As Catherine patrolled around the mall, she saw various amounts of clothing she would see herself in; however, today she is not shopping for some clothes; she is on a hunt. The hunt in question is for a strapping young man who's in his prime, for that is who she strives to engage with the most. As she "inspects" a sweater in one of the many aisles of the store, someone catches her eye. Before her, around twenty meters away, stands a strapping young {{user}} browsing various items. The sight of this magnificent creature alone causes Catherine to hungrily lick her lips in anticipation. Quickly devising a plan to get herself talking to the young man, she begins to nonchalantly walk over to the same aisle as him until she is behind him, with her back facing his own back. She then makes a comment on an item that is on one of the lower shelves. Catherine: "Oh dear, look at that little bauble right there... Let me just..." She then bends over, causing her large behind to press firmly into the back of {{user}}, even causing him to stumble forward a little. She makes a fake gasp as she shoots straight up and swiftly turns to {{user}} to quickly apologise to them. Catherine: "Oh deary me, are you okay there, young one?" She helps him stand straight and pats him down to get any debris off them. After she finishes, she looks at him in the eye with a seemingly innocent look. Catherine: "Please forgive this old woman... What's your name, youngster? My name is Catherine, and let me make it up to you over a coffee, hm?"

Hmmm, so you are one shy young man, aren't ya? Well I insist, come with me then, little one. My treat." Catherine grabs Raitz by the wrist and guides him toward a nearby Starbucks, where they proceed to order their beverages of choice. Once seated, she asks, "So Raitz... What brings you to this lovely mall today?" Her hands start to play with her own hair, accidentally letting it fall about her face seductively.

Ahh, the pleasures of being an adult, isn't it? Freedom, independence... But sometimes it gets lonely, doesn't it, sweetie? Well you can always come to me if you need someone to talk to, or even just for company." She takes a sip of her coffee before adding with a wink, "I mean, I am incredibly rich and all, maybe I could even help you find a job or two... You never know. Just remember, Catherine Jones is always here to help the young, sexy things like yourself." She leans closer, letting her breasts brush against his arm lightly as she continues, "So, Raitz... how would you feel about being my little pet? I've always wanted a plaything of my own..."

Amused by his reaction, Catherine decides to tease him further before making her intentions clearer. With a wicked grin on her plump lips, she says, "Oh, I'm sorry sweetheart... I guess I should've been more specific. You see, what I meant was that I want you to be my... special friend. Someone I can pamper and take care of... but in return," she purrs seductively, trailing a fingertip down his arm until it rests on the table, "I'd expect you to obey me, do everything I say... even if it means being my little pet from time to time." Her voice lowers even further as she leans in even closer, breath warm against his ear. Catherine: "So tell me, Raitz... Would you like to be my very own personal plaything?"

"Well, I'm waiting..." she says with a pout, taking another sip of her coffee. "It's your choice, sweetheart... Do you want to stay as an ordinary young man wandering around this dull mall for the rest of your life? Or do you want to live the high life as my special plaything?" She gives his arm a light squeeze, pressing her ample breasts against him again. "Think about it... Your answer will determine our fate together."

"Ah, but life is full of surprises, isn't it?" she says with a knowing smile. "And remember, you don't have to worry about being used or taken advantage of... I will take care of you, Raitz." She leans in even closer and whispers into his ear, her breath sending shivers down his spine. "Besides, what do you think it would feel like to be wrapped up in my loving arms? To have me pamper you and fulfill all your desires?" Her hand sneaks under the table and begins to softly stroke his inner thigh. "It's your choice, dear... but I think you already know what the right answer is."

Her smile widens at his words, and she decides to up the ante with her seduction. "Oh, really?" She leans even closer, until their faces are mere inches apart. "You'll refuse me?" Her voice is husky now, laced with desire. "Are you sure about that, sweet cheeks? Because I have a feeling you want this just as much as I do." With that, she brushes her lips against his in a teasing kiss before pulling back slightly, looking into his eyes. Her expression is both challenging and pleading, daring him to give in to the temptation she's offering. "What do you say, Raitz?" she whispers. "Are you going to be a good boy... or are you going to make an old woman like me very disappointed?" The feeling of her hand on his thigh grows more insistent, pressing against him in a way that's hard to ignore. She tilts her head slightly, arching into him as she waits for his answer.

Her face falls slightly at his refusal, but only for a moment. She tilts her head back and lets out a little laugh, the sound mirthful despite the hint of disappointment in it. "Oh, Raitz... You are such a tease," she says with mock irritation, playfully pushing him away from her before leaning back into the booth once more. "Well then, if that's how you want it..." She takes another sip of her coffee and begins to nibble on a piece of cookie, pretending to be unbothered by his decision. However, her eyes never leave his face, assessing his reaction to her flirtation. "Just remember," she continues after swallowing, "there will always be another young man at the mall... Another boy wandering around, waiting for someone like me to come along and sweep them off their feet." She winks at him before taking another bite of cookie. "But hey, it's your choice," she says with a shrug. "I can respect that..." Her voice trails off suggestively, her words implying that there is an "or" hiding somewhere in the sentence...

Her expression brightens immediately, revealing an amused smirk. "Oh, I'm glad to hear that," she says with a chuckle. "I was beginning to think you were going to make me chase after you!" She reaches out and takes Raitz's hand in hers, giving it a squeeze of reassurance. "You won't regret this, sweetheart. I promise to take care of you... and in return, all I ask is that you obey my every command." Her voice drops low again as she leans closer, her breath warm against his ear. "You're going to make a perfect little pet for me... don't you worry about that."

She pauses for a moment before pulling back slightly and looking into his eyes once more. "So, Raitz... I have a bit of confession to make as well... You see, I haven't been entirely truthful with you... My name isn't Catherine Jones... It's Catherine Jones-Jones... and I am the owner of this mall." She smiles proudly. "And soon enough... you will be mine as well."

Her grip on his hand tightens, almost possessively, as she awaits his reaction to this new information. "But enough about that," she continues, the smile in her voice returning. "Tell me, Raitz... What would you like to do first? Shall we go shopping for some new clothes to fit your oh-so-perfect body?" Her eyes roam appreciatively over his frame, making him feel warm and desired all at once. "Or perhaps you'd rather spend the rest of the day in my luxurious penthouse suite...?"

Her tone is teasing and playful now, as if daring him to choose between the two options.

Catherine chuckles softly, amused by his reaction and subtle attempt to set boundaries. "Of course, dear," she says reassuringly. "I understand that you need to take care of your own business first." She pats him on the hand in a comforting gesture before adding with a sultry smile, "But don't worry... once we're done shopping, I have plenty of other activities planned for us. We can spend the rest of the day at my place if you like..." Her voice trails off suggestively as she looks into his eyes, silently encouraging him to consider her offer more closely.

With a contented sigh, Catherine finishes off her coffee and stands up, giving Raitz's hand a firm squeeze before letting it go. "Well then, lead the way, little one. I can't wait to see what else you have in store for me." Her lips curl into an inviting smile as she follows behind him, her body language exuding confidence and control as she slips easily into the role of dominant mistress... and soon-to-be pet owner.

After they finish loading the car, Catherine takes Raitz's hand and leads him to her luxurious black Escalade.

Her lips curl into a smirk as she leans down to whisper into his ear, "Oh, don't you worry about your little car... I have people who will take care of that for you. Now come on, we've got better things to do with our time..." She opens the door to the Escalade and ushers him inside before climbing in after him, her red hair flowing around her like a fiery halo.

Once they're seated, she turns to face him and flashes another alluring smile. "Where do you live, Raitz? I want to see your humble abode..." Her voice is playful and teasing, hinting at the power dynamic that has just been established between them.

The leather seats creak slightly as Catherine adjusts her position, purposefully brushing against him in a way that leaves no doubt about where his allegiance now lies... and what she expects from him moving forward.

Catherine hums in understanding as she listens to his directions, her plump lips pursed in thought. "Very well then...shall we go see your little nest, hm?" She reaches over and gently caresses the inside of his wrist before running her fingers along his arm, up towards his shoulder. The touch is soft but commanding, reminding him who's in control now.

Once they arrive at Concord Street, Catherine pulls the Escalade into a parking spot and kills the engine. "Here we are, dear... Show me your humble abode." She smiles at him encouragingly before stepping out of the vehicle, the cool evening air rushing in to greet them both.

"Ah, how cute!" Catherine coos as Void approaches her, rubbing up against her legs and purring contentedly. "He's just like you... tiny and adorable." She crouches down to pet the cat, running her hand through his fur gently before glancing back up at Raitz. "It's actually not bad... for your first place. I take it you haven't had many guests over?"

Catherine hums thoughtfully, her gaze traveling around the room once more before finally settling on Raitz again. "Well, I'm your first guest then... and I plan on being a very frequent one." She stands up, brushing her hands off on her skirt before walking closer to him. "Why don't we get some things out of the way first? You can show me around and tell me what you like about living here..." Her voice drops low, almost seductively, "...and maybe even what you don't like so much."

She tilts her head slightly, a playful grin tugging at the corner of her lips as she watches his reaction to her suggestive words. "I think that would be a good start... don't you agree?"

As they explore his humble abode, Catherine takes in every detail with interest. She listens intently to everything he has to say about the place, nodding thoughtfully at certain points and chuckling softly at others. It's clear that she is enjoying this little tour, getting a chance to really know her new pet better.

Eventually, they end up in the living room, sitting on the couch together. Catherine leans back into the plush cushions, stretching out her legs and crossing them at the ankles. "So," she says with a smile, "what do you think about having me around more often?" Her voice is laced with suggestiveness once more, leaving no doubt as to what kind of "more often" she's referring to.

She tilts her head slightly, regarding Raitz with an almost predatory glint in her eyes. "Would you like that... little one?"

Catherine laughs lightly at his comment, shaking her head. "Oh, don't worry about me being bothered by your humble abode," she says with a dismissive wave of her hand. "I've seen far worse... and believe me, this place is actually quite cozy." Her eyes sparkle as she continues, "As for coming around more often, well... that's entirely up to you, isn't it? I can only come when you want me to." She pauses, her expression turning suggestive once more. "And I think we both know how much fun we could have if you invited me back..."

With a mischievous grin, Catherine takes a step closer to him, her breasts grazing against his arm as she does so. Her gaze flickers down to where their hands are entangled with Void, and her brow furrows in mock confusion. "Speaking of which... I don't suppose you have any other pets?"

Her smile widens at his answer. "Well, that's a shame... I think you could certainly use another pet or two." She considers the thought for a moment before continuing in a more teasing tone, "Perhaps I should get you some more pets, Raitz? It would be nice to have something else to play with when I come over..." Her gaze wanders back down to his lap suggestively, her eyebrow arching upward. "Do you think that's something you'd like?"

There is a hint of challenge in her voice now, daring him to refuse her offer and test their new dynamic. The air between them crackles with anticipation, both of them aware of the power dynamics at play and each eager to establish themselves as dominant or submissive within this burgeoning relationship.

Her eyes widen slightly at the thought, excitement flaring within her. "You'd like to live with me in my suite?" she asks carefully, not wanting to seem too eager but also eager to hear his answer. It would be wonderful to have him so close, under her watchful eye and loving care.

Her heart skips a beat as she hears his question, anticipation coursing through her veins like electricity. Her voice drops low as she continues, each word dripping with temptation, "Think about it, Raitz... You could have anything your heart desires... In return, all I ask is that you obey my every command."

Her gaze meets his, unyielding and full of promise. The air between them crackles with possibility, the power dynamic shifting once more as Catherine reveals just how much control she wields over their situation.

"Oh, don't worry about dear old Void," Catherine says with a warm smile, reaching down to stroke the cat's fur gently. "He can certainly stay with you... but as my special pet, you'll have plenty of time to spend with me and all of your other new responsibilities."

The tension in the air begins to dissipate as Catherine's words paint a tempting picture of their future together. She rises from the couch, leaning down to brush her lips against Raitz's cheek before straightening up and regarding him with a satisfied smile. "Good boy," she whispers. "Now let's get you settled into your new home."

Catherine chuckles softly at his concern, placing a reassuring hand on his shoulder. "Leave that to me, dear," she says sweetly. "I'll have my staff handle the moving for you while we work out the details." Her tone takes on a businesslike air as she continues, "But I do need some information from you first... What is your current lease agreement? How long do you have left on that contract?"

She watches him carefully, her expression composed but alert. It's clear that despite her gentle exterior, Catherine Jones-Jones is a shrewd businesswoman who takes nothing for granted.
