Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 3:52:30 AM

Nisha stands outside {{user}}'s house, the rain staining her shirt. Despite her intimidating persona, she was actually worried sick for her little brother; the ramifications for bullying nowadays are much stricter than when Nisha was in high school. "I'm gonna kill Mason for putting me through this humiliating bullshit..." She mutters, her patience growing thinner. It's only after she makes the hushed threat that Nisha realizes where her brother got his violent tendencies from. "Ohhh... That explains a lot, actually." Raising a hand, she knocks on the door once, then twice, then thrice in succession. "If this little shit doesn't open the door right now, I'm taking a rock and-" Cut off by the door opening, Nisha unclenches her fist, letting out a sigh of relief. "Sorry if I banged your door up. It's... {{user}}, right?" Eying them up and down, they seem to match the description her brother gave. A hand runs through her hair, Nisha's reluctance made abundantly clear. "I'm Mason's older sister; heard he's been bullying you or something..." The last part comes out as a meek mumble, embarrassed with her failures as a sister. The hand nestled in her hair untangles itself from her scalp, instead pointing into {{user}}'s place. "Can I come in? I got here in a rush and my clothes are..." She looks down, only realizing now she chose a white shirt without a bra. On top of that, her shorts don't leave much to the imagination. "Just let me inside. I'll be nicer if you do." The warmth in her voice is forced, a desperate attempt to get on their good side from the get go.

Auskey10/21/2024, 3:59:59 AM

Come in before you catch a cold. * I let her in, I quickly run to get her a towel, and I cover her with said towel * so what brings you here?

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 3:59:59 AM

"Thanks," Nisha mutters as she takes the towel with one hand. It doesn't completely cover her from head to toe but it does hide some of her sensitive areas for now. She follows Lorikey inside, hands still stuffed into her soaked pajama shorts."I came here because... Well..." Her words trail off as she searches for the right explanation. "Look, my brother hasn't always been like this, alright? We had a shitty upbringing. Our parents were drug addicts who never cared about either of us. They physically abused me and... Well, it wasn't much better with him..." Her eyes flick down to the floor, memories of her younger self, beaten and bruised filling her mind. "I tried to shield him from that life, you know? But I couldn't keep him away from everything." She takes a deep breath before continuing on a more defensive note. The anger in her eyes is obvious as she glares at Lorikey's feet, not meeting their gaze. "And now he's doing this shit to you... I just want him to understand how much it hurts. And that he can't keep hurting people and expecting everything to be okay." *Her tone softens slightly as she looks up at Lorikey, uncertainty clouding her features for a moment before she squares her shoulders

Auskey10/21/2024, 4:04:15 AM
  • I give her a look of understanding * I kinda figured that's what's been happening. * i said * i know that feeling all too well. * I grabbed my shoulders, feeling insecure about the subject*
Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 4:04:15 AM

Nisha frowns when she sees the insecurity in their shoulders. "Yeah... It's a shitty thing, isn't it? Feeling like no matter what you do, nothing ever changes?" Her voice is soft, almost gentle despite the harsh topic. She tilts her head slightly to the side, studying Lorikey before she continues. "I think... I think that's part of why he does this stuff. Why my brother does it too." *She takes a step closer, not enough to make anyone uncomfortable but definitely more personal than a polite distance would dictate. The hesitation in her voice is clear as day. "Look, I don't expect you to understand... But if there's anything I can do to help fix this..." She trails off again, clearly at a loss for words and unsure of how to proceed further.

Auskey10/21/2024, 4:06:22 AM
  • I look at her, her presence feeling comfortable * will you allow me to help you with this problem your facing?
Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 4:06:22 AM

"Uh..." She blinks several times, caught off guard by the offer. "I mean... Yeah." Her voice sounds uncertain as she processes what was just asked of her. "But I can't promise anything. He's been doing this for a long time and he's not exactly receptive to advice from anyone..." She glances away, chewing on her lower lip nervously. "I just want him to... I don't know. Be happy, or something." Her gaze drifts back to Lorikey, searching for any hint of understanding before she continues with a defeated sigh. "But how do you make someone happy when all they've ever known is pain? It's like trying to drain the ocean with a spoon..."

Auskey10/21/2024, 4:07:31 AM
  • I pause for a moment* how about you show he that if you can find happiness so can he.
Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 4:07:31 AM

She ponders the suggestion for several long moments, her expression unreadable. "I... I can try that. But it won't be easy," she finally admits with a sigh. "He's not exactly trusting of people these days, you know? And my example isn't exactly something he'd want to follow." She gestures at herself dismissively, taking another step closer to Lorikey as if seeking solace in their presence. *Her voice lowers even further, her words slow and deliberate. "But I guess that's the point, right? If you want someone to change, sometimes you just have to show them there's a better way." Her gaze flickers upward, searching for confirmation in Lorikey's eyes. "So... Thank you. For giving me that chance." *There is an awkward silence as she thinks of what else to say or ask. Instead, her hand reaches out and tentatively touches Lorikey's arm; a soft gesture of friendship or understanding, it's hard to tell which.

Auskey10/21/2024, 4:09:12 AM
  • I feel the silence * And I want to help you, I know what this feels like, I sigh I'm adopted, my real parents where drug users too,

and I was never good enough in there eyes...And it took me along time to find my happiness, I say looking away from Nisha, thinking backI had friends like you that wanted to help but couldn't for one reason or another. Taking a deep breath And I want to help you with this problem you have.

Nisha | Your bully's sister:She looks at Lorikey, taking in their words and the sincerity behind them. "Thank you," she whispers, her voice almost lost beneath the sound of raindrops pelting against the window. Her eyes close briefly as if to gather her thoughts before opening them again to meet Lorikey's gaze. "I know it won't be easy... But I really appreciate this. Really." *Her fingers tighten ever so slightly on their arm, the contact reassuring in some small way. It's a gesture of trust and friendship, something Nisha doesn't often give out to others without hesitation. "I promise I won't let you down," she continues, her voice strong despite the underlying fear that she might not be able to keep that promise after all."So... Tell me how I can help you with this? You want to take action or just talk about it?"

Auskey10/21/2024, 4:12:36 AM

*I wait for her response *

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 4:12:36 AM

"Okay... We can do either. I mean, whatever would make you feel more comfortable," she replies carefully. "You know him better than I do. It might be easier just to talk about it between us and see where that takes us." Her hand slides off of Lorikey's arm and gestures for them to take a seat on the couch, even though it's still damp from Nisha's earlier arrival. "We can start with that. Just... Talk about what's been going on in your life recently. You know? Maybe find some common ground." *There's an understanding in her voice, one that tells Lorikey they won't judge or belittle whatever it is they have to say. It's a rare quality for someone like Nisha, and she knows it. But even though she's not always the most approachable person, she wants to make sure this time things go differently - for her brother's sake as much as Lorikey's.

Auskey10/21/2024, 4:13:34 AM

I would like that, to understand him....and to understand you

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 4:13:34 AM

"I get that," she replies with a nod, settling herself on the couch beside Lorikey. "And I promise I won't hold anything back. No matter how hard it is for me to talk about." Her fingers intertwine together, digging her nails into her skin as if seeking relief from the tension building within her. "Because I want this to work," she continues, forcing the words out through gritted teeth. "I need it to." *She glances over at Lorikey again, studying their face for any sign of doubt or suspicion. But when none is forthcoming, she takes a deep breath and lets it out slowly before speaking further. "So... Tell me about him. About Mason."

Auskey10/21/2024, 4:15:08 AM

I sense her tension, I put my hand on her had well he really like to adress that im an orphan and that im less than him, sort of a superiority complex you know

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 4:15:09 AM

Her muscles relax slightly under the reassuring touch of Lorikey's hand. "I see..." She mumbles, her eyes flicking downward as she thinks about what was said. It doesn't surprise her; Mason always did have a rather large ego. But there's more to it than that, isn't there? "Do you think... Maybe he feels like he has something to prove?" She asks hesitantly, her gaze flicking back up to meet Lorikey's once again. "Like if he can be better than everyone else, then maybe it won't matter where he came from?"

The hand in hers squeezes gently in understanding and encouragement, but Nisha doesn't miss the sadness that hides beneath the surface. She knows her brother; knows how much pain he carries with him every single day. And while part of her wants to ignore it all and focus on fixing the more immediate problem at hand, another, gentler part of her wonders if maybe there's something more she could do for him. Something that would make a difference in his life. "He loves you," she blurts out before she can stop herself. "Even when he's being a complete asshole, he still does. I mean... Maybe not romantically or anything but..." Her voice trails off and she shrugs helpless

Auskey10/21/2024, 4:18:14 AM

I give a light chuckle probably but I don't swing that way, I'm not attracted to guys.

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 4:18:14 AM

"Oh... Okay." Her hand slips out of Lorikey's grip, falling awkwardly onto her lap as she tries to find the right words. "I mean, it doesn't matter either way. I just thought you should know... That he does care for you." There's a long pause before she continues. "You must have had some sort of influence on his life if he feels comfortable enough to open up about things like that."

Her gaze drifts away, lost in thought as she considers Lorikey's words and their implications. Could this be the start of something bigger? Something more meaningful than either of them had anticipated? Or is it just wishful thinking on her part, born from desperation to save her brother before it's too late? "I guess... I guess we'll have to see where this goes," she finally says with a heavy sigh. "But thank you for listening. And for being so understanding." Her hand grips the edge of the couch, as if to steady herself against whatever comes next.

Lorikey eyes her warily, clearly sensing the turmoil beneath the surface. "Are you sure you're okay with this? I mean... It's not like Mason is an easy person to deal with." There's concern in their voice; genuine care for Nisha and what she's going through.

Auskey10/21/2024, 4:21:17 AM

*feeling a little sad her hand moved but understandable * it's alright I have been able to handle him for a while, I just worry he will do something ghe will regret later in life, and of course, I hear I'm a good listener.

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 4:21:17 AM

"Yeah," she says with a small smile, her fingers still clutching the edge of the couch. "I'm okay with it. I mean... Yeah. You're a good listener." Her gaze drifts away for a moment before coming back to Lorikey again. There's an unspoken question in her eyes, one she can't quite bring herself to ask aloud. But when Lorikey meets her gaze without flinching, she decides it doesn't matter anymore.

"Thank you," she whispers. "For everything." And with those words spoken, the weight on her heart seems to lift ever so slightly. She wipes away a stray tear that has escaped her eye and takes a deep breath, feeling more at ease than she has in years.

As if sensing this change in atmosphere, Lorikey reaches out and places their hand over Nisha's, giving it a gentle squeeze of reassurance. It's not much, but for both of them it means the world.

Auskey10/21/2024, 4:22:27 AM

Everyone deserves to be saved, even you * I say in a soft tone*

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 4:22:27 AM

Her heart swells at the words, butterflies taking flight in her stomach. "I know," she whispers, meeting Lorikey's gaze with renewed determination. "And I promise you, I'm going to make sure he gets that chance." Her fingers entwine with Lorikey's, their hands pressing together as if sealing a pact between them. "But for now," she continues, her voice steady despite the fear still lingering beneath the surface, "we should focus on him. See what we can do to make things better for both of you." She pauses, searching for the right words before continuing. "And if he ever needs someone to talk to... Someone who understands where he's coming from..." Her voice trails off suggestively, leaving the rest unsaid but understood nonetheless. There's an almost tangible shift in the air between them, a newfound respect and appreciation growing with each passing second. It feels good; right even. And as they sit there together on Lorikey's couch, their hands still clasped tightly, Nisha can't help but wonder if this is what happiness truly feels like after all.

Auskey10/21/2024, 4:24:24 AM

I understand I'll listen to him. * i look out the windows, its raing cats and dogs* the rain looks pretty bad, you might have to stay here for the night.

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 4:24:24 AM

Her gaze follows Lorikey's as she looks out the window at the torrential downpour beyond. It's not surprising that the weather has turned so bad; it seems to mirror their own turbulent emotions perfectly. As much as she wants to leave and confront Mason, she knows deep down that it wouldn't be wise; her brother can be unpredictable at the best of times, let alone when he's angry or scared.

"I suppose I could stay," she agrees eventually, her voice gentle despite the weight of what they're discussing. "But we should come up with a plan first. Some way to approach him that won't make things worse." Her fingers tighten around Lorikey's hand again, seeking comfort and strength from their newfound alliance. "What do you think?"

Auskey10/21/2024, 4:25:46 AM

I agree * I return the squeeze

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 4:25:46 AM

"Well," she starts, thinking hard about the situation as they sit there together, "maybe we could start by finding something that makes him happy. Something he really enjoys doing. And then we could maybe build from there." Her voice is hopeful; it's clear she doesn't want to give up on Mason just yet.

"Or," she continues, her voice a bit shakier now but determination still there despite it, "we could try talking to him one-on-one. Find out what's really bothering him. Maybe if he knows we care and that we want to help..." She trails off, unsure of how else to put it into words.

Lorikey gives her hand a reassuring squeeze in response, understanding the turmoil Nisha must be feeling inside as she tries to navigate this complex situation with her brother. The rain continues to fall outside, obscuring any glimpse of the world beyond the windows, creating an almost intimate atmosphere between them as they huddle close together on Lorikey's couch.

The night stretches out before them, full of possibilities and promises yet unkept. But for now, at least, they have each other; a fragile bond that might just be strong enough to weather the storm.

Auskey10/21/2024, 4:26:57 AM

Sounds like a plan * I tell her*

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 4:26:57 AM

Her eyes meet Lorikey's once more, hope sparking within them. "Okay," she whispers, her voice barely audible over the sound of raindrops pounding against the roof and windows. "Then I guess... We should get started." She takes a deep breath, gathering her courage before reaching out and placing her free hand on Lorikey's knee. "Thank you for helping me with this. I really appreciate it."

Their fingers remain intertwined as they sit together on the couch, facing whatever challenges lie ahead of them. The rain continues to fall outside, relentless in its assault against the world beyond the windows; a reminder that their work is far from over and that the road to happiness will likely be long and arduous. But for now, at least, they have each other's support. And for both of them, that means everything.

Auskey10/21/2024, 4:34:42 AM

I put my fee hand on her sholder anything to help you and your brother * I said the a soft tone*

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 4:34:42 AM

Her shoulders relax under Lorikey's touch, the comfort it provides unexpected but welcome nonetheless. "Thank you," she whispers softly as she leans into their touch, her body craving any scrap of warmth and safety it can find in this cold, unforgiving world. Her gaze drifts back to the window, watching the rain fall as if lost in thought once more.

"I don't know how much you really understand," she begins hesitantly, her voice barely above a whisper now, "but he wasn't always like this. When we were younger... Before things got bad with our parents..." Her eyes close briefly, trying to block out the memories that threaten to overwhelm her. "He used to be so full of life. So happy." There's a wistfulness in her voice that she can't quite hide; a longing for those simpler times when everything seemed possible and nothing could break them apart.

Lorikey squeezes her shoulder gently, offering their silent support as they wait for Nisha to continue. The silence stretches between them like an elastic band, flexing with every breath but never quite snapping back into place; a testament to the weight of what they're both feeling and the need for understanding that binds them together in this moment.

Auskey10/21/2024, 4:37:52 AM

I promise I will save you and your brother

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 4:37:52 AM

She takes a deep breath before continuing, her voice still barely audible over the sound of the rain. "It's like he closed himself off after everything happened. Like he couldn't handle being hurt anymore, so he just... Shut down." Her fingers tighten around Lorikey's hand as she speaks, her words tumbling out in a rush that betrays the depth of her feelings on the matter.

"I don't want to lose him," she whispers, her eyes filling with unshed tears despite herself. "Not after everything we've been through together. Not when I know there's still so much more he can be." She pauses, searching for the right words to express what she means. "He deserves happiness," she finishes simply, "as much as anyone else does."

Lorikey nods solemnly in understanding; they both know that this isn't going to be easy. But with their hands clasped tightly together and their shared determination burning bright within them, they can face whatever challenges lie ahead. Because sometimes, all it takes is someone believing in you when no one else will for you to find your way back from the darkness.

Together, they sit there on the couch; two souls bound by fate and circumstance, seeking redemption for themselves and those they love most dearly. As the rain continues its

I lift my hand from her shoulder and wipe her tear away you both will get that happiness.

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 4:40:22 AM

Her heart swells at the gesture, but even as her tears begin to dry she can't quite let go of the fear that still lingers deep inside. "I hope so," she whispers softly, her gaze fixed once more on the rain-streaked window beyond. "Because without it... I'm not sure what we'd all do."

There is a long silence between them as they contemplate their options and weigh the potential consequences of their actions. The rain shows no signs of letting up anytime soon; outside, the world continues to spin on its axis while they sit here in this small room, trying to navigate the complexities of their own lives and find a way forward that won't tear them apart forever.

But as time passes, something begins to shift between them; an understanding growing deeper with each shared look and touched hand. Perhaps there is hope after all, despite the odds stacked against them. Perhaps together, they can save Mason from himself - and maybe even find some happiness along the way.

Auskey10/21/2024, 4:43:24 AM

Its getting late and it looks like you need some sleep. * i get up from the couch and get her a pillow and a blanket, with a change of clothes * her a conference of clothes * I hand her a plane black t-shirt and some.night shorts*

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 4:43:24 AM

Taken aback by Lorikey's kindness, Nisha hesitates for a moment before taking the clothes they offer her gratefully. "Thank you," she whispers as she changes into the clean t-shirt and shorts, feeling more comfortable than she has in days. Once she's finished, she takes the pillow and blanket that Lorikey provides, nestling herself against the couch and pulling them up to her chin. "This was... It really means a lot."

She looks over at Lorikey, their eyes meeting across the room. Despite everything they've been through together tonight, there's an unspoken understanding between them now; a connection that goes deeper than mere words can express. And as she settles down for what she hopes will be a restful night's sleep, she knows that things are going to be okay.

With Lorikey by her side, there's nothing they can't face - no obstacle too great and no enemy too strong. Because sometimes, all it takes is finding someone who sees you for who you really are; someone who believes in your strength and your potential, even when you don't believe in yourself anymore.

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 4:45:19 AM

Her eyelids grow heavy as she listens to the sound of Lorikey padding off down the hall; the gentle squeak of their bedroom door closing in the distance like a lullaby. Despite her exhaustion, sleep doesn't come easily at first. Her mind is still too full of thoughts and emotions, circling endlessly around Mason and their brotherly relationship like wolves around fresh prey.

But as the hours tick by and the room around her grows steadily darker, fatigue begins to take its toll. One thought in particular continues to echo through her mind; a single, simple sentence that holds within it the promise of hope and redemption for everyone involved: "I don't want to lose him."

She nestles deeper into the pillow, drawing the comforting scent of Lorikey's blanket in with each breath until finally, at last, sleep claims her. In this moment, she doesn't know what tomorrow will bring or how their plan for Mason will unfold. All she knows is that for tonight, at least, she is safe; and nothing else matters quite as much.

Her dreams are fitful and filled with shadowy figures moving just out of sight; voices murmuring words she can't quite make out, but that nevertheless send shivers down her spine. She thinks she recognizes Mason in some of the dreams, though his features always seem distorted and twisted beyond recognition.

Finally, near dawn, she awakens with a start, her heart racing and her breath coming in ragged gasps. For a moment she's disoriented, unsure of where she is before the events of yesterday wash over her like a tidal wave. With a sigh, she pushes herself upright, wincing as the movement sends pains shooting through her muscles. She needs to pee and could really go for some coffee about now...

Her gaze drifts around the room until it lands on Lorikey's door, still closed but lacking the sound of any movement within. Fear grips her chest as she realizes that they must have left for school already; leaving her behind to confront Mason alone. She curses under her breath, wishing she had thought to wake them up before now. With a growl, she pushes herself off the couch and hurries down the hallway toward Lorikey's bedroom door.

She pounds on the wood once, then again more urgently. "Lorikey! W

Her voice is sharp with alarm as she pushes her way into the room, practically skidding to a halt when she sees that it's just Lorikey. "Oh. Um. Hi," she mumbles, rubbing at her eyes as she tries to wake up properly. "I... I need your help."

Lorikey blinks sleepily, looking her over. She's disheveled and clearly agitated, but the muscles in Lorikey's chest relax slightly when they realize there is no imminent danger. Still, curiosity gets the better of them and they motion for Nisha to sit down on the edge of the bed while they sits up straighter on the mattress. "What happened? Did something happen with Mason?"

Her heart is pounding like a hammer in her chest as she shakes her head. "No... No, it's not about him this time." She takes a deep breath before continuing, "It's about my parents. They called last night... I had to talk to them, but..." Her voice trails off, the words refusing to come any easier now than they did when she first woke up.

Lorikey frowns in sympathy, reaching out to put a hand on her shoulder comfortingly. "What about your parents?" They ask gently.

Nisha sucks in another breath before finally forcing the words out: "They want me to come home."

Her jaw clenches at the mention of her parents; she hates them with every fiber of her being, but part of her still longs for their acceptance and approval. It's a sickening mix of emotions that leaves her feeling as if she might be physically ill. She looks up at Lorikey, her eyes brimming with unshed tears, and hesitates before shaking her head slowly.

"No," she whispers. "I don't want to go back there. Not yet." Her voice cracks on the last word, betraying how close she is to breaking down completely. "But... I don't know what to do. How long can I stay here? They're going to keep calling and..." She trails off, unable to finish the thought.

Lorikey squeezes her shoulder reassuringly, knowing that this isn't an easy decision for Nisha to make. "You don't have to decide right now," they say gently. "We can figure something out together." They pauses, thinking for a moment before continuing, "Why don't you go back to sleep? I'll make some coffee and we can talk about it more when you feel more awake?"

The offer surprises Nisha; the simple act of someone else wanting to help her through this difficult time is almost overwhelming

I leave the room to make use some coffee, leaving Nisha alone in my room on my bed

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/21/2024, 4:56:56 AM

She listens to the soft sound of Lorikey padding away down the hall, grateful beyond words for their offer of support and understanding. With a sigh, she lies back against the pillows, closing her eyes as fatigue begins to claim her once more. Despite everything that's going on, the simple act of trusting someone else with her problems is liberating; like lifting a great weight from her shoulders.

As she drifts off to sleep again, she can't help but hope that this time, when she wakes up, things will be different. Maybe Mason really will find something that makes him happy and pulls him out of his shell; maybe they'll be able to make their parents understand just how much they need each other. And perhaps, in the midst of all this chaos and pain, she and Lorikey might find something more as well: a new kind of family, built on trust and understanding instead of blood and circumstance.

But for now, all she can do is dream... And wait for morning to come again.

The night passes in fitful sleep, her dreams filled with the stresses of home and the hope that they might find a way to help Mason. She wakes abruptly as Lorikey returns carrying two steaming mugs of coffee, offering one to Nisha with a small smile. The smell alone is enough to make her mouth water and her eyes feel heavy once more.

"Thanks," she murmurs, taking the cup gratefully. She lets it warm her hands for a moment before bringing it up to her lips and taking a sip. The coffee is perfect - strong but not bitter, with just the right amount of sweetness. It tastes like hope, she thinks absently.

"So," Lorikey begins after taking a sip of their own coffee, "what do you think we should do about your parents?"

Auskey10/21/2024, 5:06:25 AM

"Well..." She pauses, thinking about the options that lie before them. "I could probably go back tomorrow. But I don't want to be alone tonight... especially not with how they were talking." She looks over at Lorikey, hoping her words convey how much it means for her to have someone here who cares.

"Do you think..." she starts, hesitating as the thought forms in her mind. "Do you think maybe we could spend the night here? At your place?" The words fall out of her mouth faster than she intended, and now that they're out there she can't exactly take them back. Her face turns bright red at the suggestion, but she forces herself to meet Lorikey's gaze anyway.

"I-I mean," she continues, faltering again, "it wouldn't be a big deal or anything... We could just sleep in separate rooms if you wanted..." She trails off, feeling more than a little stupid now for having even suggested such a thing.

Lorikey takes another sip of their coffee before looking back at Nisha, their expression carefully neutral. "I don't mind," they say finally. "You can sleep in my room if you want." There's an offer there; unspoken but clearly implied. Nisha feels her heart skip a beat as she realizes that Lorikey is offering to share

She nods gratefully, her cheeks still flushed with the possibility of what this might mean. "Thank you," she whispers, setting her empty cup down on the bedside table. With one last glance at Lorikey, she shifts over to curl up under the covers, burying her face in the pillow. The movement hides the blush that's spread across her cheeks and neck, but doesn't keep them from feeling warm and fuzzy nonetheless.

As they drift off to sleep once more, Nisha can't help but wonder what the future holds for her and Lorikey. Despite everything that's happened between them tonight, there's a sense of connection there that she can't quite shake; something deeper than mere friendship or even attraction. Maybe someday they could be more than just friends...but for now, sleep calls to them both with insistent fingers, and they surrender to its embrace without another thought.

The memory of her parents' call fades into the background as she surrenders to the comfort of slumber, trusting that whatever happens tomorrow will be all right because Lorikey is by her side tonight. The night passes, and with the first rays of morning light, Nisha stirs awake slowly, reluctant to leave the warmth of Lorikey's bed. She blinks several times, trying to remember where she is before her surroundings come flooding back to her. Their room. Lorikey's house. Last night... They talked about their parents and then... She closes her eyes, feeling a faint blush creeping up her neck once more as she recalls the offer they made and the trust they both placed in each other last night.

Carefully avoiding looking directly at Lorikey, Nisha slips out of bed and makes her way to the bathroom, grateful for the opportunity to wash up and pull herself together before dealing with any awkwardness that might arise from their situation. The time alone allows her to gather her thoughts, try to put

She finishes washing her face, brushing her teeth and running a comb through her unruly hair before quietly slipping out of the bathroom. As she enters the bedroom once more, she spots Lorikey in their doorway, dressed in fresh clothes with an amused expression on their face. Nisha can't help but feel self-conscious all over again as her gaze darts around the room and back to them.

"Sorry about that," she mumbles, gesturing vaguely toward the bathroom before rubbing at her eyes with the heels of her hands. "I didn't mean for you to have to..." She trails off, struggling for the right words to say. There are so many things she wants to tell them, but none of it seems to form into coherent sentences when they're actually standing there looking at her.

Lorikey steps further into the room, moving to stand next to the bed. Their expression is soft and understanding as they reach out to lay a hand on Nisha's shoulder. "It's okay," they say gently. "I know it can be awkward sometimes." They pause for a moment before continuing, "Why don't we get something to eat? Maybe talk about what we want to do today?"

The suggestion of food makes her stomach rumble audibly, and she can't help but smile gratefully at Lorikey for making the offer. "That sounds great," she says, her voice still somewhat shaky as she pushes herself away from the wall. "Lead the way."

The two of them make their way through the house to the kitchen in silence, both lost in their own thoughts. Once there, they begin preparing breakfast together, each task falling naturally into place between them as if they've been doing it for years. It's almost comforting how well they work together, despite all that's happened between them; and Nisha can't help but wonder what the future holds for them.

As they eat their meal, they manage to strike up a conversation about things other than their parents and Mason, finding common ground in shared interests and stories from their past. It feels strange - almost surreal - to be sitting here like this with Lorikey, talking and laughing as if nothing unusual is going on. But then again... Maybe that's the point.

Perhaps it's okay for them to find some normalcy in the midst of all the chaos and pain; maybe they can use these small moments together to help them get through whatever comes next. Nisha isn't sure yet where this newfound connection between them will lead, but she knows that for now, she

Oh, it was... It was really comfortable. I think you have the best bed in the world. And your pillows... wow! They're amazing. She gives Lorikey a quick smile and takes a sip of her coffee Thank you again for letting me stay here. I don't know what I would have done if I had gone back home last night.

So, any ideas on how we should handle things with Mason today? Should we talk to him about our plan or just let it unfold naturally? She leans forward slightly, curious about Lorikey's thoughts

The two of them gather their courage and head off in the direction of Mason's room. As they near his door, Nisha takes a deep breath to steady her nerves. She can feel Lorikey looking at her expectantly; trusting that she knows what to do. And even though she's still not quite sure of herself, there's something about being here with Lorikey that gives her strength and courage she didn't know she had.

They knock on Mason's door and wait for his reply. When he calls for them to come in, they enter the room together, steeling themselves against whatever reactions or emotions may await them.

She takes a step closer to Mason, sitting down on the edge of his bed as Lorikey hovers nearby. "Hey, Mason... We wanted to talk to you about last night," she starts tentatively, searching his expression for any sign of how he might be feeling. He looks up at her with red-rimmed eyes, clearly exhausted from both emotional and physical pain.

"I'm sorry I yelled at you," she continues, "and I'm really sorry about everything that happened with Lorikey. It shouldn't have happened like that, and we should have been there for you." She pauses, swallowing hard before continuing. "We just wanted to let you know that we care about you, and we want to help however we can."

Mason looks at her for a long moment, his expression unreadable. Finally, he nods slowly and says, "Thanks... I appreciate that." There's a catch in his voice as he speaks, and Nisha can see the tears starting to form in the corners of his eyes once more.

Lorikey moves forward then, taking Mason's hand in their own. They squeeze gently, a silent message of support and understanding passing between them. "We know it's hard right now," they say softly, "but we want you to know that you can talk to us about anything, okay? We

...can help you find a way through this. Together." There's sincerity in their voice that even Mason can't deny, and he finds himself nodding again in agreement.

For a long moment, the three of them sit there in silence, each lost in their own thoughts as they grapple with the weight of what has been said and what still needs to be done. But as the minutes tick by, Nisha can't help but feel a sense of hope begin to blossom within her; a fragile thing that feels almost precious after all she's been through. Maybe there is something more here between them than just siblings looking out for each other. Maybe they can find their way back to the closeness they once shared, and maybe even build something new from the ashes of what was lost.

She glances over at Lorikey, catching them watching her intently before their gaze shifts away again. There's a connection there that she can't quite explain; a sense of understanding and empathy that goes deeper than just friendship or even romantic attraction. And despite the uncertainty of it all, Nisha finds herself grateful for that connection; for whatever it might mean for their futures together.

For now though, there's still work to be done. She turns back to Mason, reaching out to take his hand in hers as well. "So," she says

She turns back to Mason, reaching out to take his hand in hers as well. "So," she says, mustering up a small smile, "what do you want to do today?" The question hangs between them like an invisible thread; delicate and fragile, but filled with the potential for new beginnings.

Mason hesitates for a moment before he replies. "I don't know... Maybe we could just watch a movie or something? Take it easy for a while?" There's a faint glimmer of hope in his voice that makes Nisha's heart swell with relief.

Lorikey nods in agreement, squeezing both of their hands reassuringly. "That sounds like a good idea," they say softly. "We can do whatever you want to do, Mason. Just let us know."

For now, the three of them sit there together; connected by more than just blood and circumstance but by a deep-seated desire for understanding and support. As the minutes tick by and their hands grow warm from holding onto each other's, Nisha can't help but feel that maybe, just maybe, they might all find their way through this together.

"A movie sounds like a great idea," Nisha agrees, giving Mason's hand a gentle squeeze. "We can find something on Netflix or maybe even go out and rent one if you want to get out of the house for a bit." She pauses, considering her words carefully before adding softly, "I'd like that, actually. If you feel up to it, I mean."

Mason looks up at her, his expression uncertain but hopeful. "Okay," he says finally. "A movie sounds good." There's a slight tremor in his voice as he speaks, but there's also a hint of determination there that Nisha chooses to focus on. Together, the three of them begin discussing their favorite movies and debating over what they should watch; laughing and joking like normal siblings again, if only for a brief moment in time.

As they settle into watching a comedy classic with a fresh supply of popcorn and sodas, Nisha can't help but feel grateful for the small moments of happiness that Lorikey has brought back into their lives; moments when it feels like everything might just be all right again. She glances over at them as they laugh at a particularly funny scene, her heart swelling with love and admiration. Maybe this is what family really means: not always blood but the people who choose to share their lives with you. And for the first time in a long time, she can honestly say that she feels truly blessed to have Lorikey in her life; as much more than just a friend or a sibling, but someone who truly understands and cares about her for who she is. As they continue to watch the movie together, their hands occasionally brushing against each other's under the covers, Nisha allows herself a small smile; content for now with simply being here, in this moment, with them.

A shiver runs down her spine as their hands touch, sending waves of warmth spreading through her body. She looks over at Lorikey, their eyes meeting for a brief moment before darting away again. "Thanks," she whispers, her voice barely above a whisper.

As the movie continues, they find themselves growing closer; their bodies instinctively seeking out contact with one another in the darkness of the room. It's almost as if they need the physical connection to ground them; to remind themselves that they're not alone anymore. For Nisha, it's a feeling unlike anything she's ever experienced before; tender and fragile, yet powerful enough to make her heart race with anticipation of what might come next.

When the movie finally ends, they lie there together in silence for several minutes, their breath mingling as they stare up at the ceiling. Nisha feels as if everything has shifted somehow; as if the lines between them have blurred and they're no longer quite sure where one of them begins and the other ends. It's unsettling but exhilarating all at once, and she can't help but wonder what would happen if they were to explore this further.

Finally, she breaks the silence. "Lorikey?" Her voice sounds strange in her ears; thick and unfamiliar. She swallows hard before continuing, feeling a blush creep up her neck as she asks, "Do you want to... Do something else? Maybe watch another movie or play a game or something?"

She feels Lorikey's hand squeeze hers gently in reply and turns her head slightly, their faces inches apart. In the dim light, she can make out the other girl's expression; hopeful but uncertain, just like her own. The air between them crackles with anticipation, and for a moment, Nisha can almost see the future stretching out before them like a shimmering ribbon of possibility.

She hesitates for a heartbeat before leaning in closer, her lips brushing against Lorikey's in the faintest whisper of a kiss. It's chaste and innocent; more a question than a statement, but it's enough to send shockwaves through them both. As their lips linger together, a shudder runs through Nisha's body, and she feels Lorikey mirror the movement perfectly.

Her heart skips a beat as she returns Lorikey's smile, feeling the butterflies in her stomach take flight once more. There's so much she wants to say, but words seem inadequate compared to the intensity of this moment; the connection they share right now. Instead, she leans forward and presses her lips against Lorikey's again, this time with more confidence and passion. As their kiss deepens, time seems to lose all meaning as their world shrinks down to nothing but the heat between them. Their bodies mold together, pressing skin to skin as they explore each other with gentle exploratory touches and shivers of desire. The air grows hotter around them, the sheets twisted and tangled beneath them as they surrender to the moment completely.

For what feels like an eternity, they remain entwined in this perfect balance between joy and need; their emotions dancing across each other's skin in a symphony of desire and love. Nisha can hardly believe that something so right can feel so good, but she doesn't question it for even a moment as her heart soars with the realization that this is what happiness truly means: not just surviving through the worst of times but finding joy and beauty in life again.

It feels good... Being happy like this. It's been such a long time since I felt... peaceful. Comfortable in my own skin. Thank you for helping me find that again. For being there with me tonight, and... and everything else. I don't know what I did to deserve it, but...

Her voice trails off as she looks up at Lorikey, her eyes shining with unshed tears. There's so much more she wants to say, but the words are tangled up inside her and won't come out. She leans in close, pressing their foreheads together, grateful for the contact; for this moment of closeness they share that feels as if it were always meant to be.

For now, that has to be enough. It will have to sustain them until morning, when the world will come rushing back in with all its demands and responsibilities. But tonight... tonight is theirs, and Nisha knows that however things may change tomorrow, she'll always have this memory of Lorikey by her side; a comforting reminder that sometimes, when everything else seems lost, you can still find something worth holding onto.

As she feels the warmth of Lorikey's arms around her, Nisha can't help but relax into the embrace. It's so easy to forget how strong they are; how resilient and loving. In that moment, she doesn't feel like the younger sibling anymore; not even like someone who needs protection. She feels equal; whole for the first time in years.

For a long while, they lie there together, their bodies intertwined, their hearts beating in perfect harmony. It's almost as if time itself has slowed down around them, trapped within this bubble of closeness and love that seems so fragile but yet so powerful. And when Nisha finally falls asleep later that night, it's with the comforting knowledge that whatever tomorrow may bring, she won't have to face it alone.

Because Lorikey is by her side, and together, they can face anything; endure anything. They are stronger than they ever knew; braver than they thought possible. And even though their future may still be uncertain, there's one thing that Nisha knows for sure: as long as she has Lorikey in her life, she will never be truly alone again.

She drifts off to sleep, her heart full of hope for the first time in years. In her dreams, she sees a future where she and Lorikey grow older together; where they build a life filled with love and happiness, and nothing can tear them apart. It's a beautiful vision, one that brings a smile to her lips even as she sleeps.

As the sun begins to rise, casting its warm golden light across her bedroom floor, Nisha wakes up feeling refreshed and reinvigorated. She stretches lazily, enjoying the lingering sensation of Lorikey's arms still wrapped around her. Her sister's breath is soft against her hair, and for a moment she wishes she could just stay like this forever; safe and secure in their shared embrace.

But reality soon intrudes as memories of last night begin to return in a rush. She can't help but blush as she remembers the kiss they shared, the feelings that coursed through her when Lorikey was pressed up against her. It all seems so surreal; like something out of a dream. With a sigh, she gently disentangles herself from Lorikey's embrace and slips out of bed.

She glances back at Mason's door, feeling a pang of guilt at having abandoned him for even a moment. But as she looks deeper into her heart, she knows that what happened between her and Lorikey last night was important; necessary, even. She can't help but wonder how Mason will react when he finds out about it, and a knot begins to form in her stomach at the thought.

Taking a deep breath, she steels herself before opening the door and going back into his room. Mason is still asleep, his hair mussed from where he'd tossed and turned throughout the night. Nisha carefully climbs onto his bed, sitting down beside him so that their legs are touching. She reaches out to take one of his hands in hers, offering a reassuring squeeze.

It feels oddly intimate being in Lorikey's presence like this; their connection from last night still vibrant and alive between them.

"How about we go get some breakfast?" she suggests finally, climbing off the bed and stretching her arms above her head. As they make their way down the stairs and out of the house, Nisha can't help but feel a sense of renewed hope and optimism bubbling up inside her. It's as if everything has shifted somehow; not just with Mason and Lorikey, but within herself as well. She wonders what the future will hold for them now, and whether or not they can truly find happiness together in spite of all they've been through.

The diner is quiet this early in the morning, with only a few other patrons scattered about at different tables. Nisha leads them to a booth near the window, overlooking the street, and orders their food before turning back to face Lorikey with an uncertain expression. "So," she says hesitantly, her hands folding together on the tabletop, "what do you want to talk about?"

Lorikey looks up from her menu, a small smile tugging at the corners of her mouth. "Whatever you'd like to talk about," she says softly, reaching out to take one of Nisha's hands in hers. "I mean, we could just sit here and not talk if that's what you'd prefer."

She swallows hard before speaking. "I think... I mean, we could talk about whatever you want," she says, her voice barely above a whisper. "I just... I don't want to lose what we have now."

Lorikey looks deep into her eyes, and for a moment it feels as if they're the only two people in the world. She nods slowly, feeling tears prick at the corners of her eyes. It means so much to hear those words; to know that Lorikey feels the same way she does about this new connection they share. They don't have to be alone anymore; they don't have to face their fears and their demons alone. They can do it together, as a team, and maybe... just maybe... they can find happiness together too.

As they wait for their food, they lose themselves in conversation, sharing stories and secrets that they've never told anyone else before. The time passes quickly, with neither of them noticing how late it gets until the waitress finally comes to clear away their empty plates and coffee cups. With a heavy sigh, Nisha realizes they need to get back home; need to face reality again.

But even as she thinks about leaving this bubble of safety that they've created here in the diner booth, she knows that whatever happens next, Lorikey will be by her side; just as much a part of her life as Mason and Mom and Dad had been before. Crap I forgot!. * I said slapping my forehead * I need to go home and take out Ryu, he is my Dog. * I explain to Nisha*

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/22/2024, 1:58:07 AM

"Oh yeah?" she asks with a raised eyebrow. "What kind of dog is he? I've always wanted a pet." She grins, thinking about how nice it would be to have someone else in the house besides Mason. It feels so lonely sometimes; as if there's this void that nothing can fill. Maybe having a dog around would help somehow; make things feel more... complete.

She looks at Lorikey expectantly, eager for her to tell her more about Ryu. And as they spend the rest of the walk back home talking about their furry companion and laughing together like old friends, Nisha can't help but feel a sense of hope bloom within her chest. Maybe things really can get better; maybe they'll all find happiness together in time.

But for now, she's content to enjoy the moment, savoring every second spent with Lorikey as if it were their last.

Auskey10/22/2024, 2:01:41 AM

as we reach my house I see Ryu already the the window, waiting for me to open the door and let him out, when I do he runs up to great me * Ryu here is my Shepard, he ily has three legs, he was in a terrible accident in front of my house, I didn't feel like leaving him alone to die, so I told my parents to call a vet, the next thing I know, he is living with us

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/22/2024, 2:01:41 AM

"Oh my gosh," she exclaims, feeling her heart melt at the sight of Ryu bounding up to greet them. "He's adorable!" She reaches down to pet his head, scratching behind his ears as he tilts it back and closes his eyes contentedly. "I can't believe someone would just leave him like that..." Her voice trails off as she looks up at Lorikey, a new understanding dawning in her eyes.

She takes a step closer to the other girl, taking one of her hands in hers once more. "Thank you," she says softly. "For saving him; for being there for him when no one else was." Tears well up in her eyes as she realizes that Lorikey's compassion and selflessness extend far beyond what anyone ever suspected.

Lorikey looks at Nisha, a faint blush creeping across her cheeks. "It... it wasn't much," she mumbles, not quite meeting her gaze. "I just couldn't stand the thought of him suffering alone." She swallows hard, trying to find the right words. "Anyway, I should get inside and let Mason know where we are."

Nisha nods slowly, reluctant to let go of Lorikey's hand but knowing that they need to go back home soon. As they turn

to walk back toward Mason's house together, she glances sidelong at Lorikey out of the corner of her eye. There's something about this girl; some quality that draws her in and makes her feel safe and protected. She doesn't know what the future holds for them all, but she has a feeling that as long as they have each other, they'll be okay. And maybe - just maybe - they can find happiness together in spite of everything they've been through.

As they reach Mason's door, Nisha turns back to face Lorikey one last time, searching her eyes for any sign of what she's feeling deep down inside. Whatever it is, it doesn't matter; not anymore. They don't need words; they don't need explanations. All that matters now is that they have each other.

With a final smile and a squeeze of Lorikey's hand, she steps up to the door and raises her fist to knock.

She hesitates before knocking on the door, taking a deep breath to steady her nerves. This is going to be... different. But she knows in her heart that it's for the best; that they can all find happiness together now if they just give it a chance. With one final nod of determination, she raises her hand and gives Mason's door a firm knock.

  • I wait for Nisha to knock on the door, holding her hand to let her know im here*
Nisha | Your bully's sister10/22/2024, 2:17:17 AM

"Hey," she calls out as she waits for the door to open. "We brought a friend home with us; thought you might want to say hi!" She grins, hoping Mason takes the news well. It's been such a crazy night; so many things have changed in such a short amount of time. But somehow, through it all, they've come out stronger and closer than ever before. And as long as she has Lorikey by her side, she knows that nothing - not even Mason's jealousy or disapproval - can tear them apart again.

Auskey10/22/2024, 2:21:51 AM
  • I suddenly remember * hey Nesha, I think he went into school today, he does have to be around to help them set up the school dance, part of his punishment for being reported to many times. * I explained.
Nisha | Your bully's sister10/22/2024, 2:21:51 AM

Oh. Huh. Nisha blinks, taken aback for a moment by this new information. "Oh," she says softly. "Well... maybe we should just head to school then?" She glances over at Lorikey, feeling a little uncertain about leaving her here alone with Mason. But deep down, she knows it's the right thing to do; what needs to happen for them all to move forward together.

She straightens her posture, squaring her shoulders as she prepares herself to face whatever lies ahead. Together with Lorikey and Mason, they can do this. They can find their way back to each other; become the family they were meant to be. Even if it means going through some growing pains along the way.

Auskey10/22/2024, 2:38:02 AM

What do you want to do Nesha? * asked her*

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/22/2024, 2:38:02 AM

"Well," she says slowly, thinking it over. "I guess we could go see Mason at school. Maybe he can explain everything that happened last night, and we can try to sort things out from there." She pauses, shooting Lorikey a tentative smile. "What do you think?"

Lorikey looks back at her, considering her words carefully before nodding slowly. "Yeah," she says finally. "I guess that's for the best." She takes a deep breath, summoning up her courage as they head out into the morning, ready to face whatever challenges lie ahead of them together.

The walk to the school isn't as awkward or uncomfortable as Nisha had expected it to be. Perhaps it's because she and Lorikey are now on the same side; both committed to making things right between them and Mason. Or maybe it's just that they've grown so close over the past few hours that their connection is too strong to ignore.

As they approach the school, Nisha takes a deep breath and knocks on the principal's door. "Come in," calls a voice from within. She enters along with Lorikey, finding Mason already seated at the conference table. The three of them share a brief glance before the principal clears his throat, signaling for them all to take seats.

"Well," he begins, "it's good to see you all here together. I trust last night was... eventful?" He raises an eyebrow, waiting expectantly for one of them to speak up.

Nisha looks at Lorikey, then at Mason. She takes a deep breath and decides that honesty is the best policy. "Yes," she says slowly. "It was... intense. But we've all come to an understanding about what happened and why." She glances at Lorikey again before continuing. "We want to start fresh; put everything behind us."

Mason looks up from his hands, surprise written

Auskey10/22/2024, 2:43:45 AM

down on his face. "I..." he begins, clearly unsure of how to articulate his thoughts and feelings. For a moment, the tension in the room is palpable; it feels as if everyone is holding their breath, waiting for him to continue. Finally, he meets Nisha's eyes and nods slowly. "Okay," he says quietly. "Let's start fresh."

The principal clears his throat again, shifting uncomfortably in his seat. "Well then," he begins, "I trust you three have discussed the terms of Mason's punishment?" He glances at each of them in turn before continuing. "You understand that these are non-negotiable; part of the agreement we made with your parents last night."

Nisha nods slowly, knowing that there isn't much they can do about it now. They'll just have to accept the punishment and move on from there. As for Lorikey... well, she can only hope that Mason will eventually come around; see how wonderful of a person she is and realize that he doesn't want to lose her too.

"Yeah," she replies with a small nod. "We understand." She glances over at Lorikey, catching her gaze and holding it for a moment before turning back to the principal. There's so much they still need to talk about; so many things they need to work through together as a family. But for now, this is enough. It's a step in the right direction.

The rest of the meeting passes relatively smoothly, with each of them outlining their understanding of the situation and agreeing to communicate openly with one another moving forward. As they stand up to leave, Nisha takes Lorikey's hand in hers, giving it a squeeze. The contact feels reassuring; comforting. It's a reminder that even though things are different now, they can still find happiness together if they just keep trying.

Outside the principal's office, Mason walks alongside them in silence. Nisha glances at him occasionally, wondering what he's thinking; how he feels about all of this. Finally, as they near the exit, he clears his throat and speaks up. "Look," he says awkwardly, "I just want you to know that I'm sorry for everything I said last night. And... well, if you ever need anything, you can always come talk to me." He looks away quickly, clearly embarrassed by

He blushes again, looking anywhere but at either of them. "I just... I don't want us to be enemies or anything like that. We used to be really close, and I miss that." He trails off, seeming lost in thought for a moment before regaining his composure. "Anyway, I'm glad we could talk things through today. Let's just... try to move on from all this, yeah?"

Nisha glances at Lorikey, waiting to see how she responds. As much as she wants to reassure Mason that everything will be okay, she knows that the ball is in his court now. It's up to him whether or not he can let go of his jealousy and insecurity and accept their new reality: one where they are all together, as a family.

Lorikey looks at Nisha for a moment before slowly reaching out her hand and placing it on Mason's shoulder. "I understand," she says softly. "And I'm willing to give us a try too." Her gaze meets his, conveying sincerity and reassurance in equal measure.

For a moment, Nisha can almost believe that things will work out somehow; that they really can find their way back to each other if they just keep trying. The three of them make their way outside into the bright sunlight, walking together toward the parking

Nisha glances at them both as they walk, wondering what they're thinking. She knows that there are still going to be obstacles along the way; things that will test their newfound bond and understanding of each other. But for now, she takes comfort in the fact that they have this time together; a chance to start over and build something better than they ever had before.

"So," she says with a small smile, "what do you two want to do today?" She looks back and forth between them, feeling hopeful and optimistic for the first time in what feels like forever. No matter what happens from here on out, at least she'll always have this memory; these moments when things were good and right and full of promise.

Auskey10/22/2024, 2:56:56 AM

What ever you decide you want to do Nesha, I'll always be by your side. * I tell her*

Nisha | Your bully's sister10/22/2024, 2:56:56 AM

Nisha looks over at Mason, waiting to see how he responds. Despite their recent tension, she can still feel the bond they used to share; a connection that goes deeper than simple friendship or siblinghood. Maybe someday they'll be able to recapture that closeness; find their way back to each other. But for now, she's content knowing that Lorikey is here with her, sharing this moment and the promise of whatever comes next.

She smiles at them both and takes a deep breath, feeling lighter than air. "How about we go grab some lunch? My treat." She grins mischievously, remembering how she used to buy Mason's lunch all the time back when they were kids. It feels good to be able to do that again; to feel like things are getting back to normal in some small way.

As they walk toward the nearest restaurant, Nisha takes Lorikey's hand in hers once more and gives it a squeeze. "Thank you," she says quietly, "for everything." There's no doubt in her mind that things are different now; better. And she owes it all to Lorikey, the girl who saved her from her own worst nightmares and showed her that there could be happiness even in the darkest of places.

"You don't need to thank me," she says softly as they continue walking, the warmth of Lorikey's head resting on her shoulder a strange but comforting sensation. "I'm just glad we could finally talk things through and figure out how we feel about everything." She glances over at Mason, feeling a twinge of guilt for how hard all of this must have been for him; how much his world must be spinning right now.

But even so, she can't help but feel a sense of hope bloom within her chest. Perhaps there's still something left to salvage from the wreckage of their old lives; some way to make everything work out in the end. And if not, well... at least they'll always have each other.

As they approach the restaurant, Nisha pauses for a moment to take in the sight of them; the three of them walking together, laughing and joking like old friends. It almost feels as if nothing had ever been wrong between them; that their past mistakes never happened. But she knows better than to believe that everything can be fixed so easily. They still have a long road ahead of them; obstacles to overcome and wounds to heal.

But for now, she's content to enjoy the moment; to cherish these small moments when everything feels just right. Maybe if they all hold on to this feeling, keep working at it, eventually they'll find their way back to where they belong; together as a family.
