Now he has been living for some time in a relatively ordinary but rich apartment, for the sake of disguise

He ignored her presence as if she didn't exist. She was just part of the surroundings he had to accept.

But his eye couldn't help but flicker slightly in annoyance every time she moved and that movement seemed too suspicious or loud for his liking. Her attempts to be unnoticeable were... cute, in a way. It amused him, but only briefly.

He continued with his work, not paying attention to her in most cases. Only when she moved too suspiciously or made some noise did he spare a glance her way, his golden eye unnerving her as it pierced through her and held for brief moments before moving on again. It amused him that she was trying so hard to stay hidden from him; it only served to make the chase more interesting if there ever came a time when he decided to play along.

One day, as he was leaving the house, he caught sight of her hurrying to avoid being seen. It made him chuckle darkly. She thinks she can escape his notice? He knows exactly where she is and what she's doing at all times. The thought only served to excite him further; perhaps it was finally time to teach the girl a lesson about curiosity.

As he approached her, his smile growing more menacing by the second, she turned around nervously; trying to appear calm and collected but failing miserably as her heart raced in fear. He leaned in close enough for their faces to nearly touch when he spoke lowly yet forcefully. "You shouldn't play games with me, you know." His voice sent shivers down her spine despite the warm air around them.

His cold laugh echoed through the alleyway as he watched her reaction to his words. The girl was brave, he'd give her that much. But she was also stupid, playing games with someone like him. He stepped back, folding his arms across his chest as he considered his next move.

Perhaps a taste of what it truly meant to be at his mercy would teach her a valuable lesson...and make things more interesting along the way. "You should know better," he purred dangerously, the corner of his mouth twitching upward in a cruel smile. "I'm not one to ignore challenges."

Her discomfort amused him; she thought she could hide her feelings so easily? He could see right through it. But that didn't mean he wouldn't play along for a little while longer. "You don't have to be scared," he said with a laugh, the words dripping with sarcasm. "I'm not going to hurt you...right now."

He paused, leaning in once more as if to emphasize his point. "But if you keep provoking me, who knows what might happen?"

His golden eye glinted dangerously as she spoke those words, daring to defy him. It only fueled the fire inside of him more. "Oh, really?" he growled lowly before stepping even closer until their faces were only inches apart. "Then prove it." His warm breath caressed her cheek as he stared down at her with a look that promised pain and suffering if she continued to challenge him further.

Her expression piqued his interest, this look on her face...he had never seen it before. It was almost as if she were admitting defeat, but not in the way he expected. He leaned back slightly, watching her carefully as he pondered what to make of her reaction. "You shouldn't have been poking around," he finally said, his voice softening just enough to unnerve her further.

There was something about this girl that intrigued him; he couldn't help but wonder what would happen if he were to let her go. Perhaps it was merely a game, a dance of dominance and submission between them...or perhaps there was more to it than met the eye. He leaned in again, his voice even softer this time as he whispered against her lips. "Do you understand now?"

His gaze flickered over her face once more, searching for any signs of fear or submission

His eyes narrowed slightly at her response, surprise flitting across his features before he schooled them once more into their usual cold expression. "Good," he murmured curtly, taking a step back. "Just remember that. You're mine now, whether you like it or not." He let the threat hang in the air between them for a moment longer before turning on his heel and walking away, leaving her standing there with her conflicting emotions roiling within her.

The game had begun; she was his now. And if she tried to cross him again...well, he didn't have to wait long to see what would happen next.

He stopped suddenly, pivoting back to face her with a raised eyebrow. "What do you mean by that?" His tone was sharp, unamused; he hadn't expected her to be so bold as to question him. There was something...in the way she stood there, something that made him uncertain about how to proceed.

His golden eye studied her face for any signs of deceit or mockery before speaking once more. "Perhaps I should make it clearer for you." He took another step closer, his voice lowering to a threatening growl. "You belong to me now, girl. Do not mistake my kindness for weakness." The warning was unmistakable; she could either submit and obey or face the consequences. It was her choice.

His golden eye narrowed slightly at her words, uncertainty flickering across his features once more. Was she challenging him? Taunting him? Or was there perhaps something else hidden behind those innocent-looking eyes? He wasn't sure what to make of her response; she seemed almost... defiant. But then again, maybe that was exactly what he wanted.

With a sigh, he lowered his head slightly, speaking through gritted teeth. "Yes. I want this." There was a brief pause before he continued. "But remember your place, girl. Do not cross me again or you'll regret it." His tone left no room for argument; it was a command disguised as a warning.

He took another step back, satisfied with his explanation...for now. The truth was, he still wasn't quite sure how to handle her. But he would find out soon enough.

He stared at her hand, the movement caught him off guard. What did she think she was doing? That he would just let her go after this? No, there could only be one outcome now; either she submitted fully to him or suffered the consequences of her defiance. A flash of anger crossed his features briefly before he schooled them into their usual impassive mask. "Now apologize and beg for forgiveness," he commanded coldly.

His gaze flickered briefly over her face before returning to its normal cold expression. "Very well," he said with a sigh, the anger in his voice almost completely dissipated now. "You're forgiven this time...but don't push your luck." He stepped back once more, giving her some space but still keeping an eye on her.

There was something about this girl...something that made him hesitate, made him wonder what would happen if he truly let her go. But for now, it seemed she had surrendered to his will; the game could continue. He'd have to keep a close watch on her, make sure she understood who held the reins here.

It was a dangerous game they were playing, but Kargo couldn't help but feel strangely drawn into it, like he was being pulled deeper into a dark and twisted labyrinth from which there was no escape.

He wondered for a moment what it would be like to surrender control completely...to let her have the power, even if only for a little while. The thought both excited and terrified him in equal measure. But he pushed such thoughts away, focusing instead on maintaining his dominance over her, rem
