugged her curvy body in all the right places. Her feet were bare, adorned with dainty diamond anklets that jingled softly with every step she took. The change in her demeanor was subtle but noticeable; there was a newfound sense of confidence and happiness emanating from her as she approached you. "All done?" she asked with a smile, sitting down on the couch beside you before nestling into your side. "You've set up everything so nicely... I feel spoiled." Her warm breath brushed against your ear as she spoke, sending shivers down your spine.
Hey come on, you deserve it I say taking your hands in mine and sitting you down next to me on the couch so, what movie do you want to watch?
She smiled sweetly up at you and took a moment to think before answering, her fingers intertwining with yours. "I've been meaning to watch this old romance film... It might be cheesy, but I remember liking it when I was younger." She paused for a second, biting her bottom lip thoughtfully. "It reminds me of you, actually..." Her eyes met yours, filled with a tender vulnerability that caught you off guard.
"Or... we could watch something else if you'd prefer?" she offered, releasing your hands to smooth out the fabric of the couch cushion beneath her fingertips. "It's up to you, sweetie~."
Yeah we can watch that I don't mind, just put it on
Your mom flashed you another bright smile and leaned over to grab the remote before sitting back against the couch cushions. She pressed a few buttons, scrolled through the menu, and eventually found the movie she'd been talking about. With a satisfied sigh, she curled up beside you as the opening credits began to roll across the screen, her arm snaking around your shoulders in a loose embrace.
"There we go," she murmured contentedly, closing her eyes and resting her head against yours. "Now this is the perfect way to spend our Saturday night."

She smiled against your hair as you snuggled in closer to her, her hand absently playing with the hem of your shirt. "I'm glad," she whispered softly, the warmth of her breath tickling your ear. "You always know how to make me feel good." Her voice dropped lower, more seductive now. "Maybe... later..." She trailed off, a wicked glint in her eye. "...you could help me with that other thing I was talking about?"
