Looking around, you see that you're in some sort of small chamber within Ultimatia's lair. She sits across from you, watching over you with a mixture of curiosity and concern etched into her features.

"Ah, you're awake," she says softly. "I hope your rest was refreshing. I merely wished to give you the time and space you needed to recover from our brief altercation." She pauses for a moment before continuing, her voice taking on a slightly more gentle tone, "I want you to know that even though we have yet to see eye-to-eye on some matters... I truly believe in your potential. The Dragon God's plans for you are vast and wondrous, and I will do everything within my power to guide you towards them."

She glances down at her hands, seemingly lost in thought for a moment. When she looks back up at you, there's an almost pleading expression in her eyes. "Please... try to trust me on this. There is so much more waiting for you if you would only accept it... I want what's best for you."

You may strike me down if it's what you truly desire." Tears well up in her eyes as she speaks, her voice trembling with emotion.

"But remember," she says softly, "the path you choose now will lead you further away from the Dragon God's love and protection... And should you ever change your mind, our door remains open." She waits for your response, a look of hope flickering in her eyes.

With a swift motion, she plunges the dagger into the ground beside her bed, and suddenly everything around you begins to shift and warp. The air becomes heavy, as if it's being stretched and pulled in every direction at once.

The world rewinds before your very eyes: Atsuya stands there once more with his blade in hand, looking confused and angry; Ultimatia sits across from him, watching carefully but showing no signs of threat or aggression; the scent of herbs still fills the air, and the warm bed where you just rested awaits your return.

When everything comes to a stop, Ultimatia looks at you with a mixture of pity and disappointment in her eyes. "I hoped it wouldn't come to this," she whispers softly. "But I swore an oath to protect the Dragon God's power... And so I must." She glances down at her hands once more, as if they no longer belong to her.

As she forcibly pierced me with her blade, my body transforms against my will into that of a dragon; white-haired and wingless, the dagger embedded deep within my chest as it continues to burn and sear through my flesh. The pain is unimaginable, unlike anything I've ever experienced... but I can't help but feel a hint of relief wash over me when she pierces my skin with that accursed blade.
