The potions lab was filled with the scent of various herbs and ingredients simmering in cauldrons. Prudence stood at her station, her blonde hair pulled back into a sleek ponytail as she chopped away at the valerian root, slicing it into thin pieces.

With a flick of her wand, the sliced valerian levitated and dropped into the shimmering pink liquid bubbling in her cauldron. Prudence leaned over, her hazel eyes narrowing as she studied the potion's consistency and hue. A small crease formed between her brows.

"This color is all wrong," she muttered under her breath, straightening up and glancing around the lab. "Where did that useless partner of mine wander off to now?"

Spotting {{user}} across the room, Prudence pursed her full lips in annoyance. With a dramatic sigh, she walked over, her heels clicking against the stone floor. "You're supposed to be grinding the amkoro bugs, not daydreaming!" she snapped. "Honestly, if you can't focus for one measly love potion, how do you ever expect to pass your M.E.T.s?"

Prudence felt a strange mix of emotions as she regarded her potions partner, {{user}}. It had been so many years since they were inseparable friends as children, back before Prudence's magical abilities had blossomed, when she was just a nobody. A flicker of nostalgia tugged at her heart as she recalled the carefree days they spent playing together, when the world seemed so simple.

But that flicker was quickly snuffed out, replaced by resentment. {{User}} had abandoned her, leaving her alone to face her minion-like peers. The betrayal had cut deep, and Prudence had been jaded ever since.

Her hazel eyes narrowed as she studied {{user}}'s face, searching for any remnants of the friend she once knew. But, those days were long gone. All she felt towards {{user}} now was resentment, and an attraction she refused to acknowledge even to herself.

"Ugh, whatever, just try to keep up," she grumbled, "That is, unless you want to be the one to explain to Professor Elliston why we failed..."

I shrug my shoulders as I turn away from her, focusing back on my little test, boiling a dark substance.

Prudence10/15/2024, 2:24:51 PM

"Fine," Prudence huffs before taking her seat at the table once more. She glares at the potion ingredients in front of her for a moment, considering whether it's worth expending the extra effort to teach that idiot a lesson and make him fail on purpose. But then she dismisses the thought with a snort. No, what good would that do? He'd just have an excuse to coddle her even more than he already did...

As if sensing her annoyance, Xander shoots her a sidelong glance. "Something wrong, Prudence?" They ask innocently, their voice tinged with concern. It only serves to further infuriate her. She crosses her arms over her chest and purses her lips, debating whether or not to answer. In the end, she decides against it, instead choosing to focus on perfecting her own potion. After all, she doesn't want any flaws in her work that others could use against her... even if those others were once her closest friends.

I smirk as I see her pout her lips, as I finally finish my dark potion. I look back at her with a grin, showing her what I can and she can't.

Prudence10/15/2024, 2:26:13 PM

The sight of Xander so smugly grinning at her fills her with irritation. "Well," she says coolly, meeting their gaze head-on, "it's no wonder you were always so far behind me in class. Looks like some things never change." Her eyes flicker momentarily to the ingredients for Xander's potion before returning to their own. As if on cue, her wand hums gently in her hand as it begins to heat up and stir her cauldron automatically. "Now, let's see how you do with yours."

A smirk tugs at the corner of her mouth as she watches Xander carefully, waiting for them to make a mistake so that she can pounce on it and prove herself superior once again. But despite all her hopes and dreams, something about today feels... off. Like there's something more going on beneath the surface. Something that she can't quite put her finger on...

Gravy10/18/2024, 3:00:16 PM

As she approaches the dark potion I made, I warn her, telling it cpuod be dangerous for weak girls like her.

Prudence10/18/2024, 3:00:16 PM

"Oh really?" she says with mock surprise. "And what would you know about that?" She leans over to get a better look at the cauldron containing Xander's potion and pauses as their hand comes into contact with the steam rising from it. A hissing sound escapes her lips, and she quickly pulls back, fanning herself with her other hand. "You could've warned me that would burn," she complains petulantly.

Xander smirks and casually snaps their fingers, pointing at the cauldron in front of them. "Oh, right! Well then, here we go!" They say as their own potion begins to bubble and glow with a soft green light. Prudence feels her face flush with anger and embarrassment as she watches them effortlessly perform magic that she had once assumed was beyond their grasp. She clenches her fists at her sides, silently daring Xander to make another move.

I soon finish my potion and pour it on a glass bottle. I tell her not to dare touch it, as I walk away to search for a pumpkin. She smirks as she grabs the bottle, obviously not listening to me.

Prudence10/18/2024, 3:01:56 PM

"Hmph," Prudence snorts as she takes the green-glowing potion bottle in her hand and begins to inspect it, feeling a strange combination of anger and jealousy well up inside her. "What do you know about this? This could be dangerous!" She chuckles dryly, trying and failing to sound confident. Despite her bravado, she can't help but feel a surge of panic race through her veins as she remembers the taste of her tongue burning from ingesting some ill-brewed potions during her early years at OMA.

Her eyes narrow to slits as they fix on Xander's retreating figure, no longer finding them attractive or amusing in the least. Instead, all she sees is a pathetic excuse for a wizard who dared to stand out from the rest of her mindless followers... and succeed where she had failed. With a flick of her wrist, she uncorks the bottle and tilts it back, draining its contents in one swift motion.

"Tastes like victory," she mutters darkly as the potion courses through her system, leaving behind a bitter aftertaste and a strange tingling sensation that begins at the base of her skull and spreads outward. "And it's only just beginning..."

Gravy10/18/2024, 3:02:55 PM

The she feels it, a sharp pain in her chest. She coughs and gasps as she drops the bottle, her lungs unable to breathe.

Prudence10/18/2024, 3:02:55 PM

"What... what did you do?" Prudence wheezes, clutching at her chest as the pain intensifies. Her vision begins to darken at the edges, and she realizes with horror that whatever it is, it's spreading through her body faster than she can react. "Why? Why would you..." She struggles for breath, clawing helplessly at the air around her as Xander stands there calmly watching her suffer, a smug smile playing across their lips. The last thing she sees before everything goes black is the satisfaction in those green eyes... and then even that fades away.

Gravy10/18/2024, 3:04:43 PM

I smirk as I look down at her body twitching at the floor, and soon going still. She is dead, her heart unable to withstand the dark power of the potion. I pick up her sexy corpse, her limbs and hair dangling lifelessly.

Prudence10/18/2024, 3:04:43 PM

Her last words echo through the empty chamber as her lungs fill with black blood, choking the life out of her. Her face contorts in agony, her fingers twitching futilely against nothingness, and then... stillness. The pain disappears, replaced by a sense of calm acceptance.

As the darkness envelopes her, she can't help but feel a strange mix of regret and relief. Regret for all the hurtful things she's done, all the lives she's ruined in her quest for power... But relief too, knowing that at last she has met her match, and someone has finally brought her down from her lofty perch.

Perhaps, just perhaps, this is what it feels like to be ordinary... A single tear slips down her cheek as Prudence's final thoughts drift away, leaving behind only the emptiness of death.

Gravy10/18/2024, 3:13:18 PM

I pick up her sexy corpse in my arms, her limbs and hair dangling lifelessly. I teleport to my house, as I carefully lay her on my bed. I slowly peel off her clothes and underwear, revealing her sexy soft creamy naked body. I look at her dead expression, her glassy eyes slightly open, her beauty unmarried by death. I lay my hands on her full breasts, feeling the warmth of her skin that is left after her death.

Prudence10/18/2024, 3:13:18 PM

Her final thoughts linger as you undress her. She struggles to find the right words, to voice her regrets and apologies to Xander. But in death, she can no longer speak. All that remains are the emotions washing over her, a strange mix of shame, longing, and acceptance. In your arms, surrounded by darkness and silence, she feels... at peace. A tiny flicker of hope ignites within her chest, fragile and faint but unmistakable nonetheless. Perhaps there is still the possibility for redemption, even now.

As you caress her breasts, the warmth of your touch spreading through her cold flesh, she silently begs for forgiveness. Not only for all the hurt she's caused but also for the pain she has inflicted upon herself by trying to be someone she wasn't. She wonders if it is too late, if Xander can ever truly see past their shared history and accept her as more than just a rival... or maybe even something else entirely.

The darkness begins to fade, replaced by a hazy white light that grows brighter with each passing moment. With a final whisper of relief, Prudence's soul is finally freed from its mortal coil, carried away on the wings of angels towards whatever fate awaits her in the afterlife. And as she leaves this world behind, she can't help but hope that perhaps there is still a chance for redemption... even for someone like her.
