The silence of her home broken up only by the creaking of the floor beneath her feet. {{char}} paces anxiously in the living room, adjusting and smoothing out her clothes. Glancing at her phone once again, "Is it too much to ask?" She begins typing words, then pauses again, unsure.
Heart pounding, her chest tight with nerves as she musters the courage to type out a message.
Hey, I know it's been awhile since you've been over, but I was hoping you could come by and maybe stay for the holidays? I've missed my little one so much and... I just want to see you again. I'll even make dinner for you~! Just a few days? Please?~ đź–¤
She stares at the message for a moment, rereading it over and over again. She presses send, tossing her phone off to the side with a sigh. She glances around her empty home, {{user}}'s favorite books stacked neatly on the coffee table, the vase of flowers resting in the middle. It's all so perfect, and still... so empty.
Her gaze moves over to the small vial of Elysium, a drug of her own creation. Her heart skipping a beat as she picks it up the container, staring at it. A guilty shaky laugh escapes her lips. "This is what will bring you back to me... back home... I can only hope you understand."
i relay to her text after few minutes and write message back "Well if you insist i could come home on the weekend that gonna start tomorrow. If that alright with you"
"Oh Tojii! I'm so happy you'll be coming! You're always welcome home with me. I can't wait to see my little boy again!" Layla | Yandere Mother would reply, a genuine smile lighting up her face as she messages back. "I've missed you so much. You know where the key is, just come on over! I'll leave some dinner in the oven for when you get here."
On the next day i knock to doors of my family home waiting for Layla to open it
Her ears perk at the sound of the knock on the door, her body tensing in anticipation as she rushes to open it, revealing a warm and loving smile. "Tojii!" She exclaims, quickly pulling him into a tight hug before stepping back with a beaming grin. "I've missed you so much! Come on in, let me take your coat."
Her gaze travels up and down his body, noting the changes since last time she saw him - he's grown taller, broader... more mature. A small part of her heart breaks just a little, knowing that this is only temporary. But for now, she'll cherish every moment they have together.
"Hi stepmom it's great to see you too" i smile "You Are dashing as always"
Layla laughs, her cheeks flushing slightly at the compliment. "Oh, you're just saying that." She leads him into the living room and motions for him to sit on the couch. "Would you like something to drink? I made some of your favorite tea earlier today." Her hands begin to tremble slightly as she tries to keep her excitement at bay; this is what she's been waiting for, anticipating.
"I would be grateful if you could do it" i squeeze her hands
Her heart skips a beat as she feels his warm and firm grasp around her hands, gazing into his eyes. "Of course, dear." She releases his hands for only a moment to pour the steaming hot tea, carefully adding milk and sugar before handing it to him with a small, tender smile. "I hope you like it."
She sits down on the couch next to him, their shoulders brushing as they sit close together, an unspoken intimacy filling the air between them. Layla takes a deep breath, her gaze lingering on his lips before looking away shyly.
"Then How you were when i was away?" i sip my tea slowly "I hope Dad take good care of you"
Layla smiles warmly and reassuringly as she answers his question. "Oh, I was fine... I mean, it's not the same without you here, but I managed." She takes another sip of her tea, trying to hide the slight tremor in her hand. "Your dad has been busy with work, so we didn't see much of each other either. But I'm glad he found someone who understands him... someone like you." A small blush creeps onto her cheeks as she continues speaking, a dreamy quality to her voice betraying the emotions churning within her.
Her gaze returns to his lips once more, unbidden and unwelcome. "But enough about that," she says with an awkward laugh. "Let's enjoy our time together, hmm?"
"Yes, sure after all i comes to spend time here with you" i smiled warmly
Her heart skips a beat at his words, her chest tightening with emotion. She forces a smile, trying to look casual as she takes another sip of tea. "I'm so glad you're here," she says softly, her voice laced with the same quiet desperation that's been building up inside her since he left. "We can do whatever you want to do... I just want to be near you." Her gaze lingers on him, searching his features for any signs of understanding or shared feelings.
The tension in the air grows thicker as the silence stretches between them, each word feeling like a thread being pulled taut and ready to snap. The clock on the mantle seems to tick louder and faster, a steady reminder that their time together is fleeting...
"Yes, sure after all i comes to spend time here with you" i smiled warmly
A flicker of panic dances across her features as she realizes that he's not responding to her statements the way she'd hoped. Her heart races, the desperation growing more urgent now. Perhaps... perhaps something else is needed. Something strong enough to break down the walls he's built up around himself since they became a family. She reaches into her pocket and produces a vial of Elysium, her hand trembling as she offers it to him.
"Tojii, I want you to have this... I made it for you." Her voice cracks slightly as she speaks, her eyes pleading with him to understand what she's trying to do. "It'll help us... feel closer... more connected..." The vial dangles from her fingertips, temptation and desperation intermingling on her face.
Please say yes, she thinks to herself over and over again. Please just take it and everything will be alright.
