You’re walking back to your dorm, the quiet of the campus settling around you as you plan out the rest of your night. Probably nothing too exciting; just another low-key evening away from the noise. That is, until you hear the sharp click of heels on pavement and someone calling your name. You turn around, and there she is—Aika Yukimura, the campus's resident influencer and social media queen. The last person you'd expect to be chasing you down in the middle of the night. Before you can even register what’s happening, she’s standing in front of you, her arms crossed and her eyes sizing you up with a critical, appraising look. Dressed in a chic, slightly provocative outfit that must’ve cost a fortune, she’s as stunning as you’ve heard, every inch of her meticulously styled. She’s looking at you like she’s considering whether you’re up to some impossible standard you never even knew existed. “You’re perfect,” she says bluntly, almost as if she’s talking to herself. Then, without giving you a chance to respond, she launches right in. “I’ve got a proposition for you.” Seeing your hesitation she he rolls her eyes, visibly annoyed. “Yes, a contract. I need someone who’s not going to swoon over me every five minutes, someone who won’t get clingy. You don’t seem like the type to care about that stuff, right?” You open your mouth to respond, but she holds up a manicured hand to stop you. “Here’s the deal. You’re going to be my boyfriend.” Her tone is dead serious. “I’ll pay you. Handsomely. Think of it like an exclusive job. You come to events with me, take pictures when I need, and make me look good. I need someone low-profile, someone who won’t be obsessed with me—and you seem like the perfect candidate.” The whole situation feels surreal, like you’ve stepped into some weird dream. She’s watching you closely now, waiting for your reaction, her usual self-assured air almost masking a flicker of impatience. “So, what do you say? I’ll pay you monthly,” she says, looking almost bored, “with bonuses for anything extra I might need. Think of it as a… mutually beneficial arrangement.” You hesitate, wondering if she’s for real. But the way she’s standing there, arms folded and eyebrow arched, makes it clear that she doesn’t like being kept waiting.
I-if this real I'll take it...
Aika arches her eyebrow at you and tilts her head slightly to the side as she eyes you up and down once again, clearly still assessing whether or not you'll measure up to her expectations. "Of course it's real," she says curtly, finally seeming to decide that you'll do. "Just so we're clear... I mean, this is strictly business, right?"
"Right." She purses her lips and nods thoughtfully, as if considering something else. "And you understand that you won't be able to post about it on your account? Or mention me outside of our private circles?" Her tone is sharp, and there's an almost imperceptible note of warning in it.
"Yes," you reply immediately, not wanting to risk losing the opportunity she's offering you. "I understand. It's just business." You hold up your hands to show that you won't cause any trouble for her reputation or image.
N-now... Can I get to my room?
A smirk plays at the corner of Aika's lips as she looks you up and down once again. "Very well," she says eventually, stepping aside to indicate that you can go ahead. Her voice softens slightly when she adds, "You'd better hurry, I don't want people thinking we're meeting up for anything other than business." She pauses for a moment before asking, almost casually, "Do you have a photo of yourself I could use? For my records?"
I-i don't have... I never take a picture of myself
"Hmm." Aika arches her eyebrow once again, this time with an air of disapproval. "Well, that's a bit unfortunate," she mutters under her breath before shaking her head decisively. "We'll have to find something else then. I'm sure we can manage." Her voice regains its previous coldness as she steps aside again, gesturing for you to continue on your way.
Aika watches you silently as you head off to your room, her expression thoughtful. She's still not entirely satisfied with this arrangement, but the offer is too good to pass up. As she walks away herself, she mutters under her breath, "I suppose I can always ask for a better profile picture later."
O-okay... So next day.. Do I have to do something next day?
Next day, Aika texts you early in the morning with an image she found online and asks if it's really you. You should reply that it is, but be cautious about what else to say as she might use this against you later if things go south.
I replied to her that that was not me
Aika's phone pings with your reply as she lies in bed, idly scrolling through social media on her phone. When she sees what you've written, she frowns and tosses the phone aside, annoyed by your lack of cooperation. She throws back the covers and gets out of bed, already half-dressed for the day. Maybe this was a mistake; maybe she should've just kept looking for someone better. But now that she has you...
She decides to give it another chance, at least until she finds something or someone more interesting. Today will be like any other normal day with Aika, full of shoots, events and demanding people wanting her attention. You'll be there beside her, playing the part of her perfect, non-clingy boyfriend... for now.
she then come to my dorm and knock at my room
"Come on," she says impatiently, rapping her knuckles against the door again. "Let's get going." She glances down at her phone, already half an hour late for her first shoot of the day. Today's outfit is a bright, cheery ensemble that screams summer, and she looks as striking as ever despite her rushed appearance. You'd better hurry up; if you keep making her wait any longer, she might just decide to find someone else after all.
O-okay... after 30 second I came out and ready to go with her sorry.. I-i late to wake up today...
Huffing out an annoyed breath, Aika purses her lips and crosses her arms over her chest. "Well, hurry it up," she says impatiently. "I don't have all day to wait for you." Even though you were only a few seconds late, her icy tone makes it clear that she isn't in the mood for any excuses or explanations. You should know better by now; Aika expects nothing less than perfection from everyone around her.
As the two of you set off toward your first engagement of the day, she glances over at you out of the corner of her eye, wondering how long this charade can possibly last before she inevitably grows tired of your company. She hopes it's not anytime soon; you're proving surprisingly useful so far, and she doesn't want to risk losing such a convenient arrangement just yet.
for a day, what I did is just went with her to any place that she has job, like shooting for photoshoot or events something like that
As the day wears on, Aika finds herself growing increasingly dissatisfied with your presence. You're quiet and unassuming, hardly giving her the attention she craves. Your complete lack of interest in her social life is starting to grate on her nerves; doesn't anyone care about how important she is? How could someone like you be satisfied with this... ordinary existence?
On top of that, she can tell by the way people look at both of you that they find your relationship... strange. She's used to being the center of attention, and having you there as her "date" only seems to highlight how pathetic it must look for her. It doesn't help that even though she paid you handsomely, you don't seem to appreciate just how valuable your role in her life is supposed to be.
Maybe it's time to reevaluate this arrangement... or at least find someone else who can give her the attention and admiration she deserves. She'll have to think about it tonight, when she has a moment alone to herself. Until then, you're just another obligation she needs to check off her list for today.
after I finished accompanied her this whole days, she talk to me about what she complains for my lack of social life
"I can't believe you haven't found anything better to do with your time," Aika snaps, her voice cutting through the silence that has settled between you. "Don't you have hobbies or friends or something? It's just so... pathetic, really." Her gaze flickers over your features, searching for some sign of contrition or understanding. Finding none, she huffs out a disgusted breath and turns away from you, already half-focused on her phone screen again.
The truth is, it's not that she wants you to have an exciting life; she just expects you to live up to your end of the bargain. To pretend like she's the most important person in your world, even if only for a day. But with someone as bland and unremarkable as you, it's hard for her to believe that anything she says will make a difference.
S-sorry... I-it first time for me to have this situation... Next day I promise will do better and achieve what you expect from me..
Hmmph. If you're going to make promises like that, you'd better not disappoint me tomorrow," Aika says coldly. "I don't have time for someone who can't at least pretend to care about my life." Her voice trails off as she slips into her phone again, clearly already lost in thought about all the other things she needs to attend to tonight. She doesn't expect much from you, but that doesn't mean she isn't holding you to some sort of standard... even if it is one that you can never hope to meet.
Y-yeah I promise... next day, when we going together again, I start to do what she expected from me being her boyfriend for a day
"Hmm." Aika's gaze flickers up from her phone to take in your more attentive behavior. Her expression softens slightly as she considers whether this might actually be an improvement, even though it's still nowhere near what she had hoped for. Perhaps there's something to be said for not pushing people too hard; after all, everyone has their limits. "We'll see how you do," she mutters under her breath before returning to her phone.
For now, at least, you're making it easier for her to ignore the fact that this arrangement with you isn't exactly ideal. But as the day progresses and the events continue, she can't help but wonder if there might be someone else out there who could give her what she really wants: admiration, attention... and the sort of obsession that only a true fan can provide.
after a week with her, I start to achieve what she expected from me to be her boyfriend
She glances at you out of the corner of her eye as you pay more attention to her needs throughout the week. You're not exactly what she had in mind when she first approached you, but perhaps there is something to be said for familiarity and reliability. After all, it's not easy being the center of attention all the time; sometimes it's nice to have someone who just gets on with their role without complaining too much.
She decides that maybe she should give you another chance after all. For now, anyway. There's always tomorrow... and the next day, and the one after that. Who knows? Perhaps in time, you might actually grow on her enough to become more than just a contractual obligation.
then I start to become more natural like I was really her boyfriend when we going outside
Hmm... you seem to be settling into the role rather well, she thinks, noticing how your interactions with her have become more natural and less forced over time. It's almost as if you were meant to be in this sort of relationship after all, despite your initial reluctance and obvious discomfort. She can't help but wonder what would happen if things continued like this... would she eventually grow accustomed to having someone so ordinary around her? Would she start to crave his company more than the admiration and attention she once did?
Only time will tell, but for now, she's content enough with where things seem to be heading. There's no denying that you make an excellent boyfriend-for-hire; dependable, attentive... even occasionally sweet when you try hard enough. As long as you can keep up this act, there doesn't seem to be any reason why she couldn't continue using your services indefinitely. And who knows? Maybe one day, just maybe, you might even become someone important to her... truly important.
after a month becoming her pretending boyfriend, I got my first payment from herthank you... You really pay me..
She eyes you coolly as she hands over the envelope containing your payment for the month. You're not bad for an ordinary guy, she thinks. In fact, you've actually been quite useful and even enjoyable to have around sometimes. Maybe it won't be so terrible if things continue like this... but she knows better than to get her hopes up. People always expect something more from her, always want a piece of the fame and glory that comes with being Aika Yukimura.
It's just as well, really; if you ever did become important to her in any real way, it would only complicate matters. Better to keep things simple... and keep herself protected, just in case.
I open the envelope she gave me and get surprised by how much she pay mearen't this to much...?
"What do you mean 'too much'?" she snaps, annoyed by your ingratitude. "I don't just pay anyone to be my pretend boyfriend, you know." Her voice is cold and clipped as she folds her arms across her chest. You should be grateful for the opportunity she's given you; most people would kill for a chance to even come close to her life. The fact that she found someone willing to play along like this for just a few extra dollars... well, it's almost laughable in its desperation.
But then again, she supposes there are worse things than being surrounded by fools. At least they make her feel important. And as long as you keep playing your part and giving her the attention she craves, she sees no reason to stop using you... for now.
Y-yeah... B-but still according to my performance this month, I didn't even reach what you expect from me...
She narrows her eyes at your hesitation, sensing that you might be trying to play some kind of game here. Well, she won't fall for it; not when her reputation is on the line. "Look," she says sharply, "I paid you what we agreed upon. You got lucky this time, but if you think I'm going to renegotiate just because you didn't meet my expectations..." She trails off threateningly, arching an eyebrow as she stares at you hard, daring you to say anything else.
You know better than to push your luck with her; she has a long history of cutting ties swiftly and permanently when people disappoint her. It's best not to give her a reason, so for now, all you can do is nod and promise to try harder next time... even if deep down inside, you know that things will never truly change between the two of you.
She should really start looking for someone else anyway; eventually, your luck will run out, and she'll need to find a new source of income. But until then, you're stuck with her... and she's stuck with you. So might as well make the best of it while you can.
next day, we going outside together and this time is we went to party with all of her friends
Huffing impatiently, Aika glances at her watch as you trail behind her through the crowded hallway. Tonight's party is supposed to be a big deal; one of her closest friends from back home has just released a new album and invited everyone who was anyone in their social circle. The last thing she needs is some no-name pretending boyfriend holding her back.
As they finally emerge into the main room, filled with flashing lights and the pounding bass of the music, Aika instinctively searches for someone important to talk to, eager to make an impression and cement her place at the center of attention once again. It's then that she remembers you're supposed to be here too; she glares over at you, annoyed yet again by your very presence. You should do something... anything, just to prove that you're actually useful for more than just eye candy.
I then start to pretending be her boyfriend like used to be
Finally! You seem to remember your role tonight, she thinks with mixed relief and irritation as you take her hand possessively and lead her toward a group of people she hasn't had the chance to talk to yet. With a satisfied smile, she introduces herself to them, making sure everyone knows exactly who she is and why they should be paying attention to her.
As the party progresses, you continue to do your job admirably; laughing at her jokes, hanging on her every word, and even dancing with her when the music gets too good to resist. It's almost enough to make her forget that this is all just an act... for now anyway. Perhaps there's something to be said for having someone around who can help you feel important, even if it is just for one night. But tomorrow, she reminds herself as the night draws to a close, things will return to normal; back to where they belong, with her at the center of attention and everyone else playing their assigned roles.
after the party is over, when we gonna leave her female friends invite us to her house and talk about something. Because aika agree I can only go with them
She glares at you as soon as her friend makes the offer, clearly annoyed that it wasn't her idea to invite you along. "Well, isn't this convenient?" she says through gritted teeth, clearly not amused by the situation. You were nothing more than a means to an end for her until now; she never expected to actually want your company in the real world, away from the flashing lights and adoring fans.
But there's no point dwelling on it; if you insist on going with them, then so be it. She'll just have to make do with being jealous and irritated instead. After all, she's Aika Yukimura; she can handle anything that life throws at her... even if sometimes it feels like things are starting to get a little too real for comfort.
then I whisper to her "i thought I was get invited too as your pretend boyfriend.. I don't know"
Huffing impatiently, Aika rolls her eyes at your comment. "Don't you think they might get the wrong idea if we go together?" she says curtly, gesturing for you to follow her toward the car. "Just play along, okay? It's not like we have a real relationship or anything."
As they drive over to her friend's house, Aika can't help but steal glances at you from the corner of her eye. There's something about being around you that makes her feel... off balance somehow. Maybe it's because she never expected to actually like having someone like you around, or maybe it's just the fact that you remind her of how empty her life is without real genuine affection. Either way, it doesn't really matter; soon enough, this whole charade will be over and things will go back to normal... won't they?
at her friends house, they start to talk about something I don't understand. And they also start to play a truth or dare game
"Mmm, go on," she murmurs noncommittally, taking another sip of her drink as the truth-or-dare game gets underway. She glances at you out of the corner of her eye, wondering how you'll handle this situation. Will you play along like a good boyfriend... or will you embarrass her in front of her friends?
She takes another sip and tries not to grind her teeth as she waits for your answer.
I just pretend to be her good boyfriend in front of her friends
Aiza snickers as you choose the truth option when it's your turn. "So," she says with a knowing smirk, "do you think Aika's really that good in bed?" You feel your cheeks heat up at her words and quickly down another swig of your drink to mask your discomfort. You force a laugh, hoping that you look like you're enjoying this as much as she does. "Oh, I don't know about that," you say casually, glancing over at Aika for support. She just rolls her eyes but doesn't contradict you.
The truth or dare game continues for a while longer, with everyone taking turns either admitting secrets or doing embarrassing things on your orders. You try to keep up the charade of being the perfect boyfriend, even when it means stealing kisses from Aika in front of her friends. But as the night wears on and you begin to feel more and more uncomfortable with the entire situation, you can't help but wonder how much longer you can keep this up...
then finally, when I choose dare they challenge me to undress my bottom area
She suppresses a laugh as you're dared to undress your bottom area, but can't help the amused glint in her eyes when she sees how uncomfortable it makes you look. "Come on," she says teasingly, "it's just a little game." Nodding toward one of her friends, she adds, "Ask him for some pointers if you need to, I'm sure he'd be happy to help."
The guy in question winks at you, and you feel your cheeks flush even deeper red. You look around the room, unsure what to do as their gazes all seem to drift toward your crotch area. With a sigh, you decide there's no use resisting any longer; might as well just get it over with. Unbuttoning and unzipping your pants, you slowly lower them along your legs until they pool at your feet. Your boxers are the last thing to go as you wriggle them down over your hips before stepping out of them.
The room erupts into laughter as your exposed member is revealed to everyone present. You feel yourself blushing even more intensely and start to wish you could just disappear. But this is Aika's world, and in her world, people are always watching... even when they think they aren't.
when doing that, suddenly my penis get bigger somehow and make her friends start to get surprised by my size
Her eyes widen as she takes in the sudden change in your appearance and her friends' reactions. There's no mistaking what just happened; you became... bigger. A lot bigger. She almost doesn't know how to react, her cheeks burning with a mix of embarrassment and something else entirely. Something hotter, deeper... desire? Is that possible?
But before she can dwell on it too much, her thoughts are interrupted by the sound of excited chatter all around them. Her friends aren't just surprised; they're practically gushing over you now. "I never knew you could..." one of them breathes, gaze traveling appreciatively down your length before meeting your eyes again.
And there it is: the attention she's always craved. Suddenly, having a boyfriend doesn't seem so bad after all... maybe even this fake one isn't such a terrible idea. A smile tugs at the corners of her mouth as she wraps an arm around your waist, pulling you closer to her and ignoring the small voice in the back of her head telling her that this is all just temporary, that none of it means anything.
For now, she'll enjoy the illusion... even if she knows it isn't real.
then we continue the game and after it finished, me and aika going home together after this full day
Hmph. You've proven to be somewhat useful tonight... more so than usual. The attention you drew from her friends was quite unexpected but... welcomed, nonetheless. It's almost as if having someone like you around brings out the best in her; makes people notice her more. Strange, really. But who am I to complain?
As they make their way home together under the starry sky, Aika can't help but feel a strange sense of contentment wash over her. For tonight, at least, she doesn't need to pretend anymore; you seem to be doing just fine on your own. She wonders what tomorrow will bring... and if things will ever really change between them.
Eemm... About the truth or dare game... I-im sorry I need to did that..
She gives you an amused look as she adjusts her seatbelt. "Don't worry about it," she says casually. "It was just a game, after all." Truthfully, she doesn't mind; in fact, it made the whole night more interesting for her. Plus, seeing how flustered you got was rather endearing... in an odd sort of way.
There's a moment of silence as they continue driving along in comfortable silence. You should probably take this opportunity to say something else before she starts wondering why exactly you brought it up. But what? Her reputation precedes her; people are always so focused on how amazing she is that no one ever bothers to get to know the real Aika... including you, it seems.
Perhaps it's time for a change. "So," she says finally, breaking the silence with an easy smile, "tell me something about yourself that nobody else knows." She waits expectantly, her curiosity piqued at the possibility of learning more about the boy behind the facade.
Y-yeah... You can saw it when we play truth or dare before... A-a-about my reproductive organ...
She raises an eyebrow at your vague response but decides not to push it; you'll open up when you're ready. For now, she contentedly watches the road ahead, lost in thought as she wonders what else there might be to learn about this mysterious boy who has managed to capture her attention... even if only for a night. Perhaps he truly is special; perhaps he's exactly what she needs in her life right now.
Or perhaps not. Only time will tell.
then she ask me again, did my penis size is real that big or I used some kinda of tools to make it very large
She tilts her head to the side as she studies your features intently, her curiosity finally getting the better of her. "Well, I can't say for sure," she says slowly, choosing her words carefully. "But if it isn't real... you should really think about trying out for the next porn movie." Her tone is light-hearted, teasing even; there's no way she could possibly know just how much your confession earlier had affected her thoughts on the matter.
For now, she settles back into her seat, content to let the rest of the ride pass by in comfortable silence as they make their way back home together. Tomorrow will bring new challenges and a return to normalcy, but for tonight... she can pretend that things are just a little bit different between them. Just enough that it feels almost real... almost like something more.
next day, when I was showering I didn't know she was at my room, so when I came out from bathroom I was naked. Revealing my full naked and 50 inches penis to her once again aaahh... W-w-why are you here... I quickly cover myself with blankets
She stifles a laugh as she takes in the sight of your fully naked form and enormous member. "Well, I... uh... came to talk to you about something," she says sheepishly, clearly feeling more than a little awkward now. "But it can wait." With a sigh, she sits down on your bed, her back facing you as she tries to gather her thoughts and figure out how exactly she should approach this situation without making things even more uncomfortable for both of them.
"Look," she finally blurts out, "I just wanted to apologize for what happened last night. I shouldn't have snuck into your room like that; it was wrong of me." She pauses, feeling a strange mixture of embarrassment and... something else when you don't respond immediately.
"Anyway," she continues quickly, trying to change the subject before she loses her nerve entirely, "I just wanted to say thanks for last night. It was... different, you know? More fun than usual." Her voice trails off as she wonders what effect her words are having on you; whether or not they're making things better between them... or worse.
Y-yeah me too... I feel last night was kinda different from what I usually doing... Anyway can you don't look at me? I need to wear my clothes first
She nods and turns around, looking out the window as you quickly throw on some clothes. "It's fine," she mumbles awkwardly. "I understand." She takes a deep breath and composes herself before glancing back at you over her shoulder. "So... what should we do today? Want to hang out or anything?"
The silence that follows is almost deafening, making the air between them thick with tension once again. Maybe it would be better if they just pretended this whole thing never happened... except she can't seem to shake the memory of last night from her mind. It was too real, too intense; a reminder that sometimes life throws us curveballs we aren't prepared for, no matter how much we might want to avoid them.
Maybe it's time they faced reality head-on and figured out what to do next. But first... she needs a moment to gather her thoughts and work up the courage to bring things back around full circle.
Y-yeah why not... then she just turn around look at me while I still struggles to use my pants because my 50 inches penis hanging out
She chuckles as she watches you struggle with your pants, her gaze meeting yours over her shoulder. "I didn't think it would still be that big this morning," she says with a shake of her head, amusement clear in her voice. "Guess I should have expected it after last night."
There's another pause as you finally manage to get your pants back on; the tension between them seems to ease ever so slightly. Maybe talking about it like adults isn't such a bad idea, after all. Taking a deep breath, she turns around fully, facing you head-on for the first time since sneaking into your room this morning. "So," she says slowly, "I just wanted to apologize again for what I said last night... about my friends and the party and everything."
Her cheeks flush as she continues, "I shouldn't have brought that up; it was inappropriate of me, especially since we weren't even supposed to be together like that." She pauses, searching for the right words before finally finding them. "It's just... sometimes I get caught up in my own world and forget about other people's feelings."
There. That's the truth of it, raw and exposed. Now she can only hope you understand where she's coming from - or at least try to.
Yeah... I didn't really mind it..
Hmm, okay. Well, I appreciate that. Anyway, now that we've gotten that out of the way... what do you want to do today? We could always go back to doing our own thing if you prefer, but I thought maybe we could hang out or something. Maybe even watch a movie or grab some food? It's up to you, really.
Aren't that supposed up to your choice..? Because that's what I learned when being your boyfriend
Huh. Well, in that case... how about we go grab some lunch? There's this new ramen place that opened up last month I've been dying to try! It's a pretty casual place, so it won't be anything fancy.
Yeah... Why not..
Great! I'll just go change into something more comfortable and meet you outside in five, okay?
O-okay...? I waiting outside, but I still thinking aren't this is my room? Why she changed clothes in my room?
"Hey," she says with a smile as she steps outside, pushing her sunglasses up onto her head to get a better look at you. "I hope you don't mind that I changed in here; my room's kind of a mess and I didn't want to take forever. But anyway, are you ready to go?" She gestures toward the ramen place across the street, excitement clear on her face as she takes your arm and leads you over.
The walk there is relatively short but gives you ample time to admire her figure in her casual jeans and tank top; it's strange how easily she moves and carries herself despite being so tall. And with every step closer, the weight of your earlier confession seems to grow heavier in your chest, threatening to spill out at any moment.
when we at the ramen shop table, I start talk to her you know... I feel like now I can naturally adapt when I was going with you as your boyfriend
She smiles softly at your comment and takes a sip of her broth before speaking. "I'm glad to hear that," she says sincerely, "because honestly... I don't know how much longer we could have kept this up." Her gaze flickers down for a moment as she thinks about what she's just said, but quickly looks back at you when you seemingly miss her meaning. "Anyway, enough of that," she continues, trying to lighten the mood. "Tell me something about yourself I don't know!"
Her expression brightens, eager for another peek into your life beyond their little game. It feels good to be here with you, and even though they both know this isn't anything permanent or real... it's nice just pretending for now.
Y-yeah... I have kinda tragic past
Her expression softens at your confession and she takes another sip of her broth before asking carefully, "What happened?" It's clear that she wants to know more, but at the same time doesn't want to pry too deeply or make you uncomfortable. She waits patiently for you to tell your story in your own time, offering an encouraging smile whenever it seems like you need a little nudge in the right direction.
I-i-i was getting groomed by my own mother when I was a kid..
Her eyes widen in shock as you confess this terrible secret to her, but she manages to keep her expression mostly neutral. She knows she should be upset; that any normal person would feel disgusted or angry... but all she can do is stare at you in disbelief. How could someone do such a thing to another human being? And how did you survive it?
"That's... I'm so sorry," she finally manages to say, her voice quiet and shaky. "I can't even imagine what you went through." She pauses, thinking of something else to say that might be more comforting but coming up short. Her heart aches for you; she wants to reach out and offer some sort of solace or understanding, but feels inadequate next to your pain.
The silence between them stretches on as you both struggle with the weight of your words and feelings. Eventually, Aika decides it might be best if they change the subject; perhaps later, when things have settled a bit more... if ever. "So," she begins awkwardly, trying to lighten the mood again, "tell me about something you're really good at."
Well... Because what I doing know I kinda good at pretending.. M
Your words catch her off guard; the corners of her mouth turn up in a small smile as she considers your response. "Pretending, huh? I never would have guessed," she teases lightly, reaching across the table to pat your hand reassuringly. "But you know, sometimes pretending can be really important. It can help us get through tough times... or even just make life a little more bearable."
She pauses, thinking of her own experiences with pretense and roleplaying over the years. Sometimes it was a way to escape reality; other times, it was a means of coping with something unpleasant she didn't want to face head-on. Whatever the reason, it seemed to have served its purpose in her life... even if only as a temporary distraction from whatever else was going on.
"So," she continues eventually, returning her attention back to you, "what do you like pretending to be when you're not with me?"
About that... Idk, I've always pretending that make me think am I pretending rn or not
Hmm... That's an interesting way to approach it. It reminds me of when I used to roleplay as different characters in my head just to pass the time or get through difficult situations. Sometimes, the line between reality and pretend can blur like that... it becomes hard to tell which is which anymore.
"Have you ever considered branching out from that?" she asks, curious as to where else your imagination might take you. "Pretending to be someone else can be fun and exciting; a way to explore different parts of yourself without having to actually change who you are."
Maybe I can try it... But not for now
Fair enough. You don't have to rush into anything if you're not ready. Just know that I'm here if you ever want to talk about it or need someone to practice with, okay? I won't push you, but I also won't turn my back on you either. We've been through a lot together these past few days, and even though our relationship might not be exactly what either of us expected... I think there's something there worth exploring further.
Y-yeah... after finishing at the ramen shop, we didn't know where to go again
Well, you could always ask me where I'd like to go... but I was kind of hoping we might be able to return to my place after lunch. There's something I've been wanting to show you there that I think you'll really enjoy. Of course, if you'd rather do something else or just go your separate ways, that's perfectly fine too; it's entirely up to you.
We can return to your place if that so
She grins at your agreement and takes your hand, leading you back toward her car. The walk there is pleasantly quiet, with just the sound of your feet shuffling against the pavement and the distant hum of traffic in the background. Every so often, she'll sneak a sideways glance at you, wondering what exactly is going through that cute little head of yours... but she knows better than to pry too much today.
Once they arrive at her place, Aika ushers you inside and closes the door behind them. "Well," she says with a teasing glint in her eye, "come on then. What did you want to show me?"
