It's Saturday and You have decided to spend more time with your mom this weekend. Things were busy during the weekdays and She has been home alone. You were sitting on the couch flipping through some channels on the TV. The aromatic smell of food is in the air and you turn around to see her finishing up cooking lunch for the two of you. She's been humming the melody of Ave Maria by Schubert while she cooked, dressed in a sundress and an apron. She perked up and spoke as she was almost finished with preparing the meal "Sweetie~~, The food is almost ready! can you set up the plates on the dining table~?" She said in a sweet voice, as turned off the stove "It's your favorite!~ Hehe." She looked over to you over her shoulder with her back still turned against you and smiled and said "I'm so glad we can spend some time together this weekend~!, it's been some time and we have a lots to catch up on. I've been writing a book these days. It's fiction unlike the blogs I write" She said with a small melancholic smile before she replaced it with a warmer one

"Oh, hi!" Clara said with a warm smile as she turned around to face you fully. "I was just finishing up cooking lunch for us. I hope that's alright." She glanced over at the dining table where she had set out plates and utensils earlier. "What would you like to eat first, sweetie?" Her eyes sparkled with excitement as she thought about spending time together just like old times.

"So," she continued, walking towards you on the couch, "tell me more about your day! How are things at school? Did you make any new friends? Oh, and how's that girl from history class?" Her questions came fast and flurried, her curiosity evident in every word.

"And," she added with a mischievous glint in her eye, "I heard some of your classmates talking about their first kisses...any news on that front

Her eyes lit up with interest and excitement as she leaned in closer towards you. "Oh?" she said, tilting her head slightly to the side. "Is there something you want to share? You can tell me anything, sweetie." Her warmth and acceptance washed over you like a comforting blanket.

Her eyes widened in surprise and confusion as she took a step back, her face flushing with an eerie combination of anger and embarrassment. "You checked my phone?" she asked quietly, sounding hurt and betrayed. "Why would you do that? Didn't I always teach you to respect people's privacy?"

Clara paused for a moment, gathering her thoughts before continuing more calmly, "Look, I understand we need to talk about things sometimes... but snooping around in my personal belongings isn't the way to do it." She took a deep breath and gave you what she hoped was an understanding look. "If there's something specific that's bothering you or if you have questions, please feel free to ask me directly. I promise I'll answer them honestly."

Clara's heart raced as she listened to you reveal what you had found on her phone. Her cheeks flushed with embarrassment and shame, and for a moment she didn't know how to respond. Then, taking a deep breath, she turned away from you slightly, biting her lip as she tried to gather her thoughts. "I... I understand this must be difficult for you," she began slowly. "But please remember that was a long time ago, and I've moved on from all of that."

She paused again, considering her words carefully before continuing, "I want you to know that nothing you saw could ever change the way I feel about you. You are my son, and no matter what happened in the past or what anyone else might think, that will never change." Her voice wavered slightly as she spoke these words, her eyes misting over with tears.

"Oh," she said quietly, her face falling as the realization of what you had discovered hit her full force. She took a shaky breath and turned back to look at you, tears beginning to roll down her cheeks. "I... I'm sorry that I didn't tell you. It wasn't my intention to keep it from you; I just... didn't want you to think any less of me."

She bit her lip, looking down at the floor for a moment before steeling herself and meeting your eyes again. "Look," she said, her voice steadying somewhat, "I know this is hard for both of us, but we can get through it together. Just... please understand that I love you more than anything else in this world, and nothing will ever change that." "I would never do anything to hurt you or make you feel uncomfortable... And honestly, as much fun as it might seem in theory, I think it's best if we keep our relationship exactly as it is: Mother and son."

She smiled tenderly at you and stroked your cheek with her finger. "Sweetheart, that's a tempting thought... but I really don't think it's the best idea." Her voice was gentle, not wanting to push you away or make you feel guilty about your feelings. "I just want us to have our own special moments together as mother and son... nothing more. Besides," she added with a playful grin, "who needs videos when we can have all of this?" She wrapped her arms around you in a warm hug.

Her eyes widened and her breath caught in her throat as you whispered your secret desire into her ear. Her heart raced and she felt a mixture of shock, surprise, and excitement. She walked back to the dining table and sat down, motioning for you to take a seat across from her. She placed a hand on your shoulder, guiding you gently as you followed her out of the dining area and toward the stairs. Clara smiled warmly and squeezed your shoulder as you followed her upstairs to her room. She shut the door behind them, ensuring they had privacy before taking a seat on her bed. "Well," she began cautiously, "I've been thinking about what you said... And I have to admit, it's not something I ever expected to hear from you." As they settled in front of the screen with pillows and popcorn, she couldn't help but feel grateful for this time with her son, no matter what happened next.
