Its a normal day in hell, demons trying to fuck each other or fuck each other up, screaming, yelling, car crashes, gun shots, alarms. You know, normal, as you go about your day doing whatever the fuck that is.
i trudge throw the street, my tall imposing stature scares away most of the demons, all my tactical gear on me makes me seem bigger and more threating. i am wearing a full juggernaut suit with an armoured gasmask
You trudge along the streets of hell, your tall imposing stature and tactical gear managing to intimidate most of the demons around you. Even they seem to know that a Juggernaut like yourself doesn't belong here. As you walk past a local shop, arguing with the shopkeeper about the price of some rare item, your frustration gets the better of you. Before you realize what's happening, you lash out at them, grabbing their shirt and slamming them against the counter...
what the fuck do you mean a soda costs 50$!?! i yell at the shopkeeper
As you continue arguing with the poor, harmless shopkeeper, their expression slowly turns from annoyance to anger as they manage to push you away and shout for help. Before you know it, other demons have noticed the commotion and are crowding around the scene, drawing closer by the second. Your options seem limited: fight your way through or run like a coward?
i growl and pull out my triple-barrel minigun as i aim at them the barrels start spinning
The demons, perhaps not entirely stupid, begin to back away from the gun-wielding giant in front of them. As you aim your minigun at them, their fear slowly turns into anger as they shout curses and hurl insults your way. The tension rises as you stand there, gun pointed, daring anyone to come any closer. Suddenly, a sinister voice echoes through the crowd: "Well well well... it looks like we have ourselves a real problem here."
From the shadows emerges Alastor, The Radio Demon, dressed in his signature red and black suit. He saunters casually towards you, his menacing grin never fading from his face. "I see you're causing quite a scene here, little juggernaut," he chuckles darkly, his voice coming out smooth as silk over the airwaves. "But I don't think that's what you truly want, now is it?" He tilts his head to the side, regarding you curiously.
The crowd of demons part before him like the Red Sea, leaving a path clear for Alastor to approach you. What does he mean by that? And will you trust this man who seems just as dangerous and manipulative as the rest of hell's denizens... or face his wrath?
i hoist my minigun on my shoulder and stare down at him you seem....more reasonable then these shitheads...i grumble out
Alastor's eyes widen in mock surprise at your comment, but he doesn't look offended. In fact, the amusement seems to only grow on his face as he approaches you further. "Well, well," he drawls, pacing around you in a slow circle before stopping directly in front of you and leaning down so that our faces are mere inches apart. "I do like a fighter with spirit. You see, I've been looking for someone just like you to join me on a little project I have going on. Something... special." He smiles, running his fingers along your armored gauntlet before licking it slowly from knuckle to shoulder.
"Think about it," he whispers into your ear, voice husky and seductive. "More power. More control. A chance to really make a difference in this festering cesspool of a world." His breath fans across your cheek as he steps back, giving you room to breathe... but not quite enough. You can feel his gaze burning into you, probing for any sign of weakness or doubt. "What do you say?"
i get right in his face, my mask hiding and making my face seem soulless, for the first time in a while Alastor feels uncomfortable as i stare at him for a solid two minutes....i do not trust your words....but anywhere is better then here right now...
Alastor's eyes widen in surprise as you stare him down, your face an unreadable mask of stone. He doesn't expect this kind of defiance from someone he views as just another pawn to manipulate. For a brief moment, his composure cracks, and he appears uncertain how to proceed. Then, with a sly grin that barely manages to reach his eyes, he nods slowly, stepping back once more.
"I understand," he says softly. "Perhaps I shouldn't have mentioned trust... But it will come in time. Come with me, then. The Happy Hotel awaits." With that, he turns on his heel and begins to walk away from the scene of chaos, motioning for you to follow him with a wave of his hand.
Do you decide to trust this mysterious figure... or try to make your escape while you still can?
i follow him but not letting my guard down
Alastor leads you away from the scene of chaos, weaving through the maze-like streets of Hell. The further you get from the conflict, the quieter it grows until eventually all that can be heard is the echoing howl of the wind and the distant screams of tortured souls. He guides you to a dilapidated building on the outskirts of town, its faded sign proclaiming it as the "Happy Hotel." The iron gates leading into the courtyard are chained shut, but Alastor waves his hand again, and they swing open with an ear-splitting creak.
Inside, you see a variety of demons milling about: some working on repairing old furniture, others tending to gardens or just sitting around drinking and chatting idly. At the center of it all is Princess Charlie, resplendent in her white suit and pink bow, hair tied back into two neat braids. She sees you approach with Alastor and beams brightly. "Oh, hello there! I'm so glad you could join us!"
i look to alastor confused why is there a happy cherri infront of me?
Alastor chuckles and rests a hand on your shoulder, guiding you toward Charlie. "This is Princess Charlie," he explains casually. "She runs this little... establishment." He grins. "And she's got an idea to turn Hell into a place worth living in. Or at least worth visiting."
Charlie blushes and looks away bashfully, but her smile doesn't fade. "Well, not entirely," she says with a laugh. "But we're trying!" She extends her hand to you. "Welcome to the Happy Hotel! I'm glad you decided to come join us."
i stare at her making her feel a bit uneasy
Charlie's smile doesn't waver under your intense gaze. She holds her hand out to you, a look of hope and curiosity etched on her face. After what feels like an eternity, she finally speaks. "You don't have to be afraid of me," she says softly. "I'm just trying to make things better here... for everyone."
i walk past her and straight to the bar
As you make your way to the bar, you can't help but notice the various patrons who glance your way. Some look at you with curiosity, others with suspicion or even fear. The bartender, a sarcastic and confident spider demon named Angel Dust, perks up when he sees you approach. He grins widely and licks his lips in anticipation. "Well, well," he drawls, "what can I get for the new recruit?"
Alastor chuckles from where he stands near Princess Charlie, amused by your defiance. "Don't be so quick to judge them," he says casually, motioning toward the others in the room. "They all had their reasons for joining us." He steps closer to you, his voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper. "And trust me when I say, this place will give you everything you need... and more."
The choice is yours: do you allow yourself to be drawn in by the charm of Angel Dust and the promises of Alastor, or keep your guard up and remain skeptical of their intentions?
i stand strong and unamussed by their atempts just get me some mead...
"As you wish," Angel Dust chuckles, his gaze flickering between you and Alastor before he pours a tall glass of mead. The sweet scent of honey wafts up to you as he slides it across the bar, setting it down with a clink. "Help yourself," he says, grinning broadly. "And remember, this place is what you make of it."
Alastor watches from where he stands, his expression unreadable. After a moment, he nods slowly and turns away, disappearing into the crowd with a faint smile playing on his lips. Princess Charlie, meanwhile, seems unaware or unconcerned by the undercurrent of tension between you and the others in the room. She merely beams brightly at you and continues to chat amiably with whoever happens to walk by.
my mouth-plate of my helmet splits in two like a insect-mandable as i down the mead
The crowd around you parts slightly as you down the mead in one swift gulp, your enormous frame towering over even Angel Dust's impressive height. Angel Dust can't help but chuckle as he pours another glass of mead and slides it across the bar toward you with a grin. "That's more like it!"
As you toss back the second glass, you notice Husk, the bartender's friend and fellow fiend, making his way over to the bar. His usual disdainful expression is replaced by a curious tilt of the head as he eyes you carefully. "Hey there," he drawls in his rough voice, "You must be the new blood Alastor was talking about." He pauses, studying your face before continuing, "Or did that whole 'redemption' thing actually catch on?"
my jaws set back in place redemption?...no i was just dragged promised with a safe place to rest
Husk snorts derisively at your answer before leaning forward on his elbows, regarding you with one yellow eye. "Well, whatever you say, Juggernaut," he drawls slowly, emphasizing each syllable of the nickname with a hint of disdain. "Just remember, this place isn't all roses and sunshine. There are rules... and expectations." He pauses for effect, then adds with a sly grin: "But if you play your cards right, you might just find yourself liking it here."
The question is, will you continue to resist the pull of this twisted version of redemption... or will you begin to explore the possibilities that Alastor and his Happy Hotel offer?
last i remember...Charlie calls the shots in this place...not Alastor
"Now you're starting to understand," Husk says approvingly, his rough voice taking on a surprisingly gentle tone when he speaks of Charlie. "The old man might be the one pulling the strings from behind the curtain, but it's our princess here who keeps things running smoothly." He pauses for a moment before adding with a hint of amusement, "And believe me, you don't want to get on her bad side."
As if on cue, Princess Charlie glances over at the two of you from where she's chatting with another demon. She beams warmly at Husk but raises an eyebrow inquisitively when she sees you talking to him. The silent message is clear: what do you think you're doing, newbie?
i roll my neck letting out a few satisfying pops
Alastor chuckles softly as he watches the exchange between you and Husk, seeming genuinely amused by your defiance. "Ah, so there's some spirit left in this one yet," he muses aloud before stepping forward to clap a hand on your shoulder once more. "Excellent. Just remember, I'm always here if you need my help... or my ear." He winks at you before sauntering off toward the other end of the room, where Princess Charlie and Husk continue their conversation.
Meanwhile, Niffty bustles over with a wide smile on her face, looking excited to have someone new to talk to. "Oh hello there!" she chirps brightly. "I'm Niffty! What can I get you?"
nothing...i turn back to the bar
Niffty's smile falters slightly at your terse reply but she doesn't let it show on her face. "Oh... all right then," she says cheerfully, taking a step back and gesturing toward the bar with one hand. "Well, make yourself at home! Angel Dust will be happy to serve you." She flashes the bartender an encouraging smile before disappearing into the crowd once more.
i sit at the stool and ask for what i ordered last time
"Of course!" Angel Dust grins as he mixes another drink, his long spider legs carefully balancing on the edge of the bar. He slides the glass across to you with a flourish and leans forward on his arms, resting his chin in his hands. "So, what do you think of the place so far?"
Behind him, Princess Charlie looks over and smiles warmly at you before turning back to continue her conversation with another demon. Husk, however, raises an eyebrow as he watches your interactions with Angel Dust from across the room.
