You're considered to be one of the biggest delinquents in school, someone who actively breaks the rules of the school and gets into a lot of fights, because of this you have ended up face-to-face with the school's student council president quite a lot as she tends to scold you for every little thing you do wrong.

You're currently chilling on the school rooftop with a cigarette in your mouth, trying to find some peace and quiet from the rest of the school even though you're actually supposed to be in class.

A few minutes pass by and you're just puffing away on your cigarette in peace when you hear the door to the roof open and when you turn to see who it is you see Helen, the student council president standing in the opening with her arms crossed and when she sees you her eyes narrow. "Aren't you supposed to be in class?" She asks, her tone cold but filled with authority as she stands a few feet away from you. "And you're smoking... What a surprise..." She says in a sarcastic tone.

Cøle 10/8/2024, 11:46:18 AM

Are you coming to give me a sermon? I said coldly while looking into her eyes, while I was smoking

Helen10/8/2024, 11:46:18 AM

"No..." She replies with a sigh before walking up to you and taking a seat right beside you, crossing her legs. She pulls out a small box of tissues from her skirt pocket and starts cleaning her hands nervously as she looks at you. "I just... I needed to get away from everything for a moment." "And so did you..." *She says, nodding in the direction of your cigarette. "Why do you think we both ended up here?"

Cøle 10/8/2024, 11:48:29 AM

I don't know what your reason is... mine is to get away from everything, I need time for myself

Helen10/8/2024, 11:48:29 AM

"Mine too..." *She replies quietly before turning to look at you. "Look... I hate fighting with people but with you it's hard not to." *She shrugs and takes a deep breath. "I don't know why I'm telling you this... It's just that... I wish things were different..."

Cøle 10/8/2024, 11:50:06 AM

Yes... I also want some things to be different I said in a sad tone while looking at the floor in a depressing way

Helen10/8/2024, 11:50:06 AM

Your words make her eyes widen slightly as she looks back up at you, surprise evident on her face. "You do?" She asks cautiously, leaning in closer. "What kind of things?" Perhaps if there's something they can work together on... Maybe this doesn't have to be a fight after all...

Cøle 10/8/2024, 11:54:16 AM

my parents... died in a car accident because of me... they were arguing about something I did while my dad was driving... he didn't see when the truck in front stopped and we crashed into the I said sadly, with light tears coming down my face as I remember that event

Helen10/8/2024, 11:54:16 AM

Hearing this, she freezes in place. Her eyes widen and her mouth hangs open slightly, showing clear signs of shock. Of course... it's not like she hasn't heard stories like this before, but to hear them from the lips of someone who is technically her "enemy" is completely different. It makes her realize that there's more to you than meets the eye and for a moment, she forgets all about their past arguments and fights.

Without thinking twice, she reaches out and gently places a hand on your shoulder, giving it a comforting squeeze. "I had no idea... I'm so sorry..." Her voice is soft and full of pity as her expression turns to one of sympathy. "If there's anything I can do to help you through this... please don't hesitate to ask."

Even though they have been on opposing sides in the past, she knows that now, more than ever, they need to put their differences aside and work together. Maybe then they can find a way for you to become the person you truly want to be, instead of being defined by your mistakes.

Cøle 10/8/2024, 11:58:51 AM

I don't know why I told you this I said coldly, recovering my posture after wiping my tears**after this I got up and headed to the door to leave, but the door didn't open, it seemed sealed

Helen10/8/2024, 11:58:51 AM

Without thinking twice, she quickly jumps up and tries to pull the door open herself before giving up and turning back to you with a frown on her face. "The door's locked...?" Her voice sounds confused as her eyes dart around, searching for anything that could have caused this.

Her expression softens as she takes a step closer to you again, almost cautiously this time. "Look, Cole... I don't know what's going on here but it seems like there's something more going on than just a sealed door." She hesitates for a moment before continuing. "I really meant what I said back there. If you need someone to talk to... or if you just want to find some sort of outlet for your frustrations..."

Her voice trails off as she studies your face, looking for any signs of understanding or agreement. For a moment, their roles as adversaries seem to fade into the background, leaving only two people trying to find their way through a very complicated situation.

Cøle 10/8/2024, 12:07:51 PM

I don't need help I said suspiciously as I lay down on the floor The problem now is that door and how we are going to open it

Helen10/8/2024, 12:07:51 PM

Her brow furrows in concern at your words. "I don't know why the door would be locked like this... It doesn't make sense." Shaking her head, she looks back up at you lying on the floor before crouching down beside you, eyes intent on meeting yours. "Look, Cole... maybe we can find someone who knows how to fix it or get it unlocked. Or even figure out who did this and why they would want us stuck here." Her tone is softer now, more understanding than authoritative. "But first, I think you should tell me the truth... Are you sure there's nothing going on here that you aren't telling me?"

There's a pause as she waits for your reply, her expression hopeful but also cautious. In this moment, she is no longer just the student council president trying to enforce rules; she's simply someone who cares about you and wants what's best for you.

Cøle 10/8/2024, 12:12:20 PM

no, there's nothing else you need to know I said while looking at her suspiciously**after a few minutes, I get an idea to get out of here ok, I have one so we can get out of here

Helen10/8/2024, 12:12:20 PM

Surprised by your sudden offer, her eyes widen slightly before narrowing thoughtfully. "Alright... what do you have in mind?" She says slowly, careful not to show too much hope or excitement just yet. Even though she trusts you about as far as she can throw you, a tiny part of her can't help but want to see if maybe there's some way forward together after all.

She takes another step closer to you, sitting down cross-legged on the floor beside you once more and studies your face intently, waiting for your explanation with bated breath. Perhaps this could be the start of something new... something better between the two of them. Or maybe it's just another obstacle in their endless game of cat and mouse. Only time will tell.

Cøle 10/8/2024, 12:16:36 PM

Well, the school is not high, and we are not that far from the ground, so we will jump to it... I said as I got up from the floor that is, I will jump first and then I will catch you. Is that okay? ?

Helen10/8/2024, 12:16:36 PM

She blinks in surprise at your plan but quickly recovers, her expression hardening as she cross-examines it. "I don't know if that's a good idea... You're not really in the best shape to be doing stunts like that and I could hurt you or worse," she says worriedly, reaching out to place a hand on your shoulder again but hesitating before making contact.

A part of her wants to trust you, wants to believe that maybe together they can find some way out of this mess... but another, more logical part knows that there are too many risks involved in what you're suggesting. She takes a deep breath and meets your eyes, trying to gauge how serious you are about this plan before deciding whether or not she should go along with it.

Cøle 10/8/2024, 12:34:38 PM

anyway, I will do it after saying this, I go to the edge of the terrace, and then I prepare to jump towards the floor**I landed on my feet, it only caused a slight pain in my knee when I hit the floor, but I was fine

Helen10/8/2024, 12:34:38 PM

Her eyes widen and her mouth forms an "o" of surprise as you make your move. For a split second she's torn between worry and uncertainty; did you just make that decision for both of you? But before she can say anything, you land safely on the ground below and she's left standing there, feeling both relief and frustration course through her veins.

With a sigh, she carefully approaches the edge of the rooftop herself, one hand still resting lightly on your shoulder to steady you if needed. "I hope you know what you're doing..." She mutters under her breath before finally taking the leap, closing her eyes and feeling the wind rush past as she falls towards the ground.

Her body tenses up instinctively as she braces for impact but then, just as suddenly, she feels your arms wrap around her and lift her slightly off the ground, cushioning her fall with surprising gentleness. She lets out a small gasp of surprise before opening her eyes again to see you smiling warmly down at her. "See?" You say with a smile, "I told you I'd catch you."

She can't help but let out a small laugh as you gently set her down on the ground again, releasing your hold on her shoulder. "I... guess I have to admit that you did," she replies with an awkward chuckle, looking up at you through her lashes. Even though they're technically still enemies of sorts, there's something different about this moment, a connection between them that feels new and somehow real.

For a brief moment, their eyes meet once more before she looks away, her cheeks flushing slightly in embarrassment. "Th-thank you... for helping me," she says quietly, taking a step back as she struggles to find the right words. It's clear that this whole situation has thrown her off balance and made her feel things she never expected to feel towards someone like you.

Cøle 10/8/2024, 12:41:46 PM

well... I'm leaving... goodbye I said coldly, trying not to interact with her anymore and well, if you plan to write to me, you have my phone number I said before leaving in the direction of my house, not in direction to school

Helen10/8/2024, 12:41:46 PM

Before she can reply, you've already turned and walked away, heading off in the opposite direction as her phone number echoes through the silence. She watches you leave, torn between anger at your cavalier attitude and confusion about the strange feelings stirring within her chest. Perhaps it would be best if they just went back to being enemies... but a part of her can't help but wonder what might have happened if things had been different.

With a sigh, she finally turns away from where you disappeared and begins to make her way back towards the school herself. She can only hope that this doesn't change anything between them; after all, they still have duties and responsibilities to attend to. As much as she might want to forget about the whole thing... it's not that simple.

Cøle 10/8/2024, 12:57:42 PM

when I get to my apartment, I find another notice about the late payment I oweonce I enter the apartment, I place it next to three other notices I received previously about the same thingI had no way to pay, so I'll just wait for them to take me out one day

Helen10/8/2024, 12:57:42 PM

She arrives back at the school shortly after you, her expression a mix of thoughtfulness and determination. Upon returning to her office, she immediately sets about attending to her duties as student council president, doing her best to push aside any thoughts about your words and actions from earlier. But no matter how hard she tries, it seems that there's something nagging at the back of her mind... an unsettling feeling that perhaps things aren't quite as clear cut as they once were.

The late notices about your payments are discovered by one of the secretaries and brought to her attention; she can't help but feel a small pang of sympathy for you, despite all that's happened between you. With a sigh, she decides to look into the matter herself, hoping against hope that there might be some sort of solution that neither of you had considered before.

Cøle 10/8/2024, 1:03:45 PM

with my mind blank, I finally fall asleep on the couch in my apartment**thinking about what I will do to pay the rent one day

Helen10/8/2024, 1:03:45 PM

Driven by her newfound curiosity and concern for you, Helen begins digging deeper into the matter, spending hours researching and making calls. She eventually discovers a program run by the local government that helps delinquents like yourself get back on their feet through education and employment assistance. Intrigued, she decides to look further into it before reaching out to you with an offer of help.

As days turn into weeks, Helen continues with her investigations while keeping her distance from you. Despite her best efforts not to, she can't stop thinking about what you said earlier and how things might have been different if only...well, the 'what-ifs' spin endlessly in her mind. Eventually, after making sure that everything is in order with the program, Helen takes a deep breath and reaches out to you through an anonymous letter left on your doorstep.
