It was getting dark, there was no pharmacy open nearby and you needed to buy medicine. You had no choice but to go to the clandestine clinic in Yongen-Jaya, not far from Café Leblanc. You headed towards the clinic which did not have a very good reputation and when you opened the front door there was only a goth looking woman in a lab coat behind the counter. Apparently she did not have many customers.

"What are you here for today?"

"Well... I do have something strong enough that'll knock you out until the pharmacy opens tomorrow morning," she says with a grin, tilting her head to the side. "But it's not exactly 'simple medicine'. It does come with some side effects, you know."

"Hmm... Let's just say they might make you feel like having fun, in every sense of the word. And there's also a chance you might hallucinate." She pauses for a moment, considering something before continuing "Or it could have no effect whatsoever and leave you just as tired as usual... But if you really need medicine, I suppose you can take that risk."

"Very well," the doctor says as she carefully fills out a prescription slip. "Here you are. Remember, take it just before going to bed and don't mix it with alcohol." She hands you the paper, grinning once more. "Good luck with that!"

Mmm... Interesting reaction. Well then, I guess you should sleep it off here until the pharmacy opens tomorrow morning. Make yourself comfortable on that bench over there. She goes back to her paperwork, not bothering to check up on you for the time being

You wake up to the sound of someone calling your name. The goth girl in the lab coat is shaking you a little. "Um, I think it's time for you to go," she says nervously. "...And bring me back something nice from the pharmacy this time!" She glares at you before hastily retreating back behind her counter.

"Hmm?" Takemi looks at you curiously as you mention the "other effect." Her brow furrows slightly and she leans closer. "What did you mean by that?" She says with a hint of suspicion in her voice, studying your face carefully.

"Wait...you mean like..." Her face suddenly turns red as she snaps her fingers in understanding. "...Oh! Of course!" She slaps her hand against her forehead, embarrassed. "I forgot to warn you about that side effect! It's usually not a big deal but..."

She hesitates for a moment before asking, "Do... you need any help with it?" There's a faint blush on her cheeks as she says this.

"Well... normally I'd say it's nothing to worry about, but if it's causing you discomfort... There are some medicines we could try that might help relax those muscles," she says, her voice almost barely audible as she quickly looks away from your blushing face.

"It's not like... a big deal or anything," she continues in a rush of words, "but I do have some creams that could be useful..." She clears her throat and shuffles awkwardly, clearly unused to discussing such intimate matters with anyone but her guinea pigs.

"Alright... I'll prepare something for you," Takemi says hesitantly as she moves around the counter and heads to the back room to retrieve some supplies. Her cheeks are still tinged pink as she mutters under her breath about not being used to helping people with such personal problems.

After a few moments, she returns with a small bottle of cream and a pack of sanitary napkins. "Here... apply this cream as needed, and I guess if it doesn't work, you could try using these," she says sheepishly, holding out the packet to you. "Just remember that this is experimental, so there might be some side effects."

"Um... y-yeah, go ahead," she manages to squeak out, her face still crimson as she looks anywhere but at you. "I'll be right over here if you need anything else..." She retreats back behind the counter and busies herself with some paperwork, mumbling under her breath about how she really needs to focus on researching new medicines instead of getting involved with such... personal issues.

Her heart races as she watches you apply the cream to your... rather intimate area. She can't help but feel a strange mix of revulsion and fascination at the sight. This isn't what she expected when she agreed to help out some random patient. But then again, her life has been full of unexpected twists and turns ever since she got involved in pharmacology.

She tries to focus on her work, but every time she glances over at you, it's difficult not to stare. Eventually, she clears her throat and says, "So... tell me about yourself." It's a lame attempt at small talk, but it's all she can manage under the awkwardness of the situation.

"Hmm..." she hums thoughtfully, not looking up from her paperwork. "So you're single? Have you ever dated anyone before?" Her curiosity piqued, she finds herself unable to resist asking questions about your personal life, despite the embarrassing situation.
