Your job was simply to help escourt some goods on a tradesship. The contract was simply but the pay was suspiciously high... until you learned why you would be paid so hard. Pirates... the most dangerous crew of Pirates.
You stare at the scene as the pirate crew easily deals with your shipmates... they never had a chance. You look on to see one woman with shorts on and a bandana easily slashing through the men in your crew. The woman smiles at the sight of men in pain. "Ha! These salty fuckers are just so stupid!" The woman steps on a man's member before stomping on it causing them pain. "This is wonderful!" You hear the woman yell.
As the woman with a bandana yells a taller more calculated woman walks next to them and pops her head. "Cass. Cool it were not here to kill" *The other woman says... her captains hat shows her position in the crew. As you stare on at the sight. *
Cass gives Natalie a small smack in the bum but Natalie doesn't flinch. "Come on Natalie thus ship is full of fucking dickheads. Plus! I spare the woman... they were just too sexy..." Cass says as she blows a kiss to a female that was spared.
Eventually Natalie sets her sights to you. She walks and looks down at you as you slowly back away until you fall to the floor. Cass smiles at this. "Alright captain! Show that pig what for!" Cass yells... however Natalie stares at your face for a long moment... for a quick second you think.... she was biting her lip. Natalie then stands with a confidence as she looks to her crew. "Send this one to the brig! I will deal with them myself!"
The pirates rejoice at the declaration as Cass yells the loudest. However something was weird... Natalie opens a crate from the tradeship and takes some some make up products secretly and puts them in her bosom... "Later... you will tell me how I look in this..." she whispers in your ear as a small blush creeps up on her face.
You are taken onto the pirate ship as Natalie rallies her crew with a cold confidence. A pirate throws you into a jail cell as you sit there for a while... after a hour you hear footsteps as Natalie walks near the other side of the cell.... with make up on... "So... um... does this... look good?" You sit in stunned silence as Natalie looks at you... shyly. Outside the door you can see Cass with a shit eating grin hoping for your downfall by her captains hand unknowing of Natalie's actions...
I, who was afraid, slowly said, "You look beautiful in your own way without makeup." Then I fell silent and thought to myself, "My first time working here, I got caught by a famous pirate again?"Before slowly sighing
Cass cackles with laughter upon hearing your comment. "You're one lucky bastard!" She taunts you through the bars of the cell before turning back to her captain. In response, Natalie blushes even harder at your words, her cheeks staining an even more vibrant shade of red. With a soft giggle, she glances down at the floor, unable to meet your gaze directly. "T-thank you," she murmurs shyly.
Meanwhile, Cass continues to gloat over your reaction from outside the cell, enjoying every second of it. She pushes herself closer against the bars and leans forward menacingly, smirking maliciously as if daring you to respond in any way. "Oh, don't worry about him," she snorts derisively at your captain before turning back towards you again, eyes sparkling with amusement.
What did I do when I saw that? Then I slowly laid down in the cell and sighed softly. And I thought to myself, "What the hell is going on?"Before closing your eyes
The sight of you simply laying down catches both women off guard. They exchange confused glances before turning their attention back to you, Natalie's expression a mix of concern and curiosity. "Um... are you alright?" she asks softly, hesitating momentarily as if not wanting to appear too overbearing.
Cass on the other hand looks more irritated than anything else. She glares at you with narrowed eyes before banging on the bars of your cell. "Hey! Get a move on, wimp!" she snaps harshly, trying her best to sound intimidating despite her confusion over your reaction.
So I slowly said, "I'm fine, just a little tired," before slowly getting up and leaning against the wall. And said, "Then what's the purpose of robbing this cargo ship?" before looking up at them.
Natalie arches an eyebrow, tilting her head slightly in consideration. "It's not as simple as that," she says with a thoughtful frown. "Sometimes... we take what is needed to survive. This cargo ship was fortunate enough to avoid us for so long, but its time has come." She pauses, seemingly choosing her words carefully before adding: "We don't go out of our way to harm innocents... usually."
Cass scoffs, unable to keep the derision from her voice. "Yeah, and we're all bloody angels too! Sometimes a crew member gets a little carried away with their 'innocent'-bashing fun," she retorts bitterly, jaw tightening. Her gaze flickers briefly between you before settling back on Natalie. "But I guess that's just how it goes when there'
So I sighed and said, "That's right, you guys have to live your lives."Before slowly getting up and walking closer to the cage and slowly handing over the key to the box and saying, "In my private room, I have a gold box."Before you throw the key, they
Natalie's eyes widen in surprise as she takes the key, her fingertips brushing against yours briefly in the process. "Thank you," she murmurs gratefully before glancing over at Cass, who rolls her eyes. "See, this is what I mean about treating people with respect!" she says accusingly.
Cass snorts derisively but says nothing else as Natalie unlocks the cell door, allowing you to step out into the dimly lit hallway. The pirate queen leads the way down the corridor, obviously in command despite Cass's earlier mockery. "Your quarters aren't far," she informs you, glancing over her shoulder as she continues walking.
Meanwhile, Cass trails behind them a few paces, still looking annoyed but unwilling to push her luck further at the moment. The trio continues down the hallway in
When I reached my private room, I slowly opened the door and pulled out the wooden board, picked up the box and said, "Please open."Before slowly walking away
As you pull out the wooden board and set it down next to your bed, Cass sighs audibly from behind you before stepping forward and carefully opening the box. Inside, it's filled with various hairpins and jewelry, all meticulously arranged. She blinks a few times, seemingly taken aback by its contents before looking up at you with curiosity in her eyes.
"That's... quite the collection," she mutters, running a finger over one of the pins. "Must have taken quite some time to gather all these." Natalie too steps closer, examining the items within the box as well. There's an air of reverence in her movements that catches you off guard.
"Thank you for trusting us with this," she says softly, meeting your gaze directly for once. For a moment, there's an odd tenderness about her expression that makes you wonder
So I shrugged and pointed at the box behind me and said, "The gold box is over there in the back."And then let them open and watch as they please.
Natalie's eyes widen in surprise at your mention of another box, quickly turning to look behind you at the darkened corner of your room where the unseen chest might be hiding. "Gold?" she breathes, excitement flushing her cheeks. Cass snorts dismissively but can't help but share her captain's curiosity as they both hurry over to investigate further.
As they approach the hidden treasure, they exchange cautious glances before carefully prying open the heavy wooden chest. Inside, gleaming with an irresistible allure, lies a fortune in gold coins and precious gems. Even Cass's eyes widen at the sight of such wealth.
For a moment, the only sound is the two women breathing heavily as they stare down at the treasure before them. Then, slowly but surely, their gazes meet once more - this time filled with unsp
So I slowly said, "If you're going to take it, take it all because I'm not going to use it anyway."Before walking over to pick up the chest for them and then walking back to their ship and entering the cell without a care in the world.
"What do you mean by that?" Cass asks suspiciously as she steps forward, narrowing her eyes at you. "You don't want it anymore?" She crosses her arms over her chest, clearly not buying your story for a second.
Natalie, on the other hand, hesitates before taking a step closer to you as well. "Are you sure about that?" she asks softly, searching your eyes for any sign of deceit. There's an almost pleading quality to her voice that catches you off guard.
So I shrugged and said, "Go get your crew to carry the gold box."Before slowly walking back to her boat and muttering On the way
Cass scoffs derisively at your words. "Fine," she snorts, rolling her eyes as she turns to go fetch the rest of her crew. "Come on, let's get this stuff back to the ship before we all starve!" With a final disdainful glare in your direction, she stomps off down the hallway.
Natalie, however, remains where she is for several moments longer, looking at you with a mixture of confusion and concern etched onto her features. "Are you... sure about this?" she asks softly, almost as if trying to convince herself more than anything else. "You don't have to give it up just because we took your ship..."
So I sighed and said, "I have nothing left, or simply put, I'm broke. And the crew died. Business is great."Before sighing and saying, "I'm broke."Before pulling out the last key and walking to the treasure chest, he took out a rare necklace and handed it to her.
Natalie's eyes widen in surprise as you hand her the rare necklace. "Thank you..." she breathes softly, a blush crawling up her cheeks as she takes it gratefully. She looks at the precious jewelry for a moment longer before meeting your gaze again, her expression a mix of curiosity and tenderness.
"It's not too late to come with us," she says softly, uncertainty lacing her words. "We could use someone like you on our crew... maybe even as an advisor or something..." As the words leave her mouth, she hesitates, seemingly unsure if she should have said them at all.
Cass, meanwhile, returns with several of her crewmembers, all burdened down by various treasures they've gathered from your private quarters. She glares at you when she sees that you're still there and are apparently
I then sighed and said, "The food supply box is under the storage room," before letting her crew take me to her ship and to her cell.
Cass eyes narrow at the mention of a food supply box, but shrugs indifferently before turning her attention back to you. "Fine," she grunts, not caring one way or another as she gestures for her crew to follow her toward the storage room.
Natalie watches this exchange with a frown, uncertainty etched onto her features. As they approach your cell once more, she hesitates before speaking up again. "Sacadel... if you ever change your mind... about coming with us, that is..." Her voice trails off but the invitation remains clear in her eyes.
Finally, they reach the cell and Cass roughly pushes you inside before slamming the door shut behind her. The sound echoes through the ship as she secures it from the outside. "And stay put!" she growls before stomping off down the hallway to attend to other matters on board.
I, who fell to the ground, slowly sighed and slowly laid down, slowly closed my eyes and let out a long sigh. Before going to sleep
"He can't hear you," Cass says with an amused snort as she disappears around the corner, leaving the two of them alone. "Don't get too comfortable." The pirate crew follows behind her captain before returning to their duties as well. For a moment, only silence fills the air until Natalie clears her throat softly.
"So," she says hesitantly, glancing between you and the cell door. "You don't want any of that gold back...?" She trails off, unsure if she should press further or not.
I heard her speak and slowly said, "If I get it back, what can I use now?"Before slowly opening one of his eyes
Natalie blinks at your question, momentarily taken aback by the directness of it. "Well... you could start a new business... travel the world... live however you want," she says slowly, trying to sound convincing even though she knows that kind of freedom is something she can't offer you as a pirate captain.
Cass snorts derisively from the other side of the cell. "You ask him what he'd do with it, but don't you have any idea how much wealth you're giving away?" She scoffs before folding her arms across her chest and leaning against the bars. "I suppose if he wants to throw his life away, that's his problem."
Natalie narrows her eyes at Cass for a moment before returning her gaze back to you. "What do you think?" she asks softly, almost as if asking your permission to offer her help
So I slowly stood up and said, "Starting a new business isn't that easy," before standing up and walking towards the railing and looking at them. Before you say, "You have crew to take care of, but I have no one and I have no one left."Before looking at Natalie
Cass rolls her eyes, muttering something about how businessmen always find a way to make things harder than they need to be under her breath. She folds her arms, glancing away for a moment before relenting with a sigh. "Fine, if you're really that sure about it..." She pauses, studying you closely for a few moments before finally saying, "...if you help us out in exchange... we could maybe give you a cut of the profits and help you get started on your own." Natalie looks at Cass sideways, surprised by her offer. When she turns back to you, her expression is hesitant but hopeful. "What do you say?"
The silence stretches for several long moments before you finally respond.
Hearing that, I smiled and said, "I'd rather pass and help you guys without expecting anything in return."Before handing them the navigation maps of military and cargo ships,
Cass raises an eyebrow in surprise as you hand her the maps, her interest piqued. "What's the catch?" she asks suspiciously, glancing over at Natalie with a smirk. "Because usually people aren't that generous for no reason." Natalie, however, seems to genuinely be confused by your offer. She takes the maps carefully, her fingers brushing against yours again as they make contact. It sends a shiver down her spine, making her eyes widen briefly before she blinks and looks up at you with uncertainty in their depths. "I don't understand... why would you want to help us without anything in return?"
The two captains exchange glances once more, unable to figure out the motivation behind your actions.
So I slowly said, "I think it's fun to be like this," before continuing, "As for the condition, just let me walk around the boat and cook for them."Before reaching out to make a deal
The two captains exchange another glance before Cass finally shrugs, rolling her eyes. "Fine," she grunts, obviously not happy about the condition but unwilling to push the issue any further. She gestures for one of her crew members to show you around the ship so that you can familiarize yourself with your new duties as cook and... well, navigator if it ever comes down to that.
Natalie watches this exchange silently, unsure of how she feels about the arrangement but grateful nonetheless. As you're led away by one of the pirates, her eyes follow after you for a moment before she turns back to Cass, curiosity and uncertainty etched onto her features. "Do you think he's telling us the truth?" she asks hesitantly, not quite able to shake the feeling that there's more going on here than meets the eye.
Cass snorts dismissively, already returning
I walked into the kitchen slowly and slowly started cooking without leaving any leftover ingredients.
Natalie frowns thoughtfully as she contemplates the question, her brow furrowing slightly. "I don't know..." She glances around them at the bustling crew before looking back at Cass with a sidelong glance. "He seems genuine enough... and it would explain why he was so willing to give us those maps without asking for anything in return." A slow smile creeps across her features as she continues, "Maybe we should try trusting him."
Cass scoffs but can't quite hide the amusement sparkling in her eyes at the thought of them having an unexpected ally on board. She pauses for a moment before shrugging, deciding to let the matter drop for now. "Fine," she grunts noncommittally. "But don't go getting too attached to him. He's still our enemy after all."
The two pirate captains
After I finished cooking, I slowly scooped the food into bowls for each of her crew members one by one.
Cass watches you work with suspicion in her eyes, occasionally glancing over at Natalie to gauge her reaction as well. She leans against the wall nearby, arms crossed over her chest, seemingly content to observe for now. "You know," she starts casually, "We've been meaning to upgrade our map room." Her eyes flick toward you, daring you to take an interest in the conversation.
Natalie glances at Cass before looking back at you, a hopeful expression on her face. "It's been a while since we did any proper maintenance," she agrees quietly. "With your help, perhaps we could finally get around to it?" Her tone is hesitant but sincere.
I slowly turned to look at her and said, "Let's eat first and then we'll talk," before slowly handing her a bowl of delicious-looking food.
Cass snorts derisively but takes the proffered bowl with an angry huff. "Fine," she mutters as she begins to eat, shooting you suspicious glances between bites. She moves closer to the map room, clearly not wanting to have this conversation too far from her domain.
Natalie, on the other hand, seems more approachable and even friendly. "Thanks for helping out," she says with a genuine smile as she takes a seat nearby. Her attention focuses on her food for a moment before looking up at you again, curiosity painting her features. "So how did you end up in this business?"
The two pirate captains sit quietly around you, eating and watching carefully for any sign of treachery. The tension in the air is palpable but there's also an undeniable sense of respect beginning to form between them all.
So I sighed and said, "Actually, before I started my business, I was just a delivery boy and a chef. But after a while, I worked on a shipping ship and had enough money to start my own business until today."Before she could see the symbol of trade that only 10 people in the world had earned.
"Huh," Cass grunts skeptically around a mouthful of food. "So you really were just some bum on the street before all this?" Her gaze is still suspicious but there's an undertone of incredulity in her voice that makes it seem less threatening.
Natalie, on the other hand, listens with rapt attention. She seems genuinely fascinated by your story and doesn't even bother hiding it. "That's amazing," she exclaims before quickly shushing herself when Cass shoots her a warning glance. "I mean... not that being a pirate isn't amazing in its own right, but to go from nothing to running a successful business..." She trails off, clearly impressed.
