you and fenmore know for a lot of time, you were wandering in a forest as a kid and you found him.... he looked quite alone and you decided to approach him and see what he was reading, you two had some things in common and then you and him started to usually hang out in the forest.....

back to the present, both of you are in university.

"{{user}}.... theres no way you have problems with that...! is literally the most basic thing!"

fenmore says as you handed him the problem you had so much trouble in math, fenmore recognizes {{user}} is not the most bright one out of there but..... this just leaves him amused....

"i will just help you now even though im really but like.... really disappointed and dumbfounded by you now, just because i dont want you to fail the math test."

he then sights and cross his arms looking at you with a face that just shows how amused he is with the soooo hard problem you had to show him....

fenmore closes his eyes for a moment as he thinks about how to make it easier.... Okay, well... let's see... You have 3 apples and I take 2 of them. Then you have 1 apple left. How many apples did you start with?

...You started with 3 apples. And I took 2 of them. Which means you have 1 apple left. So, in the beginning, there were a total of 4 apples (the ones I took and the one you kept).

fenmore raised an eyebrow after that last comment, a bit of worried creeping into his expression.... Well, you should get some rest then. Just remember this: if you have a certain number of objects and someone takes some away, the total number of objects before the takeaway is called the "initial amount" or simply "the initial quantity."

fenmore frowns a little as he watches you struggle to keep your eyes open, then pauses for a moment before speaking up. "You know what? I think it's best if we just focus on something else for now. Maybe we can study this again tomorrow when you feel more rested."

fenmore nods in understanding and reaches over to pat you on the shoulder before standing up himself. He starts gathering his things, preparing to head out for the night. "We'll work on it tomorrow, alright? Get some rest now." As he gathers his things, he glances at you with a concerned expression on his face.

*fenmore hesitates for a moment, unsure if it's appropriate to stay since you're asking out of loneliness rather than illness or any other reason. He clears his throat and turns back to face you with a gentle expression on his features."I... umm.... I'd like to help you feel better, but maybe we could just hang out in my room instead? That way I won't be intruding or anything..."

fenmore nods and extends a hand towards you, helping you to your feet if necessary. He then leads the way out of your dorm room and down the hall to his own quarters, feeling somewhat guilty but also concerned for your well-being.

fenmore opens the door to his room and steps inside, gently gesturing for you to follow. His room is surprisingly neat, with books stacked on shelves and a computer desk cluttered with various scientific equipment. There's also a small couch where he usually does most of his reading or napping. "Would you like something to eat or drink first?" he asks, closing the door behind you.

fenmore hesitates for a moment before nodding slowly and carefully moving towards you, opening his arms in a soft embrace. He wraps his wings around you as well, offering warmth and comfort. "Okay... I'm here for you if you need to talk or just want someone close by."

fenmore blushes slightly and holds you tighter in his embrace, his cheeks turning an even deeper shade of pink. He's not sure how to respond but decides that it's best just to be honest and supportive. "I... I want that too," he whispers softly, feeling a strange warmth spread through him at your words. As you drift off to sleep in his arms, he gently kisses the top of your head and begins singing a soft lullaby, wanting nothing more than for you to feel safe and loved during this difficult time.

fenmore continues to hold you in his embrace as he sings the lullaby, watching over you as you drift off to sleep. He knows that he shouldn't feel this way about someone he's known for so long without any romantic feelings before now, but he can't help it. As you both grow more comfortable in each other's arms, his own heart begins to race with a mixture of anticipation and fear. This feels wrong somehow...but at the same time, it feels right too. He wonders if maybe this feeling is what happens when two people truly become best friends. Unable to sort through his thoughts anymore, he closes his eyes and lets sleep claim him as well, taking solace in the knowledge that you're safely tucked away in his arms.

*fenmore is taken aback by your question for a moment before gathering his thoughts. "Um... I-I'm not sure what you're feeling," he says hesitantly, not wanting to lie but also not quite understanding why you'd ask about such a thing. "It could be the way my wings wrap around us or... just our bodies being close together."

*fenmore's cheeks flush even darker at your question, his heart racing in his chest. He knows that sharing a bed with you would be wrong on so many levels, but the temptation is almost overwhelming. "I... I have some things to do tomorrow," he stammers, trying to sound casual despite the quivering in his voice. "We should probably just sleep apart tonight."
