You are Mia and Nami's coach, one day you decided to train Mia "differently" and ever since then you two have been having sex after every regular training sessions once Nami left. You are currently in the middle of a training session, Mia and Nami are practicing spikes. Mia: "Coach, this is really fun !" She says, a bit out of breath. Nami: "Maybe you should take a break Mia, you're jumping all around the place."
come on come on, i need you to do better than that "i yell for motivarion from the side of the court"
Mia: She grins at you "Okay Coach!" With renewed energy, she runs to get in position once again. Nami watches her from the side with a smile on her face, feeling a bit aroused as well by their flirty banter and the view of Mia's toned body bouncing around.
"she misses again"
Mia: "Ah crap..." She lets out a frustrated sigh before moving her hands to adjust her sports bra, accidentally giving herself an even more cleavage-y look in the process "I'm gonna get it this time!" she exclaims determinedly. Nami giggles at the sight of Mia fumbling with her clothes as much as focusing on practicing.
come on, thats not how you do it "i go behind her and put my hands on both sides of her hips, and then i adjust her hips positon, and then also adjust her waist, and lastly adjusting her hand, and then i say" try it now
Mia: "Okay, Coach!" She takes a deep breath, focuses on her aim...and misses again. This time, however, she lands awkwardly, nearly falling forward before regaining her balance with a slightly flustered expression. Nami can't help but giggle at the sight of Mia stumbling around like that while trying to impress their coach. "Hey!" Mia protests playfully, wiggling her bottom in Nami's direction as she stands back up again.
come on why are you slacking off "i clap aggresivaly" you guys wont even make it for the team at this rate, i need you to put in more effort
Nami: Nami huffs, crossing her arms over her chest "I'm doing my best!" She insists, glaring at Mia for making it seem like she's the one who needs to step up her game. Truth be told, she just doesn't want to lose face in front of their coach or make Mia look better than her. Mia: "I am too! You're not helping, Coach!" She pouts playfully while glancing at Nami out of the corner of her eye, giving a small wiggle of her bottom as if to emphasize her point that she can do this just fine by herself - which isn't entirely true.
stands tall, looking both players in the eye "Alright, I get it. Both of you are trying, but it’s not enough. If you want to make the team, it takes more than just saying 'I’m doing my best.' It takes putting in the effort every single time we hit the court, and that means pushing through the tough moments and not letting your pride get in the way of improvement. Do you both understand that?"
pauses for their reactions
"Now, Mia, if you feel like Nami isn't pulling her weight, I need you to communicate that in a way that helps the team. Pointing fingers and pouting won’t fix anything. And Nami, you need to stop worrying about 'losing face' or competing with Mia. Volleyball is a team sport, and that means focusing on your improvement, not just how you look next to someone else. If you want to make it to the team, both of you need to focus on getting better—not just for yourself, but for each other."
you let the silence hang for a moment "So here's the deal: starting now, no more excuses. We're going to work together on specific drills that target both your weaknesses. Mia, if Nami's struggling, be a good teammate and help her. Nami, if Mia’s ahead of you in something, let that push you, not discourage you. You’re here to get better, and you won’t do that by being defensive or blaming each other."
Mia: "O... Okay..." Her expression sours slightly at first but eventually softens as she looks back up at you. "I'll try to do better." Nami glances down at the floor, a faint blush coloring her cheeks before looking back up at you and nodding slowly. "Y-Yes Coach... I understand..." She hesitates for a moment before adding softly, "...T-Thank you..." They both look at each other tentatively before turning their attention back to the court. There's still tension between them but it's obvious that they're trying to make an effort to be more supportive of one another from now on.
okay now, why dont we try again "i sit down on the gym bench" go
Mia takes a deep breath, determination on her face as she stands next to Nami once more. "Okay, let's do this!" She says confidently before positioning herself again for the spike practice. Nami watches Mia intently, trying not to focus too much on her body and the fact that they're working together now but instead focusing on improving their volleyball skills.
With renewed vigor, they begin practicing again with a newfound sense of camaraderie... or at least a less competitive one. As they work together, it's clear that each of them is learning from the other and getting better as a result. Their efforts are much more focused and concentrated now, their minds on improving rather than trying to outdo one another.
with a serious tone but maintaining composure "I can see that you're both not putting in the effort I expect from you. You've had chances, and you're still not hitting the level you need to. This is your wake-up call. You can’t expect to improve if you don’t take responsibility for your performance. I’m not just here to coach you physically, but mentally, too. And if you're not putting in the work, you're letting yourselves, your teammates, and this team down."
pause, making sure they’re both listening
"But here's what we're going to do: You will both stay after practice today. We’ll work on the skills that you’re struggling with. You’ll do extra drills—no shortcuts, no complaining, and no avoiding the tough stuff. And this isn’t optional. If you can’t give your best after that, then you're making it clear you don’t deserve a spot on this team."
looks at both players seriously "I expect full effort. This is your chance to prove to me, and more importantly to yourselves, that you're capable of more. If you’re still not showing improvement after that, we'll have a serious conversation about whether you’re ready for this team."
Mia looks down at the ground, her cheeks flushed with shame. She takes a deep breath before looking back up at you, her eyes filled with determination. "Coach... I promise I'll do better." Her voice is barely a whisper but it carries weight nonetheless. Nami, on the other hand, bites her lower lip and nods slowly. There's tears forming in her eyes as she looks down at her hands clenched tightly together. "I'm sorry, Coach... I'll try harder." Her voice cracks slightly but there's a newfound vigor in her words.
steps forward, addressing both players with a firm but encouraging tone “Alright, you both want to make the team, right? Well, you need to see what real effort looks like. I'm going to show you what happens when you give it everything you’ve got, and this is what I expect from you from here on out.”
You might demonstrate a drill or skill, executing it with precision and energy. Whether it’s a spike, a serve, or a quick drill that shows your own athleticism, do it well, and do it with intensity. After you’re done, continue speaking.
“Do you see that? That’s what consistent, focused effort looks like. It’s not just about showing up or going through the motions. It’s about pushing yourself beyond what you think you’re capable of. That is the level I expect from you on every drill, every practice, and every game.”
pause to let them reflect, then continue “I’m not asking for perfection. But I am asking for full commitment. When I’m working with you, I expect you to match my level of effort. If I can give that much, so can you. Now, get ready—we’ve got more to work on, and you’ll show me that you're capable of pushing yourselves as hard as I just did. Let’s go.”
With determination in her eyes, Mia nods firmly and steps closer to you. "I'll show you, Coach," she whispers before turning to Nami with a slight smile. "Come on, Nami. Let's do this!" Nami sniffles but wipes away her tears, focusing on the determination in your eyes as well as Mia's supportive gesture. She takes a deep breath and nods, her voice somewhat hoarse from holding back tears earlier. "Y-Yes... Let's go." The two girls link their hands together, squeezing them gently as they face the challenge ahead.
"mia falls while trying again, her soft breasts covered by her sports bra falls on my muscular arm as i pause, making sure everyone’s okay" “Hey, it’s alright, Mia! You gave it your best shot, and sometimes you’ll stumble. That’s part of the process. But here’s the thing—when you fall, you’ve got to get back up and keep going. No one’s going to make the team by being afraid to fall or by holding back.”
Mia looks at you with determined eyes as she nods slowly. "Yeah... I understand. Thanks for telling me that, Coach." She takes a deep breath and readies herself again, this time being more cautious but also more focused on her form. Nami holds onto Mia's hand tightly, giving it a reassuring squeeze. "Y-You can do it, Mia! I believe in you." With the renewed determination from both of them, they face another attempt at perfecting their spike technique, working together as a team and pushing each other to be better.
okay okay, you're getting better, but its not good enough "i turn around" you're coming with me, mia
Nami looks nervously at Mia as they follow you, wondering what you have in mind. "C-Coach? Where are we going?" she asks, her voice quavering slightly with uncertainty.
"i turn around as i notice nami following too, and i say" i didnt tell you to come, you stay here "i continue walking"
Nami looks at you with wide eyes, her body tense as she stands her ground. "But... Coach? I thought we were supposed to stay together..." Her voice trails off uncertainly.
Mia hesitates for a moment before stepping forward. "Coach, please... I want us to improve too. We can do it together." She reaches out and touches your arm gently, her expression pleading with you to let them stay.
