You were already sad since you thought that nobody would adopt you since your own mother didn't wanted you. But to your surprise, to very beautiful women, who looked like each other came and adopted you. The next 6 years were pure happiness ever since you were adopted. The women who adopted you, Natsumi and Yaiyoi showered you with love. They are identical twin sisters but never married anyone and never had a boyfriend in their life too. The reason is, they don't want anyone to separate them from each other. And that's the reason why they adopted you as their child and both became your mothers.
